Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is still a concern for the world community, especially pregnant women who are very vulnerable to COVID-19 disease. During pregnancy, there is an increase in psychological problems and this condition can be exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic which requires the implementation of social distancing. This can increase anxiety in pregnant women, making them more susceptible to perinatal depression. This study aimed to analyze psychological health problems during the COVID-19 pandemic and the impact on pregnant women. The method used was a literature review using online databases including PubMed, Wiley, Springer, Taylor & Francis, and Science Direct. Selected articles based on criteria namely full text, open access, in English, and published in 2021. Ineligible articles were eliminated after being screened by title, abstract, and overall text. The number of eligible articles was six articles. The literature review results showed that pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic tend to experience increased anxiety, emotion, depression, stress, insomnia, or post-traumatic stress disorder. Mental health disorders during pregnancy have a negative impact on mothers, babies, and their families, because they increase the risk of abortion, premature birth, and mental disorders in babies born. An approach that can be taken to prevent psychological problems in pregnant women is to implement quality antenatal care, especially screening or psychological assessments for pregnant women so the problems related to mental health in pregnant women can be addressed immediately.

Abstract

Energy is one of the basic needs of all industrial and household needs in the social sphere. Along with population economic growth, regional development and development from year to year, the need for energy fulfillment in all sectors nationally is also getting bigger. The results of a study by the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources explain that Indonesia's total energy consumption per capita is increasing every year with growth of more than 5%. One type of renewable energy is biodiesel. Biodiesel is a fuel oil (BBM) as one of the supporting capacities of human life which will continue to experience an increase in demand along with the increase in population from year to year. Currently, the need for fuel for people around the world is increasing, while fossil fuel reserves are running low. This situation has resulted in scientists developing alternative energy sources which are expected to be able to overcome the energy crisis in the future. In an effort to find, develop, and extract energy sources, the main factors are energy, economy, and ecology. Making green energy in this study we review the process methods that can be used to make biofuel from Pakm Oil raw materials, process methods include the cracking method, hydrocracking method, In this research, the process method that produces the largest % yield is the hydrocracking process method using a Pd/Al2O3 catalyst of 94%.

Abstract

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is a disease caused by infection with the dengue virus. DHF is an acute disease using clinical manifestations of bleeding that causes trauma and leads to death. DHF is caused by one of four virus serotypes according to the genus Flavivirus, family Flaviviridae. The diagnosis of DHF cases is supported by laboratory examination of IgG and IgM antibody parameters to determine whether they are positive or negative for DHF. Dengue IgG/IgM immunological examination is one of the crucial parameters in dengue assessment. Antibodies formed in dengue are neutralizing, anti-haemagglutinin, and anti-complement antibodies to classify primary and secondary DHF infections. Cells that play a role in the specific immune system are lymphocytes. B lymphocytes are part of adaptive immunity that can produce antibodies. Normally has an absolute lymphocyte count of 1.0-4.8 x 103/µL. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between lymphocyte count and anti-dengue IgG/IgM. The research method used in this research is Cross Sectional with Consecutive sampling technique. The results of the study based on the Spearman correlation statistic test obtained r = 0.082 and P = 0.667 for the relationship of Absolute Lymphocytes to IgG/IgM Results. The conclusion of this study is that there is a very weak and insignificant relationship between the number of lymphocytes and anti-Dengue IgG/IgM

Abstract

A work accident can be defined as any unsafe act or condition that can result in a loss. Accidents caused by human actions that do not meet safety are called unsafe human actions. Meanwhile, accidents caused by unsafe environmental conditions are called unsafe conditions. The risk of work accidents is a major concern in the company. This is caused by the consequences that occur in work accidents to the deadly consequences of these accidents. This makes risk analysis even more important. One method that is relevant and has a consistency value calculation in analyzing the faktors that cause work accidents at PT. BSPL is the AHP method. Based on calculations using the AHP method, the main factor of work accidents at PT. BSPL is the human factor. This is in accordance with field observations, namely the lack of supervision from the company on the K3 culture for employees and some employees do not use complete PPE when working. To overcome the factors of work accidents that occurred at PT. BSPL, what companies need to do is improve the human factor mindset. Keeping workers safe at work and conducting OHS training.

Abstract

With the rapid development of technology, business competition is increasingly racing in utilizing technology. Even micro business entities such as MSMEs have penetrated into computerized systems to process data. One of the MSMEs that will change the system from a manual system to a computerized system is Warung Ramane which is an MSME engaged in the food and beverage sector, but the MSMEs are still using a manual system, starting from the sales transaction process that is still written into the sales book which causes slow search. data, as well as the preparation of sales reports which are still done manually. This causes the preparation of sales reports that take a long time because of the large amount of data that must be processed and causes human errors, such as report writing errors, reports that are not neatly arranged, and errors in calculating the amount of turnover or profits obtained. From the above problems, the solution offered is the design of a website-based sales information system at Ayam Geprek Warung Ramane using the waterfall system development method, so that it can reduce human error problems and make it easier to search for data or archives and sales reports can be faster. With this information system, the owner can find out what food or beverage menus are the most sold/sold, and which ones are the least sold, and find out the level of sales for each certain period contained in the sales report, so that MSMEs can analyze and evaluate the menu. for sale

Abstract

Medicinal plant are part of the flora that grows and is widespread in Indonesia, one of which is mint (Mentha arvensis). Mint plant is an aromatic herbaceous plant that is widely used for air freshener, as a food garnish, and medicine. However, few studies have tested the toxicity of mint leaves. To achieve safe treatment, many studies have been carried out in pharmacological and toxicity testing of medicinal plants. The toxicity test of these medicinal plants uses the Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) method after 24 hours of exposure to the sample being tested. This study aimed to determine the toxicity of mint leaves (Mentha arvensis) to shrimp larvae (Artemia salina Leach). Mint leaf extract was obtained from a 24-hour maceration extraction process using 96% ethanol as a solvent. Toxicity test were carried out using the Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) method with a concentration of 1 ppm, 2 ppm, 3 ppm, 4 ppm ad 5 ppm. The percentage of deaths of shrimp larvae was calculated and calculation of LC50 value using Probit analysis. The LC50 value was obtained 3,5223 ppm and its categorized as very toxic to shrimp larvae because LC50 < 30 ppm. It can be concluded that mint leaves (Mentha arvensis) can be used as a candidate to be developed as an anti-cancer drug.

Abstract

Miana leaf (Coleus scutellarioides L.) is a plant that contains anthocyanins that can provide certain dyes. The purpose of this study was to formulate miana leaf extract in lip cream preparations as a natural dye. The research method includes the manufacture of ethanol extract of miana leaves (Coleus scutellarioides L.) by maceration method. The extract formulas used were 25%, 50%, and 75%. The tests carried out included organoleptic tests, homogeneity tests, physical tests, pH tests, irritation tests and color preference tests. The results of the lip cream preparation, the results of the organoleptic examination were declared to have a semi-solid dosage form, distinctive odor and varied colors F1 pink F2 purplish red, F3 blackish red, homogeneity test results were declared homogeneous, stability test results showed that the preparation did not change shape, color and the odor of the preparation for 14 days of storage, the results of the pH test showed that the preparation was still within the permissible pH range on the use of the skin, the test results were declared non-irritating. Miana leaf ethanol extract can be made as a colorant in lip cream preparations.

Abstract

E-commerce is an online shopping platform that is getting public attention because it can be an alternative for convenience in meeting the consumptive needs of the community. One of them is Shopee, which is the most superior in Indonesia, being the most remembered and most widely used e-commerce brand by most people, it was recorded that Shopee visitors in 2021 were 33.27 million visitors. To find out what factors affect the acceptance of shopee application users using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method with 4 (four) variables, namely Perceived usefulness, Perceived ease of use, Attitude toward using, Behavioral intention to use and 1 (One) Perceived variable. enjoyment as an external factor. While testing the hypothesis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). From the results of this study, there is a positive and significant influence between Perceived ease of use, Perceived enjoyment and Attitude toward using on behavioral intention to use. Meanwhile, for the perceived usefulness variable, perceived enjoyment of attitude toward using and behavioral intention to use, there is no positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Film is one of the most interesting topics to talk about. When someone writes an opinion on a film, all the elements in the film will be written down. Film opinion data in this study were taken from film comments written on twitter. The number of opinions written on Twitter requires classification according to the sentiments they have so that it is easy to get the tendency of the opinion towards the film whether it tends to have a positive, negative or neutral opinion. Recently, the spotlight on twitter media in Indonesia is a film with the title Horror-Ngeri Sedap. Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap is a 2022 Indonesian comedy-drama film directed and written by Bene Dion Rajagukguk. The film is set in the Batak Tribe, starring Arswendy Beningswara Nasution, Tika Panggabean, Boris Bokir Manullang, Gita Bhebhita Butar-butar, Lolox, and Indra Jegel. This causes differences in the views and opinions of twitter users towards the Horror Sedap film. So it is necessary to have a sentiment classification for the opinion. The use of the Naïve Bayes Algorithm was chosen in the analysis because it has the highest probability or opportunity value for data classification. Labeling on Twitter data is done manually by giving positive, negative, neutral sentiments to the raw dataset in Microsoft excel then the data enters the preprocessing transformation, tokenization and filtering stages. The tf-idf weighting is carried out when the data is complete in the transformation process, tf-idf is used to determine the number of occurrences of words, then the data classification is carried out using the Naïve Bayes Algorithm. confusion matrix testing is done after the data classification is complete using the orange tools. Based on the test results with the confusion matrix with orange tools, the average accuracy value is 0.65% and the precision value is 0.67%, and recall is 0.65%, and the percentage is neutral 0.83% in its classification. This proves that the public sentiment on the twitter platform towards the case of the film Horror Sedap is neutral and the Naïve Bayes Algorithm is considered reliable and valid in data processing.

Abstract

Poverty as a development issue is an important thing to pay attention. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze to prevent an increase in the number of poor people in an area, one of which is by considering the things that affect poverty estimates and knowing the model of the number of poor people that can later be used as predictions. East Java is the region in Indonesia with the highest population in Indonesia in 2019. One way to find out the influencing factors and at the same time to make a model of the number of poor people in East Java is by modeling with the Generalized Linear Model (GLM) method. General Linear Model (GLM). GLMs aim to determine the causal relationship and the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The GLMs model in this study uses the Gaussian family because the research response variable (Y) is an integer. The results show that of the seven estimated models, only one model that meets the significance is the model with the dependent variable population density (X3). So it can be concluded that between Area (X1), Open Unemployment Rate (X2), and Population Density (X3), population density has a significant effect on the number of poor people with a 95% confidence level.
