Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of development for this business to formulate the idea of business development by increasing the quality of broiler chickens using a closed house cage at CV Banda Poultry Shop based on financial and non financial aspects. The idea of business development comes from current issues that broiler mortality was relatively high (6%), and the chickens’ weight is too varied. The business development plan that will be executed is replacing the enclosure of the open-house system into closedhouse. Aim to reduce the level of mortality and improve the uniformity of broiler’s weight, this business development is supported by the availability of technology that can help broiler farming process to be more effective and efficient. This business development is using the same organizational structure, will only add three new workers. Based on financial analysis, this business development has the values of NPV Rp 23 659 722 209.6, IRR 46 percent, Net B/C 3.80 and payback period for 5 years and 6 months. Based on those financial and non financial aspects, the business development is feasible. Based on the switching value analysis, company is sensitive to the changes in the decrease of broiler production by 11.06 percent and company isn’t sensitive to the changes in the increase DOC broiler price by 59.49 percent. The solutions to rise the price of DOC are by changing the brand of DOC (still has good quality) or making hatchery division in the company. Then, when the selling price of chicken is down, the company can sell the chickens in the form of carcasses or make the chickens meat processing industry.

Abstract

ABSTRACTMacroAd is a company that provides outdoor media in the form of television screens in Commuterline train cars. LINIKINI MacroAd makes online media a tool so that the programs and information presented can make the audience interested and not get bored looking at the PID screen. The strategy taken is to create content that is creative, informative, educative, and entertaining. The content produced in the form of interviews, Lifestyle, News, Quotes, Facts, Culinary, Tips, and various other information. Information presented about current places in Jabodetabek, about technology, and the agenda of the event. However, some of the information above has not yet been visualized, such as video information about holidays. So far, MacroAd LINIKINI has only shown videos of congratulations on short holidays with a short duration on social media and the Puter Commuterline screen without detailed information about the celebration. Therefore the writer makes a video celebrating Nyepi Day in Bali. This video aims to inform the audience in detail about a series of rituals celebrating Nyepi Day before, during and after the celebration. The method used in the Making of Nyepi Day Celebration Video in Bali with 2 Dimensional Motion Graphic Technique consists of 11 stages, namely concept design, device specifications, storyboarding, material collection, layout making, animation creation, audio integration, rendering, testing, revision, and distribution. This video was successfully created with the resulting duration of 2 minutes 20 seconds with a size of 82.1 MB.ABSTRAKMacroAd merupakan perusahaan yang menyediakan media luar ruang yang berbentuk layar televisi di dalam gerbong kereta Commuterline. MacroAd LINIKINI menjadikan media online sebagai alat agar program dan informasi yang disajikan dapat membuat audience tertarik dan tidak bosan melihat layar PID. Strategi yang dilakukan adalah dengan membuat konten yang kreatif, informatif, edukatif, dan menghibur. Konten-konten yang dihasilkan berupa Interview, Lifestyle, News, Quotes, Fakta, Kuliner, Tips, dan berbagai informasi lainnya. Informasi yang disajikan mengenai tempat-tempat kekinian yang berada di Jabodetabek, tentang teknologi, dan agenda acara. Namun dari beberapa informasi diatas ada yang belum divisualisasikan seperti video informasi mengenai hari-hari besar. Selama ini MacroAd LINIKINI hanya menayangkan video ucapan selamat hari besar dengan durasi yang singkat di sosial media dan layar PID Commuterline tanpa informasi secara detail tentang perayaan tersebut. Maka dari itu penulis membuat video perayaan hari nyepi di Bali. Video ini bertujuan untuk memberitahukan secara detail kepada audience tentang rangkaian ritual perayaan hari nyepi sebelum, saat, dan sesudah perayaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam Pembuatan Video Perayaan Hari Nyepi di Bali dengan Teknik Motion Graphic 2 Dimensi in terdiri dari 11 tahap yaitu perancangan konsep, spesifikasi perangkat, pembuatan storyboard, pengumpulan bahan, pembuatan layout, pembuatan animasi, penggabungan audio, rendering, pengujian, revisi, dan distribusi. Video ini berhasil dibuat dengan durasi yang dihasilkan yaitu 2 menit 20 detik dengan ukuran 82.1 MB.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPT MNC Netrworks (MNC Radio Networks) developed an application called ROOV (Radio On The Move), an Android platform application that acts as an aggregator (collector) of almost all radio frequencies in Indonesia. ROOV users can listen to the radio on ROOV by streaming audio online. Kamus Ustadz is one of the entertainment and educational video content types of Islamic religious videos that are on ROOV. Kamus Ustadz is content that can attract public interest because it is entertaining and meaningful content.Kamus Ustadz presents Islamic religious content, which is delivered lightly through humorous interludes.In producing religious video content, Kamus Ustadz uses theoretical methods starting from Pre-Production, Production, then Post-Production combined with practical methods in the field. The results of the production of religious video content of the Ustadz Dictionary will be published on ROOV to be presented to ROOV users so that ROOV users can be entertained and educated. ABSTRAKPT MNC Networks (MNC Radio Networks) mengembangkan aplikasi bernama ROOV (Radio On The Move) yaitu aplikasi ber-platform Android yang bertindak sebagai aggregator (penghimpun) hampir seluruh frekuensi radio di Indonesia. Pengguna ROOV dapat mendengarkan radio di ROOV dengan cara streaming audio secara online.Kamus Ustadz merupakan salah satu konten video hiburan dan edukatif berjenis video religi Islam yang ada di ROOV. Kamus Ustadz merupakan konten yang dapat menarik minat khalayak umun karena merupakan konten yang menghibur dan bermanfaat. Kamus Ustadz menyajikan konten religi Islam yang penyampaian materinya disampaikan secara ringan melalui selingan humor.Dalam memproduksi konten video religi Kamus Ustadz digunakan metode teoritis yang dimulai dari Praproduksi, Produksi, kemudian Pascaproduksi yang dikombinasikan dengan metode praktis di lapangan. Hasil dari produksi konten video religi Kamus Ustadz akan dipublikasikan di ROOV untuk disajikan kepada pengguna ROOV sehingga pengguna ROOV dapat terhibur dan teredukasi.

ABSTRACTPT Amerta Indah Otsuka is a company engaged in manufacturing, nutrition and pharmaceuticals. It company has many employees and is devided into several departement, because of that, effective communication is needed.HORENSO is an acronym from Japanese language, that is hokoku, renraku and sodan. HORENSO in Indonesia language thai is report, information and consult. HORENSO culture is considered as one of the keys to success in a corporate organization in Japan, because it’s more important the process and cooperation to reach the goal. At the appointed time, HCD Departement routine remindes employees for training HORENSO culture.Training about effective communication is carried out by speaker within two hours. Material submitted using video that is not good quality, therefore HCD Departement want to create a motion graphics that summarizes all the footage from the previous video, so that is can be delivered informatively to increase employee attention to the importance of effective communication in the corporate environment. ABSTRAKPT Amerta Indah Otsuka merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang manufaktur nutrisi dan farmasi. Perusahaan ini memiliki banyak karyawan yang dibagi dalam beberapa departemen, dengan banyaknya karyawan tersebut maka diperlukan komunikasi yang efektif karyawan antar departemen.HORENSO adalah suatu akronim dari bahasa Jepang yang dibentuk dari tiga kata, yaitu hokoku, renraku dan sodan. Dalam Bahasa Indonesia dapat diartikan laporan, informasi dan konsultasi. Budaya HORENSO ini dianggap sebagai salah satu kunci sukses dalam suatu organisasi perusahaan di Jepang, karena sangat memperhatikan proses untuk mencapai target dan menitikberatkan pada kerjasama antar Departemen. Pada tanggal dan waktu yang telah ditentukan, Departemen HCD dengan rutin mengingatkan karyawan untuk mengikuti training komunikasi efektif budaya HORENSO.Training komunikasi efektif dilaksanakan oleh pembicara dalam waktu dua jam dengan materi yang dipaparkan menggunakan cuplikan video yang kualitasnya kurang baik, dengan keadaan video yang sudah ada sebelumnya Departemen HCD ingin membuat sebuah motion graphics yang merangkum semua cuplikan dari video yang ada, sehingga materi dapat tersampaikan dengan infomatif untuk meningkatkan perhatian karyawan terhadap pentingnya komunikasi yang efektif di lingkungan organisasi perusahaan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPT Mid Solusi Nusantara or commonly known as Mekari, is a company engaged in IT that is making software. Mekari has products such as Journal, Talent, Sleekr, and KlikPajak. Mekari in promoting its products through social media facilities such as Youtube and Instagram. Promotions include graphic design, motion graphics and videography. However, promotion in the form of videography is rarely done because the Creative Marketing division in particular the videography section is still not active on a regular basis for video production. Therefore, the production of videography is aimed at increasing the value of Mekari products and to recognize Mekari products to other businesses.The Field Work Practices Activity (PKL) is carried out in the Mid Plaza 2 Building, located on Jalan Jend. Sudirman Kav. 10-11, Jakarta Pusat, 10220, Indonesia. This street vendor activity began on February 11, 2019 until May 3, 2019. Data collection was carried out using direct observation techniques, active participation, interviews, and discussions.The method used in video production involves three stages. These stages include Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production. Stages made in accordance with what was done during the Field Work Practices (PKL) both when working on the script, meeting with clients and video production processes such as editing, rendering to publication.The results of the video have been made as a promotional media for Mekari companies and the general public who want to find a platform for businesses that are increasingly developing in Indonesia. ABSTRAKPT Mid Solusi Nusantara atau biasa dikenal dengan Mekari, merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang IT yaitu membuat software. Mekari mempunyai produk yaitu Jurnal, Talenta, Sleekr, dan KlikPajak. Mekari dalam melakukan promosi produknya melalui sarana media sosial seperti Youtube dan Instagram. Promosi yang dilakukan berupa desain grafis, motion graphic dan videografi. Namun, promosi berupa videografi jarang dilakukan karena pada bagian divisi Marketing Creative khususnya bagian videografi masih belum aktif secara rutin untuk melakukan produksi video. Maka dari itu, produksi videografi dilakukan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai produk – produk Mekari dan untuk mengenali produk – produk Mekari kepada pembisnis lainnya.Kegiatan Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) dilaksanakan di Gedung Mid Plaza 2, yang berlokasi di Jalan Jend. Sudirman Kav. 10-11, Jakarta Pusat, 10220, Indonesia. Kegiatan PKL ini dimulai pada tanggal 11 Februari 2019 sampai 3 Mei 2019. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi langsung, partisipasi aktif, wawancara, dan diskusi.Metode yang digunakan dalam produksi video melibatkan tiga tahapan. Tahapan tersebut antara lain Pra Produksi, Produksi dan Pasca Produksi. Tahapan yang dibuat sesuai dengan apa yang dilakukan saat Praktik Kerja Lapang (PKL) baik saat mengerjakan script, bertemu dengan klien maupun proses produksi video seperti editing, rendering hingga publikasi.Hasil video yang telah dibuat sebagai media promosi untuk perusahaan Mekari dan masyarakat umum yang ingin mengetahui satu platform untuk bisnis yang semakin berkembang di Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe culture of vaname shrimp can not be separated from various outbreaks of diseases, especially by viral infections including Infectious Myonecrosis (IMN) which has caused the cumulative death of vaname shrimp up to 70%. One effort to prevent diseases in shrimp is by applying synbiotics. This study aims to evaluate the synergistic effects of probiotic bacteria SKT-b and oligosaccharides extracted from sweet potatoes, in increasing resistance to IMN disease. Shrimp are treated with synbiotic feed with different prebiotic concentrations of 1% (Pro + Pre 1%), 2% (Pro + Pre 2%) and 3% (Pro + Pre 3%). Feed treatment was given to the shrimp (weight ± 1.9 g) for 30 days. Then the shrimp were infected with the IMN virus and carried out observations for 10 days including survival parameters, clinical symptoms, total hemocytes and phenoloxidase activity. Application of synbiotic can increase vaname shrimp resistance to IMN virus infection. This increase is indicated by the increase in survival of shrimp and the decrease in the rate of infection from IMN, observed through clinical symptoms. One of the improvements in shrimp immune response was due to an increase in total leukocytes and phenoloxidase activity. In general, the treatment of Pro + Pre 2% and Pro + Pre 3% showed a better response to the increase in resistance of vaname shrimp compared to other treatments. ABSTRAKBudidaya udang vaname tidak lepas dari berbagai wabah penyakit yang menyerang, terutama oleh infeksi virus diantaranya Infectious Myonecrosis (IMN) yang telah menyebabkan kematian kumulatif udang vaname hingga 70%. Salah satu upaya pencegahan penyakit pada udang adalah dengan aplikasi sinbiotik. Penelitian in bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efek sinergis dari bakteri probiotik SKT-b dan oligosakarida hasil ekstraksi dari ubi jalar, dalam meningkatkan resistensi terhadap penyakit IMN. Udang diberi perlakuan pakan sinbiotik dengan konsentrasi prebiotik berbeda yaitu 1% (Pro+Pre 1%), 2% (Pro+Pre 2%) dan 3% (Pro+Pre 3%). Pakan perlakuan diberikan ke udang uji (bobot ± 1.9 g) selama 30 hari. Selanjutnya udang uji diinfeksi dengan virus IMN dan dilakukan pengamatan selama 10 hari meliputi parameter sintasan, gejala klinis, total hemosit dan aktifitas phenoloksidase. Aplikasi pemberian sinbiotik mampu meningkatkan resistensi udang vaname terhadap infeksi virus IMN. Peningkatan resistensi ini ditandai dengan meningkatnya sintasan udang dan menurunnya tingkat infeksi dari IMN yang diamati melalui gejala klinis. Peningkatan respon imun udang salah satunya dikarenakan peningkatan total leukosit dan aktivitas phenoloksidase. Secara umum, perlakuan Pro+Pre 2% dan Pro+Pre 3% menunjukkan respon yang lebih baik terhadap peningkatan resistensi udang vaname dibandingkan dengan perlakuan lainnya.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the growth of parent stock snakehead fish Channa striata in a pond fed with tilapia Oreochromis sp. seeds using different feeding rates. Studies were carried out using three different treatments feeding rate (FR), which is 2%, 3%, and 4%. The parameters observed included growth, feed conversion ratio, and water quality. The results showed that the growth of the average weight of fish FR 4% per day (growth rate 86,01 g) had higher than other treatments. The value of feed conversion is 2,5 while the fish is given FR 2%. Parameters of water quality, i.e. pH, temperature, alkalinity, and ammonia still in the range of tolerance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Nystagmus is a nervous disorder that causes the eyeball to spin and torticolis. Acupuncture is an alternative therapy in the case of nystagmus. The advantages of acupuncture in the case of nystagmus are that it reduces the frequency of eyeball rotation, and relieves the symptoms of torticolis. The purpose of this case study is to explain acupuncture procedures in the case of nystagmus shih tzu dogs at Pet Love Center. Therapy in the case of nystagmus is a combination therapy of acupuncture and heating TDP (Thermal deep penetration). Acupuncture point at GB-7, GB-20, BL-10. Combination of acupuncture and TDP for 15 minutes 2 times a week and the results of the patient recovered in 1 month.Key words : acupuncture, nystagmus, torticollis ABSTRAK Nistagmus merupakan gangguan saraf yang dapat menyebabkan bola mata berputar dan tortikolis. Pengobatan nistagmus salah satunya dengan terapi akupuntur. Keuntungan terapi akupuntur pada kasus Nistgamus adalah mengurangi frekuensi perputaran bola mata, dan meredakan gejala tortikolis. Tujuan penulisan studi kasus ini adalah untuk menjelaskan cara melakukan terapi akupuntur pada kasus nistagmus anjing shih tzu di Pet Love Center. Terapi yang diberikan pada kasus nystagmus ini adalah terapi kombinasi akupunktur dan pemanas TDP (Thermal deep penetration). Titik akupuntur yang di lakukan pada titik akupuntur GB-7, GB-20, BL-10. Terapi Akupuntur dan pemanasan dilakukan selama 15 menit dengan frekuensi pemberian 2 kali seminggu dan hasilnya pasien mengalami proses persembuhan dalam 1 bulan.Kata kunci : Akupuntur, Nistagmus, Tortikolis

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this study is modify dessert for patients or people with diabetes mellitus in the form of Bread Fruit Pudding with natural sweeteners. Bread Fruit Pudding products use the main ingredients of jelly and low fat milk and fruit as a sweet taste. Pudding product development into bread fruit pudding is attempted to increase public insight regarding the importance of considering the use of sugar and changing the negative stigma of society regarding the consumption of fruit with a sweet taste. The production stage of Bread Fruits Pudding products consists of the preparation of materials and tools, the processing stage using the boiling technique (100˚C) and serving (150 grams/serving). The nutritional content of Bread Fruits Pudding is 92.7 Calories of energy; 5.3 grams of protein; 3.8 grams of fat; 12.9 grams of carbohydrates; 2.2 grams of fiber and 6.6 grams of natural sugar. The result of the preference test obtained that 78% liked the appearance and portion of the product, 56% liked the taste and 89% liked the texture. Abstract

ABSTRACTPT Rimba Makmur Utama is located on Jalan Kantin No.8 Kota Bogor. This private business company is engaged in the field of forest restoration on the island of Kalimantan, precisely in the Sampit region. This company's restoration is to save the forest from illegal logging and protect animals from extinction in the forests around the Sampit area. PT Rimba Makmur Utama is already using a hotspot so users can connect to the internet. However, problems arise when users move between rooms or places in the office but the wireless signal coverage cannot be reached. To overcome this, the solution is to build a Wireless Distribution System (WDS) network. WDS is a method that can be used to expand wireless networks by connecting multiple access points without using cables. Hotspot networks do not always provide fast and stable internet access. To overcome this, a user management system and bandwidth are needed using the Remote Authentication Dial In User Service protocol or RADIUS Server. User Manager is a RADIUS Server developed by MikroTik. All the area in the building have been covered with the internet. Users need username and password to connected to the network in the building.
