Abstract

The study's goal is to examine the influence of paylater payment systems on student impulsive purchase behavior in the digital era, with a particular emphasis on the Islamic viewpoint. Increased usage of technology and electronic payment methods, such as paylaters, has sped up online purchasing transactions, which can influence customer behavior, especially impulse purchases. The study collects data from students who utilize the paylater system to perform online retail transactions using qualitative research approaches. The respondents of this research are students of UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. Furthermore, the study was conducted in accordance with Islamic economic principles, which promote fair, honest, and responsible transactions. According to the findings of the study, the usage of paylater systems can enhance student impulsive purchase behavior. Transactional simplicity and enticing discount offers might lead to hasty purchase decisions. However, it was discovered that several actions in the paylater system may be inconsistent with Islamic economic ethical standards. This study provides in-depth insight into how paylater payment systems impact student spending behavior and serves as a foundation for developing policy recommendations to encourage the establishment of payment systems based on Islamic principles. In the context of an ever-expanding digital economy, it is critical to encourage responsible consumerism and moral values.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of pension programs and the management of Islamic pension funds in ensuring a person's financial well-being during retirement. The journal provides an in-depth overview of various aspects related to pension funds, including their definition, objectives, problems, and management strategies. The review employs qualitative methodology to strengthen the understanding of the optimization of pension fund asset management. The journal focuses on investment decisions, pension fund management systems, and asset management in Islamic pension funds. It highlights optimal portfolio selection and investment strategies to maintain the balance between risk and return. The role of financial activity control and Shariah principles in pension fund management, as well as challenges in developing optimal portfolios, are discussed objectively. This journal provides insight into the importance of pension fund management in ensuring the financial well-being of participants in retirement.

Abstract

The business world cannot be separated from the amount of profit earned. Profit is used as an important reference in assessing a company, predicting business bankruptcy, and overcoming financial difficulties. Furthermore, profit is often used as the main indicator in assessing the success of a business entity. Based on this, the purpose of this research is to find out the orientation that Sharia financial practitioners want to look for and the meaning of profit among Sharia financial practitioners. The research design used in this study is a qualitative research design with an exploratory approach. The sample to be used in this study amounted to 3 respondents from Sharia financial practitioners in Yogyakarta. The data collection technique used is interview. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis model that refers to three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the orientation that Sharia financial practitioners want to seek is da'wah to introduce to the public financial transactions without usury, to obtain profits, to benefit the people and to prosper members and the community. Sharia financial practitioners understand profit as a result obtained from business activities that are not contrary to Islamic law and mutually beneficial between one party and another and no one is harmed.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the 7P marketing mix strategy at PT. Hanin Wisata Semesta using SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is used to find the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the Hanin Travel company. SWOT analysis is carried out on each 7P marketing mix variable in the company. The results of this research are that the 7P marketing mix strategy has an impact on increasing or decreasing sales at PT. Hanin Wisata Semesta. From the results of the SWOT analysis, PT. Hanin Wisata Semesta must make improvements according to the location of the error so that the sales value increases further.

Abstract

Plakpak Village, Pegantenan District, Pamekasan Regency, is a village in Pemekasan Regency where the most of the population earns their income from agriculture. Agricultural zakat is one of the obligations that must be fulfilled, but participation in carrying out agricultural zakat is considered to be very lacking in almost all regions. This research purposeful to see how farmers in Plakpak Village understand how to pay agricultural zakat and its relationship with the welfare of farmers in terms of the benefits that agricultural zakat bring to farmers. The procedure used is quantitative descriptive. Farmers in Plakpak Village, Pegantenan District, Pamekasan Regency already have an explanation of agricultural zakat, although they have not yet studied in depth the concept and procedures of agricultural zakat, such as calculations and nisab. Understading of paying agricultural zakat is still low among rice farmers in the area. Of the 5 farmers World Health Organization were informants, only 20% or 1 farmer had paid his agricultural zakat, while 80% or 4 other farmers had not done so.

Abstract

Micro and small enterprises (UMKM) are key actors in the economy. These business entities play a crucial role in national economic development, such as contributing to the gross domestic product, creating jobs, and making investments. This study aims to analyze the operational models of research institutions. LKMS (Islamic Microfinance Institutions) empower SMEs in Indonesia. The analysis describes these models. The findings explain the impact of microfinance on strengthening small enterprises. From a modeling perspective, LKMS can enhance the production of small and medium enterprises. There are various microfinance models to strengthen small businesses. Specifically, Islamic financial institutions can utilize these models, which include solidarity groups, village bank models, grammar models, and individual models

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the distribution of productive zakat funds carried out by BAZNAS Surabaya city through capital assistance and business carts can be utilized and have a positive impact on its recipients, so that indirectly this can contribute to overcoming poverty and unemployment in Indonesia, especially the city of Surabaya. The methodology used in this study uses a qualitative method with primary data sources obtained through observation and interviews with one of the implementing staff in the field of distribution of BAZNAS Surabaya city, as well as SME X and SME Y as recipients of BAZNAS cart assistance, while secondary data from literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the utilization of productive zakat fund allocations has a significant impact on SME X and SME Y in the city of Surabaya, so it can be seen that the distribution of productive zakat funds through the business cart assistance program for SMEs is very helpful in efforts to empower SMEs in the city of Surabaya.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the 7P marketing mix strategy at PT. Hanin Wisata Semesta using SWOT analysis. The SWOT analysis identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by Hanin Travel. Each variable within the 7P framework: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence—is systematically examined to assess its role in influencing the company’s sales performance. The findings reveal that the 7P marketing mix strategy significantly impacts sales, either positively or negatively, depending on its implementation. The SWOT analysis further highlights critical areas requiring improvement to enhance the effectiveness of the marketing strategy and optimize sales growth. This study underscores the importance of strategic alignment and consistent evaluation in the application of the marketing mix to address market challenges and leverage potential opportunities. The recommendations derived from this research provide a practical roadmap for PT. Hanin Wisata Semesta to strengthen its market position and achieve sustained growth in a competitive industry.

Abstract

This research analyzes the contributions, challenges, and strategies for resolving problematic financing in Sharia bonds (sukuk) within the Islamic capital market. Sharia bonds serve as a vital financial instrument for economic development, providing additional funding for corporate growth and attracting investors. Through a systematic literature review, this study explores the foundational principles and legal regulations governing sukuk, including Law No. 10 of 1998 and fatwas issued by the Indonesian Ulama Council's National Sharia Board (DSN MUI). Findings reveal that sukuk positively impact economic development by promoting monetary movement and fostering corporate expansion. However, risks such as default, restructuring, and non-payment emerge due to weak credit feasibility analysis, poor corporate governance, and volatile economic conditions. These risks are exacerbated by insufficient investor education and a lack of robust regulatory enforcement. To address these issues, the study proposes strengthening credit analysis procedures, enhancing corporate governance practices, improving investor literacy, and developing transparent financial instruments.

Abstract

Sustainable development is currently not only measured by the economic growth of a country or region but goes further than that. One of them, through the stability and maintenance of the environment. This study aims to look at the relationship between green financing, economic growth, trade barriers and CO2 emissions specifically in countries that are members of the OIC cooperation. This study uses a quantitative approach with a panel data estimation model with the help of testing using the eviews 9 statistical application. Samples were used in 8 countries namely Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Sudan and Saudi Arabia, with sample fees using purposive example. Furthermore, data was obtained from the official website of the world bank and the Islamic Financial Service Board (IFSB). The peculiarity of this research is that it shows that environmentally friendly financing, economic growth and the rise of trading have a positive effect on CO2 emissions. The results of this study confirm that development policies in several OIC member countries have had a significant impact on pollution in these countries and the presence of Islamic banks through financing in the green economy sector has not shown an impact that can reduce CO2 emissions.
