Abstract

Culinary enthusiasts in Indonesia are increasing, especially in the field of processed noodle culinary. Indonesia itself ranks 2nd (second) in the world in the largest noodle consumer. With this, it certainly affects Mie Gacoan to develop business and innovations made to influence customer purchasing decisions. This study aims to measure the effect of word of mouth and store image on the purchase decision of Mie Gacoan in East Bekasi Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample size of 100 respondents. In this study using data analysis techniques in the form of statistics with data testing using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests with t tests and f tests, as well as coefficient of determination tests and Pearson Correlation tests. The results of testing the regression coefficient partially obtained a tcount value on the word of mouth variable of 20.206 and the store image variable obtained a tcount of 3.003, all calculations showed greater than the ttable calculation of 1.984, which means that each independent variable partially affects the dependent variable. In the f test simultaneously obtained the results of fcount of 40.564 greater than the ftabel 3.09 so it can be concluded that word of mouth and store image have a significant influence on purchase decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of content creators through social media at CV Demora Indonesia, Jakarta to determine what activities are carried out by content creators to increase sales, and to determine what solutions are taken to deal with obstacles that occur. This observation and research focus on the problem of teamwork in the company which is still very lacking so that it has an impact on marketing strategies that are less than optimal and less effective to implement. The data collection method is taken from direct observation and interviews with informants. Based on the results of observations, it can be concluded that the role of content creators in digital marketing strategies is quite important for creating various advertisements or promotions to increase sales and teamwork is also very important to achieve common goals

Abstract

This research phenomenon is because Mixue is not included in the category of the 5 most consumed contemporary beverage brands by Indonesian people in 2022. This study aims to determine and analyzethe influence of brand image and service quality on purchasing decisions Mixue Cilincing Jakarta branch. The research method used isa quantitative method with data retrieval techniques in the form of questionnaires. Sample selection in this study is the Mixue Cilincing Branch consumers who have tried ice cream Mixue minimum 1x purchase. The sampling technique used in this study is non probability sampling and using The Theory Of Hair et al so that the sample taken as many as 165 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are validitytest, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing using spss software version 26. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous influence on the variables of brand image and service quality on purchasing decisions. In the determination test for brand image variables there is an influence of 61.4% on purchasing decisions and the remaining 38.6% are influenced by other variablesthat are not studied. For service quality variables, there is an influenceof 66.0% on purchasing decisions and the remaining 34.0% are influenced by other variables that are not studied. While there is an influence of 70.3% which is explained by the variables of brand image and service quality on purchasing decisions and the remaining 29.7% which is influenced by other variables not studied.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menganalisa dan mengevaluasi bagaimana Pelayanan E- Service Dalam Meningkatkan Kepuasan Masyarakat di Disdukcapil Kota Depok serta hambatan dan upaya dalam mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu Wawancara, Observasi dan Studi Pustaka dengan 6 orang Informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelayanan E-Service Dalam Meningkatkan Kepuasan Masyarakat di Disdukcapil Kota Depok terlaksana dengan baik. Kendala kendala yang ditemukan adalah adalah kuangnya sarana dan prasarana, kurangnya pemahaman mengenai digitalisasi, dan kendala pada jaringan internet yang tidak stabil. Solusi dari kendala-kendala ini adalah dari kendala ini adalah dengan penambahan sarana dan prasarana, kemudian diberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan, dan peningkatan jaringan internet.

Abstract

Perumda Tirta Patriot adalah Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan air bersih melalui jaringan perpipaan. Saat ini cakupan pelayanan Perumda Tirta Patriot masih belum maksimal sehingga dibutuhkan adanya strategi guna meningkatkan cakupan pelayanan administrasi. Strategi peningkatan cakupan pelayanan administrasi Perumda Tirta Patriot bertujuan untuk menganalisa strategi, mengevaluasi entitas penghambat dan pendorong, serta solusi dari permasalahan yang ada di Perumda Tirta Patriot. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan ditemukan permasalahan seperti belum maksimalnya pengembangan jaringan perpipaan, penyelesaian pengaduan yang belum efektif, dan sumber air baku yang kurang baik. Permasalahan jaringan perpipaan dapat diselesaikan dengan strategi seperti kerjasama dengan pemerintah pusat, pemerintah daerah, dan swasta, serta ikut serta dalam Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) Jatiluhur 1. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan entitas penghambat seperti seperti air kecil, air keruh, air mati, dan tekanan air pada jaringan yang belum stabil serta kualitas air baku yang kurang baik. Entitas pendorong yang ditemukan adalah komunikasi yang baik dengan stakeholder yang memberikan kesempatan untuk bekerjasama dalam rangka perbaikan dan pengembangan pelayanan air bersih Perumda Tirta Patriot. Dalam penyelesaian pengaduan dilakukan pengecekan lokasi oleh petugas dan pemetaan wilayah prioritas perbaikan jaringan untuk kedepannya didahulukan pemasangan alat pendorong tekanan air. Semua strategi tersebut diimplementasikan melalui kebijakan pimpinan perusahaan berdasarkan aturan yang berlaku.

Abstract

The process of procuring goods and services through the marketplace and digital payment system is carried out to meet the needs of goods / services at the Head Office of the Directorate General of Treasury which is carried out with a digitized process from ordering to payment. This study aims to evaluate policies as well as inhibiting factors and efforts that have been made related to the policy of procurement of goods and services through the digital payment marketplace system at the Head Office of the Directorate General of Treasury (transaction period 2019 to 2022). The research method used is descriptive qualitative conducted through interviews, direct observation/observation and literature study (documentation). Based on the results of the study, it shows that the policy of procurement of goods and services through the digital payment marketplace system at the Head Office of the Directorate General of Treasury has met the criteria of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity and accuracy even though it still needs to improve the responsiveness criteria so that this policy is more optimal by solving problems related to limitations where the service system is still segmented in each bank that owns the platform, the need for interoperability of the service system with the APBN financial management accountability system, and the need to manage inhibiting factors by re-improving regulations and business processes and improving the service system used.

Abstract

This research is about the Evaluation of the Independent Curriculum Policy in Realizing the Profile of Pancasila Students and the strengthening of numeracy literacy in the driving school of North Jakarta State High School. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the independent curriculum policy in realizing the profile of Pancasila students and the strengthening of numeracy literacy. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This research uses observation, interviews, and documentation as tools to collect data. The results of this study indicate the success of the Merdeka Curriculum in realizing the profile of Pancasila students and strengthening numeracy literacy in students effectively, efficiently, adaptively, equitably, responsively and according to the demands of needs. In intracurricular learning, the process takes place efficiently or saves time, energy and costs because the discussion of the material is in accordance with learning outcomes. The Strengthening Pancasila Profile Project is less efficient, because it takes up to 25% of the time allocated for the overall curriculum schedule

Abstract

Penelitian   ini   adalah   mengenai   kepemimpinan   transformasional, komunikasi   interpersonal,   dan   kompetensi   terhadap   kinerja   pegawai Dinas   Pendidikan   Kota   Depok.   Tujuan   penelitian   ini   adalah   untuk menganalisa dan mengevaluasi seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional,   komunikasi   interpesonal,   dan   kompetensi   terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial atau secara simultan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang berjumlah 60 orang. Variabel   bebas   dalam   penelitian   ini   adalah   Kepemimpinan Transformasional   (X1),   Komunikasi   Interpersonal   (X2),   dan Kompetensi   (X3)   sedangkan   variabel   terikatnya   adalah   Kinerja Pegawai   (Y).   Teknik   analisis   data   pada   penelitian   ini   menggunakan SPSS   Versi   25.   Berdasarkan   penelitian   ini   uji   t   pengaruh Kepemimpinan   Transformasional   (X1)   terhadap   Kinerja   Pegawai   (Y) besarnya   pengaruh   yaitu   0,315   atau   31,5%.   Kemudian   pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai   (Y) dengan besarnya   pengaruh   yaitu   0,330   atau   33,0%.   Selanjutnya   pengaruh Kompetensi   (X3)   terhadap   Kinerja   Pegawai   (Y)   dengan   besarnya pengaruh   yaitu   0,325   atau   32,5%.   Sedangakan   Pengaruh Kepemimpinan   Transformasional   (X1),   Komunikasi   Interpersonal (X2), dan Kompetensi (X3) secara simultan   terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) adalah 0,377 atau 37,7%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of bureaucratic behavior, work discipline and service quality toward service satisfaction of compulsory submission of printed and recorded works at the National Library. The population of this research is all compulsory submission of printed works and recorded works that receive services at the Deposit Unit of the National Library of Indonesia. The sample in this study are 106 respondents using the probability sampling method, namely simple random sampling, then processed with multiple regression analysis. The independent variables in this study are bureaucratic behavior, work discipline and service quality and the dependent variable is the compulsory submission service satisfaction of printed works and recorded works. The results of this study indicate that bureaucratic behavior has a significant effect on service satisfaction, work discipline has a significant effect on compulsory submission service satisfaction and service quality also has a significant effect on compulsory submission service satisfaction, in simultaneous testing is bureaucratic behavior, work discipline and service quality affect compulsory submission service satisfaction.

Abstract

Library Transformation based on Social Inclusion Program (TPBIS) is one of the national priorities in the 2020–2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan, which aims to improve access and quality of information services, including in urban areas. This research explores the implementation of the TPBIS Program in the Cipayung Village Library, East Jakarta, with the aim of identifying obstacles and efforts to overcome them. The methods used include descriptive qualitative, in-depth interviews, observation, and document study. The research results show that effective communication between policy implementers and stakeholders has resulted in a clear and consistent program understanding. However, there are several obstacles, such as limited human resources, budget authority, and facility requirements. Efforts to overcome these obstacles include assistance by consultants, the appointment of TPBIS Program Administrators/PICs, the implementation of regulations, and advocacy strategies. Further research is needed to develop library budget strategies at the village and sub-district levels to support the sustainability of inclusive libraries.
