Abstract

This study investigates the effects of capital structure, firm growth, and profitability on firm value, with Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and sustainability reporting as moderating variables. A quantitative approach was applied using secondary data from financial statements and sustainability reports of consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2020–2024. The sample was selected through purposive sampling, resulting in 15 firms and 75 firm-year observations. Panel data regression analysis was conducted using EViews software. The findings reveal that capital structure and firm growth positively and significantly affect firm value, while profitability does not show a significant influence. GCG moderates the relationship between capital structure and firm growth on firm value but fails to moderate the link between profitability and firm value. Sustainability reporting also moderates the relationship between capital structure and firm growth, yet does not moderate the effect of profitability. These results suggest that firm value in Indonesia’s consumer goods industry is driven more by strategic financing and growth decisions, reinforced by governance quality and sustainability disclosure, rather than short-term profitability. The study highlights the importance of integrating financial policies, governance mechanisms, and sustainability practices to enhance market perceptions of firm value.

Abstract

The quality of graduates is one of the key indicators of a university’s success in delivering education. Efforts to improve graduate quality cannot be separated from the role of effective leadership and well-implemented governance. Transformational leadership and Islamic economic-based governance are considered important approaches that can enhance higher education management and produce competent graduates. This study aims to examine the implementation of transformational leadership at Kepanjen University Malang, analyze the application of Islamic economic-based governance in improving graduate quality, and explore the outcomes of transformational leadership implementation through strengthening Islamic economic-based governance at the university.This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants consisted of university leaders, lecturers, administrative staff, and students. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and method triangulation. The findings show that transformational leadership at Kepanjen University Malang is implemented through the development of vision, motivation, and competency improvement of the academic community. Islamic economic-based governance is applied by integrating values such as trustworthiness (amanah), honesty, justice, transparency, and responsibility in institutional management and learning processes. The combination of these approaches contributes positively to improving graduates’ academic competence and Islamic character. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study research design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants of this research consisted of university leaders, lecturers, administrative staff, and students. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Meanwhile, data validity was tested through source triangulation and method triangulation. The results of the study indicate that: (1) the implementation of transformational leadership at Kepanjen University Malang is carried out through providing vision, motivation, and the development of academic community competencies in improving the quality of education; (2) the implementation of Islamic economic-based governance is conducted by integrating Islamic values such as trustworthiness (amanah), honesty, justice, transparency, and responsibility in institutional management and learning processes; and (3) the implementation of transformational leadership supported by Islamic economic-based governance has a positive impact on improving the quality of graduates, both in terms of academic competence and character building based on Islamic values

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the financial management practices of food sector SMEs in Kubung Subdistrict, Solok Regency, by examining the financial literacy and financial behavior of SME operators. Adopting a quantitative approach within an explanatory research framework, the study targeted a population of 280 SMEs and selected a sample of 45 using purposive sampling. Data were obtained via questionnaires and document analysis, then subjected to multiple linear regression analysis. The results reveal that financial literacy has no significant partial effect on financial management (t_calculated = 1.498 < t_table = 2.019; p = 0.142 > 0.05), whereas financial behavior exerts a significant partial influence (t_calculated = 2.874 > t_table = 2.019; p = 0.006 < 0.05). Simultaneously, financial literacy and financial behavior significantly impact financial management (F_calculated = 26.797 > F_table = 3.23; p = 0.000 < 0.05). The coefficient of determination test (R² = 0.567) indicates that these two independent variables explain 56.7% of the variation in financial management, with the remaining 43.3% influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study.

Abstract

The development of digital technology and increasing public awareness of environmental issues have encouraged. MSMEs to adopt digital marketing to market environmentally friendly products. However, many MSMEs still experience limitations in implementing digital marketing effectively and in a structured manner. This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategy implemented by the MSME Eco-print Yasmin Wiwid, identify factors influencing the effectiveness of digital marketing of environmentally friendly products, and develop an effective and sustainable digital marketing model. This research uses a qaheualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interviews with business owners, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods, referring to the Digital Marketing Mix (9P) concept: product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, partnerships, and personalization, which are related to the characteristics of environmentally friendly products. The results show that the use of social media, particularly Instagram, plays a significant role in increasing brand awareness, expanding market reach, and building consumer trust. The effectiveness of digital marketing is influenced by the competence of human resources, the quality and consistency of digital content, the uniqueness of environmentally friendly products, and active interaction with consumers. This research produces a digital marketing model that integrates digital marketing strategies and green marketing principles to improve the competitiveness and sustainability of environmentally friendly MSMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena masih terdapat permasalahan terkait kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Parongpong, seperti belum optimalnya pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan pencapaian target kerja. Selain itu, organisasi saat ini juga dituntut untuk lebih memperhatikan aspek lingkungan melalui penerapan Green Human Resource Management (GHRM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan GHRM terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Kecamatan Parongpong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 pegawai dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kepemimpinan di Kantor Kecamatan Parongpong berjalan dengan baik melalui arahan, koordinasi, motivasi, dan pengawasan yang efektif, sehingga mendukung penerapan GHRM serta peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa seluruh indikator penelitian telah memenuhi syarat validitas dan reliabilitas, sehingga layak digunakan sebagai alat ukur variabel penelitian. Nilai R-Square menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan GHRM memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, hasil uji hipotesis membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan dan GHRM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Artinya, semakin baik gaya kepemimpinan dan penerapan GHRM, maka semakin baik pula kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, kedua faktor tersebut perlu terus ditingkatkan guna mendukung kualitas pelayanan dan keberlanjutan organisasi.

Abstract

MSMEs play a vital role in the national economy, yet they still face a major obstacle, namely limited business capital. Musharaka financing in Islamic banking offers a solution, as it implements the principles of partnership and profit-sharing. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of musharaka financing for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at the National Pension Savings Bank (BTPN) Syariah in Central Lombok Regency. This study employed a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical methods through interviews with five MSME customers receiving musharaka financing and one BTPN Syariah employee. The results indicate that musharaka financing is effective in increasing customers' access to capital, income, business stability, and business sustainability. This effectiveness is supported by a fair profit-sharing system, business mentoring, financial training, and regular monitoring by the bank. However, obstacles remain, such as low transparency in business reports, weak financial records, and the risk of moral hazard due to information asymmetry between the bank and customers. Therefore, strengthening mentoring, financial literacy, and monitoring systems are important factors in increasing the effectiveness of musyarakah financing for MSMEs.

Abstract

Earnings quality is earnings that reflect actual performance and thus do not mislead stakeholders in decision-making. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of capital structure, company size, liquidity, and earnings growth on earnings quality. The population in this study was 42 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023, reporting their financial statements. A sample of 14 banks was obtained using purposive sampling. The analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results of this study indicate that capital structure has a positive effect on earnings quality, company size has a positive effect on earnings quality, and earnings growth has a positive effect on earnings quality. Meanwhile, liquidity has no effect on earnings quality. Future researchers are advised to add other variables, such as corporate governance, credit risk, and dividend policy, to provide a more comprehensive picture of the factors influencing earnings quality. Furthermore, a longer research period would provide results that are more representative of the banking conditions in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to explain and demonstrate the influence of work facilities, workload, and the physical work environment on the work productivity of employees at the Secretariat of the Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) of Kediri Regency. This study employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through purposive sampling involving 39 employees from the Secretariat of the Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) of Kediri Regency. The data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, linearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, the t-test (partial), the F-test (simultaneous), and the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the study, partially, work facilities have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Secretariat of the DPRD of Kediri Regency Government with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Workload has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Secretariat of the DPRD of Kediri Regency Government with a significance value of 0.007 < 0.05. Physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Secretariat of the DPRD of Kediri Regency Government with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, work facilities, workload, and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees at the Secretariat of the DPRD of Kediri Regency Government with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research examines how digital financial literacy, perceived ease of use, and promotional activities impact the decision-making of Generation Z students in Jember regarding the use of Shopeepay for cashless transactions. A quantitative approach was applied, gathering data through questionnaires from 170 respondents selected via purposive sampling. The primary data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25.The hypothesis testing results confirm that digital financial literacy (t-count = 3.870), perceived ease of use (t-count = 2.828), and promotion (t-count = 4.272) have a positive and significant effect on Shopeepay usage decisions, with promotion identified as the most influential factor. These findings suggest that while internal factors like digital financial knowledge and system convenience are important, external incentives such as promotions remain the main driver for e-wallet adoption. The novelty of this study is its focus on actual usage behavior rather than just intention, as well as the integration of literacy, ease of use, and promotion into a single research model specifically tailored to the Generation Z demographic in Jember

Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource coordination strategies in the implementation of Grebeg Sudiro, a community-based cultural festival in Sudiroprajan, Surakarta. The increasing scale of the festival and the involvement of large numbers of local residents create challenges in organizing human resources effectively and systematically. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving committee members, field coordinators, community leaders, and local residents participating in the event. The results show that human resource coordination in Grebeg Sudiro is carried out through structured task division, small-group coordination systems, direct supervision, and the utilization of digital communication media such as WhatsApp. The success of the coordination process is supported by community participation, mutual cooperation, and participatory leadership among organizers. However, several obstacles were identified, including differences in commitment levels, limited organizational experience, and occasional miscommunication during event implementation. The study concludes that the integration of community values with modern event management principles plays an important role in creating an organized and successful cultural festival. This research contributes to the development of community-based event management studies and provides practical references for organizing cultural festivals in Indonesia.
