Abstract

The distribution of inheritance must be carried out in accordance with Sharia, as explicitly regulated in the Qur'an and Hadith. According to most scholars, the provisions found in the Qur'an and Sunnah, which provide clear guidance, are considered Qat’i (definitive). However, Muslims tend to prefer reconciliation or consultation (musyawarah) in inheritance distribution. This practice is not only a common custom in society but is also regulated in Article 183 of the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), which explains that tasaluh is a method in which an heir waives their inheritance rights to be given to other heirs. This research is library-based, using qualitative data, and follows a descriptive-analytical approach. The goal is to describe the tasaluh method of inheritance distribution from the perspectives of both Islamic law and the Compilation of Islamic Law, and then analyze it through the lens of progressive law. The study uses a normative approach to examine tasaluh in inheritance distribution via progressive legal theory. The findings suggest that inheritance distribution through peaceful methods, such as takharruj in Islamic law, can be seen as an implementation of progressive law, which prioritizes humanity and social justice. By encouraging deliberation and mutual agreement, this method accommodates social needs and family harmony. This approach shows that law need not be rigid; it should provide solutions that promote societal welfare. Therefore, Islamic law, through peaceful inheritance distribution, offers fairness and justice, aligned with progressive law principles.

Abstract

The title of this study is "The Use of Request Strategy in the Movie Leave The World Behind by Sam Esmail." The purpose of this study is to analyze how characters in the movie make requests or ask someone to do something. The analysis is based on Trosborg's request theory using a descriptive qualitative approach. This study collected 18 data from dialogues in the movie. The analysis found that there are six request strategies used by the characters. The most frequently used strategy is the hint strategy, which allows characters to express their desires implicitly, avoiding the impression of being forceful or offending the listener. Besides the hint strategy, other identified strategies include questioning the hearer’s ability or willingness, statements of the speaker’s wishes and desires, statements of the speaker’s need and demands, statements of obligations and necessities, as well as the use of imperatives. The findings show that the variation in request strategies reflects the social dynamics and relationships among the characters, influenced by the specific context and communication objectives within the movie.

Abstract

So far, the role of religious figures in the environment has always been anchored in religious roles that are limited to bringing moral messages as well as peace missions in the event of horizontal conflict. It is very rare for religious figures to play an active role in the material development of the village, let alone being actively involved in the village government structure. Until now, the role of these religious figures as part of the village elite has not been explored optimally to boost the pace of the village development process. This community service program aims to increase the role of religious figures in Gayaman village not only limited to religious roles alone, but also have a significant role in material development that involves decision-making at the village structural level. Along with the issuance of Law No. 3 of 2024 junto Law No. 6 of 2016 concerning Villages concerning villages which emphasize the mandatory participation of village communities, the role of these elites becomes very significant, because it is through them that the encouragement for the community to participate in village development is strengthened. This community service program is implemented using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method which involves participation, in this case, religious figures in Gayaman village to take active action for the purpose of social transformation. From this service, it is obtained that the role of these religious figures (as part of the village elite) focuses more on their influence in moral development and only in a small portion they play a role in physical material development policies. It is recommended that the government, both central and regional, can establish stricter regulations in positioning the role of religious figures in the village precisely for the sake of the smooth development itself.

Abstract

This article focuses on the theme of inter-religious relations in Indonesia with interrelated sub-topics: the history of the struggle of thought in Islam, the concept of religious moderation, and looking at religious life in a hamlet that has been used as a hamlet of religious tolerance in Ponorogo, namely the hamlet of Sodong. The history of thought and religious moderation are used to discuss the above issues. The history of thought is intended to trace the struggle of thought in history, while religious moderation is used as an analytical tool and solution offering to prevent the emergence of potential conflicts in the Sodong Community, Ponorogo. Viewed from the perspective of the history of thought, religious moderation has actually been developing for a long time, namely since the early period of the presence of Islam, and its presence has always been a response to radical thoughts and attitudes in religion. The religious moderation that I think is appropriate to use in Indonesia is religious moderation that is dialogical with reality, because Islam basically has a theoretical, dialogical and practical character. With the basic character of Islam, we can see reality in an appreciative, critical and productive way. We can appreciate the phenomenon of tolerant religiosity, of course without reducing critical attitudes and new solutions in overcoming potential conflicts in the name of religion, such as in Sodong Ponorogo.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas reforma agraria dalam mencapai keadilan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Rang lingkup dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada pelaksanaan reforma agraria di Indonesia selama era pemerintahan 10 tahun terakhir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian normatif dan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dolakukan dengan menelusuri data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni; Reforma Agraria secara keseluruhan memilik tujuan untuk mencapai dua hal, yakni keadilan dan kesejahteraan. Jika nilai keadilan tidak dapat diraih maka akan berdampak pada kesejahteraan. Sehingga melalui Reforma Agraria, diharapkan pemerintah mampu menciptakan keadilan dalam ruang lingkup agraria. Dengan tercapainya keadilan, maka diharap masyarakat Indonesia mampu merasakan kesejahteraan, kesejahteraan yang merata kepada seluruh kelompok masyarakat; Penilaian terhadap efektivitasi reforma agraria secara singkat dijabarkan dalam 3 poin yakni: a. Lokasi Prioritas Reforma Agraria; b. Penyelesaian Konflik Agraria; dan c. Penguasaan Tanah.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance and still not optimal mathematical reasoning ability (KPM). This research aims to test the mathematical reasoning abilities of class VI students on blocks and cubes using the Think Pair Share model of learning with the help of problem cards, achieving learning mastery and describing the mathematical reasoning abilities of class VI students on blocks and cubes using the Think Pair Share model of learning with the help of Problem Cards. The method used is a mixed methods concurrent triangulation design. Data collection techniques use observation, tests and interviews. The population is class VI students at MI Khozinatul Ulum Blora with a sample of class VIA students as the research class. The research subjects were two students each with high group reasoning ability (KPA), medium group reasoning ability (KPS), and low group reasoning ability (KPK). The results of the research show that learning using the Think Pair Share model assisted by problem cards achieves learning completeness. KPA students master all KPM indicators, KPS students master three KPM indicators and KPK students lack mastery of all KPM indicators.

Abstract

Munculnya fatwa Majelis Ulama Indonesia Nomor 83 Tahun 2023 tentang Hukum Dukungan terhadap Perjuangan Bangsa Palestina ini berangkat problematika bangsa palestina atas penindasan dari kaum zionis. Dukungan terhadap bangsa Pelestina mutlak, dalam fatwanya MUI menghukumi sebagai sesuatu yang wajib. hal ini berangkat dari pentingnya rasa solidaritas, keadilan, serta dukungan finansial terhadap bangsa Palestina. MUI juga mengimbau kepada umat Islam untuk semaksimal mungkin menghindari transaksi dan penggunaan produk yang terafiliasi dengan Israel, yang mendukung penjajahan dan zionisme.. Tidak hanya itu, Instrumen ekonomi dan keuangan syariah seperti zakat, infaq, sedekah juga dianjurkan. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwasannya untuk menunjukan kontribusi terhadap perjuangan palestina tidak serta merta harus turun kemedan perang, namun dapat juga melalui pendekatan ekonomi.Aksi diatas sejalan system ekonom syariah yang merupakan suatu sistem ekonomi yang didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam yang bersumber dari al-Quran dan al-Hadits. Abstract

This article discusses the interaction between Western educational philosophy and Eastern cultural values ​​in the context of character building for students. By identifying key elements from both educational traditions, this study aims to find common ground that can enrich the educational process in Indonesia. Library methods are used in this study to review the literature from Western educational philosophy and Eastern cultural values ​​to shape the character of students in Indonesia. This study identifies the main principles of both approaches, such as individualism and freedom from the West, and collectivism and social responsibility from the East, and analyzes their potential to complement each other. The result is a theoretical framework that combines both values, creating a holistic character education for students in Indonesia. The result of this work is that the integration of Western educational philosophy with Eastern cultural values ​​in Indonesia is important to form a generation with character and competence. Western philosophy emphasizes the development of individualism and critical thinking, while Eastern values ​​emphasize collectivism and social responsibility. Character education that includes morality and emotional intelligence helps students have integrity, empathy, and social harmony. This holistic educational approach prepares students for academic success while having a strong personality. Policy support and training for educators are needed to teach these values ​​effectively and relevantly.

Abstract

Di Indonesia, fenomena Barbershop mencerminkan perubahan budaya perawatan diri yang semakin populer di kalangan pria. Beragamnya tuntuan gaya hidup membuat pria semakin memperhatikan penampilan mereka, terutama terkait dengan gaya rambut dan kenyamanan yang ingin didapatkan saat melakukan perawatan rambut. Hal ini menjadi peralihan bagi industri pangkas rambut, dimana sekarang bukan hanya sekedar kenyamanan atau kebersihan rambut, melainkan sudah menjadi bagian esensial dari gaya hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi komunikasi pemasaran Captain Barbershop dalam meningkatkan brand awareness melalui media sosial Instagram. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian case study reasearch (studi kasussehingga dapat menganalisa secara mendalam dan secara menyeluruh mengenai bagaimana strategi komunikasi pemasaran Captain Barbershop dalam meningkatkan brand awareness melalui sosial media Instagram. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dan menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview). Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa dari berbagai indikator yang terdapat dalam content marketing dan awareness, Captain Barbershop berhasil melakukan keseluruhannya dengan baik. Tim dari Captain barbershop berhasil merencanakan, menganalisa audiens, membuat ide, menyusun konsep, produksi konten, mendistribusi konten, membuat evaluasi terhadap konten, dan mengembangkan konten untuk jadi lebih baik setiap harinya. Seluruh tahapan dalam content marketing telah dilakukan oleh tim Captain Barbershop dan berimbas kepada pengenalan yang terjadi di Instagram terhadap Captain Babershop.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of ethical marketing in Islamic marketing and its impact on business integrity in modern companies. The background of this research is driven by the importance of understanding ethical values in marketing based on Islamic principles, especially in the era of increasingly competitive market competition. The research method used is a qualitative approach, including in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis in several companies that apply ethical marketing in Islamic marketing. The findings show that the implementation of principles such as honesty, transparency, and fairness can enhance consumer trust and strengthen customer loyalty. However, challenges still exist, particularly regarding consistent understanding across the organization and pressure for short-term profits. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of intensive training for employees on Islamic marketing ethics and the development of value-based marketing approaches to improve company reputation and sustainability.
