Abstract

Penggunaan dua bahasa atau lebih atau ragam bahasa secara santai antara orang-orang yang kita kenal dengan akrab. Dalam situasi berbahasa yang informal ini, dapat dengan bebas mencampur kode (bahasa atau ragam bahasa), khususnya apabila ada istilah-istilah yang tidak dapat diungkapkan dalam bahasa lain, hal ini disebut campur kode. Seorang Livy renata sering menggunakan ragam bahasa campur kode pada video siniarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji campur kode yang digunakan oleh Livy renata dalam empat video siniarnya yaitu yang berjudul “LIVY AKHIRNYA BUKA SUARA !!- Ken We Talk Podcast.”, “LIVY RENATA SEDIH YANG MENDALAM!! Deep Talk!!”, “Prince lewat… Nopek Livy! Luna Maya siapin nama Bayi buat mereka. Ts Talks Eps. 183 Part 2.” dan “GABRIEL PRINCE DAN LIVY RENATA TAK PERCAYA PERNIKAHAN-Deddy corbuzier podcast”. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis pada empat video siniar Livy renata tersebut terdapat total 42 campur kode dan dua bahasa yang digunakan Livy renata yaitu bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris. Dapat diketahui juga faktor -faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya ujaran campur kode seperti faktor sosial, budaya, latar belakang pendidikan, lingkungan, pemerolehan bahasa ibu, dan lain-lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh strategi humas dalam mengatasi keluhan pelanggan di PDAM Tirta Raja Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Sebagai bisnis yang berfokus pada penyediaan layanan publik, Humas PDAM harus dapat mengetahui dan menerima rekomendasi klien serta memberikan solusi untuk menangani keluhan pelanggan.Hubungan masyarakat adalah metode untuk menyebarkan informasi tentang bisnis. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif yang melibatkan pengamatan langsung penulis di kantor PDAM Tirta Raja Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu, wawancara dengan informan humas dan pelanggan PDAM serta staf tentang penelitian penulis, dan dokumentasi data yang diperlukan untuk menjelaskan tema penelitian. pendekatan deskriptif untuk penyajian data akhir. Para peneliti menemukan bahwa berdasarkan penyelidikan mereka itu: 1) Tingginya pemakaian, air keruh, kebocoran pipa penyambung, dan meteran air yang macet adalah beberapa keluhan pelanggan PDAM, 2) Rencana kehumasan untuk menangani keluhan pelanggan PDAM, meliputi terlebih dahulu mengidentifikasi isu, tidak meremehkan isu, menentukan target informasi, menentukan pendekatan, dan terakhir mengevaluasi. 3) Persyaratan untuk lebih banyak teknisi atau pekerja dengan keterampilan PDAM, kehadiran petugas call center, pelatihan komunikasi untuk anggota staf PDAM, dan kualitas layanan adalah faktor-faktor yang membantu pendekatan kehumasan. Elemen penghambat tersebut adalah: Sumber daya manusia yang terbatas, komunikasi pelanggan-perusahaan yang buruk, keterbatasan teknis, sarana dan prasarana yang tidak memadai, dan konsumen yang tidak puas.

Abstract

Fenomena flexing di media sosial dapat menaikkan popularitas seseorang dalam membentuk citra diri. Media sosial telah berkembang menjadi platform penting untuk mengembangkan reputasi dan popularitas mereka di era digital modern. Praktik "flexing", yang didefinisikan sebagai memamerkan kekayaan, gaya hidup mewah, dan pencapaian di media sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur tujuan mengkaji dan menggali berbagai macam teori dari buku, jurnal dan sebagainya dengan harapan agar bisa menyebar luas pada masyarakat. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian adalah Fenomena flexing sebaiknya dihindari karena memunculkan sifat ria atau pamer. Sifat ria tidak dianjurkan bagi umat Islam karena memunculkan dampak negatif bagi diri sendiri dan orang lain. Ria merupakan sifat tercela yang akan membawakan seseorang ke Neraka. Orang-orang yang melakukan kebohongan merupakan orang-orang yang tidak beriman kepada Allah dan kepada Ayat-ayat Allah. Sesungguhnya siksaan Allah sangatlah pedih. Abstract

This study discusses the values ​​of da'wah in niha'ie activities at the Nurul-Qomar Islamic Boarding School, Palembang. The aims of this research are to find out (1) What are the essential values ​​of da'wah in niha'ie activities at the Integrated Modern Islamic Boarding School Nurul - Qomar Palembang. (2) find out what are the Supporting and Inhibiting Factors in the Implementation of Niha'ie Activities at the Integrated Modern Islamic Boarding School Nurul - Qomar Palembang. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation and recording. Data analysis used in this study is through data reduction, presentation and inference. This is shown from the results of this study, 1) The role in the formation of Islamic boarding school morale representing Ustad and Ustazza with students is going well. This includes activities such as: Prayers in Congregation of Imamah, Kitoba, Lectures, Amalia Tadris, Caring for Dead Body, Book Review, Autobiography, P2K (Public Service Practice), Nephew Nihaye's Final Examination. All male and female students of the Nurul Komal Islamic Boarding School participated in the activity. 2) Based on research conducted by researchers, researchers can conclude that: The role of Islamic boarding schools in building the spirit of students is good, and the activities of Ustaz and Ustaza have a positive impact on the spirit of students. can be improved from before. Even if there is support and disincentives for its implementation, there are supporting factors in student morale, namely the availability of proper facilities and infrastructure to facilitate activities and activities at Pompes, parents and their surroundings. Community support, and passion and enthusiasm is important. The cooperation between Ustaz and Ustaza in building good student enthusiasm can be reduced, but the inhibiting factor is the weather factor, which sometimes makes students lazy to go there, and students still lack confidence and stability in participating. This creates a certain feeling of laziness among students. students participating in activities at Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how YouTube has an effect on students through their respective perceptions. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative, namely research that reveals certain social situations by describing reality correctly formed by words based on relevant data collection and data analysis techniques, while the data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data sources with a number of informants. as many as 8 people. Data collection techniques used are interview documentation, and observation.The results of the research conducted show that YouTube is able to have quite an influential effect on the lives of people who use YouTube. This effect can be a positive effect or a negative effect for the user.

Abstract

This paper covers the role of honesty in enhancing interpersonal conflict resolution on social media. Interpersonal conflict can happen to anyone, especially in social media. There are many ways to resolve interpersonal conflicts. One of them is practicing honesty. Why honesty? Because honesty is one of the requirements for building healthy and harmonious interpersonal communication. The purpose of this study is to explain how the role of honesty in improving interpersonal conflict resolution on social media. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely using a questionnaire, and the distribution of Google forms as data collection, with the object of all people using social media. which after the data is collected, uses an inductive mindset as a conclusion. From the data that has been collected, it can be concluded that honesty plays a very important role in improving interpersonal conflict resolution on social media. honesty will build mutual trust, prevent miscommunication and misunderstandings, strengthen relationships, build mutual respect, and encourage effective problem-solving.

Abstract

This study discusses the process of intercultural communication between the Chinese and indigenous ethnic groups, and the factors that influence the process of intercultural communication between the Chinese and indigenous ethnic groups at Pasar Cinde Palembang. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method, in which the data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation obtained from informants. by using the theory of intercultural communication which emphasizes that intercultural communication occurs when the communicator and communicant come from different cultures and social interactions. The results of this study indicate that: 1. the process of intercultural communication between ethnic Chinese and natives at Pasar Cinde Palembang is running effectively. In its implementation found the existence of primary and secondary communication. The form of communication is interpersonal communication that occurs every day, both between traders and traders with buyers. 2. Factors that influence the process of intercultural communication between Chinese and indigenous ethnicities are supporting factors such as language acquisition, means of communication, thinking skills, and mutual respect, and there are inhibiting factors, namely stereotypes, prejudice, and language which can be handled well by the Chinese ethnicity and native.

Abstract

This research is about public relations communication strategies in improving the image of the Empat Lawang district government through social media. In forming the image of an institution, public relations has a broad relationship. In its role as a connecting bridge, government public relations collects, processes and disseminates information related to programs or policies, activities and achievements achieved by institutions to institutional responses to responses, aspirations and opinions that develop in society. Through social media, the Empat Lawang district government continues to strive to improve the positive image of the region.The objectives to be achieved from this research are to find out how the public relations strategy of the Empat Lawang Regency government improves the image of Empat Lawang Regency through social media and to find out what are the inhibiting factors of public relations in implementing communication strategies through social media to improve the image of Empat Lawang Regency.This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Descriptive qualitative research tends to use analysis that is used to investigate, discover, describe, and explain the qualities or features of social influence. In this case the researcher will conduct a descriptive study of a phenomenon about how Empat Lawang district public relations can enhance its positive image through social media. The subject in this study was public relations for the Empat Lawang District by conducting interviews with 2 (two) informants. The results in this study indicate that the public relations of the Empat Lawang district government continues to improve its positive image by providing information to the public about local government programs through social media which can make it easier for the local government to communicate with the community. Public Relations of Empat Lawang district provides information using social media through Instagram, Facebook and Whats Aap and Youtube groups about program plans and the development of local government activities in a transparent manner to the public in order to get sympathy and a positive image. In addition, the local government public relations took advantage of the influence of several community leaders such as religious leaders, traditional leaders and youth leaders. The inhibiting factors for public relations in implementing communication strategies through social media to improve the image of Empat Lawang Regency are the lack of response from the community, the limited media used, the proximity to residents who live in remote areas and the negative perceptions that exist in the community itself.

Abstract

One of the marketing strategies used by companies today is digital marketing through Instagram social media, there are factors to influence reciprocal behavior towards marketing products, one of which is the presence of Korean culture that enters Indonesia. From this phenomenon, several companies in the industrial business field are competing to attract public attention by bringing Korean artists to carry out potential collaborations through product marketing. Lemonilo officially announced the form of his product collaboration with a boy band from South Korea, namely NCT ​​Dream as Lemonilo's brand ambassador. This study aims to find out (1) How is the "Mi Lemonilo" strategy using NCT Dream as a brand ambassador for product marketing? (2) Did the use of the Korean artist "NCT Dream" as a brand ambassador really attract the attention of the audience, especially via Instagram? The method used in this study uses a qualitative method with the analysis of the AISAS method. The data were taken in the form of observation and documentation interviews with 5 informants from NCT Dream fans in Palembang, and supported by data sources taken through journals and the internet. The results showed (1) the marketing strategy of Lemonilo X NCT Dream succeeded in increasing the company's image, and making fans interested in Lemonilo products. (2) The use of Korean artists as brand ambassadors can attract an audience on Instagram as a media marketing strategy by getting an increase in the number of followers, collaboration products that are displayed through Instagram posts can be sold quickly, share information about this collaboration between fans, and share their experiences through social media by NCT ​​Dream fans.

Abstract

Pada kehidupan manusia dibutuhkan media untuk dapat menyampaikan makna suatu pesan ke orang lainnya, makna tersebut dapat disampaikan dengan bahasa sebagai media untuk melakukan komunikasi. Komunikasi sendiri memiliki cara penyampaian dari komunikasi verbal, maupun nonverbal, dan memiliki jenisnya masing-masing seperti komunikasi massa. Komunikasi massa dapat disampaikan melalui media seperti film, yang dapat memberikan makna pesan lebih tersebar luas. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan tentang makna konotasi, makna denotasi, serta bagaimana komunikasi verbal dan nonverbal yang ada pada film Gara-Gara Warisan. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis semiotika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang non partisipatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis dokumen dan observasi tidak langsung. Sumber data penelitian ini diambil dari scene-scene yang ada dalam Film Gara-Gara Warisan yang rilis pada 30 April 2022. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menemukan bahwa dalam film “Gara-Gara Warisan” terdapat (1) 6 scene yang dianalisis dengan metode analisis semiotika yang dipahami makna denotasi dan konotasinya, serta bagaimana komunikasi verbal dan nonverbal dalam scene tersebut, dan (2) Film Gara-Gara Warisan membahas tentang nilai-nilai yang harus ada dalam keluarga, seperti kerukunan dan adil.
