Abstract

The Boundaries are important in maintaining national stability and security. Conflicts over territorial boundaries are common, both between countries and between provinces and regencies/cities. This is one of the important issues that have escaped the attention of the government so that various disputes arise between the community and the political elite at the border. The conflicts that occur are more caused by the triggering factor of boundary disputes, which in general have not been resolved due to the problem of resolving boundary lines due to different perceptions of the community and political elites. Boundary conflicts are usually very vulnerable if the contested area has excellent natural and economic resource potential. The purpose of this study is to describe the factors that cause conflict and the urgency of affirming boundaries and describe resolution efforts in efforts to resolve boundaries through regulation and non-regulation. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive type of approach through literature study. Based on the research results, it is understood that conflict resolution is used through two channels, namely: Non-litigation settlement of boundary conflicts and litigation settlement, Non-litigation is also called conflict resolution through government administration, in this case, mediated by the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Governor. While conflict resolution by litigation through judicial review and lawsuits filed by the parties to the Supreme Court or the Constitutional Court. The role of the government in resolving regional border conflicts is as a facilitator in the context of investigating conflicted cases, as well as a mediator in negotiations in resolving boundary conflicts

This research belongs to qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The purpose of this research is to explore the mathematical concepts found in batik tanah like (clay soil batik). Data in this study were collected by observation, documentation and interviews. Data analysis was carried out with the steps of data reduction, presentation, interpretation, and exposure. The result of this research is that in the motifs of batik tanah "liek" many geometry concepts are found such as: point, line, curved line, parallel line, triangle, rectangle, square, circle, angle, opposite angle, symmetry and kesebangunan. Different motifs have different geometry concepts. The findings of geometry concepts in batik tanah "liek" can be used as a learning resource in learning mathematics. Using learning resources that are in accordance with student culture can make learning meaningful and can increase love for local culture.

Abstract

The increasing incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus (DMT2) among Indonesian adolescents has prompted the consideration of early detection and management in school-age individuals. One contributing factor is the spatial shift phenomenon, where rural and urban areas in Indonesia are becoming more connected, leading to a uniform market for food and beverage options that pose a higher risk of developing diabetes. This study examines three key aspects of Indonesia's ethnically diverse youth population: their lifestyle, use of information technology, and dietary choices. These factors significantly impact their likelihood of consuming foods and beverages that are harmful for individuals with diabetes. The study, conducted using a library-centric research approach, reveals that Indonesian youths' daily routines blend traditional and modern cultural practices which profoundly influenced by technological advancements, social media prevalence, and globalization. Interestingly, the findings highlight that no communication campaigns have been launched to address diabetes prevention among Indonesian adolescents from a multicultural perspective. The research also found that it is crucial for DMT2 prevention initiatives to develop effective strategies that can penetrate the subconscious mindset of individuals living in urban and rural areas while considering Indonesia's diverse cultural context. Efforts should be made to raise awareness and provide guidance tailored to different cultural backgrounds to combat the rising problem of diabetes among Indonesian youth.

The current educational challenge is that there is still a lack of more interactive learning media using ICT, so that educators or teachers must be more extra in mastering technology in the manufacture and development of learning media. This study aims to develop learning media using classpoints that are easier on learning materials taught by each educator. With the same explanation as the previous ppt media with this feature there are many things to develop, especially in questions that the teacher can directly make on slides with various types of answers. The research model used applies ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) with a quantitative descriptive approach using interviews and questionnaires. A total of 36 students were the subjects in this study. With the results of the study showing that students answered above the range > 60% to 100%, it means that students agree to strongly agree that classpoint learning media is fun and interactive and easy to use.

The case is contained in the Supreme Court Decision No. 685/Pdt.G / 2020 / PN Mdn. The problem arises starting from Jan Willem Roeloffs as Plaintiff I and Pieter Roeloffs as plaintiff II intends to take care of the deeds he has related to the purchase of agricultural land covering an area of 2891 m2 located in Jaranguda Village, Simpang Empat District, Karo Regency, which his late parents did by borrowing the name of an Indonesian citizen, namely on behalf of Betty Boru Saragih as described in title certificate No. 88 dated November 7, 1995 and in the binding sale and purchase by the second party who has completed the payment of the purchase price to the First party of Rp. 10.000.000, - (ten million rupiah) by using deed of sale and purchase No. 6 dated January 12, 2001 as proof of receipt of payment by the First party.
