Abstract

This research is intended to examine the effect of Social Media, Electronic Word Of Mouth, and Product Variations on Purchase Decisions, namely a food product produced by Okay Enak Rawamangun.The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach, using the latest SPSS 26.0 software. In this study, users who had purchased food items with the Oke Enak Rawamangun product. Sampling was based on the purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 97 buyers of Oke Enak. In terms of data used in research is primary data. In collecting data using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing using the t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination test (R2) to see how much it contributes to purchasing decisions.This research produces evidence that (1) Social Media has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions in the field of Ok Delicious Rawamangun food, then (2) Electronic Word Of Mouth has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions, (3) Product Variation has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions and it is also proven (4). Social Media, Electronic Word Of Mouth, and Product Variations collectively have an influence on the decision to purchase Okay Enak Rawamangun food products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Factors Affecting the Profitability of PT Bank Negara Indonesia 2017-2022. The type of research data is quantitative, and the secondary data source consists of the financial statements of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. 2017-2022. Technique analysis used panel data regression analysis. The results showed that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Operational Costs and Operating Income (BOPO) had no effect on Return On Assets (ROA), while Net Performing Loans (NPL) had a negative and significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a positive and insignificant effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

This study aims to (a) determine the effect of interest rates on customers' saving trends at Panin Bank Bekasi Main Branch Office. (b) determine the effect of service quality in attracting customers at Panin Bank Bekasi Main Branch Office. (c) determine the effect of interest rates and service quality in encouraging customers to save at Panin Bank Bekasi Main Branch Office. The quantitative research method in this study involves a sample of 90 respondents answering a series of questions with a questionnaire. There is a significant and positive mark between interest rates (X1) and service quality (X2) on customers' interest in saving (Y) of 82.10%.

Abstract

The raw material inventory control system at PT. Vinrell Indonesia Persada has not been well-planned, resulting in raw materials running out during the production process. Excessive orders of raw materials often occur, leading to changes in texture that render them unusable. This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) on raw material inventory control at PT. Vinrell Indonesia Persada in North Cikarang. The study employs a quantitative research approach with a descriptive method. The population consists of 20 employees of PT. Vinrell Indonesia Persada, and a non-probability sampling technique, namely saturation sampling, is utilized. The discussion includes calculations assisted by the SPSS for Windows Version 26 computer program. The research results indicate a positive influence between the Economic Order Quantity variable and the effect on raw material inventory control by 10.5%, while the remaining 89.5% is explained by other variables outside the scope of this study. The hypothesis test results show that the t-value > t-table (1.452 > 3.1), indicating the rejection of H0 and the acceptance of H1, or there is an influence between Economic Order Quantity and the effect on raw material inventory control.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of Brand image and promotion on the purchase decision of imported Fashion products (Case Study on Uniqlo products in North Jakarta). Respondents in this study are consumers who have used/purchased Uniqlo products at the North Jakarta branch store. The number of respondents used in this tudy amounted to 150 people. Data retreival, technique used is purposive sampling method with questionnaire tool distributed through google form.Testing data using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable is the Brand Image (X1)and promotion (X2) positive and significant effect on the dependent variable is the purchase decision (Y)

Abstract

Pemberdayaan ekonomi Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) melalui lending model yaitu suatu strategi pemberian kredit melalui komunitas UMKM yang mempunyai komoditas dan kebutuhan bahan baku yang sama sudah, direlease oleh Bank Indonesia guna akselerasi kredit. Tujuannya untuk mengendalikan inflasi bahan baku, akselerasi potensi ekspor dan pendukung pariwisata serta mendukung UMKM menuju kestabilan permodalan. Lending Model dengan Digital Lending menjadi   menjadi kebutuhan   UMKM modern guna mengakses proposal pinjaman kredit lebih cepat dan memonitor proses persetujuan kredit. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis efektivitas kredit berbasis digital lending dari lending model yang digulirkan BI dan pengaruhnya terhadap produktivitas UMKM.   Teori yang digunakan adalah teori efektivitas menurut Sutrisno  dengan metode penelitan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan study dokumentasi. Dari indicator efektivitas program ini secara pemahaman program, ketepatan sasaran, ketepatan waktu, dan tercapainya tujuan, dan perubahan nyata sangat efektif karena mampu mengangkat ekonomi pelaku UMKM

Abstract

This study was carried out at the Gucci Frozen Food Cikarang store, with the aim of determining the extent to which price (X1) and product quality (X2) affect the purchase decision (Y). The sampling technique used was purposeful sampling from 96 respondents. The method used is a quantitative method, while the test steps are validity, reliability, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination using SPSS 26 software. on a Windows computer system.Based on data analysis, the results of multiple linear regression analysis are Y = 17,719 + 0.578 X1 + 0.141 X2 + e, which shows if the price variable (X1) and the product quality variable (X2) are considered to be zero. change, the decision purchase (Y) will be positive and meaningful. Based on the F test, it is known that the calculated F value is 68,427, this figure shows that the calculated F value is larger than the table F, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, the variables of price and product quality simultaneously affect the purchasing decision. This shows that there is an influence of price and product quality on purchasing decisions. Based on t-test, the results show that price has a positive effect on purchasing decision with t-value of 6,910 > panel t-value of 1,986 and significance level of 0.000 <0> panel t-value of 1,986 and a significance level 0.002 < 0; 0.05, it can be concluded that price and product quality changes have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. An R-squared value of 0.595 indicates that the contribution of the independent variable, i.e. price and product quality, to the dependent variable, i.e. purchase decision in the study, is 59.5% of the variable. dependent, namely purchase decision, while the rest 40.5% (100% - 40.5%) is influenced by other factors that have not been considered in this study.

Abstract

Significant development of technology has driven changes from conventional communication to modern and digital one, and nowadays sales conducted through internet have flourished. Even, not only well-known brands are sold through internet media. Therefore, companies can use selling strategies through internet media, supported by brand performance from products to boost consumer buying interest. This thesis used quantitive and associative research methods aimed to discover how big the influence of social media Facebook and brand performance of pipe brand Rucika is against consumer buying interest. Respondents in this research were the customers of PT Laksamanakarya Adiyasa. Samples were determined using questionnaire technique to respondents, interview, and documentation. To prove and analyze the foregoing, literary study, field study, reliability test, validity test, and hypothesis test were conducted. The result indicates that: 1) Social media Facebook has no influence over consumer buying interest. It is concluded from the result of T test to social media Facebook as variable X1 namely 0.756 which is ≥ 0.05. 2) Brand performance influences consumer buying interest. It is concluded from the result of T test of variable X2 to Y namely 0.014 which is ≤ 0.05. 3) Social media Facebook and brand performance influence consumer buying interest. It is concluded from the result of F test by calculating variables X1 and X2 against Y namely 3.163 which is ≥ F table 3.114, then it is concluded that all hypotheses are accepted.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the impact of market orientation and innovation on the business performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The object of this research was small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Research based on descriptive quantitative methods, through survey methods using closed questionnaire instruments. The sampling technique was purposive non-probability sampling involving the participation of 35 respondents. The analysis used to measure the influence of the dependent variable on the independent variable includes: Validity Test, Reliability test, Data Normality test, Correlation test, Determination Coefficient, Regression test, T test and F test. The results of this research can be seen that market orientation and business innovation, both partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on business performance. The findings of this research can attract the attention of business people to continue to strive and improve market orientation and innovation in an effort to achieve and improve business performance. The obtained results strengthen a reliable basis for the development of market orientation and innovative business due to the created business performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, facilities and prices on customer satisfaction at the Jakarta Success Education Institute.The strategy used is an associative strategy. The research method used in this research is a survey method, using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The respondents sampled in this research were 134 consumers at the Success Education Institute. The analysis tool used is SPSS.The research results show that partially there is a significant influence on service quality, facilities and prices on customer satisfaction at PT. Jakarta Success Education.
