Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at Bappeda Jambi City. This study uses quantitative methods and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sample used was all Bappeda employees totaling 70 employees, using saturated sampling as a sampling technique. The research data were analyzed using linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS version 26. The results showed that the variables of leadership style and work discipline partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Jambi City Bappeda employees. This means that 40% of the dependent variable (employee performance) can be explained by the independent variables, namely leadership style and work discipline simultaneously. Meanwhile, the remaining 0.600 or 60% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and product completeness on consumer purchasing decisions at CV. Karya Inti Makmur. There are so many factors that can influence consumer purchasing decisions which are internal and external factors. However, the most prominent among these factors are price and product completeness.This research is quantitative research whose research results are the accumulation of data from a number of respondents who are consumers of CV. Karya Inti Makmur. This research test uses linear regression tests. In this study there are independent variables and dependent variables. The dependent variable consists of purchasing decisions (Y) while the independent variable consists of price (X1) and product completeness (X2). This study has 96 respondents who have data to test.The results of his research are that there is an influence between price on consumer purchasing decisions partially and an influence between product completeness on consumer purchasing decisions partially. The effect of price and product completeness variables on purchasing decisions is 61.9% and the rest of consumer purchasing decisions are influenced by other variables besides price and product completeness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 9 Jambi City. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 9 Jambi City. The sample size was 55 respondents. Data were collected through interviews (interviews), questionnaires (questionnaires), and observation (observation) and using data analysis techniques with classical assumption methods, namely validity tests, reliability tests, multicolonierity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that leadership style and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Then it was also found that there was a simultaneous and significant influence where the influence of leadership style and work motivation together could affect the improvement of teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect between burnout in Jambi Province BPS employees and work-life balance, workload, and work stress. In this study, data is gathered quantitatively through the use of Google Forms to disseminate surveys. Using census or saturation sampling as a sampling approach, the 72 employees of BPS Jambi Province made up the sample under study. Using SPSS version 25, several mutliple linear regression analysis approaches were used to the research data. The variables of workload, work-life balance, and work stress have a significant impact on employee burnout in Jambi Province BPS, both partially and simultaneously, according to the data.

Abstract

Employees become an important asset for every company. Similarly, Asian Agri considers employees important considering the large number of employees it has. The company's success is supported by good employee performance. Many ways can be done to improve employee performance, such as increasing salaries, providing benefits, and also supporting work facilities. This study aims to determine the effect of salary, benefits, and work facilities on the performance of Jambi Asian Agri Regional employees. The research method used was quantitative and all employees were made into a population of 57 people with a sample of 50 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis methods using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and determination coefficient testing. The conclusion of the results of this study is that salary negatively affects employee performance, while benefits and work facilities have a positive effect on employee performance. All results of the description of employee performance variable (Y) statement items are in the high category, which means that the average respondent's answer to the statement item is on a scale of 3.41 – 4.20. This shows that the statement items of this research can help assess employee performance.

Abstract

The impact of product innovation and marketing tactics on customer purchase decisions will be covered in this study. This study sought to ascertain how, if at all, product innovation and marketing tactics influenced consumers' decisions to buy. This kind of research is quantitative, and the 97 participants in the study made up the sample. Techniques for gathering data include surveys, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The data analysis method used in this study includes multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive analysis, and classical assumption tests such as the multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and F tests as well as coefficient of determination and t tests with SPSS. The study's findings suggest that product innovation influences consumers' decisions to buy to some extent. Purchasing decisions are not partially influenced by marketing strategy. Meanwhile, at the Javas Cycle café in Jambi City, customers' decisions to buy are influenced by both marketing strategy and innovative products.

Abstract

The prosperity of an organization heavily relies on the collaborative efforts of its members, with employees playing a pivotal role in advancing the organization's objectives. Investigating how leadership influences the performance of subordinates, particularly in terms of work ethics and compensation, enhances confidence and teamwork towards achieving organizational goals, especially within PT. MAS. This study seeks to explore the potential relationship between work discipline, compensation, and employee performance at PT. Mitra Agrolika Sejahtera. A sample of 64 individuals participated in this study, providing primary data through distributed questionnaires. Data analysis involved t-tests, f-tests, and multiple linear regression analysis conducted using SPSS version 20 software. The findings indicate a positive correlation between work discipline and employee performance, as well as between compensation and employee performance, highlighting the significant impact of both factors on employee effectiveness.

Abstract

Growth and progress in every company depends on the quality of the workforce it has. The role of human resources as the main driver of company policies and operational activities makes it a valuable asset for every business entity. This research aims to examine how compensation, motivation and work discipline influence employee job satisfaction at CV. Dharma Abadi Jambi City. This work was written using a quantitative type and The collected data is distributed via Google form in the questionnaire. The population taken was all employees CV. Dharma Abadi in Jambi City numbered 57 people using the census technique as a technique for taking the sample population. Research tools in analyzing data using SPSS v26. Abstract

Because employee quality has a significant impact on an organization's performance; in a worldwide world, human resources are among the most valuable assets. Given that people are a company's or organization's most valuable asset, human resource development to generate knowledgeable personnel is highly competitive. The purpose of this study is to determine whether PT performance is significantly impacted by the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline employees. Diva Lookah Multindo Jambi. Google Forms is used in this type of quantitative research to send out questionnaires for data collection. Sampling was carried out on all PT workers totaling 46 people using a population sampling approach. The study material was analyzed using SPSS 26. The findings of this research show how elements such as work culture, work ethic, and motivation can influence how successfully PT workers execute simultaneously and partially Diva Lookah Multindo Jambi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Champion Motor Mayang branch, Jambi city with 168 respondents. Sample collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with the Accidental sampling technique to 168 customers of the Mayang branch of the Champion Motor who were deemed suitable as a data source. This research is descriptive research with quantitative methods. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tools. The entire analysis was calculated using the smart PLS version 4 program. The result of the study indicates that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty, price has a significant effect on customer loyalty.
