Abstract

The infrastucture of high-rise buildings must have an earthquake resistance. As a mitigation effort, a building must be symmetrical. When an earthquake occurs the response of the structure easily predictable. However, along with the development of architectural design, many buildings with irregular shapes (asymmetrical). So, it is necessary to analyze the behavior of structures in irregular buildings. The purpose of this study was to determined the maximum displacement value and  a structural performance due to an earthquake loads based on ATC-40. The earthquake analysis used a Response Spectrum and Time History with the help of ETABS V17.0.1 software, case study located in Bekasi City Government Service Office (POLRES) building.  The research used quantitative descriptive method.  Based on the analysis, the maximum displacement value due to earthquake loads using the Response Spectrum analysis method for the X direction were 74,655 mm and 54,566 mm for the Y direction.

Abstract

Information Technology in the delivery of information has developed rapidly. Augmented Reality (AR) is a 3D visual imaging technology. Topography in a broad sense is defined as the height of a place calculated from sea level so that the height of the land can be known. In Indonesia, the application of AR technology is only limited to displaying the results of visual forms in games. But the technology is still considered new to the world of education. In this study, we will analyze the form of visual modeling from AR as a media related to the visualization of topographical forms. By making installations related to tools in the form of a sandbox and an AR integration system that is used as a medium for topographic modeling. The analysis was carried out on 5 topographic models. The results obtained in the topographic modeling are the results obtained through the printed DEMNAS data modeling and then made a visual form in the AR sandbox tool. With the RMSe results obtained, it will affect the precision modeling results. From the comparison of contour line modeling results, there is a difference in the visualization form of the mound. The results of the hydrological modeling made a basin shape. By calling the command for the visual form of the water, a hydrological modeling model is obtained. Keywords: Augmented reality, Countour, DEMNAS, Education, Modelling, Topography,

Abstract

The selection of a construction method can result in differences in cost and time in its implementation. The wiser we are in choosing a construction method, then we will get the best results, especially in terms of cost and time. In the implementation of concrete work there are several methods including the on-site molding method and precast. Keywords: Cast- In Situ Concrete, Cost Analysis, Implementation, Precast Concrete, , Time Analysis

Abstract

The axial bearing capacity of the pile foundation is needed to determine the number of foundations required to carry the structural load. Calculation of the axial bearing capacity pile foundation produces a carrying capacity different from the results of loading tests in the field. The difference between the bearing capacity design with loading test result can make a waste of the number of poles used. To make effective use of the number of piles, the bearing capacity design is necessary to modify the coefficient so that bearing capacity design  is closer to the results of the loading test. The result of the modification the bearing capacity of the clay soil in an increase that is not much different from the initial coefficient but is strongly influenced by the value of the internal friction angle which can make the coefficient increase twice. For cohesionless soil, ultimate  base resistance  there is an average value of 56.75 tsf for N-SPT 50.

Abstract

Based on the final drafting document of RZWP-3-K (Zoning Plan for Coastal Areas and Small Islands) in East Java, Sampang Regency has various utilization of marine space, including: traditional fishing areas, fish farming, FSO (Floating Storage Offloading), The Fuel Oil Terminal (TTU-BBM), the sand sea mining location permit, the coastal tourism area, the military training area, the oil and gas pipeline that is operated by PT.Santos Ltd and so on. This results in the utilization of coastal areas and diverse (multi-use) marine space located on the water surface, water column, the subsoil of the bed in one vertical plane of a marine parcel. Then there is a need for marine space utilization allocation planning (RZWP3K). The application of the concept of marine cadastre is a solution in determining the limits of allocation and the type of utilization of marine space so as not to cause future conflicts. However, in the use of marine space there is still a mismatch with the marine space allocation plan that has been made by the East Java Marine and Fisheries Service and in its planning it still uses maps with 2D visualization which basically cannot visualize the condition vertically the condition of a marine parcel is overlapping or not, so 3D visualization is needed. Keywords: 3D Visualization, Marine Cadastre, Marine Space, RZWP3K, Utilization Suitability of Sea Space

Abstract

In the management of marine resources, a marine cadastral system is needed in the administration of water space objects. This study aims to examine the development of Indonesian marine cadastre in terms of four the main aspects of marine cadastre, namely legal aspects, institutional aspects, technical aspects, and human resources aspects, as well as comparing the status of Indonesian marine cadastre with the marine cadastre status of other countries.. The results of this study indicate that from the legal aspect, Indonesia does not yet have a law that specifically becomes the legal basis for the application of marine cadastre in Indonesia. From the institutional aspect, it can be seen that the implementation of marine cadastre in Indonesia is still managed sectorally by ministries/agencies related to water space. Indonesia has developed technical implementation of marine cadastre in Indonesia. Keywords: Human Resources Aspects, Legal, institutional, Marine cadastre, Technical,

Abstract

Geopolymer concrete is concrete composed of cystesis material of non-organic materials that go through a polymerization process so that it is environmentally friendly, so it can reduce the amount of carbon dioxide produced in Portland cement in the normal concrete manufacturing process which can cause a greenhouse effect. Geopolymer concrete requires a lot of silica and alumina. In geopolymer concrete, the most common alkaline activators used in geopolymer concrete are Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) and Sodium Silicate (Na2SiO3). Fly Ash has a lot of silica and alumina and the role of alkali activator to dissolve the elements of silica and alumina. The method carried out is an experiment. This study used a ratio between fly ash and activator of 70%:30%, and used a ratio of activators between Na2SiO3 and NaOH of 5:2, 6:2, 7:2, 8:2, 9:2, with a cylinder test object of 20x10 cm with a test result of 42.71 MPa.Keywords: Activator, Compressive Strength, Geopolymer Concrete,

Abstract

The activity of calculating the volume cut and fill in road works is generally depicted on a cross-section drawing in accordance with the road pavement plan. The distance between the cross-section of the road is determined by certain distance intervals marked with STA notation. The difference in the distance between STA intervals in each project implementing agency will affect the volume cut and fill obtained. Therefore, this study will analyze the cross-section distance interval in calculating the volume using the average end area method and its effect on straight and curved roads. The results of the volume calculation at each interval will be compared with the data that is considered correct. The volume calculation data that is considered correct is the result of manual calculation of the volume of the 25 meter STA interval profile data. The difference between the calculated volume and the volume that is considered correct will be analyzed using standard deviation and ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) tolerance test method with a tolerance limit of 2.78%.Keywords: ASTM, curved road, cut volume, fill volume, straight course
