Abstract

Public services provided by government officials to the public are very many types, one of which is public services in the manufacture of birth certificates. Everyone must have a personal identity in the form of a birth certificate, the document is issued by the Civil Registration and Population Service. Public services provided must be able to run optimally, according to SOP, and satisfy users. This study aims to describe and analyze public services in the creation of birth certificates in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sidoarjo District. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques conducted by observation, interview and documentation. The focus of the research is on 1) The completeness of facilities and infrastructure is incomplete because the filing of birth certificates implements electronic systems, as well as the provision of limited waiting rooms are not in accordance with the number of people who will come to take care of population administration. 2) Timeliness, the process of making a birth certificate is not in accordance with the Standard Operational Procedure approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. 3) Responsibility, in terms of responsibility emphasizes more on village level government. Because in the birth certificate form there must be a signature and stamp lurah / head, so that if the village that provides will make it easier for the community to complete the requirements of making a birth certificate. 4) The ease of access that has been run still needs to be socialized again so that it can be better understood by the public who will use the service.

Abstract

Dimasa New Era Normal merupakan masa tantangan bagi banyak sektor terutama dibidang pariwisata dipasuruan sebagaimana Kabupaten Pasuruan merupakan daerah yang miliki objek wisata baik wisata religi, wisata alam ataupun wisata huburan, dengan tingginya angka pengunjung Wisman pada Maret 2020 turun sebesar 71,83% dibandingkan jumlah wisman periode yang sama tahun 2019 yang mencapai 20.497 kunjungan. Maka sekarang memiliki permasalahan setelah merebaknya wabah korona dengan menurunnya perekonomian sebab berimbas pada bidang ketenagakerjaan dari sektor pariwisata dengan dirumahkanny sebanyak 1.821 pekerja pada sekto pariwisata. Fakta tersebut menyumbang beban atas meningkatnya angka kemiskinan dipasuruan, dengan berimplikasi pada perekonomian masyarakat ditingkat bawah dimana terjadi panic buiying sebab kenaikan harga bahan pokok ditengah PHK masal. Namun sejak awal bulan juni, telah dibukanya New Normal dan akan berdampak pada pertumbuhan perekonomian masyarakat, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan upaya pengembangan sektor pariwisata yang memiliki konsekuensi atas peluang dan kesempatan kerja bagi masyarakat yang berdampak pada kesejahteraan masyarakat, meskipun masalah yang dihadapi sektor pariwisata dalam kebijakan ketengakerjaan diera New Normal memiliki banyak tantangan oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan kerjasama Cross Sectoral Collaboration dalam mengembangkan pariwisata dan mampu meingkatkan taraf perekonomian masyarakat sekaligus menjaga kesehatan dengan menjalankan protokol kesehatan.

Abstract

The development of the agricultural sector in order to increase rice production to ensure the availability of rice as the main food source is important and very strategic for the Indonesian people. The Strategy for Adding Planted Areas (LTT) for rice commodities carried out by the Government of Indonesia as well as improvements to irrigation infrastructure and agricultural machinery are strategic steps to optimize rice yields. The government is collaborating with Kodim 0816 Sidoarjo to optimize the achievement of the National Rice Self-Sufficiency target with the strategy of adding rice planting area. With the potential to reduce the amount of agricultural land in Sidoarjo Regency, it is hoped that it will not affect rice production and can even increase through the Rice Added Area (LTT) strategy. However, the existing strategy needs to be evaluated so that it can be more optimal in its implementation. The purpose of the study was to analyze the success of the strategy that had been carried out by the 0816/Sidoarjo Kodim and identify the factors that hindered the success of the Expanded Planting Area Program in the 0816 Sidoarjo Kodim area in increasing the assistance of the Special Effort Program (UPSUS) for Food Self-Sufficiency. This study uses a qualitative method, taking a case study of the 0816 Sidoarjo Kodim Special Efforts program in implementing the Rice Added Area (LTT) strategy in Sidoarjo Regency. The results of the study show that the area added-plant strategy has an impact on the achievement of the area-added-planting program in Sidoarjo Regency in the period 2014 – 2019 which is going well and shows increasing results every year. The inhibiting factor encountered at the beginning of the LTT strategy was the lack of coordination and collaboration between stakeholders, but after assistance from the 0816 Sidoarjo Kodim, which also acted as a liaison between related parties, the LTT strategy became more successful.

Abstract

Indonesia is known as a developing country, one of the characteristics of developing countries is seen from the mechanism of economic development. Economic development in Indonesia is currently faced with cases of increasing poverty rates. The government issues various policies/programs to reduce poverty in Indonesia. One of them is the Presidential Instruction of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2014 concerning the Implementation of the Savings for Prosperous Families Program, the Smart Indonesia Program, and the Healthy Indonesia Program to Build Productive Families. This study aims to find out how the mechanism for distributing cashless-based KKS assistance programs in Lewoleba Village, Lembata Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. The theory used is the theory of public policy. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. Sampling Purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used is collection, reduction, display, and verification. The results of this study are the mechanism for distributing cashless-based KKS program assistance to the community in Lewoleba Village, Lembata Regency, East Nusa Tenggara has been running according to the procedures established by the Control Team for the Implementation of Non-Cash Social Assistance Distribution and is well conditioned by the Village Government and all elements involved from the stage of socialization to the process of distributing aid involved in a transparent manner. This KKS program really helps the poor in Lewoleba Village in meeting their daily needs, in order to improve the quality of primary nutrition for the local community.

Abstract

In development planning apart from the improvements that will be made to support the development of the city, as for economic development which is very important in planning a city development. The city of Surabaya is the capital of the province of East Java which is one of the leading sectors to help economic growth in the Surabaya area, there are 2 leading sectors, namely the trade sector and the transportation sector. Economic growth contains an overview of the process of growing and developing the economy from time to time which is always changing. Leading sectors are sectors that are able to encourage growth or development for other sectors, both sectors that supply inputs and sectors that use their outputs as inputs in the production process. Surabaya is the main trade gateway in the East Java region, so surely many industries are starting to emerge in the city of Surabaya, especially large industries that are ready to produce to meet market demands from the East Java area. As for besides the trade gate, there is also a transportation gate, the city of Surabaya. With the existence of these two sectors, the trade sector and the transportation sector in the leading sector can help in economic growth.

Abstract

Culture is a general description of beliefs, habits, norms, values, behaviors, and ways of doing business that are unique to organizations that regulate patterns of activities and actions of the organization and describe behaviors, implicit patterns and emotions that arise so that it becomes organizational characteristics. Implementation of employee performance can be seen from the implementation of culture in the organization. The more culture is built well, the results obtained are also getting better. The problem raised by the author is whether Organizational Culture influences the Performance of Employees of the Cooperative Office of Micro Enterprises and Industry and Trade Gresik Regency. all employees of the Gresik Regency Cooperative Office of Micro Enterprises and Industry and Trade have used total sampling techniques. Data collection using a questionnaire, which was given directly to respondents as many as 26 employees. The results of the study showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Cooperative Office of micro-businesses and district gresik industries, so that the First Hypothesis (H1) was accepted in this study.

Abstract

The e-health program aims to support public health activities in general and improve the quality of health services. E-health is divided into two, namely e-health online through the web (can be done anywhere via the respective server network) and e-health manually (done at the Puskesmas which is directly assisted by the officer). There are still obstacles in e-health services, namely, people cannot operate online e-health and the availability of a lack of e-health machines. This research method is a qualitative descriptive, research location in the Kalirungkut Public Health Center, Rungkut District, Surabaya City. The data used are primary and secondary data, obtained from the informants selected based on purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that in the tangibles (physical evidence) criteria, the Kalirungkut Health Center in Surabaya City has good service conditions but in some cases it needs attention, for example the number of machines that are felt to be added. Reliability, has done it well. Response (response / response) various efforts have been made to overcome problems related to Puskesmas services. Assurance, the knowledge and politeness of employees is good enough. Empathy (Empathy), It has been done very well by the Kalirungkut Health Center in Surabaya City. This is because the Puskesmas performs services by applying the principle of equal rights to receive services.

Abstract

The aims of the online-based PPDB zoning system is to analyze the application of the Surabaya City zoning system online in the perspective of good governance, to find out the positive and negative impacts of implementing the online zoning system PPDB. The government in the distribution of education one of which is issuing new policies in accepting new student admissions through Minister of Education and Culture Regulations. The zoning system is part of the school reform effort to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. According to Mardiasmo there are principles of good government governance, as follows: Accountability (Accountability), Transparency (Transparancy)), Democracy (Democration), Rule of Law. The benefits of PPDB online Zoning System are that it is more efficient, makes it easier for the community, improving the quality of education and there are also positive and negative impacts in the application In this study, implementing that the process of Implementing New Student Admissions (PPDB) conducted online Zoning in the city of Surabaya has been considered successful in efforts to express access and quality of education.

Abstract

A tourism village is an integrated tourism concept in an area that combines local tourism potential in the form of art-culture products and natural beauty, accommodation, and other supporting facilities. Tourist villages have great potential, especially for the tourist segment who is interested in exploring the rich arts and culture of the foreign community. This study analyzes the development of a business network-based tourism village program in Tamansari Village, Banyuwangi Regency, namely by cooperating with the private sector to improve the community's economy through the concept of a tourist village. Using corporate social responsibility (CSR) funds from private companies, several tourist sites in Tamansari village were developed, starting from the milk village (Dusun Ampel Gading), the mining village, to the flower village (Dusun Jambu). Qualitative descriptive method is carried out with data collection techniques used are observation, interviews with village heads and Pokdarwis, as well as literature study. The results showed that the development of a business network-based tourism village program in Tamansari Village had a significant impact on boosting the residents' economy, and could be used as additional village income through APBDes. The village government in supporting the development of tourist villages collaborates with Pokdarwis (Tourism Awareness Groups), which have an important role and contribution to explore new potential in tourism development. thorough. Abstract

Archive management in universities is an obligation contained in Law no. 43 of 2009 concerning Archives. Pawyatan Daha University as an organization engaged in the field of education one of its administrative activities is to carry out the filing process carried out by the Bureau of Academic Administration, Student Affairs and Alumni (BA2AK). The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the implementation of active dynamic archive management in improving public services at the Bureau of Academic Administration, Student Affairs and Alumni (BA2AK) based on Law no. 43 of 2009 concerning Archives. This type of research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of this study are that the Implementation of Dynamic Archive Management in the Bureau of Academic Administration, Student Affairs, and Alumni (BA2KA) Pawyatan Daha University based on Law no. 43 of 2009 concerning archive management has not run optimally. This is because the results of the analysis of the 4 stages of management contained in Law no. 43 of 2009 concerning archive management has been implemented but each of these stages is not running optimally. There are still many shortcomings at each stage for archive management, especially at the storage and retrieval stage. Storage and retrieval, most of which still have an impact on the lack of ineffective and efficient archive management, so it is necessary to improve digital management
