Abstract

Virus Corona juga telah mewabah di Indonesia sejak awal Maret 2021 sampai 17 Juni 2021 terdapat  1.950.276 kasus positif terkonfimasi tersebar di 34 provinsi dan 415 Kabupaten/Kota, yang meninggal 53.753 orang, sedangkan yang sembuh 1.771.220 orang  (Gugus  Tugas  Percepatan Penanganan COVID-19 Indonesia, 2021). Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari pandemi  telah mengubah berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia. Demi menjaga pertumbuhan ekonomi, pemerintah memberikan stimulus supaya perekonomian dapat bergerak lagi.  Fasilitas pinjaman dana diberikan dalam bentuk kredit, yang terdiri dari kredit modal kerja dan kredit konsumtif yang disalurkan bagi pengusaha untuk memperlancar dan mengembangkan usahanya, serta membantu mendorong pertumbuhan dan pemerataan ekonomi kerakyatan, pembangunan dan juga untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup rakyat.    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, menganalisis faktor suku bunga dan jangka waktu kredit yang mempengaruhi keputusan pengambilan kredit modal kerja pada masa pandemi covid-19. Studi kasus di PT Bank Maluku Malut Cabang Tobelo, jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan cara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kredit modal kerja pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 yaitu, menurunnya suku bunga pinjaman, dan jangka waktu kredit yang lebih panjang setidaknya memudahkan debitur untuk terus mengelola usahanya agar tetap bertahan di masa Pandemi Covid-19. Pertumbuhan penyaluran kredit modal kerja secara umum kecukupan modal bank yang diproksikan dengan jangka waktu pinjaman, dan  tingkat suku bunga memiliki pengaruh yang  positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah penyaluran kredit modal kerja. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan tingkat signifikan yang positif dari 0,05 sehingga Dari hasil pengolahan SPSS diperoleh besarnya R sguare (r2) adalah sebesar 0.527. Angka tersebut mempunyai maksud bahwa pengaruh kedua variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, secara gabungan pengarunya signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan debitur dalam kredit modal kerja  di Bank Maluku, Malut adalah sebesar 52,7% Adapun sisanya sebesar 47,3% dipengharuhi oleh faktor lain. Dengan kata lain, variabel Jangka waktu pinjaman,  dan tingkat suku bunga merupakan salah satu faktor penentu pengambilan keputusan debitur dalam kredit modal kerja

Abstract

This study aimed to determine how the effect of brand activation on brand awareness at Teras Komuji. In this study, the independent variable (X) is brand activation, consisting of several sub-dimensions: identity, employee, product and service, and communication. The dependent variable (Y) is brand awareness. The type of research used is descriptive and verification with an explanatory survey method and a cross-sectional study approach. The data in the study used primary data from a sample of 220 respondents, namely customers who had visited and had activities at Teras Komuji. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression using the assistance of a statistical calculation program. The results showed that, together and separately, the brand activation variables significantly affected brand awareness at the Teras Komuji

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of image and service quality on patient loyalty mediated by patient satisfaction at Provita Hospital. The population in this study were all patients, both general, BPJS and insurance who had received treatment or treatment in 2023 at Provita Jayapura Hospital. The sample in this study is 90 patients. The analytical method used is mediation analysis with data processing tools using SmartPls version 3.00 software. Based on the tests conducted, it shows that image, service quality and patient satisfaction directly affect patient loyalty at Provita Jayapura Hospital. Image does not directly affect patient satisfaction at the Provita Jayapura hospital. Service quality directly affects patient satisfaction at the Provita Jayapura hospital. Patient satisfaction can mediate the relationship between service quality and patient loyalty at the Provita Jayapura hospital. Patient satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between image and patient loyalty at the Provita Jayapura hospital

Abstract

This study aims to Compensate for Employee Loyalty Mediated by Job Satisfaction at PT. Tosari Utama Jayapura. The sample was taken using the opinion of Sugiyono (2017), namely saturated sampling or using the entire population as a sample, so that the total sample is 130 people. The analytical method used is mediation analysis with data processing tools using structural equation modeling (SEM) AMOS 24. The results show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee loyalty. Job satisfaction can mediate the effect of compensation on employee loyalty at PT. Main Tosari.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyse the impact of career development and work-life balance on job satisfaction of bank employees in Ambon City. The approach in this research is included in quantitative research. The research model is a survey model using an online questionnaire instrument. The population in the study was all bank employees in Ambon City with the census technique as the sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple linear regression preceded by frequency distribution analysis of respondents' answers, classical assumption testing (normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests) and research instrument testing (validity and reliability tests). The research findings prove that career development and work-life balance factors have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of bank employees in Ambon City

Abstract

As the global business landscape continues to grapple with the pressing need for sustainable practices, sustainability audits have emerged as a crucial tool to assess and enhance environmental, social, and economic performance. With the advent of the digital era, the implementation of sustainability audits has seen both significant challenges and promising opportunities. This literature review critically examines the state of sustainability audit implementation in the context of the digital era, shedding light on the key hurdles and prospects. The literature review begins by providing a comprehensive overview of sustainability audits, emphasizing their role in promoting transparency, accountability, and responsible business conduct. It explores the evolving global sustainability reporting standards and regulations, such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), which have catalyzed the uptake of sustainability audits. The digital era has revolutionized data collection, analysis, and reporting, offering sustainability auditors powerful tools to process vast amounts of information efficiently. Opportunities arising from this digital transformation include the use of big data analytics, artificial intelligence, and blockchain technology for more accurate and real-time sustainability reporting. These technologies can help companies identify environmental and social risks, track progress, and respond to stakeholder demands with agility. However, the review also highlights significant challenges in the implementation of sustainability audits in the digital era. These challenges include data privacy concerns, data security risks, and the digital divide, which may limit access to digital tools for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Additionally, the quality and reliability of sustainability data remain areas of concern, as they can be affected by greenwashing and inaccurate reporting. In conclusion, the digital era has provided both challenges and opportunities for the implementation of sustainability audits. As businesses strive to align their operations with sustainability goals, the digital tools at their disposal can be harnessed to improve sustainability audit processes and overall sustainability performance. This literature review contributes to a deeper understanding of the complexities of sustainability audit implementation in the digital era, helping guide future research and practical applications in this dynamic field.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between service quality on customer loyalty and customer value as a mediating variable. The research method is quantifiable and qualitative with the type of associative research. The population in the study was all customers of indihome west bandung regency which amounted to 872 people. The sample numbered 130 people taken with slovin formula, with purposive sampling is sampling technique type accidental sampling. Tools in this study using Amos 25 and supported by sobel test. The result shows an indirect relationship of 0,970 > direct 0,076, and the sobel test result of the Z value is 4,77353 > dari 1,65694. This means that there is a relationship between service quality to customer loyalty through Indihome Customer Value in West Bandung

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in emerging markets, focusing on progress, challenges, and pathways for improvement. Drawing on a literature review and empirical evidence, the research investigates the current status of SDG advancement, identifying key obstacles such as socio-economic disparities, institutional complexities, and infrastructure deficits. Findings reveal significant progress in integrating SDGs into national agendas yet underscore persistent challenges hindering further advancement. The study emphasizes the need for tailored, adaptive strategies to address contextual complexities and promote inclusivity. Implications suggest the importance of collaborative endeavors among stakeholders to overcome barriers and foster sustainable development. By addressing these challenges collectively, emerging markets can realize their full potential in driving inclusive and resilient societies aligned with SDG principles.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of job stress and burnout on employee satisfaction and performance in organizational settings. By examining these factors, the research aims to understand how stress and burnout affect workforce engagement, productivity, and overall organizational health. The study employs a systematic literature review (SLR) approach, integrating findings from various disciplines, including human resource management, organizational behavior, and occupational psychology. This method allows for a structured synthesis of existing knowledge, focusing on key concepts, theoretical frameworks, and empirical evidence. The findings reveal that high job stress and burnout correlate with reduced employee satisfaction and diminished individual and team performance. Chronic stress and burnout lead to emotional exhaustion, lower productivity, and increased turnover risk. The study also identifies organizational interventions—such as supportive leadership, stress management training, and recognition programs—that can effectively mitigate these adverse outcomes. Furthermore, variations in industry pressures and employee demographics influence the stress and burnout experienced, highlighting the need for tailored organizational strategies. This study's results have significant implications for academic and managerial practices. Academically, the research deepens the theoretical understanding of stress and burnout dynamics. It provides a basis for implementing data-driven stress management initiatives, enhancing job satisfaction, and improving workforce resilience. Organizations can leverage these findings to create healthier work environments, boost productivity, and strengthen their competitive edge.

Abstract

Keuangan dari perspektif pelaku usaha. Fokus penelitian adalah pada perbedaan tingkat adopsi teknologi antara perusahaan besar dan usaha kecil menengah (UKM), serta faktor keberhasilan, hambatan, dan strategi yang memengaruhi implementasi teknologi digital. Studi ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk menyaring dan menganalisis literatur yang relevan mengenai adopsi teknologi dalam manajemen keuangan. Metode ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen penting seperti dukungan manajemen, kesiapan infrastruktur, dan pengembangan budaya organisasi yang memengaruhi keberhasilan dan kegagalan adopsi teknologi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perusahaan besar memiliki kapasitas lebih besar dalam mengadopsi teknologi digital canggih karena dukungan anggaran, infrastruktur, dan pelatihan yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan UKM. UKM lebih sering menghadapi hambatan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya pengetahuan teknis, dan resistensi karyawan. Selain itu, dukungan manajemen dan perubahan budaya organisasi terbukti penting dalam memastikan keberhasilan transformasi digital. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan panduan praktis bagi pelaku usaha dan pengambil kebijakan untuk merancang strategi transformasi digital yang lebih efektif. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pelatihan, dukungan manajemen, dan kebijakan yang mendukung inovasi teknologi, terutama untuk membantu UKM yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam sumber daya dan infrastruktur.
