<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of MSME Medium Financing and Capital on Profit at the Sriwijaya Pariaman Cooperative in 2016-2020 partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted at the Sriwijaya Savings and Loans Cooperative, Pariaman City using secondary data, with multiple linear analysis techniques. Based on the partial results (T test) of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Financing variable, the value of Sig. from the results of the T test of 0.000, it is smaller than the value of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and the Modal variable with the value of Sig. From the results of the T test of 0.009, it is smaller than the value of 0.05 (0.009 <0.05), which means that partially the two variables have a significant positive effect on the Profit of the Sriwijaya Pariaman Cooperative, while simultaneously (F test) Financing for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Capital Adequacy with a significance value of 0.006 less than 0.05 (0.006 < 0.05) which means it has a significant effect simultaneously on the Profit of the Sriwijaya Pariaman Cooperative. The coefficient of determination of the R Square value is 0.570, this shows that 57% of the Sriwijaya Cooperative Profit in Pariaman City is influenced by the variation of the two independent variables used, namely MSME Financing (X1) and Capital (X2). While the remaining 43% are influenced outside this variable.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure and profitability on firm value. The population in this study was manufacturing companies, especially the food and beverage subsector which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2017. This study uses multiple regression models on panel data to determine the effect of capital structure and profitability on firm value. The capital structure indicator in this study is the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), the profitability indicator in this study is the Return on Equity Ratio (ROE) while the firm value indicator uses a Price to Book Value (PBV) as a proxy. Based on the results of this research analysis using panel data regression which was processed with Stata v.12 shows that Capital Structure (DER) and Profitability (ROE) has an significant effect on Company Value (PBV)]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) The effect of product quality on consumer loyalty using the Tri cellular network, 2) The effect of brand image on consumer loyalty using the Tri cellular network, 3) The effect of consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty using the Tri cellular network, 4) The effect of quality product, brand image, and consumer satisfaction together on consumer loyalty using the Tri cellular network.The population in this study were all students of Dharma Andalas University, Faculty of Economics and Business, Department of S1 Management, class of 2017 and 2018. The sampling in this study used the Slovin formula with the number of research samples as many as 137 respondents. The data analysis technique used in testing this research hypothesis is the use of the SPSS program. Product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. The brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. The variable of consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. The variables of product quality, brand image, and customer satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to: 1) To determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions at Mutiara Arloji store in Lubuk Alung market. 2) To determine the effect of price on purchasing decisions at Mutiara Arloji store in Lubuk Alung market. 3) To determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions at Mutiara Arloji shop in Lubuk Alung market. This research is a descriptive and quantitative research on the purchasing decisions of Lorenzo brand watches at Mutiara Arloji store in Lubuk Alung market. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 16 for window . The sample in this study were 30 people and determined using Accidental Sampling . Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded: 1) Product quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at the Mutiara Arloji store in the Lubuk Alung market. 2) Price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at the Mutiara Arloji store in the Lubuk Alung market. 3) Product quality and price have a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Mutiara Arloji shop in Lubuk Alung market. With R = 0.750 and Adjusted R Square = 0.562 or 56.20%. With the regression equation Y= 0.616 + 0.335 X1 + 0.537 X2. Suggestions in this study are: 1) Mutiara Arloji Shop to provide Lorenzo brand watches with good durability. 2) Pearl Watch Shops must provide affordable prices in order to compete with the prices of other brands of watches. 3) Pearl Watch Shops must offer Lorenzo brand watches with different variants.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend policies on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 to 2020. This study uses data from several manufacturing companies selected using the purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data obtained through the information contained in the annual financial statements of the sample companies which can be accessed and downloaded through www.idx.go.id. The data used is from 2016 to 2020. The data analysis method is carried out using panel data regression analysis while hypothesis testing is carried out by t-statistical test and F-statistical test. The stages of data processing are carried out with the help of SPSS version 25. In accordance with the results of testing the first hypothesis, it is found that investment decisions have a positive effect on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. will further increase firm value, while other results find funding decisions and dividend policy have no significant effect on firm value. The findings obtained show that changes in firm value are not only influenced by funding decisions and dividend policies but are also influenced by other variables such as the company's liquidity position, company size or factors originating from outside the company.]]>

<![CDATA[The Family of Hope Program (PKH) is a program for providing conditional social assistance to families and someone who is poor and vulnerable who are registered in the integrated data program for handling the poor and processed by the Center for Social Welfare Data and Information which is designated as Beneficiary Families (KPM). This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in overcoming poverty in the East Pariaman District, Pariaman City. This type of research is a descriptive study using a qualitative analysis approach. The data collection technique was carried out by direct observation to the research location and interviewing predetermined research respondents. Respondents of this study were the Social Service, Coordinator of PKH in Pariaman City, PKH Facilitator in East Pariaman District. Based on the results of the research, the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in reducing poverty in Kota Pariaman has been running well, but has not been on target. When viewed from the condition of PKH beneficiaries, they use it to help with health, education and social costs and make PKH participants aware of the importance of education and health services.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted at the Civil Servants of the Riau Provincial Council Secretariat with the aim of examining the role of work engagement in mediating the relationship between authentic leadership and employee innovative behavior. The population of this study amounted to 196 employees. As for the research sample size, the authors use a table from Krejcie & Morgan, 1970 of 132 which was taken using systematic sampling. Analysis of the research data using descriptive statistics and verification analysis, as an analytical tool used Structural Equational Model which is processed with SmartPLS2 Software. The results of the analysis prove that at the Secretariat of the Riau Provincial Council, the more effective the authentic leadership, the more likely it is to increase the innovative behavior of employees; and an increase in the authentic leadership behavior of the leader accompanied by better employee engagement and innovative behavior.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between loneliness (loneliness) and fear of missing out among teenage students who use Instagram at SMA Pertiwi 1 Kota Padang. The variables in this study consisted of two variables, namely the loneliness tool and the fear of missing out. The research method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The measuring instrument used is a Likert scale questionnaire based on the loneliness scale and the fear of missing out scale. The sampling technique used is random sampling, with a total of 90 people, namely teenage students who use Instagram in high school. Pertiwi 1 Padang City The results of the study found that 16% of the loneliess level was low and 70% was moderate, meanwhile 17% of the teenage students had a high level ofloneliness.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship between peer attachment and academic stress in class XII students majoring in Mathematics and Natural Sciences in SMAN X Padang. The independent variable in this study is peer attachment and the variable used is Academic Stress. Measuring instruments used in this research are peer attachment scale and Academic Stress. The sampling technique in this study used the Random Sampling technique. The sample in this study were 152 students at SMAN X Padang. The validity and reliability test in this study uses the Cronbach Alpha technique. The results of the validity coefficient on the stickiness scale of peers move from rix = 0.310 to rix = 0.809 with a reliability coefficient of α = 0.883 while on the academic stress scale moves from rix = 0.316 to rix = 0.803 with a reliability coefficient of α = 0.864. Based on data analysis, a decent value of -0,591 is obtained with a significance level of 0,000, which means the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between peer attachment and academic stress of students at SMAN X Padang. While the effective contribution of the variable peer attachment to academic stress 35%.]]>

<![CDATA[In a research work has a purpose, where the research was conducted to determine the influence of leadership style and giving bonuses to employee loyalty at PT. Astra Sedaya Finance Medan Branch. This research was conducted at PT. Astra Sedaya Finance Medan Branch, with a population and sample of 85 employees, including contract employees. The research instrument is a questionnaire/questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The requirements test is carried out by testing the validity and reliability tests as well as the classical assumption test. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression technique at a significance level of = 0.05. In testing the first hypothesis, it has partially proven that there is an influence between Leadership Style on Employee Loyalty with a significant value level of 0.000 <0.05, thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Then partially testing the second hypothesis has proven that the effect of Bonus Giving on Employee Loyalty has a significant effect of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted, H0 is rejected. Furthermore, the F test proves that two independent variables have a simultaneous influence on the dependent variable with a significant value of F count 0.000 <0.05 which is declared to have a positive and significant effect. From the results of the coefficient of determination of the value of R Square, all independent variables have an influence with a percentage of 41.1% and the excess is influenced by other factors, which are 58.9% which is not yet known.]]>
