Abstract

The sales increase of Skintific products decreases in the April period and increases in the July period in 2022, and continues to increase from year to year. Influencer marketing can also be used as an appropriate marketing strategy to increase sales results and promote products widely. This is because influencers have the ability to give the public confidence in the image of a product, so with this ability it is able to influence the purchase decision of a particular product by customers. The purpose of this study is to determine "The Effect of Brand Image and Influencer Marketing on Consumer Purchase Decisions Using Purchase Intention as an Intervening Variable (Study of Followers of the TikTok @Skinyific_id Account)". The data collection method uses a questionnaire with a quantitative approach. The sampling method uses purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique where the person selected as a sample is in accordance with the purpose of the research, the sample used is 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is path analysis technique through SPSS 16 program. The results indicated that brand image and influencer marketing variables had a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions through purchase intention as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This research focuses on formulating strategies to support the digitalisation of MSME training and coaching institutions in Indonesia, a crucial sector that supports national economic growth. Through the use of survey methods and secondary data analysis, the research identifies key factors that influence digital adoption in these institutions and formulates effective strategies to overcome barriers. The results show that training and coaching that focus on the specific needs of MSMEs, as well as the integration of information technology, can improve the digital competence and operational effectiveness of MSMEs. A post-training coaching strategy, identified through QSPM as the more attractive option, is recommended to be implemented to optimise the growth potential of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

Investors use financial ratio analysis to understand a company's financial condition. This study aims to analyze the impact of the Return On Equity Ratio (ROE), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Price To Earnings Ratio (PER), and Price To Book Value (PBV) on stock returns.The population of this study consists of consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2022-2023, totaling 76 companies. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 58 companies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that partially, ROE and PER have a positive and significant effect on stock returns. Conversely, DER and PBV do not have a partial effect on stock returns. This indicates that ROE and PER must be considered by both investors and companies as they are crucial indicators in evaluating the potential return on stocks.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the implementation of PSAP No.7 regarding the accounting treatment of fixed assets at PTN.X Surabaya. This research applies qualitative techniques, where interviews are carried out and inventory reports are carried out. The research output shows that the measurement and recognition of fixed assets at PTN.X is in line with PSAP No.07. This can be seen from the fixed assets owned by PTN.X, such as land, tools and machines, which have a useful life of 12 months. The costs of acquiring assets at PTN.X can be calculated reliably and supported by authentic evidence that the buildings and structures are the official property of PTN.X through a descriptive approach.

Abstract

This research examines the factors that influence patient satisfaction with the Mobile JKN application at RSU Baros and its impact on perceptions of overall health service quality. Through comprehensive literature analysis, five main factors influencing patient satisfaction were identified: ease of use, security and privacy, quality of information, responsiveness and technical support, and integration with physical health services. The results of the study show that satisfaction with the Mobile JKN application is positively correlated with patient perceptions of the quality of health services at RSU Baros. Key challenges include the digital divide, data security, and systems integration, while opportunities include personalization of services, telemedicine integration, and increased health literacy. This research highlights the importance of a holistic approach in digital health application development, considering not only technical aspects but also user needs and preferences. The implications of this research include recommendations for continuous improvement of the Mobile JKN application, strategies for overcoming implementation challenges, and utilizing technological opportunities to improve the quality of health services in the digital era.

Abstract

Based on data from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency in February 2023, the number of unemployed in Indonesia reached 7.99 million with the number of unemployed in Indonesia according to vocational school education level being 2.07 million people. This is contrary to the aim of Vocational Schools to increase community participation rates in education. Vocational School graduates should be able to build their own businesses to reduce the number of unemployed in Indonesia and the number of unemployed Vocational School graduates. Based on the title of this research, a suitable research method is an associative quantitative method with survey techniques and descriptive explanation. This research has two variables which are the object of research, where Creative Project Subjects and Entrepreneurship are the independent variables (X) while the dependent variable is Student Entrepreneurial Interest (Y). This research aims to determine the relationship between PKK subjects and interest in entrepreneurship among students majoring in Culinary at SMKN 33 Jakarta. The results of the hypothesis test show that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a relationship between the PKK subject and Culinary students' interest in entrepreneurship. The correlation coefficient (r) value shows positive and significant results, the higher the PKK subject score, the higher the interest in entrepreneurship for Culinary students. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that the creative and entrepreneurship project subjects in this research show an important role in building the interest and courage of students majoring in culinary arts at SMKN 33 Jakarta to become entrepreneurs, as well as maximizing students' entrepreneurial skills and knowledge.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the health business sector, especially in hospitals, is becoming increasingly important in improving efficiency and quality of service. This paper aims to understand the role of digital transformation drivers that have changed the fundamentals of company operations and interactions with customers, especially in the health business sector and whether these driving factors are in line with those conveyed by previous research. In order to approach this problem, the author conducted a literature review of various review articles. The databases used include Emerald Insight, Google Scholar, Proquest, and Sciencedirect with a period of 5 (five) years, 17 journals were selected with the keywords "digital transformation", "hospital", and "digital hospital". This study concludes that there are internal and external factors in digital transformation, especially in the health sector, and emphasizes the role of management in implementing change. The internal and external driving factors of digital transformation are in line with a study by Ismail, Khater, and Zaki (2017) which explored the concept, nature and process of digital transformation, with a focus on strategic aspects.

Abstract

Social media such as Instagram is increasingly popular as a marketing platform, including in the cosmetics industry. Somethinc is one of the local cosmetic brands that utilize Instagram as a marketing platform with content that is interactive, informative, and taps into current trends. This quantitative research aims to determine the influence of the role of interactivity, informativeness, and trendiness of social media marketing activities that has been done by ‘Somethinc’ brand on customer brand engagement and brand loyalty. In addition, this study also explores the role of customer brand engagement as a mediator in the relationship between interactivity, informativeness, and trendiness to brand loyalty. Data was collected through online questionnaires distribution with a total 167 respondents. All respondents are active Instagram users who followed @somethincofficial Instagram account and have purchased ‘Somethinc’ brand products in the last 3 months. The data that has been collected is analyzed using SEM-PLS method. The results of this study shows that there is a positive relationship from the role of interactivity, informativeness, and trendiness to customer brand engagement. Furthermore, customer brand engagement also has a positive relationship with the formation of brand loyalty. It can also be seen that customer brand engagement mediates the positive relationship between interactivity, informativeness, and trendiness with brand loyalty.

Abstract

Leadership style and work discipline play an important role in improving employee performance. This research aims to examine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Sangwoo Indonesia both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods and data collection using questionnaires. Obtain population data on the total number of PT employees. Sangwoo Indonesia as many as 107 and a sample of 84 respondents using the Slovin formula. Data analysts use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, namely the t test and f test, and partial and simultaneous coefficient of determination tests using SPSS 22. The results of this study show that the t test value on the leadership style variable t count > t table namely 1.794 > 1.663, while for the work discipline variable t count > t table, namely 13.914 > 1.663 so that each variable X has a partial effect on variable Y. Meanwhile, the f test produces a calculated f value > f table, namely 149.154 > 3.109 and a significant value of 0.000 > 0.05 so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that leadership style and work discipline simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. With the results of this research, it is hoped that the leadership of PT. Sangwoo Indonesia can continue to develop its leadership style as well as the employees of PT. Sangwoo Indonesia can continue to improve its work discipline to obtain maximum performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the service quality factors that influence patient loyalty in Indonesian hospitals. Service quality is a crucial aspect in maintaining and enhancing patient trust and loyalty. This literature review identifies five key dimensions of service quality: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. Each dimension plays a significant role in shaping patient loyalty, through consistent service delivery, quick responses, medical staff competence, personal attention, and the quality of physical facilities. Several studies indicate that patient satisfaction also acts as a mediator between service quality and loyalty, good service increases satisfaction, ultimately affecting patient loyalty. Amid the intense competition in healthcare services in Indonesia, optimal service quality is a key factor in patient retention. Therefore, hospital management must focus on each service quality dimension to create a satisfying patient experience. The findings of this review are expected to guide hospitals in developing effective strategies for improving service quality to retain and increase patient loyalty.
