Al-Mikraj: Jurnal Kajian Islam dan Humaniora Indonesia. Jurnal ini membahas tentang Studi Islam dan Humaniora. Sedangkan ilmu humaniora meliputi bahasa, linguistik, sastra, pendidikan, sejarah, hukum, filsafat, arkeologi, seni, dan ilmu sosial yang memiliki muatan humanistik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi manajemen perhotelan yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan analisis data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi strategi manajemen yang melibatkan pelatihan karyawan, penggunaan teknologi informasi, dan monitoring feedback pelanggan dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan di industri perhotelan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi manajer perhotelan dalam upaya meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan mempertahankan daya saing perusahaan. Penelitian lanjutan dapat fokus pada pengujian strategi manajemen yang spesifik dan pengaruhnya terhadap kualitas layanan di berbagai jenis hotel. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya strategi manajemen dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan di industri perhotelan. Dari studi literatur dan analisis data sekunder, ditemukan bahwa pelatihan karyawan, penggunaan teknologi informasi, dan monitoring feedback pelanggan merupakan strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Pelatihan karyawan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi dan keterampilan mereka dalam melayani tamu dengan baik, sementara penggunaan teknologi informasi seperti sistem manajemen hotel dapat membantu dalam mengelola operasional secara efisien. Monitoring feedback pelanggan juga penting untuk mengetahui kebutuhan dan kepuasan pelanggan, sehingga perbaikan dapat dilakukan secara cepat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of content marketing on clothing purchasing decisions at Shopee Live for students majoring in management, Faculty of Economics, Medan State University, Stambuk 2020. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods using simple linear regression analysis techniques and the data is analyzed using the SPSS 24.0 program. From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that content marketing has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase clothes at Shopee Live for students majoring in management, Faculty of Economics, Medan State University, Stambuk 2020, this is in accordance with the results of calculations in the partial test/t test, the calculated t value is > t table. namely 7.871 > 1.1996 so that the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05. So it is concluded that Content Marketing (X) has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze Asbabul Nuzul dan Urgensinya Dalam Penafsiran Al Qur’an. This type of research is a literature study. Data collection with documentation. Data analysis with SLR. The results of the research are Asbabul Nuzul, atau sebab-sebab turunnya ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an, merupakan pentingnya konteks sejarah dalam memahami teks suci. Dengan memahami situasi dan kejadian yang melatarbelakangi turunnya ayat-ayat, kita dapat lebih mendalam memahami maksud dan pesan yang terkandung di dalamnya. Urgensinya dalam penafsiran Al-Qur'an menjadi jelas karena membantu menghindari kesalahpahaman serta memperkaya interpretasi kita terhadap teks suci, sehingga memungkinkan pengaplikasian ajaran Islam yang lebih relevan dan kontekstual dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

In handling class I narcotics abuse cases, a very precise role of the prosecutor is needed because in cases of narcotics abuse, the perpetrators are often immediately sent to prison, this is very ineffective. In this case, the role of the prosecutor is very important in handling cases to take legal action. In this case, there is a need for a policy of criminal law reform. The type of research used by the author is normative juridical which is descriptive in nature with secondary legal material sources using qualitative data collection techniques. As a result of this research, the author formulates how to increase the role of prosecutors in implementing criminal law reforms to handle class I narcotics abuse cases, then what are the main challenges faced by prosecutors in implementing criminal law reforms in law enforcement in class I narcotics abuse cases.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze teachers and educators in the perspective of Raja Ali Haji's Gurindam Twelve Works. This type of research is a literature study. Data collection with documentation. Data analysis with SLR. The results of the research In Raja Ali Haji's Gurindam Dua Belas, teachers and educators are considered the main pillars in forming a civilized and cultured society. They are seen as lights on the path who guide the younger generation to acquire knowledge, noble morals and wisdom. Teachers not only teach knowledge, but also pay attention to the formation of students' character and morals. Educators in the perspective of Gurindam Dua Belas are seen as pillars of the intellectual and spiritual development of society, whose task is to educate students so that they can become individuals who are responsible, dignified and beneficial to society.

Abstract

This research aims to fully comprehend the essential parts of the inheritance assets that must be directly given to heirs according to legal provisions, where the deceased is not allowed to specify something for a particular part, either as a gift to the living or as a will, as regulated in Article 913 of the Civil Code. The author employs a type of normative juridical research, which focuses on the analysis of legal regulations, legal principles, relevant literature, expert opinions, and regulations related to the research topic.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze Jamaluddin Al-Afghani's Version of the Concept of Islamic Education Reform. This type of research is a library study. Data collection with documentation. Data analysis with SLR. The research results obtained are that Jamaluddin Al-Afghani's version of the concept of Islamic education renewal is that Islamic education must continue to develop according to the needs of the times and can be integrated with modern science. Afghani emphasized the importance of education that fosters a critical, innovative and progressive spirit in thinking and promotes universal human values. Through its progressive and inclusive approach, Afghani advocates for Islamic education to play an active role in preparing individuals to face global challenges and strengthen Islamic civilization in the contemporary context.

Abstract

In Indonesia in urban centers, vagrants and beggars are a concern for the government. This role is the implementation of the 4th paragraph related to social welfare. The government has directly played a role and is directly involved in handling the problem of vagrants and beggars. Various ways have been done including by using Government Regulation Number 31 of 1980, but these efforts have not been able to produce results. The study of what the author describes provides the latest alternative solution as an effort to overcome and provide a feasible solution by the homeless beggars, namely by providing skills, education, and religious teachings in order to be able to bring them to a better direction. After the problem has been resolved, the second is to strengthen the legal substance, namely by regulating clear and more specific rules, After the substance has been regulated, the most appropriate alternative and solution is to record how many homeless people are in the center of the Capital City, after that they are given temporary placement by those who do not have a clear home, and see who is not physically strong to be treated and given skills when they are healthy later, and for those who are still healthy, they are given decent work skills with skills according to the fields they want. The last is to provide residential placement and the budget will be funded by the APBD for this, data is collected and calculated who deserves the placement and sees the eligibility of homeless people and beggars who are entitled to occupy it.

Abstract

Dispute resolution through online arbitration has become an increasingly important topic in the context of international business relations. This article provides a comprehensive legal review of the comparison of online arbitration dispute resolution between Indonesia and China. Through in-depth analysis of the legal system, contract provisions, technology used, economic considerations, and the influence of government regulations, the author explains the differences and similarities that exist between the two countries in resolving this dispute. The different legal approaches between Indonesia, which adopts a legal system based on civil law, and China, which has a legal system based on Confucian law and socialist law, are the main focus of discussion. As a result, this article identifies the key factors that influence the effectiveness of online arbitration dispute resolution between Indonesia and China and provides valuable insights for legal practitioners, entrepreneurs and researchers interested in this field. In conclusion, this article emphasizes the importance of a deep understanding of the differences in legal and regulatory culture between the two countries in designing successful dispute resolution strategies in the context of online arbitration.

Abstract

The aim of writing this journal is to improve the management of facilities and infrastructure in optimizing the teaching and learning process in Islamic religious education. The method used is descriptive analysis using various literature sources and articles as material for analyzing research problems. The result of this work is that management of educational facilities and infrastructure is a vital process that supports successful learning by maximizing the function of each school facility to achieve educational goals efficiently. This process is regulated through the principles of goal achievement, efficiency, administration and clarity of responsibility. The management stages include planning, procurement, distribution, inventory, maintenance, storage and deletion, all of which aim to maintain the quality and availability of facilities and infrastructure. The principal plays a key role in implementing these management principles effectively, supported by the deputy principal, staff, teachers and students in the management process. Teachers participate in planning needs, utilizing and maintaining infrastructure to improve the quality of learning. Collaboration and coordination between all related parties in schools is an important factor in effective management of facilities and infrastructure. With good management, educational facilities and infrastructure can be maintained and utilized optimally. This directly contributes to creating a conducive learning environment and improving the quality of education.
