Abstract

The Single Tuition Assistance Program (UKT) is a program aimed at students whose parents' jobs have been affected by COVID-19. Where this assistance is a program from the government to reduce the number of students who stop continuing their education due to the impact of income during Covid-19, so that universities are appointed by the government to select students who deserve the assistance. However, the problem is, the manual selection system can cause errors or confusion in making the selection so that the term wrong target arises. To narrow this possibility, these problems can be overcome by using data mining to assist universities in determining students who deserve single tuition assistance (UKT). In data mining, a method is needed. In this research, clustering method is used using the K-Medoids Algorithm so that decision making is very effective and fast. Based on this research, it is known that those who deserve to receive tuition assistance in arrears (UKT) are Rohan Purba, Zaza Mutiara, Putri and Alexander.

Abstract

Medical record is a file that contains records and documents of patient identity, examination, treatment, actions and other services that have been provided by doctors to patients. One of the factors that support medical record services is the return of medical records. Based on hospital policies that have been established inpatient medical records at RSUP Dr. Sitanala Tangerang City must return 1 x 24 hours after the patient returns home. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method and the data collection technique uses observation and interviews. Sampling in this study used a non-random sampling method by means of convenience sampling or no special criteria by selecting which medical records were encountered by the researcher. Based on the results of the study, it was found that 77 medical records (22.6%) were on time and 264 medical records (77.4%) were not returned on time, with an average return time of 9 x 24 hours. The factor that causes the inaccuracy of returning medical records is due to doctors who have not filled out the patient's medical resume. So it was concluded that the return of medical records was not in accordance with the guidelines set by the hospital. For this reason, there must be a new policy and sanctions that regulate the return of medical records for the sake of quality of service and the return of medical records can be returned on time.

This study aimed to determine the factors associated with long-acting reversible contraceptives methods in Indonesia. This study used secondary data by analyzing the results of the Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) in 2017. The sample was married women aged 15-19 years with a total of respondents being 19522. This study showed, that the most types of contraception used by respondents were short-acting contraceptive methods (pills and injections), namely 75.4%, and only 24.6% of respondents used long-acting reversible contraceptives. The results of the multivariate analysis described the determinants of long-acting reversible contraceptives were age, parity, occupation, cost of family planning, and decision-maker. It is necessary to improve counseling services and promote the long-acting reversible contraceptives as effective contraception in delaying birth, considering that most of the respondents used long-acting reversible contraceptives when they were >35 years old with grand multipara. In addition, decision-making by respondents and their partners as well as health workers as service providers is also very influential in increasing the use of long-acting reversible contraceptives so effective counseling and involving partners is also important.

Abstract

The city of Kupang is one of the developing cities and this has an effect on people's lifestyles and consumption patterns. The increasing purchasing power and competitiveness of the community towards various types of basic materials and technological products make a major contribution so that it indirectly contributes to the quality and quantity of waste. The final waste processing site (TPA) in Kupang City is located in Alak District with an area of 9.14 Ha and has been operating since 1998. Based on DLHK calculation data, the amount of waste generated every day is 86 tons of waste. The operation of the Alak TPA uses the controlled landfill method, but in practice the waste that enters the TPA does not go through a sorting and recycling process, but is directly disposed of in a landfill which is then covered with white soil and pressed with heavy equipment. The generation of waste in Kupang City has increased every year because not all waste can be managed properly. The problem of waste management in Kupang City is the limited capacity at the TPA, the slow processing of waste, and the increasing volume of waste, so that it is necessary to carry out a systematic, comprehensive and sustainable waste management including limiting waste generation, recycling waste, and/or reuse. rubbish. Determination of the location of the urban waste landfill must pay attention to the city development plan, the economic capacity of the local government as well as the physical and geological conditions of the planned area and must be in accordance with the planned period so that there is no accumulation of waste that can have an impact on health, environment and social and economics due to lack of land availability for waste disposal. Therefore, it is necessary to estimate the amount of waste generated in the City of Kupang and determine the need for land area to accommodate waste in landfills according to the plan period. Based on the results of the study, the total amount of waste generated in the planning year period was 8,336,498.4 m3 with a landfill area of 63.92 Ha, and a buffer area of 15.98 Ha. The soil covering the waste layer to be compacted in the TPA on the surface of the waste is about 15 m from the thickness of the pile.
