Abstract

The use of digital technology, especially through the TikTok platform, has provided new opportunities for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to expand their market reach and improve their performance. In addition, financial literacy is also an important factor in the financial management of MSMEs. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the effect of digital marketing through the TikTok application and financial literacy on MSME performance. In this study, a quantitative research approach with purposive sampling method was used to select 91 respondents from the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Department of PT Indomoro Kencana in Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. Primary data was obtained through interviews and distributing questionnaires to MSME actors, while secondary data was obtained from the MSME Office and scientific journals. Data analysis was conducted with validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing t (T-Test) and F test (F-Test), and coefficient of determination (R2) analysis. The results show that both digital marketing and financial literacy have a significant influence on MSME performance partially. This finding suggests that the implementation of digital marketing strategies can increase the visibility and interaction of MSMEs with consumers through digital platforms. In addition, good financial literacy helps MSMEs optimize their financial management and make better financial decisions. Simultaneously, both variables also have a significant effect on MSME performance together. In conclusion, this study emphasizes the importance of using effective digital marketing strategies and improving financial literacy in supporting MSME performance. The use of digital marketing through the TikTok application provides opportunities for MSMEs to increase visibility and interaction with consumers. Meanwhile, good financial literacy helps MSMEs to manage finances efficiently and make the right financial decisions. The combined use of these two aspects can provide greater benefits for MSMEs in achieving their business growth and success.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is the increase in realization, but it does not reach the predetermined budget in 2018 and 2019. The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of Puskesmas Payungsari after being designated as BLUD in 2018 and 2019. In its financial management, Puskesmas Payungsari must have constraints that are faced, problems regarding the budget are something that cannot be avoided. Sometimes high planning targets are not proportional to low budget realization or vice versa. This type of research is a case study. Data obtained by doing documentation. Quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques are used to measure financial performance based on financial ratios. The results show that the financial performance of Puskesmas Payungsari after being a BLUD in 2018 and 2019 is seen from measurements using financial ratios such as cash ratios, current ratios, accounts receivable collection period, asset turnover fixed, fixed assets consideration, equity compensation, inventory turnover, and the ratio of PNBP to operating expenses. From the calculation of these financial ratios, the total score fluctuates, from these results based on the Regulation of the Director General of Treasury NUMBER PER-36 / PB / 2016, it can be concluded that the financial performance of Puskesmas Payungsari in 2018 and 2019 is MEDIUM criteria in predicate B.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang sesuai untuk meningkatkan jumlah nasabah pada PT BPR Central Sejahtera. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik analisis SWOT. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 5 orang dari 32 orang populasi dengan menggunakan teknik sampel purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Pada hasil matriks IFE menunjukkan bahwa total skor kekuatan dan kelemahan adalah 3,2. Sedangkan, hasil matriks EFE menunjukkan total skor peluang dan ancaman adalah 2,97. Pada hasil analisis matriks IE menunjukkan bahwa posisi PT BPR Central Sejahtera berada pada kuadaran IV yang berada pada di posisi tumbuh dan bina. Berdasarkan hasil matriks SWOT, diketahui bahwa posisi PT BPR Central Sejahtera berada pada posisi kuadaran I. Pada kuadaran ini, PT BPR Central Sejahtera disarankan menetapkan strategi SO yaitu strategi yang memaksimalkan kekuatan internal perusahaan untuk memanfaatkan peluang yang ada

Abstract

This study aims to determine effect of interest rates and exchange rates on the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) for the period 2020-2022. The results of hypothesis testing show that together the variables of Interest Rates and Rupiah Exchange Rates (exchange rates) have a significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) for the period 2020-2022. Partially, interest rates and exchange rates simultaneously have a significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI). From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is known that interest rates and exchange rates affect the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) by 40.6%, while the remaining 59.4% is influenced by other variables outside this research model

Abstract

Badan Pengelolaan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah (BPPRDSU) Provinsi Sumatera Utara merupakan badan penyelenggara kewenangan pemerintahan maupun tugas dekonsentrasi dibidang pendapatan daerah, guna menunjang peningkatan pendapatan daerah secara terus menerus, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat, mewujudkan pelayanan prime (Excellent Service) dalam pelaksanaan adaministrasi pajak provinsi kepada wajib pajak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat efisiensi dan efektivitas Penerimaan Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor (PKB) dan Bea Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor (BBNKB) pada kantor Badan Pengeleolaan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara (BPPRSU). Data yang digunakan adalah data Sekunder berupa wawancara, dokumentasi dan laporan realisasi penerimaan PKB dan BBNKB Tahun 2017- 2020. Teknis analisis yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya efisiensi proses pembayaran pajak melalui aplikasi E- SAMSAT mobile memperoleh pencapain dengan kategori tidak efisien karena belum sepenuhnya sistem kinerja aplikasi dilakukan secara daring, sedangkan penerimaan PKB dan BBNKB di BPPRDSU memperoleh tingkat pencapaian dengan kategori efektiv karena setiap tahunnya sudah memenuhi target dan rata- rata mencapai ≥100%.

Abstract

This research aims to: 1. What percentage of pharmaceutical companies on the IDX Preode in 2019-2021 are classified as manipulators? 2. What percentage of Pharmaceutical companies on the IDX Preode in 2019-2021 are classified as Non-Manipulators? 3. What percentage of pharmaceutical companies on the IDX Preode for 2019-2021 are classified as Gray Campanies? The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. Research results namely; 1. The percentage of manipulator companies in pharmaceutical companies in 2019 is 12.5%, in 2020 it is 7.5% and in 2021 it is 7.5%. 2. The percentage of non-manipulator companies in pharmaceutical companies in 2019 is 67.5%, in 2020 it is 75% and in 2021 it is 77.5%. 3. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of the work environment and work motivation on job satisfaction of employees of the Tirta Sakti Regional Public Water Company, Kerinci Regency. The population and sample in this study were 33 employees at the Tirta Sakti Regional Public Water Company, Kerinci Regency. The data analysis tools used are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, Coefficient of Determination and hypothesis testing with t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that: There is a significant influence between the work environment on job satisfaction of the employees of the Tirta Sakti Public Water Company. Kerinci Regency, this is evidenced by t count > t table (1.797 > 1.697). There is a significant influence between work motivation on job satisfaction of employees of the Tirta Sakti Regional Public Water Company, Kerinci Regency, this is evidenced by t count > t table (2,394 > 1,697). There is a significant influence between work environment and work motivation on job satisfaction of employees of the Tirta Sakti Regional Public Water Company, Kerinci Regency Simultaneously, which can be proven by F arithmetic > F table (48.511 > 3.32). The magnitude of the influence of the work environment and work motivation on the job satisfaction of the employees of the Tirta Sakti Drinking Water Regional Public Company, Kerinci Regency, is 31.4%. While the remaining 68.6% is explained by other causal factors not examined in this study

Abstract

Pengendalian intern merupakan proses yang dibuat oleh sebuah perusahaan untuk mencapai tujannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan sistem populasi atau sampel jenuh. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linear sederhana dimana hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengendalian intern piutang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pencapaian kinerja perusahaan diterima dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (3,1619 > 2,120) dan nilai Nilai koefisien regresi pencapaian kinerja perusahaan sebesar 5,371. Hal ini berarti bahwa perubahan variabel pengendalian intern piutang akan diikuti oleh pencapaian kinerja perusahaan sebesar 0,914. Persamaan regresi di atas juga menunjukkan nilai konstanta sebesar 5,371 yang berarti bahwa nilai pencapaian kinerja perusahaan sebesar 5,371 jika variabel pengendalian intern piutang bernilai 0, serta Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan angka 0,450 atau 45%, memiliki makna bahwa 45% variasi naik turunnya variabel pencapaian kinerja perusahaan PT Bank Mandiri Cabang Marisa Kabupaten Pohuwato (Y) mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel pengendalian intern piutang

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on consumer purchase decision of Nur Cofee. The sample from this study was 100 respondents. Data were collected with questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis techniques used are analysis, descriptive, multiple regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing using the t test and the f test. The results showed that there was a significant influence between price on consumer purchase decision of citra alam inn. There is a significant influence between the product quality on consumer purchase decision of Nur Cofee. There is a significant influence between facilities, quality of service and experience on consumer purchase decision of citra alam lodging 2 simultaneously or together

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Quality of Customer Service, Promotion of Repurchase Interest through Customer Satisfaction in the Valorant Online Game. Customer Service, Promotion, Consumer Satisfaction as the dependent variable, Meanwhile, repurchase interest as an Intervening variable, Meanwhile, consumer satisfaction as an independent variable. The strategy in this research is associative research with a quantitative approach. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing research instruments in the form of questionnaires to 100 Valorant game players which were measured using a Likert scale. The analysis in this study uses Smart PLS Ver 4 software. The statistical analysis tool uses the Partial Coefficient of Determination, the Coefficient of Determination. The results of the study show that partially Customer Service has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Promotion has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Customer Service has no significant effect on Repurchase intention, Promotion has no significant effect on Repurchase intention, Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on Repurchase intention
