Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between marketing strategies and consumer purchasing interest in the biofloc catfish farming system in Apung Village. The biofloc system is an innovative cultivation method that is more efficient in resource utilization, but this business still faces challenges in increasing consumer purchasing interest. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach involving in-depth interviews and direct observation of business actors and consumers. The results showed that marketing strategies that include competitive pricing, promotions through social media, direct marketing to customers, and product quality assurance play a significant role in attracting consumer purchasing interest. Consumers are more interested in purchasing catfish that are marketed in an informative manner, especially if accompanied by education about the advantages of the biofloc system. In addition, prices that are in line with people's purchasing power and easy access to the product are also important factors in increasing purchasing decisions. The conclusion of this study confirms that the better the marketing strategy implemented, the higher consumer purchasing interest in the biofloc catfish farming system in Apung Village. Therefore, business actors are advised to be more active in digital marketing, maintain product quality, and improve sales services so that their businesses can grow sustainably

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that zakat is an obligation of Muslims and can be used as an effort to distribute wealth evenly. This can be seen from the many types of zakat; its use could be developed for the real sector. The next emphasis is on how Muslims themselves a strong desire must implement this system, and how it is managed so that it can be distributed evenly so that the goals can be achieved. The aim of this research is to determine the role and implementation of zakat in the development of the real sector. This research is qualitative research. The results of the research show that one of the ways to increase the income of mustahiq/dhuafa is the distribution of zakat which is carried out by providing business capital assistance for mustahiq/dhuafa. Because one of the sectors that needs attention and support is the real sector. As for large entrepreneurs, they have access to capital from many elements. The real sector has a very large role in absorbing unemployment rates, as well as increasing economic growth and social welfare. Apart from that, the performance of this sector also influences the performance of the financial or monetary sector.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that every entrepreneurial development experience capital difficulty. Capital loan transactions, sharia principles can influence business development. The aim of the research is to determine the role of Mudharabah in developing entrepreneurship in villages and introducing more deeply about sharia contracts, namely contracts Mudharabah. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this research indicate that the role of contracts Mudharabah This has a lot of influence on the development of entrepreneurship in the village so that of course entrepreneurs who want to develop a business but cannot because of limited capital, the role of this mudharabah agreement can help to develop their business into a large business. This mudharabah financing is required to be expanded further in the surrounding community so that many people are familiar with this mudharabah financing. Socialization regarding mudharabah contracts must continue to be carried out and implemented in communities that primarily do not have capital to run their businesses. So, this contract is used as a capital solution.

Abstract

Sajau Village established the Mitra Mandiri Sajau Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) to support village development and community welfare. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the services offered by the Mitra Mandiri Sajau Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) for the Sajau village community. This research method uses qualitative data through in-depth interviews with BUMDes management and observational data collection. The findings of this study indicate that the Mitra Mandiri Sajau Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) has contributed significantly to improving community welfare, but its implementation is still imperfect. Several factors have made BUMDes management a challenge, such as the lack of management competence and the lack of management involvement in the process. Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are one of the important instruments in building the economy at the village level. This study aims to analyze the determinant factors that affect the growth and development of BUMDes Karya Maju Cemerlang with a qualitative approach. Through observation, interviews and documentation studies on BUMDes Karya Maju Cemerlang, it was found that leadership factors, community participation, government policies, and access to resources are the main factors that determine the success of BUMDes. This article provides insight into the importance of synergy between Stakeholders to increase the role of BUMDes in sustainable village development

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of GO SPIRIT's corporate culture on customer satisfaction at Bank bjb KCP Gedebage. Using a quantitative approach with a closed questionnaire on 60 respondents, data were analyzed through a statistical test using SPSS version 30. The results showed that the GO SPIRIT culture had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, with the values of f calculated (331,489) > f table (3,156) and t calculated (18,207) > t table (2,002). The determination coefficient of 92.3% indicates that customer satisfaction is influenced by company culture. Thus, the consistent implementation of the GO SPIRIT culture can increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of waqf as an instrument to improve the economic development of cooperatives, focusing on the Primkop Kartika Ardagusema Cooperative. This cooperative implements waqf to fund various economic empowerment programs that support the welfare of its members. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving interviews with cooperative administrators and secondary data analysis. The results of the study indicate that waqf can be an effective tool to support the development of cooperative businesses and provide sustainable economic benefits for members. However, there are challenges in the management of productive waqf that need to be overcome to maximize the potential of waqf in cooperatives. This study provides recommendations for more transparent and efficient waqf management

Abstract

As a village economic institution, the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) has a very important role in advancing the village economy and community welfare, but what happens if the BUMDes institution is inactive, as experienced by BUMDes Karya Nyata in Salimbatu village, this BUMDes has been inactive since 2022 due to a lack of human resource capacity and administration.. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of BUMDes mentors in efforts to revitalize the Karya Nyata Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes), to improve the welfare of the community in Salimbatu village. This mentoring is carried out by PT. Pesona Khatulistiwa Nusantara (PT PKN), as one of the Community Empowerment Programs (CEP) by involving students mentored by PT PKN to become BUMDes mentors through the MBKM program "Building a village" initiated by PT PKN. This study uses an action research method, research methods that function to help the implementation of work to be more effective and efficient are action research methods (action research), research and development (R&D) and operations research (operations research). The action research method is a research method used to test, develop, discover and create new actions, so that these actions can be applied in work, so the work implementation process will be easier, faster, and the results will be more effective.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies in increasing pesticide sales through the marketplace managed by BUMDes Karya Maju Cemerlang in Apung Village, Tanjung Selor District, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan. The marketing of pesticide products in this region is essential to support sustainable local agriculture. A qualitative method was applied through in-depth interviews and direct observations involving local farmers as the main respondents. The findings show that marketing strategies involving personal selling, social media utilization, and promotional discounts significantly impacted sales improvement. In addition, SWOT analysis revealed that strengthening cooperation with farmers and providing product training contributed to the marketing success. These findings confirm that appropriate marketing strategies rooted in farmer collaboration can enhance sales performance and strengthen BUMDes-farmer relations.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the role of teachers as substitutes for parents when children are doing learning activities at school, playing an important role in optimizing children's growth and development, especially in developing and forming the independence of early childhood. This study aims to determine the role of teachers in instilling disciplined characters in early childhood 5-6 years in PAUD Darussalam. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with subjects of children aged 4-5 years and class teachers. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed with data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that teachers as educators with examples of teachers coming early to school and tidying up stationery and classrooms, teachers as facilitators, teachers teach to maintain cleanliness of clothes, teach children to wash their hands to be clean, teach to throw trash in the trash, and teachers as mentors, teachers provide guidance to children by conveying the rules that exist in the school while learning and the rules when playing games.
