Abstract

ABSTRACTDensity in shrimp farming is closely related to the dissolved oxygen needs, this can be overcome one of them through aeration technology to increase dissolved oxygen in the waters. Economic activities in the form of shrimp benur packaging is also an important thing because the safety of benur to consumers becomes a benchmark for the success of farmers in distributing their products so as to support the increase in the level of profit obtained. The aim of this study is to evaluate the opportunity of applying simple aeration technology on the transportation of closed short-range shrimp benur, bioeconomic aspect and oxygen consumed/post larvae. The method in this study is divided into several series, the first weighing weight of the benur is post larvae 10 with average a weight of 0,0026 ± 0,0021 g/larvae. The second is the preparation of raw water with aeration or bubbling type aeration technology. The third is by providing benur with research treatment into plastic bags and the last is short distance transportation process. The treatment applied is 200 post larvae/bag, 400 larvae/bag and 600 larvae/bag with a volume of 450 ml. The results showed that all treatments do not differ significantly both in terms of water quality, oxygen consumption rate and survival rate (sintasan), but in the bioeconomic count of treatment with a density of 600 larvae/bags in 450 ml of water showed the largest net profit of Rp45 753 000 compared to other treatments in the value of the profit including bonuses of a number of larvae if there is a death of larvae during the trip. ABSTRAKKepadatan dalam budidaya udang erat kaitannya dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan oksigen terlarut, hal ini bisa diatasi salah satunya melalui teknologi aerasi untuk meningkatkan oksigen terlarut pada perairan. Kegiatan ekonomi berupa pengemasan benur udang juga menjadi hal penting karena keselamatan benur ke konsumen menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan pembudidaya dalam mendistribusikan produknya sehingga dapat mendukung kenaikan level keuntungan yang diperoleh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi peluang penerapan teknologi aerasi sederhana pada transportasi tertutup benur udang jarak pendek, aspek bioekonomi dan kebutuhan oksigen yang dikonsumsi/ekor benur udang. Metode dalam penelitian ini terbagi dalam beberapa rangkaian, pertama penimbangan bobot benur yakni post larvae 10 dengan bobot 0,0026 ± 0,0021 g/ekor. Kedua yakni persiapan air baku dengan teknologi aerasi jenis gelembung atau bubbling. Ketiga yakni dengan penyediaan benur dengan perlakuan penelitian ke dalam kantong plastik dan terakhir yakni proses transportasi jarak pendek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua perlakuan tidak berbeda nyata baik dari segi kualitas air, tingkat konsumsi oksigen maupun tingkat kelangsungan hidup (sintasan), namun pada hitungan bioekonomi perlakuan dengan kepadatan 600 ekor/kantong dalam 450 ml air menunjukkan keuntungan bersih terbesar yakni Rp45 753 000 dibandingkan perlakuan lainnya yang didalam nilai laba tersebut sudah termasuk bonus sejumlah benur jika ada kematian benur selama di perjalanan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe main purpose of this study is to examine the consumer's acceptability to the main dish in the Sehati Canteen College of Vocational Studies IPB University, by comparing the consumer's acceptability between chicken katsu and chicken teriyaki dishes served. Main course (main course) is a staple dish of a complete menu arrangement served at lunch anddinner,the portion size is larger than the appetizer (appetizer). The main course or main course of Japan consists of a bowl of rice(gohan), a bowl of miso soup(miso shiru),pickled vegetables(tsukemono) and fish or meat. Similar to in Indonesia, rice is a staple food of the Japanese people. The most popular Japanese main course among teenagers today is Chicken katsu and Chicken teriyaki. Chicken katsu is a famous dish from sakura country with the basic ingredients of chicken meat wrapped in flour so that the texture is crispy outside and soft inside. Chicken teriyaki is one of the typical Japanese food made from chicken breast in fillets and then diced or elongated, cooked with teriyaki sauce. Preparation to make the main course in the Sehati Canteen College of Vocational Studies IPB University consists of preparation of tools and preparation of ingredients. The main dish processing procedure is divided into staple food processing, animal side dishes and vegetable dishes. The preparation stage is done to make chicken katsu,chicken is reported before processing while at the preparatory stage of making chicken teriyaki,chicken, rice, and salad are reported in a ripe state. The main dish favorite test was conducted organoleptic test with panelists who came from healthy canteen consumers. Based on the results of the favorite test and the results of the output of statistical analysis obtained that the panelists prefer chicken katsu dishes in terms of appearance, color, taste, texture and shape compared to chicken teriyaki.

Abstract

ABSTRAKServer yang terdapat di Sekolah Vokasi Institut Pertanian Bogor (SV-IPB) diinstal Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment (MOODLE) yang merupakan aplikasi e-learning berbasis web. MOODLE membutuhkan database yang berfungsi sebagai sebuah sistem penyimpanan data dari berbagai aktivitas yang dilakukan. Database server yang tersedia di SV-IPB berupa single database server. SV-IPB memiliki 17 program studi, jumlah mahasiswa Sekolah Vokasi untuk tiga angkatan sekitar 6 300 mahasiswa, hal tersebut bisa menyebabkan pengaksesan layanan MOODLE dan beban yang ditanggung server menjadi tinggi. Mengatasi masalah tersebut salah satu solusinya diimplementasikan teknologi database cluster pada server SV-IPB serta membuat sebuah server load balancing. Pembuatan database cluster menggunakan aplikasi Galera Cluster, serta digunakan HAProxy sebagai load balancer yang berperan sebagai pembagi beban antar database server dalam database cluster. Ketika database server down maka ada database server lain yang dapat menggantikan tugas dari database server yang down tersebut.Kata Kunci : Database Cluster, Galera Cluster, HAProxy, Multi-master, MySQL ABSTRACTThe server in the Vocational School, Bogor Agricultural University (SV-IPB) is installed with Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment (MOODLE) which is a web-based e-learning application. MOODLE requires a database that functions as a data storage system for various activities carried out. The database server available at SV-IPB is a single database server. SV-IPB has 17 study programs, the number of Vocational School students for three batches is around 6 300 students, this can cause access to MOODLE services and the burden on the server to be high. One of the solutions to overcome this problem is to implement database cluster technology on the SV-IPB server and create a load balancing server. Creating a cluster database using the Galera Cluster application, and using HAProxy as a load balancer that acts as a load divider between database servers in the database cluster. Abstract

ABSTRACTIn IP-based networks with many users, a bandwidth usage regulation mechanism is needed to ensure service quality. Mikrotik RouterOS has a feature to run QoS known as queue. RouterOS uses the Hierarchichal Token Bucket (HTB) method as the main queue method. The results of the tests carried out show that HTB is able to provide traffic limitation facilities for each classification and guarantee or ensure the amount of bandwidth is less or equal to the predetermined amount. If there is unused bandwidth it can be used by a lower classification (borrowing mechanism).

Abstract

Gas based resource has been widely used by Indonesians on daily basis. As for cooking purposes, the use of gas in the form of LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) that is distributed by the government has been considered as problematic due to the high price. On the other hand, the trend of converting to alternative energy is on the rise. Therefore, the opportunity of developing an alternative resource to replace LPG for cooking is highly demanded. Biogas is a fuel which is produced from the breakdown of organic matter such as animal manure or sewage. The highly flammable feature of methane can be utilized for cooking purpose. Biogas is cheaper than LPG and has a more reliable distribution channel. The aims of this research are to analyze the feasibility of a chicken manure biogas business in non-financial and financial aspects and to analyze the sensitivity level of the feasibility of a chicken manure biogas business. Based on financial analysis, business development at PT Jatinom Indah is feasible because it has value of NPV Rp 1 186 604 209 with NET B/C of 3,045, Gross B/C of 1,302 and IRR of 33%, with payback period 3 years and 1 month.

Abstract

ABSTRAKCV Frinsa Agrolestari sebagai salah satu perusahaan kopi berfokus pada pemberdayaan dan pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) petani mitra untuk memproduksi biji kopi berkualitas tinggi, menjaga kelestarian bumi, serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat petani kopi. Pengembangan masyarakat perlu terus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Bentuk pengembangan masyarakat harus bersifat partisipatif dengan melakukan analisis masalah dan merumuskan perencanaan kegiatan untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengembangan masyarakat yaitu simulasi pembuatan pupuk organic cair dan evaluasi kegiatan dengan pembagian kuisioner. Limbah ampas kopi tersedia di petani kebun mitra tani CV Frinsa Agrolestari, namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Pemanfaatan limbah ampas kopi dilakukan dengan pembuatan Pupuk Organik Cair (POC). POC diaplikasikan pada tanaman yang dimiliki oleh petani mitra kopi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa para petani sebagian besar memiliki keinginan dalam pemanfaatan limbah ampas kopi dan merasa puas dengan sosialisasi pemberdayaan masyarakat. Kata kunci : kopi, mitra tani, pemberdayaan masyarakat ABSTRACTCV Frinsa Agrolestari as one of the coffee companies that focuses on human resource (HR) empowerment and development for farmer partnership to produce high quality coffee beans, maintain the sustainability of the earth, and improve the welfare of the coffee farming community. Community development needs to continue to be done to improve the community welfare. The form of the community development must be participatory by conducting problem analysis and formulating activity planning to solve the problem.The method of implementing community development activities is simulating the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer and evaluation activities were carried out by distributing questionnaires. Coffee ground waste is available in farmer partnership in CV Frinsa Agrolestari, but has not been optimally utilized. The utilization of coffee grounds waste is done by making Liquid Organic Fertilizer. Liquid Organic Fertilizer is applied to their crops owned by coffee farmers. The evaluation results showed that farmers mostly have a desire in the utilization of coffee ground waste and are satisfied with the socialization of community empowerment.Key words : coffee, community empowerment, farmer partners

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe Research results as the result of thoughts from researchers or lecturers need to be protected from harmful fraudulent actions. Protection of the research results also provides motivation for researchers or lecturers to continue working. One form of protection provided is the protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). Various forms of IPR can be utilized as long as it meets the criteria of the IPR field. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of protection of trade secrets for the Research Results. In addition, to find out the efforts that need to be made to fulfill trade secret requirements. This research is normative legal research with a qualitative approach. The Research results of The College of Vocational Studies IPB University’s lecturer who research grants in 2020 that can be given protection as trade secrets. The Research results can be protected as trade secrets if they meet the criteria that the research results are confidential information in the field of technology and/or business, have economic value and are kept confidential by researchers or lecturers. To maintain the confidentiality of the research results, efforts were made such as providing a password, writing the word "Secret", storing documents in a safe place, making a confidentiality agreement and inserting a confidentiality clause in the license agreement.

Abstract

ABSTRAKIndonesia sebagai negara kepulauan terbesar memiliki potensi perikanan yang terbesar di dunia. Potensi perikanan tersebut dapat ditingkatkan dengan memberikan nilai tambah melalui produk ikan olahan. Memberikan nilai tambah pada produk mentah banyak disadari oleh masyarakat sehubungan dengan kondisi force majeure COVID-19 yang menciptakan tren produksi mandiri produk makanan olahan, baik untuk dikonsumsi sendiri maupun untuk diperjualbelikan kembali. Preferensi masyarakat akan konsumsi produk olahan ikan masih belum optimal, sehingga penulis tertarik untuk meneliti perilaku konsumen terhadap produk olahan ikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa persepsi dan perubahan perilaku konsumen akhir dan konsumen bisnis serta strategi yang diambil terhadap produk ikan olahan dan kaitannya dengan kondisi pandemi COVID-19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan kuantatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisa SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats). SWOT analisis dipakai untuk menganalisa faktor internal yang terdiri dari kekuatan dan kelemahan serta faktor eksternal yang terdiri dari peluang dan ancaman. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama tiga bulan yaitu mulai bulan Oktober sampai Desember 2020 dan digambarkan dalam matriks Internal External Factor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai koordinat analisis internal sebesar 0,79 dan koordinat analisis eksternal sebesar 0,85. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa preferensi konsumen terhadap produk olahan ikan berada pada kuadran I dan strategi pemasaran yang perlu dilakukan berupa strategi pertumbuhan agresif.Kata kunci : COVID-19, metode swot, olahan ikan, perilaku konsumen

Abstract

ABSTRAKJamur tiram (Pleurotus ostreatus) merupakan salah satu jenis jamur konsumsi yang diminati masyarakat. Tujuannya adalah mengkaji kelayakan usaha dari pengolahan jamur tiram segar menjadi kaldu jamur pada Payung Putih. Metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan analisis SWOT, analisis finansial dan non-finansial. Payung Putih merupakan salah satu pelaku usaha budi daya jamur tiram di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Alternatif strategi yang didapat yaitu mengkaji kelayakan usaha untuk peningkatan nilai tambah jamur tiram menjadi kaldu jamur. Selama menjalankan usahanya, terdapat hasil panen yang tidak mampu diserap pasar dan belum ada perlakuan lain. Salah satu cara meningkatkan nilai tambah jamur tiram, yaitu dengan cara diolah menjadi kaldu jamur. Kandungan asam glutamat alami pada jamur tiram dapat memberikan cita rasa gurih pada masakan. Berdasarkan analisis non finansial, dilihat dari perencanaan pasar dan pemasaran sudah memiliki target pasar yang jelas, perencanaan organisasi dan manajemen terdapat pembagian kerja antar tenaga kerja, perencanaan sumber daya manusia tersedianya tenaga kerja, dan perencanaan kolaborasi yaitu adanya pemasok dan pemasar. Dari kriteria kelayakan secara finansial dilihat dari nilai NPV sebesar Rp 93 610 380, IRR = 59,95%, Net B/C = 4,54, Gross B/C = 1,14, dan payback period selama 2 tahun 9 bulan, usaha kaldu jamur ini dapat dikatakan layak, karena semua kriteria kelayakan memiliki nilai di atas kriteria. Berdasarkan analisis switching value, batas maksimum yang dapat ditoleransi agar usaha tetap layak yaitu penurunan produksi sebesar 12,73%, sehingga bila perusahaan akan menjalankan usaha ini harus bisa mencegahan penurunan produksi lebih dari 12,73%, salah satu upaya untuk mencegahnya dengan melakukan peningkatan promosi.Kata kunci : jamur tiram, kaldu jamur, kelayakan usaha ABSTRACTOyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is one type of mushroom consumption that people are interested in. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe introduced freshwater ornamental fish commodity which is a favorite in the international market with relatively stable prices in the market is the koi fish Cyprinus rubrofuscus. The average increase in koi fish production is 11,6% every year. The koi fish observed were showa. The broodstock of koi fish are fed in the form of Shoori Superior Koi Food Spirulina variant with the ad satiation method. The average eggs produced in spawning were 288,300 eggs with FR 78,3%, and HR 87,98%. Koi fish hatchery activities produce 2-3 cm larvae in 14 days and produce 5-10 cm in 45 days. Mina Karya Koi is able to produce quality larvae and seeds as many as 147,000 tail of fish for a year with an SR (Survival Rate) produced for 45 days of 85,6%. This hatchery activity has an R/C ratio of 2,5 with a selling price of larvae of Rp150 000 per kg and a selling price of seeds of Rp3 000 per tail of fish.Key words : Koi Fish, Cyprinus rubrofuscus, Hatchery ABSTRAKKomoditas ikan hias air tawar introduksi yang menjadi favorit di pasar internasional dengan harga relatif stabil di pasar adalah ikan koi Cyprinus rubrofuscus. Kenaikan rata-rata produksi ikan koi sebesar 11,6% per tahun. Ikan koi yang diamati adalah ikan koi jenis showa. Induk ikan koi diberikan pakan berupa Shoori Superior Koi Food varian Spirulina dengan metode ad satiation atau sekenyangnya. Rata-rata telur yang dihasilkan dalam pemijahan yaitu sekitar 288.300 butir telur dengan FR 78,3%, dan HR 87,98%. Kegiatan pembenihan ikan koi menghasilkan larva ukuran 2-3 cm dalam waktu 14 hari dan menghasilkan benih ukuran 5-10 cm dalam waktu 45 hari. Mina Karya Koi mampu menghasilkan larva dan benih yang berkualitas sebanyak 147.000 ekor per tahun dengan SR (Survival Rate) yang dihasilkan selama 45 hari sebesar 85,6%. Kegiatan pembenihan ini memiliki R/C ratio sebesar 2,5 dengan harga jual larva sebesar Rp150 000 per kg dan harga jual benih sebesar Rp3 000 per ekor.Kata kunci : Ikan Koi, Cyprinus rubrofuscus, Pembenihan
