Abstract

In this modern era, digital skills have an important role in supporting student learning at school. If students have adequate digital skills, it will be easier to obtain information and knowledge quickly, which is useful for learning and research. Digital skills also play a role in helping students develop their innovation and creativity so they can experiment and innovate to share their creative work. If students' creativity and innovation in learning are not paid attention to, it will have an impact on students' lack of knowledge and skills, which will affect students' motivation and interest in learning. Therefore, this research discusses the importance of developing digital skills to create student innovation and creativity. This research is library research by taking references from books, journals and other literature relevant to this theme. This data analysis uses literature review analysis by analyzing and synthesizing literature regarding the previously written discussion topics. The results of this research explain the importance of developing digital skills to create student innovation and creativity.

Abstract

The aim of this research is Challenges and Solutions of Health Administration in the Digital Era (Literature Review Review of Technology Implementation). This type of research is a literature study. Data collection with documentation. Data analysis with SLR. The results of the research Based on the literature review on challenges and solutions in health administration in the digital era, it was found that the implementation of health technology offers great opportunities to improve efficiency and quality of services, but is also faced with various obstacles. The main challenges include limited digital infrastructure, lack of skills of health workers in using technology, and patient data security risks. Proposed solutions include increasing investment in technology infrastructure, ongoing training for health workers, and implementing stricter data security policies. By addressing these challenges, technology can significantly improve the effectiveness of health administration and patient care

Abstract

The purpose of public health promotion is to initiate good habits and behaviors so that public health can improve as early as possible. This study aims to determine the public response to health promotion and education around hypertension and a clean and healthy lifestyle. The technique used is the literature review methodology. Several previous studies have used other methodologies. Presentation materials about hypertension and its risk factors, such as power point files, LCDs, and projector screens, are some of the tools used in health promotion initiatives to avoid hypertension. Blood pressure checks and counseling are usually the first steps in the health promotion process to adopt a clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS), which is then followed by conversations and question and answer sessions. With this, the researcher concludes that health education and promotion in the community are continuously needed. Many people are not yet aware of the need to carry out health education and socialization, on an ongoing basis, so this is not only done by educational institutions. Moreover, education and promotion about the problem of hypertension and a clean and healthy lifestyle in the community is an obligation of all parties and cross-sectoral, which is not only the community as an object. However, the community is also the subject of the importance of health so that it is continuously maintained periodically.

Abstract

Prevention and eradication of money laundering is very important to maintain national economic stability and prevent previous criminal acts. Law enforcement with strict sanctions is needed so that the prevention and eradication of money laundering can be carried out. This research aims 1) to know and explain the view of positive law on the crime of money laundering as a follow-up crime from the perspective of criminal law 2) to know and explain the efforts to prevent and eradicate the crime of money laundering by corporations transferring funds through the financial system. This research uses a qualitative approach. Legal sources are primary and secondary legal materials. Legal materials are analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the research are money laundering from the perspective of criminal law as a follow-up crime by corporations through the transfer of funds into the financial system. The position of money laundering as a follow-up crime. The complexity in the practice of money laundering makes it very difficult for investigators, public prosecutors to collect evidence, so Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering Crimes requires the burden of proof to the defendant (reverse proof system). The obstacles to the prevention and eradication of money laundering in the corporate environment are weak legal regulations, the complexity of corporate structures, the utilization of financial institutions, the use of large-scale technology, manipulation practices and other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how the Personal Branding of the Principals of Al Ikhlas Islamic Elementary School maintains the school's image. This study will focus on the Personal Branding of the Principals of Al Ikhlas Islamic Elementary School starting from the Vice Principal to the Principal. A qualitative approach is used through interviews and holding group discussion forums with four participants who are the leaders mentioned above. Data analysis was carried out using a thematic approach to identify patterns in the Personal Branding strategies used, challenges faced, and strategies to maintain the integrity of the school's image. The results of the study show that the Principals of Al Ikhlas Islamic Elementary School in maintaining the school's image, consistently convey the advantages of policies by using open communication. As a form of education for teachers and employees so that the cons or issues that occur do not continue into a crisis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource management strategies in dealing with organizational unit changes at Koramil 05 Rungkut Surabaya. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to analyze human resource management (HR) strategies in dealing with organizational changes at Koramil 05 Rungkut Surabaya. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation, focusing on the role of the Koramil Commander, personnel, and HR staff. Data analysis was carried out through a coding process, thematic analysis, and triangulation to ensure the validity of the findings related to the impact of restructuring on personnel performance and motivation. This study analyzes human resource management (HR) strategies at Koramil 05 Rungkut Surabaya in dealing with organizational structure changes due to restructuring. The findings show that role adjustment, HR management, technology adaptation, and increased motivation and coordination are very important to maintain operational performance. HR training and development are the keys to the success of personnel adaptation to new challenges, especially in mastering technology and increasing collaboration between units. Internal conflicts that arise can be managed well through open communication and active participation of all personnel.

Abstract

Statistik Dasar is one of the courses that must be taken by student Bimbingan Penyuluhan Islam departement, Faculty of Ushuluddin Adab dan Dakwah, IAIN Ponorogo. Statistik Dasar is a quite difficult courses for student because they have to understand material related to statistical test which are useful for analyzing quantitative type of thesis data. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of applying the Problem Solving learning model in Statistik Dasar lectures. This type of research is quasi-experimental using two classes of the Bimbingan Penyuluhan Islam departement, Faculty of Ushuluddin Adab dan Dakwah, IAIN Ponorogo. The research sample was taken using simple random sampling technique. Furthermore technical data analysis using t-test. The results of this research indicate that the application of the Problem Solving learning model can significantly improve student learning outcomes in Statistik Dasar lectures. This is because student who apply the Problem Solving learning model are accustomed to being active in constructing their knowledge and are more creative in solving problems related to statistical tests, thus making it easier for student to understand concepts and use statistical tests that are suitable for analyzing quantitative research data. Therefore, the Problem Solving learning model is very appropriate to apply in lectures, especially Statistik Dasar courses. Furthermore, the impact can increase the percentage of student Bimbingan Penyuluhan Islam departement who use quantitative research as their thesis assignment.

Abstract

The 21st century learning trend emphasizes skills, not just knowledge. Among the emerging competencies are learning and innovation, which are very possible to be accommodated at the higher education level. In order to realize this, research skills are an important competency that must be possessed by students and are the outlet of the studies carried out. This study is a quantitative descriptive study that analyzes research skills in students' scientific work which is the output of the biotechnology course. The research skills aspect is based on the Research Skill Development (RSD) developed by Willison and O'Regan which has been modified. Based on the results of the analysis of scientific work which is the output of the biotechnology course, students achieved a score of 81 with a very good category. However, there are several aspects that still need to be strengthened. The lowest aspect of research skills is presenting problems, namely with a score of 2.0 and is categorized as lacking. The aspect that is also categorized as lacking is literature search which strengthens the analysis with a score of 2.2. Students need to strengthen their skills in literature search as an effort to deepen their findings. Further research can be directed at the implementation of problem-based learning combined with science writing heuristic as an effort to strengthen the aspects of problem presentation and literature search in research skills.

Abstract

Chemistry as one of the natural sciences has the characteristic of abstract concepts where the concepts in chemistry cannot be perceived by the senses so that special visualization is needed. Therefore, to understanding the abstract concept in chemistry, multiple representations are known, namely macroscopic, microscopic, and symbolic representations. This microscopic representation is used to visualize abstract concepts at the molecular level. However, in chemistry learning, especially at the high school level, it is still very rare to find chemistry learning that involves understanding chemical concepts at the microscopic level. So the aim of this study is to determine the profile of microscopic representation understanding of IPA college students as prospective teachers on the material of electrolyte and non-electrolyte solutions. The descriptive quantitative method with a test approach was used as a method in this study and the sample is 72 Tadris IPA college students of IAIN Ponorogo in the 2023/2024 academic year. The results of the study show that in the category of analysis of differences between strong electrolyte and weak electrolyte solutions, students' understanding of microscopic representation is low, while in the category of analysis the solubility of a substance in water, students' understanding of microscopic representation was classified as moderate.

Abstract

Gamification, or the use of game qualities outside of a game setting to influence learning-related behaviors or attitudes, is seen as a novel approach to meeting the various requirements of students with learning or behavioral issues. Quizizz, a game-based online exam that enables engaging multiplayer teaching activities and allows learners to practice with their devices, is one of the most popular digital educational games. The purpose of this study was to find out how Quizizz, a formative assessment tool, was perceived by students at the "State Islamic Institute" Ponorogo (IAIN Ponorogo) in English class. The participants of this study were first-year Islamic education students studying English who were given a formative test using Quizizz for a half of first semester. This study employed a descriptive qualitative research approach, gathering data via questionnaires to understand the ways in which Quizizz impacted the areas of motivation, engagement, satisfaction, and enjoyment. All of the questionnaire's questions had a strongly positive response, according to the results, which were supported by the secondary data from the interview, demonstrating how positively students felt about Quizizz in the classroom. The excellent reception of Quizizz in English language learning suggests that it could be utilized more broadly as a formative evaluation tool in language acquisition. The findings indicate that gamification can be an effective strategy to engage and motivate students to learn. As a result, educators may wish to consider incorporating further gamified tools and strategies into the classroom to create a more pleasurable and engaging learning environment.
