Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of consumer satisfaction (Y) at the Destar Asli Bali Store. This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of service quality (X1), price (X2), and promotion (X3) on consumer satisfaction (Y) at Destar Asli Bali Store. This study uses quantitative methods. The sample technique used is purposive sampling technique. The number of respondents used is 100 consumers. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 24. The regression equation obtained: Y = 6.392 + 0.232X1 + 0.219X2 + 0.121X3. The results of this study indicate that: First, service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y) at the Destar Asli Bali Store. Second, the price has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) at the Destar Asli Bali Shop. Third, promotion has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) at the fourth Destar Asli Bali Store, the data used proves service quality (X1), price (X2), and promotion (X3), which together have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. consumer (Y) at the Destar Asli Bali Store. Fifth, the magnitude of the influence contributed by the quality of service, price, and promotion on consumer satisfaction (Y) at Destar Asli Bali Store is 18.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction at the Kimura Collection Store, North Kuta, Badung. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The data collection technique used purposive sampling, with the criteria of customers who had shopped at the Kimura Collection Store, North Kuta, Badung. The research method applied in this study is based on multiple linear regression analysis with data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and t test analysis. The results of the analysis show that the regression results are Y = 1.615 + 0.332X1 + 0.370X2. Product quality (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y), which is shown in the regression coefficient b1X1 of 0.332 with a value of tCount = 4.910 > tTable (0.05: 97) = 1.6606 with sig. t = 0.000 (p < 0.05). Price (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) which is shown in the b2X2 regression coefficient of 0.370 with a value of tCount = 3.674 > tTable (0.05: 97) = 1.6606 with sig. t = 0.000 (p < 0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of teacher competence (X1), motivation (X2) and work environment (X3) on teacher performance (Y) at Triatma Jaya Tabanan Tourism Vocational School. This research includes explanatory research, which is a type of research that aims to determine the relationship between three variables, namely the dependent variable (teacher performance) and the independent variable (teacher competence, motivation and work environment). The population in this study were teachers of the Triatma Jaya Tabanan Tourism Vocational School, which amounted to fifty-six people. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method where the entire population is used as a sample. The analysis technique in this research is using descriptive analysis, data quality test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test analysis, analysis of determination with the help of SPSS 24 software for windows. The results of the analysis show that the regression model is Y = 4.927 + 0.307X1 + 0.615X2 + 0.233X3. The conclusion obtained is that partially teacher competence (X1) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (Y) which is indicated by the coefficient b1X1: tcount = 2,382 > ttable (0.05: 52) = 1.674 and Sig t = 0.021 (p<0 ,05). Motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (Y) which is indicated by the coefficient b2X2: tcount = 4.162 > ttable (0.05: 52) = 1.674 and Sig t = 0.000 (p <0.05). The work environment (X3) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (Y) has a positive and significant effect as indicated by the coefficient b1X1: tcount = 2.673 > ttable (0.05: 52) = 1.674 and Sig t = 0.010 (p<0.05). Teacher competence, motivation and work environment affect the teacher's performance at Triatma Jaya Tabanan Tourism Vocational School by 42.0% while the remaining 58.0% is explained by other variables not examined in this study such as work discipline, technology and others

Abstract

In general, the effectiveness of employees' work can be increased through several strategies. There are several strategies in increasing the effectiveness of employee work used as follows: HR recruitment strategy CV. Kori Dewata Karya is in accordance with the required field, a workforce placement strategy in accordance with the skills and abilities of the employees, performance improvement by developing employee potential through the training process. This study aims to determine and analyze the Human Resource Management Development Strategy in Improving Employee Work Effectiveness at CV. Kori Dewata Karya. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and literature study. Based on the results of interviews that have been analyzed using the SWOT analysis method so that it can be described the Human Resource Management Development Strategy used by CV. Kori Dewata Karya. SWOT analysis is the identification of various factors systematically to formulate corporate strategy. From the results of the analysis obtained a growth strategy or growth oriented strategy, this strategy indicates a strong company condition and is able to continue to grow by taking the opportunities and opportunities that exist to achieve maximum goals. The results of the SWOT analysis are illustrated using a SWOT analysis diagram showing the HR Management Development Strategy is in quadrant I, where the total weighted score for strengths and weaknesses is 2.94 while the total weighted score for opportunities and threats is 2.70. In this position CV. Kori Dewata Karya has strengths and opportunities so the strategy that must be applied is to support aggressive growth or optimize progressive opportunities.

Abstract

Work discipline is a very important thing for organizational growth, especially used to motivate employees to discipline themselves in carrying out work both individually and in groups.and can also be done through changes to the Work Environment, so that it will produce employee performance according to what is expected by the leadership. This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline with employee performance, the influence between the work environment and employee performance. The magnitude of the influence of work discipline and work environment with employee performance and independent variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance at the Padangsambian Village Credit Institution.The population of this study amounted to 35 people, the analysis tool used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The hypothesis test used is t test to test the effect of work discipline on employee performance, and determination analysis to analyze the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The regression equation obtained Y = 0.608 + 0.701 X1 + 0.257 X2 of this model shows that 1) there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance.2) there is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on employee performance.3) the magnitude of the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance. Work discipline is an independent variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance at the Padangsambian Village Credit Institution.

Abstract

The automotive industry is currently undergoing intense global competition. The Yamaha Company is a business that produces two-wheeled vehicles. The newest scooter motorcycle from Yamaha, the N-MAX, features a number of cutting-edge features, including VVA (Variable Velves Actuation). This study aimed to determine which independent variables had the most significant impact on Mengwi Badung District residents' decisions to purchase Yamaha N-MAX motorcycles by examining the relationship between product quality and price and purchasing decisions. Purposive sampling was used, and the sample size was 85 respondents. Techniques for gathering data that include observational methods, documentation, and surveys. Multiple linear regression analysis is the data analysis technique used. The results of the research's testing of the research hypotheses reveal that the price and product quality variables both have positive and significant effects on the Mengwi Badung District's decision to buy Yamaha N-MAX motorcycles.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, workload and workenvironment on employee turnover intention at PT. Pinus Merah Abadi DenpasarBranch. Based on the results of data analysis, the regression equation was found: Y =35.199 – 0.410X1 + 0.355X2 – 0.213X3. The results of the analysis of thecompensation variable show tcount -3.528 > ttable -1.99773 with a significance levelof 0.001 <0.05, meaning that compensation (X1) has a negative and partiallysignificant effect on employee turnover intention (Y) at Pinus Merah Abadi DenpasarBranch. For the results of the analysis of the workload variable, it shows a tcount of3.322 > a ttable of 1.99773, and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05, meaning thatworkload (X2) has a positive and partially significant effect on employee turnoverintention (Y) at Pinus Merah Abadi Denpasar Branch. The results of the analysis ofwork environment variables show a tcount of -2.140 > ttable of -1.99773, and asignificant value of 0.036 <0.05, meaning that the work environment (X3) has anegative and partially significant effect on employee turnover intention (Y) at PinusMerah Abadi Denpasar Branch. Based on the results of the fcount test of 13.316 >ftable of 2.75 and the Sig. of 0.000 <0.05 so that it can be concluded that the variablecompensation (X1), workload (X2) and work environment (X3) have a simultaneouspositive and significant effect on employee turnover intention (Y) at Pinus MerahAbadi Denpasar Branch. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination it wasfound that the influence contributed by the variable compensation (X1), workload (X2)and work environment (X3) on employee turnover intention (Y) at Pinus Merah AbadiDenpasar Branch is 38.4% and the remaining 61.6% is influenced by other variablesnot examined in this study. The results of this study also show that the compensationvariable (X1) has the most dominant influence on employee turnover intention (Y) atPinus Merah Abadi Denpasar Branch is -0.385

Abstract

This study aims to find a suitable marketing strategy for Gaing Mas Jimbaran Villas Bali in increasing its occupancy rate, making it easier for the management of Gaing Mas Jimbaran Villas Bali to determine the next step in room marketing. This study uses the Qualitative Descriptive method. sampling in this study using Purposive Simpling techniques conducted by interviewing and distributing questionnaires to several respondents. The number of respondents in this study were 20 respondents which included 16 responses from the Management of Gaing Mas Jimbaran Villas Bali, 4 responses from guests\ The data analysis used is SWOT analysis. The result of this study is an IFAS value of 3.54 and an EFAS value of 3.89. Thus, Gaing Mas Jimbaran Villas Bali is in the fourth position I which is described as a growth position, so the right strategy is needed and the results are used to increase Gaing Mas Jimbaran Villas Bali room sales by strengthening market development. Marketing. Target audience and product development. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the need for the development of attractive strategic strategies such as, Strengthening Branding, maintaining Quality, more innovation in room marketing, and maintaining prices in accordance with the facilities offered.

Abstract

UMKM Tilanyak is an oil palm plantation business owned by individuals who have quite a large area of land, besides obtaining their own plantation oil palm crops, they are also collectors of the harvest of the surrounding community who do not yet have a permit to sell to factories. The problems examined in this study are whether leadership style (X1) has a partial effect on employee performance (Y)UMKM Tilanyak, does personality (X2) partially affect employee performance (Y) UMKM Tilanyak, whether leadership style (X1) and personality (X2) simultaneously influences the performance of (Y) UMKM Tilanyak employees, how much influence does leadership style (X1) and personality (X2) have on employee performance (Y) UMKM Tilanyak, which independent variable has the dominant influence on the performance of UMKM Tilanyak employees. The sample used in this study was 60. The research results obtained were leadership style (X1) having a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at Tilanyak Jagoi Babang UMKM, West Kalimantan. Personality (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Tilanyak Jagoi Babang UMKM, West Kalimantan. Leadership style (X1) and personality (X2) have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance (Y). The influence of leadership style (X1) and personality (X2) on employee performance (Y) is 30.8%. Personality variable (X2) has a dominant influence on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of internal communication and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Indomarco Prismatama Bali Branch. The sampling technique used in this study is Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling because it has members who are not homogeneous and proportionally stratified. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire distributed to 76 respondents. The analysis techniques in this study were descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, t-test analysis, and dominance/contribution tests (coefficient beta). Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26 for windows software. The results of this study indicate that: Internal communication (X1) has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT. Indomarco Prismatama Bali Branch. Work discipline (X2) has a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance (Y) at PT. Indomarco Prismatama Bali Branch. Internal communication variable (X1) has a dominant influence of 0.414 on employee performance (Y) at PT. Indomarco Prismatama Bali Branch, because it has a larger value of standardized coefficients beta. The implication of this research is that the company is expected to pay close attention to internal communication and employee work discipline in order to improve employee performance at the company in the future.
