Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of work motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, within ADINKES in Indonesia. The population comprised 100 employees, and a sample of 80 respondents was determined using Slovin’s formula (e=0.05) through simple random sampling. Primary data were collected via five-point Likert scale questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS 4). The findings show that work motivation and organizational commitment have positive and significant effects on job satisfaction, while job satisfaction positively and significantly influences employee performance. In addition, motivation and commitment also exert direct effects on performance, with organizational commitment being the most dominant predictor. The R² for employee performance is 0.849, indicating that 84.9% of performance variance is explained by the model, while the R² for job satisfaction is 0.462. Predictive relevance (Q²) indicates good model quality, with the strongest contribution on the commitment→performance path. These results underscore the importance of HR strategies—meaningful job design, fair reward systems, workload management, and supportive leadership—to sustainably enhance job satisfaction and employee performance at ADINKES..

Abstract

Amid the dynamics of globalization and the intensifying competition across various business sectors, sustainable job satisfaction has become a fundamental determinant of organizational success. Furthermore, Green Organizational Culture is considered a mediating factor in the relationship between Green Self-Efficacy, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Commitment with Sustainable Job Satisfaction. This study employed a quantitative approach using the Two Stage Approach. Data were collected from 334 employees of ADR Group of Companies, selected from a total population of 2,000 using the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error and simple stratified random sampling techniques.  The results showed that Green Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on both Sustainable Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement. Employee Engagement was also found to have a positive and significant impact on Sustainable Job Satisfaction. Green Organizational Culture demonstrated a positive and significant relationship with Sustainable Job Satisfaction.  The study also highlighted the mediating role of Employee Engagement and Green Organizational Culture. Employee Engagement positively and significantly mediated the effect between Green Self-Efficacy and Sustainable Job Satisfaction. However, Green Organizational Culture did not mediate the effect of Green Self- Efficacy and Employee Engagement on Sustainable Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study analyzes the Indonesian Banking Statistics June 2025 to strengthen economic literacy and managerial decision-making competence. Employing a quantitative descriptive–verificative method with secondary data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) analyzed using SPSS 26, the study examines six indicators—assets, third-party funds (TPF), interest rates, capital adequacy ratio (CAR), problem loans, and productive assets. The findings reveal that assets, TPF, interest rates, CAR, and productive assets significantly and positively influence managerial performance, while problem loans exert a negative effect. The model explains 73.8% of managerial variation, underscoring the strategic importance of data-driven decisions in enhancing financial stability, efficiency, and governance within Indonesia’s banking sector.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Indonesia–Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IA-CEPA) during the 2020–2024 period through the perspective of the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) theory. The research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach, drawing on secondary data from academic literature, official government reports, and bilateral trade statistics. The findings indicate that the implementation of IA-CEPA has produced positive impacts, including increased trade volume, expanded market access, and enhanced cooperation in the fields of investment and services. Nevertheless, challenges persist in the form of uneven benefits between Indonesia and Australia, non-tariff barriers, and Indonesia’s limited institutional capacity. These findings highlight that the effectiveness of an FTA is determined not only by the substance of the agreement itself but also by the domestic readiness of participating countries to manage the transition toward trade liberalization.

Abstract

The objectives of this research were preserving the identity of local cultural heritage through the study of Manuscript Wrap and enhance the value of this cloth product, The study involved a sample of 400 local residents and tourists in Long District, Phrae Province, selected through simple random sampling. The research instrument was a product market survey adapted from the 4P marketing mix, and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including percentages, means, and standard deviations. The results showed that a body of knowledge regarding Manuscript Wrap was developed and a distinctive product pattern that reflects Phrae Province's identity was produced, were created. Furthermore, while the sample generally lacked knowledge about the specifics of Manuscript Wrap there was significant interest in supporting local products, particularly for daily use and as gifts. Overall satisfaction with the product market test was high, with a mean score of 3.95 and a standard deviation of 0.81. Ranking the satisfaction scores revealed that support for sales ranked first (mean = 4.06), followed by satisfaction with price (mean = 4.01), product (mean = 3.93), and place of distribution (mean = 3.83). Notably, integrating the product’s features with local cultural identity and religious beliefs significantly enhanced the value and appeal of Manuscript Wrap

Abstract

This study investigates the determinants of IPO underpricing in Indonesia from 2021 to 2024, emphasizing the effects of offer size, offer price, underwriter reputation, syndicate size, and market condition. Employing a quantitative descriptive–verificative design, the study analyzes secondary data from 215 IPOs listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using multiple linear regression (SPSS 26) after data validation and classical assumption testing. The results reveal that offer size, offer price, underwriter reputation, and syndicate size negatively influence underpricing, whereas market condition has a positive and significant impact. The model explains 61.2% of underpricing variation, reinforcing the applicability of information asymmetry and signaling theories in emerging markets.

Abstract

The U.S. companies and government suppliers witness the ongoing shocks, including geopolitical conflicts and the natural disasters, which indicate weak interdependencies in the areas of planning, procurement, production, and logistics. This article focuses on the degree to which the deep integration of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) and supply-chain management (SCM) systems with the artificial intelligence (AI) solutions can significantly improve economic and supply-chain resilience. It is suggested that a reference framework can be developed integrating master data, transactional signals and external risk indicators into common, real-time pipelines which enable demand sensing, probabilistic forecasting, dynamically tuned safety-stock, supplier-risk scoring and adaptive production and transportation planning. The aspects of selection of models (gradient-boosting, long short-term memory networks, transformers, graph-based learning), human-in-the-loop exception management and multi-layered decision processes that maximize service levels under disruption and control working capital are discussed. A resilience-adjusted ratio of return-on-investment (ROI) is proposed to measure benefits that go beyond the traditional cost savings and include improvements in lead-time variance, backorders, expediting costs, and on-time-in-full (OTIF) performance and recovery of the revenue at risk. Introduction directions include interoperability standards (EDI/APIs), data management, change management and cybersecurity control that best suit regulated U.S. settings. Examples of mini-scenarios that use semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, and food/agriculture involve the AI-mediated ERP-SCM coordination that reduces the time-to-decision sensing, and balances the throughput under the threat of an upstream or logistics shock. It is shown in the analysis that organizations with high-quality data bases and modular AI services, strong machine-learn operations, and cross-functional governance are capable of achieving long-term resilience benefits which result in macro-level stability by means of increasing employment, service reliability, and faster recovery to disruption.
