study This to determine the improvement of teacher competence in preparing lesson plans and syllabus through supervision. This research was conducted in two cycles. The results of the analysis in the 2019 school year at SD Negeri 017 Muara Bahan Kec. Singingi Hilir, the problem arises is the lack of teachers who make lesson plans, especially the preparation of syllabus and lesson plans. To examine the weak performance of teachers in this regard, a study was conducted to see the extent to which the principal's academic supervision measures can improve teacher competence in the preparation of syllabus and lesson plans. As for the results obtained from this research, continuous academic supervision is scientifically proven to improve teacher competence in compiling syllabus and lesson plans at SD Negeri 017 Muara Bahan Kec. Singingi Downstream. This is evidenced by the increasing number of good teacher syllabuses from 30% to 90% after academic supervision. In addition, the number of good quality lesson plans also increased from 30% to 90%

This research aims to find information about teacher's skill level in writing assessment instrument with modeling technique through assessment supervision on teacher of SD Negeri 006 Rambah. The research method used is a descriptive method which is done in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages of research, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research data is the result of assessment supervision on teachers in writing assessment instruments, field notes and results of teacher writing skill. The result of activity data and field note writing assessments were analyzed qualitatively. The result data of the scoring writing skill is analyzed quantitatively. The results showed that the modeling technique that is used as a research technique can improve the teacher's skill in writing the assessment instrument. Through modeling techniques, clever teachers can guide other teachers that need it. Teachers are motivated to learn and try to achieve further success. Based on the category of capability that has been established in this research, it turns out for each cycle of the results of the ability of teachers always increase, so that the research is achieved, i.e. teachers who achieve the ability≥76% of the number of teachers. From these results, it can be concluded that the modeling techniques can improve the writing skills of teacher assessment

This study aims to determine the appropriate steps in carrying out academic supervision so as to be able to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers, especially in the learning process which in turn will affect the improvement of the quality of education. The study was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle has different planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Research subject of the principal and teacher. The principal with an academic supervision act, while the 015 Elementary School teacher reaches Downstream as an object as well as the subject in providing academic supervision treatment. Data collection techniques through class supervision with the stages of supervising teachers in the learning process and observation of classroom learning, to record important events related to research, especially during the learning process takes place. The results showed that the teacher's ability to carry out the learning process experienced an increase in the percentage at each stage, from the first cycle reached an average of 62.50% (sufficient) and in the second cycle reached an average of 83.33% (very good). There was an increase in teacher's ability of 20.80% from cycle I. In detail there was a significant increase in the initial conditions of the school compared to the final condition in the second cycle. The accuracy of teachers entering the class increased by 48%, the use of learning media increased by 32%, varied methods increased by 31%, and learning strategies increased by 36%

Classroom action research aims to determine whether participatory (group) methods can improve learning outcomes Indonesian reading in grade V SDN 004Rambah Hilir. The formulation of the problem whether with group learning (participatory) can improve the learning achievement of Bahasa Indonesia (read). The subject of this research is done in class V SDN 004Rambah HilirTenelitian consists of four stages of planning, implementation, observation and refleksi.Alat data collection used in the form test in the form of a description. Implementation of the improvement is done two cycles every cycle held two meetings with the completeness cycle I = 73.5% and cycle II = 85%. This research aims to improve student learning outcomes, with the type of qualitative descriptive research it can be concluded that the participatory method can improve learning outcomes Indonesian about reading for students of grade V SDN 004 Rambah Hilir

The study intends to explore the difficulties of students’ access towards higher education through English language as a medium of instruction in Pakistan. Data were collected by analyzing different documents, articles, research reports, research based books, and experts opinions, teachers of English Language and a questionnaire for students. The result show that although students faces multiple problems in access towards higher education but medium of instruction in this regard is one of the main problems of students failure towards higher education. In addition in English language proficiency the students of other language then English have less achievement scores as compared to native English speakers. The study further clears that English is a dominant language as a medium of instruction at all level of Education in Pakistan. The study suggested further research to address the issue

This study aims to improve the skills of writing narrative essays using animated video media containing fairy tales for the fourth grade students of SD N Tunjungsari 2, Kalasan, Sleman. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) using the Stephen Kemmis & Mc. Taggart which is done through 2 cycles. The subjects in this study were the fourth grade students of SD N Tunjungsari 2 as many as 30 students. The collection techniques used in this study were observation, practical tests, and written tests. The data analysis technique in this study was qualitatively analyzed using the interactive abaysis technique from Miles & Hubberman. The results of this study indicate that students' skills in writing narrative essays increased after the action using animated video media from cycle 1 to cycle 2. Narrative writing skills in cycle 1 achieved an average score of 79.01, and in cycle 2 achieved an average score. -average 82.22, where as many as 27 students (90%) got a score with a minimum criteria of good. The results of the scores achieved in cycle 2 showed an increase in narrative essay writing skills in fourth grade students of SD N Tunjungsari 2.

Peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah sangat tergantung dari beberapa faktor. Faktor yang sangat penting antara lain adalah penerapan peningkatan profesionalisme guru. Budaya sekolah merupakan hal yang positif yang harus dipertahankan dan dilaksanakan di sekolah terutama profesionalisme gurunya yang harus ditingkatkan dengan menyelenggarakan school based inset oleh pengawas Pembina sehingga menunjang kepada masalah kedisiplinan, termasuk disiplin para guru dalam kehadiran di kelas pada proses belajar mengajar. Untuk meningkatkan disiplin para guru dapat diupayakan melalui bermacam-macam cara, salah satunya dengan cara meningkatkan disiplin guru melalui penerapan school based inset dalam mengajar di kelas di SD Negeri 023 Rambah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, karena dari hasil penelitian dan analisis data, ternyata pada siklus kedua, keprofesionalan guru telah meningkat maka penelitian ini dicukupkan dua siklus dalam kehadiran di kelas pada proses belajar mengajar meningkat dan memenuhi indikator yang telah ditetapkan dan ditencanakan. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan keprofesionalan guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dapat dilakukan dengan penerapan school based inset kepada guru.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat dalam mengimplementasikan penilaian autentik di SD Negeri 003 Rambah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada pengkajian proses implementasi penilaian autentik di SD Negeri 003 Rambah yang telah menerapkan kurikulum 2013. Subfokus Penelitian yaitu faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam implementasi penilaian autentik pada kurikulum 2013 di SD Negeri 003 Rambah. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor pendukung dalam mengimplementasikan penilaian autentik di SD Negeri 003 Rambah ini terdiri dari motivasi dari kepala sekolah, semangat yang tinggi, sering mengikuti pelatihan dan workshop, dan menjadi tutor sebaya di lingkungan sekolah. Namun di sisi lain faktor penghambat yaitu masih lambat dalam mengoperasikan komputer dan serta belum paham dalam pengisian aplikasi penilaian autentik. Tetapi faktor ini bukan penghambat besar untuk terus mengimplementasikan penilaian autentik pada kurikulum 2013 di SD Negeri 003 Rambah.

This study aims to find out that the application of the go to your post method (moving in the chosen direction) to improve thematic learning outcomes of Class IV SD Negeri 001 students is widespread. The background of this research is the failure to achieve the learning objectives as illustrated by the daily test scores of students in thematic learning of only 27 students. The subjects who received the action in this study were the fourth grade students in the Odd semester 2021/2022 as many as 27 students. The data analysis technique used is the model of collecting several student activity sheets, research, and question sheets. The results of this study were seen from the first cycle of the first meeting to 27 students 46% who reached the KKM. In the first cycle, the second meeting also experienced an increase again, as many as 27 students 58%. In the second cycle of the first meeting, it was found that student learning outcomes increased again from 27 (63%) students who had reached the KKM. At the second meeting, students' learning outcomes were very satisfactory, namely from 27 students (87%). This study aims to improve the social studies learning achievement of grade VII-B students of SMP Negeri 1 Rambah Samo by using Map Media. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), with the research subjects being students of class VII-B SMP Negeri 1 Rambah Samo, totaling 33 students, namely 18 male students and 15 female students. The design of this study uses the research model of Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. Collecting data using the method of observation (observation) and tests. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that by applying Map Media, it can improve the learning achievement of class VII-B students of SMP Negeri 1 Rambah Samo, Rokan Hulu Regency, especially on the subject of Location and Area of Indonesia. There was an increase in the percentage of student learning completeness from the pre-cycle to the first cycle to the first meeting of 24.24%. The results of the evaluation of the first meeting, from 33 students there were 25 students (75.75%) who managed to reach the KKM with an average grade of 68.18. After the action was taken. At the second meeting, 29 students (87.87%) had achieved mastery learning with a class average of 71.81. Followed by cycle II meeting III the number of students who experienced completeness were 31 students with the percentage of completeness was 93.93% with an average value of 74.24. At the fourth meeting, all students were 100% complete
