Abstract

Industri Tekstil merupakan industri yang terus dan selalu berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan jaman. Bertambahnya jumlah manusia yang disertai meningkatnya kebutuhan dari berbagai macam aspek kehidupannya. Semua itu menuntut adanya perubahan kuantitas dan kualitas dari hasil produksi. Di Indonesia ada beberapa industri tekstil yang berskala Internasional. Salah satunya adalah PT. Indorama Synthetics Tbk, dimana perusahaan tersebut dari tahun ke tahun menunjukkan perkembangannya.Perkembangan kapasitas produksi, didukung pembaharuan teknologi dan kemampuan dari sumber daya manusianya.Semua aspek pendukung keberhasilansuatu industri yang merupakan kesatuan berbagai komponen yang tidak saling terlepaskan.Dalam kesempatan ini kami akan menganalisa dari bagian visual tentang salah satu problem kategori cacat yang harus dikontrol untuk mengurangi turunnya grade. Khusus analisa visual yang kami amati dan cermati karena beberapa alasan yang mendasari. Salah satu alasan karena pada periode itu ditemukan jumlah yang cukup besar diatas problem lainnya. Untuk itu perlu kiranya kita lakukan observasi untuk mencari solusi. Setelah kita melakukan observasi dari beberapa hal terkait dan dengan analisa fish bone kita menemukan kesimpulan. Dengan harapan dari kesimpulan tersebut bisa menjadi tambahan acuan untuk Standard Operation Process

Abstract

ABSTRAKDalam membangun lini produksi baru pada suatu proses manufaktur harapan utama pada lini produksi tersebut adalah mampu membuat produk yang efektif dan efisien.Hal ini diterapkan pada system produksi pada PT SGMW Motor Indonesia pada lini produksi baru pada perakitan mobil lsitrik. Salah satu metode yang dilakukan dalam menganalisis efisiensi lini produksi tersebut adalah menganalisis dari segi keseimbangan lintasan (line balancing) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui efisiensi stasiun kerja, kondisi keseimbangan lintasan dan nilai smoothing index. Hal ini dilakukan agar tidak ada pemborosan proses pada lini produksi tersebut sehingga dari manajemen tidak ada biaya operasional produksi yang terbuang. Metode line balancing yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode line balancing ranked position weight yaitu proses pengidentifikasi kegagalan pada dalam suatu proses produksi dengan menentukan bobot – bobot pada elemen kerja proses produksi tersebut.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of academic services, facilities and campus performance on student satisfaction. The method used in this research is Structural equation modeling (SEM). By distributing questionnaires to students in Purwakarta Regency. The population in this study was 32,134 people with a sample of 203 people (7% of the population). The results of this research showed no influence of academic services on student satisfaction; Likewise, campus performance has no influence on student satisfaction and campus facilities have no influence on student satisfaction.

Abstract

A construction project is a temporary activity that takes place within a limited period of time and has been determined. In carrying out a project, it is carried out based on the plans that have been made by the project planner, one form of planning a project is the project scheduling of as a toll road business entity is currently carrying out detailed engineering design activities in which the implementation of the project has been delayed. Completion of new projects has reached 85%, one example is the Bridge work (Sta 54+600). In carrying out the bridge work (Sta 54+600) it is planned that the working period is 264 days. However, the implementation of the bridge work (Sta 54 + 600) was delayed by 15 working days, so the planned time for the bridge work was not optimal. in Bridge Construction using the PERT (Project Evaluation and Review Technique) method, there are critical paths on Access Roads, Mobilization, Digging Pile Caps, LC Pile Caps, Formwork Pile Caps, Cast Columns, Erection Girders, Land Clearing, Cast Slabs get an opportunity probability of 0.6179 which meaning that there is a chance that 61.79% of bridge construction projects (Sta 54+600) have a chance to be completed with an optimal duration of 252 days.

Abstract

Abstract. The development of technology in the current era is very rapid and has an impact on increasing electrical energy which is a major need for large industries and households. One of the electrical energy delivery equipment in the transmission system is a PMT or High Connection Breaker. This PMT is a mechanical equipment equipped with sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas arc extinguishing media. The process of extinguishing the arc occurs due to contact due to work from the movement that causes the contact to cause an arc. This decrease in SF6 gas pressure greatly affects reliability when operating, because the arc extinguishing process is not perfect. This is determined by the age of the equipment and the number of operating breakers. The results showed that SF6 gas which is in accordance with the standard normal pressure of 6.4 bar with an ambient temperature of 34°C can minimize the occurrence of equipment damage because it is able to approach arc pressure with SF6 gas velocity of 58 cm/s.kA, with a contact gap of 3,61224. cm, while the PMT cannot be operated at a pressure of 5.2 bar with an ambient temperature of 34°C because the speed of SF6 gas is 82 cm/s.kA with a contact gap of 5.10696. It is concluded that the higher the pressure affects the speed and distance when extinguishing the arc. several factors that affect the decrease in SF6 gas pressure using the FMEA method based on the highest value of the Risk Priority Number (RPN) of 810. Abstract

The development of the business world is marked by the increasing number of companies being established, both in the industrial, trade, and service sectors. In companies, information technology is crucial and must be optimally used for various purposes, one of which is in the sales field. PT. Hurip Utama is a company engaged in the fertilizer sales service, acting as a distributor for PT. Pupuk Kujang, located at Jln. Ahmad Yani No. 39 Dawuan Cikampek. PT. Hurip Utama faces issues in the sales system because the sales input process still relies on spreadsheets, and transactions are carried out manually, such as visiting the company for transactions. The design of an information system is a solution to address these issues by conducting transactions through a website. In developing this information system, a Flowmap model is used, and the system design employs Unified Modeling Language (UML). The software used to build the fertilizer sales information system is based on the CodeIgniter framework, using the PHP programming language version 7.4.9. The database is built on MySQL version 10.4.14, and testing is performed using Blackbox testing. The implementation of this sales management information system is expected to help increase fertilizer sales and also facilitate transactions for involved parties.

Abstract

PD.ABC experienced problems with an inefficient production system. This is indicated by the minimum amount of output that can be sent. This becomes a source of problems when there is a large order of dorokdok skin crackers, which cannot be completely filled. Therefore, this research will analyze the factors that become obstacles in the dorokdok skin cracker production system using a system modeling and simulation approach. The conclusion was that in the PD dorokdok skin cracker production system. ABC still lacks workers for the production process. This causes the failure rate in sending dorokdok skin crackers to still exist and losses occur. With 2 operators, the maximum output produced is only 63 pcs/day with costs incurred of Rp. 2,950,000 and the profit obtained is only Rp. 1,260,000 or it could be interpreted that PD.ABC suffered a loss of Rp. 1,690,000. After improvements were made, by adding 3 operators it was seen that the simulation results did not show any failures in the production process flow of dorokdok skin crackers with the maximum output produced being 500 pcs/day, the total costs incurred amounting to IDR 6,850,000 and the profit obtained amounting to IDR 10,000,000 or it could be interpreted as PD.ABC experiencing a profit of IDR 3,150,000. So it can be concluded that the improvements made have been effective by increasing human power thereby increasing PD dorokdok skin cracker production capacity. A B C

Abstract

Dalam proses produksi salah satu kegiatan yang umum adalah material handling yaitu penanganan atau pemindahan bahan baku dari satu proses ke proses yang lainya. Proses pemindahan material atau material handling dibutuhkan pesawat angkat dan angkut. Salah satu pesawat angkut yang digunakan adalah mesin Screw conveyor. Mesin digunakan untuk memindahkan material berupa clay yaitu berupa butiran butiran tanah yang sudah dikondisikan dengan ukuran tertentu yaitu berukuran 5mm sampai 30mm. Bagian pada mesin ini yang sering mengalami kerusakan adalah bagian bearing, hal ini dikarenakan semua beban untuk mendorong material bertumpu langsung dengan bearing. Untuk menentukan kekuatan bearing yang dipakai maka harus dibuat dulu rancangan dasar dari mesin tersebut, yaitu kapasitas mesin, jenis material, gaya yang bekerja pada bagian bearing. Disini telah didapatkan data kapasitas mesin screw conveyor adalah 11.000 kg/jam, kekuatan bearing secara perhitungan yaitu Bearing QJ304: 15.637 jam, Bearing NU304: 38.683 jam, dan Bearing 22316: 50.937 jam. Untuk mendapatkan kondisi aktual bagian bearing yaitu pengukuran vibrasi. Dalam hal vibrasi alat ukur akan menunjukan besarnya velocity. Velocity adalah jumlah waktu yang dibutuhkan ketika terjadinya displacement atau kecepatan getaran suatu benda. Secara garis besar Velocity mewakili kondisi kerusakan bearing yang diaktualisaikan dengan niali 0-11 yaitu merujuk pada Standard ISO 10816-3. Sehingga akan didapatkan hasil perbandingan dari perhitungan perencanaan mesin dan aktualnya.

Abstract

The textile industry has been growing rapidly, even the growth of textile products exceeds the growth of the national economy. The demand for textile products is not only for domestic consumption but also for export. In an effort to meet quality standards and maintain customer satisfaction, quality control of fabric production is very important, especially in controlling fabric production defects. The types of defects that exist in fabrics are holes, stains, rare defects due to broken/lost threads, floating, color fading, broken patterns, double threads, thick threads (slubs), mixed ends, pin marks, and others. In this research, a system is designed that can detect production defects in fabrics using machine learning-based image processing methods using Raspberry Pi. The types of defects modeled are sparse defects and stain defects, or in factory terms often called slap defects. The test results show that this system has an average frame per second (FPS) of 4.85, an average inference time of 181.1 ms, with an image classification result accuracy of 98.4%

Abstract

Agriculture plays a central role in the development of Indonesia, with a significant portion of the population relying on this sector, particularly as rice farmers. To maintain food security and support sustainable agriculture, increasing the productivity and quality of rice production is crucial. However, the diversity of rice varieties poses a challenge in selecting optimal seeds for farmers, which can affect their harvest yields and well-being. Therefore, this research aims to identify and recommend superior rice varieties in the Balai Penyuluhan Pertanian (BPP) Cibeureum area of Tasikmalaya City using the TOPSIS method. Additionally, a web-based decision support system has been designed to facilitate the selection process for rice seeds. The research findings indicate that the best rice seed varieties are Cakrabuana, Inpari 42, and Inpari 36. The web-based decision support system was successfully developed using the TOPSIS method, and user response evaluations showed an application feasibility rate of 71.9%. Furthermore, the accuracy, completeness of information, and trust in criteria and alternatives reached 75.21%, demonstrating significant potential contribution to optimal decision-making in selecting rice seed varieties.
