Abstract

The objective of this study was to examine the impact of three variables - Top of Mind, Brand Recall, and Brand Recognition - on consumer purchasing decisions in Sayurbox Bali. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using a sample of 100 randomly collected data from Sayurbox Bali consumers. The findings revealed that Brand Recall exerted a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions, with a t-value of 4.126 and a p-value of <0.001. Conversely, Top of Mind and Brand Recognition did not demonstrate a significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions, as evidenced by respective t-values of 1.966 and 1.233, and p-values of 0.052 and 0.221. Consequently, it can be inferred that Brand Recall emerges as the most crucial factor influencing consumer purchasing decisions in Sayurbox Bali. To enhance brand recall among consumers, the company is advised to intensify and sustain marketing promotions and campaigns. Additionally, improving product quality and services to uphold and enhance customer satisfaction is recommended. However, focusing excessively on the variables of Top of Mind and Brand Recognition is unnecessary, as they do not significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important factor for the progress of an organization or company depending on the human resources it has. Optimal performance is needed in supporting the implementation of all the work that has been assigned. Performance is influenced by many factors such as work environment and communication. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and communication on employee performance. The location of this research is at PT. Tlaga Singha Mandala Gianyar. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, documentation and interviews. The population uses employees at PT. Tlaga Singha Mandala Gianyar, with a sample of 60 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Data Instrument Test, Classical Assumptions, Regression, F and t. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the quality of food and communication together have a significant effect on employee performance. Suggestions that can be given by researchers are that PT Tlaga Singha Mandala Gianyar routinely holds outing activities or other togetherness activities so that later the relations between employees run harmoniously, build harmonious relationships between employees and always become a mediator when conflicts occur between employees and provide training to improve skills employees at work

Abstract

at employee performance is positively and significantly influenced by partial motivation, with tcount = 3.612 > ttable value = 2.026, rejecting Ho and accepting H1. With tcount = 3.473 > ttable value = 2.026, the workplace has a positive and substantial impact on employee performance, rejecting hypothesis Ho and accepting hypothesis H2. Employee performance is more strongly influenced by the motivation variable, which has a standardized beta coefficient () of 0.265, than by the employee work environment variable. 67.2% of the total was determined, while the remaining 0.328, or 32.8%, was explained by factors or other causes not included in the research model. Researchers' recommendations for improving employee performance at PT. Srimasari Arta Prima Denpasar include increasing work motivation by offering suitable incentives, creating a comfortable work atmosphere among coworkers, and maintaining job quality.

Abstract

In general, health workers play a very important role in meeting people's expectations, especially those related to health problems which are often difficult to overcome. In the current era, there is a great need for skilled and qualified health workers. So that existing problems can be resolved properly. However, currently there are still many health workers whose performance in providing services to patients is not good, giving rise to negative public perceptions of health workers and related health facilities. This phenomenon occurs due to a lack of sense of responsibility, sincerity, sincerity, self-awareness, and professionalism of health workers in serving the community. This research aims to: 1. determine the effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of health workers. 2.To determine the influence of the work environment on performance. 3. To determine the magnitude of the influence of emotional intelligence and the work environment on the performance of health workers. The population of this study was all civil servant health workers at the Karangasem I Community Health Center, totaling 45 people. The sample taken is all members of the population so it is a census research. The tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis test used is the t- test to test the partial influence of emotional intelligence and work environment on the performance of health workers, as well as determination analysis to analyze the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The regression equation obtained is: Y = 8.133 + 0.534 X1 + 0.310 X2. This model shows that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of health workers. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on the performance of health workers. 3) The magnitude of the influence contributed by emotional intelligence and the work environment on the performance of health workers is 49.1%.

Abstract

Human resource management is an integral part of organizational management, specifically focusing on various aspects related to human resources. Organizational commitment refers to the degree to which an employee demonstrates a strong tendency to maintain a long-term relationship with the organization. Job satisfaction refers to the extent to which individuals express positive and negative feelings toward their occupation, including factors such as level of challenge and use of skills, as well as like the presence or absence of monotony in their work. Work environment includes the tangible, interpersonal, and psychological aspects of an organization that impact the performance and effectiveness of that organization's workforce. This study was conducted at the Grand Puri Saron Hotel Yogyakarta, a leading accommodation facility located in the Malioboro area of Sosrowijayan, Yogyakarta. The objective of this study is to determine the significant and dominant impact of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The study included 26 employees and used a saturation point sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study involved the use of multiple linear regression analysis, supported by IBM Statistic SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that there is no statistically significant relationship between the Work Environment variable and the Organizational Commitment variable. The variable Organizational Commitment is significantly and positively affected by Job Satisfaction, in which Job Satisfaction has the main effect

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on employee job satisfaction in the hotel business. This research design uses a quantitative approach where the data collection tool uses a questionnaire distributed to 261 four-star hotel employees. Research data was analyzed using Smart PLS 3.2.3. The findings of this research indicate that intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, transformational leadership does not play a moderating role in the relationship between intrinsic motivation and employee job satisfaction. However, transformational leadership acts as a moderator of the relationship between extrinsic motivation and employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to explore employees' perceptions of work-life balance programs at Yayasan Triatma Surya Jaya and assess their effectiveness. Using a quantitative survey method, data was collected from 64 randomly selected employees of the foundation. The results show that the majority of employees are satisfied with the implemented work-life balance programs, though some still face difficulties in separating work from personal life. A total of 45% of respondents agree that the program needs improvement, particularly in the areas of work flexibility and management support. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the foundation increase work schedule flexibility, provide additional programs that support employee well-being, and conduct regular evaluations of the existing program.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between employees' understanding of the company's vision and mission and their work motivation at Hotel Puri Saron Denpasar. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 48 employees selected using a simple random sampling technique. The results show that the majority of employees have a good understanding of the company's vision and mission, with 85% of respondents stating they "Strongly Understand" or "Understand." Additionally, work motivation levels are also high, with 85% of respondents feeling "Highly Motivated" or "Motivated." Pearson correlation analysis revealed a significant positive relationship between understanding the vision and mission and work motivation (r = 0.68, p < 0.01). The study concludes that the higher the employees' understanding of the company's vision and mission, the higher their work motivation. Therefore, the company is advised to continuously strengthen the communication of the vision and mission and integrate them into various operational aspects and organizational culture to enhance employee work motivation.
