The facts found in the initial research were that in the implementation of motor vehicle testing services at the Payakumbuh City Transportation Service there were problems in the form of shortages of human resources and testing equipment. So this study aims to determine and analyze the quality of PKB services at the Payakumbuh City Transportation Office. This research is a qualitative research using a case study approach. Using the theory of Parasuraman used to measure the quality of a service based on an analysis of Realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Tangibles.

This study aims to determine the effect of Attitudes and Perceptions of Ease of Customer Decisions to Use Mobile Banking in Pariaman City. Taking this title is based on the economic phenomenon that has occurred in recent years, the occurrence of covid-19 is the main factor that customers prefer to use mobile banking in transactions, thereby reducing activities outside the home. This research uses quantitative research. Data taken by distributing questionnaires to customers in Kota Pariaman. With the results of the study stating that the results of the tests that have been carried out have proven that partially the attitude and perceived convenience variables have a significant influence on customer decisions, and simultaneously both variables have a significant influence on customer decisions, and it can also be seen that the Adjusted R Square of 0.774 or of 77.4% This means that 77.4 of the customer decision variables are influenced by attitudes and perceptions of convenience, the remaining 22.6% are influenced by other variables outside of this research variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of Inflation and Bi Rate on the Composite Stock Price Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Taking this title is based on economic phenomena that have occurred in recent years, the occurrence of covid-19 is the main factor in the ups and downs of the Indonesian economy, this is the basis for researching the effect of inflation and exchange rates on the composite stock price index on the Indonesian stock exchange. This research uses quantitative research. The data taken in this study includes the entire Composite Stock Price Index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from January 2017 to December 2021. The data is referred to as Time Series data. With the results of the study, it is stated that the results of the tests that have been carried out prove that inflation has no effect on the stock price index with sig 0.120 > 0.05, the Bi Rate has a significant effect on the joint stock price index with sig 0.000 < 0.05 and simultaneously inflation and exchange rates effect on the composite stock price index with sig 0.000 <0.05. With a coefficient of determination of 0.423, this shows that inflation and the Bi Rate can predict information about the composite stock price index of 42.3%, the rest is influenced by other variables.

This study aims to analyze deviant behavior at the Land Office of Bukittinggi by looking at the effect of organizational commitment variables on deviant behavior and the effect of work motivation on deviant behavior by using leadership style as a moderating variable.This type of research is a comparative causal research. The population in this study were all employees of the Land Office of Bukitinggi City from all sub-sections of the agency totaling 43 people. In this study, the census method was used, namely by giving questionnaires to the entire population of 43 people consisting of all employees of the sub-department of the agency. The data analysis technique in this study uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis which is operated based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS 3.0 tool. The results of the study indicate that the organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on deviant behavior which is strengthened by the leadership style, work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on deviant behavior which is weakened by the leadership style. reduce deviant behavior that occurs in the Bukittinggi City Land Office environment.

Research with the title "Consolidation of Employee Performance in terms of Work Motivation and Work Discipline at the Padang City Sub-District Office". The object of this research is employees who work in Padang City District. The type of research used in this study is quantitative causality research, the data collection method is by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique in this study uses a saturated sample by analyzing 60 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of education level and compensation on work productivity of employees of the Padang City Market Service Office. The independent variables used are education level (X1) and compensation (X2). The dependent variable is employee work productivity (Y). The type of research methodology used is the causative method. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by interviewing a sample of 97 Padang City Market Service employees. The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression with the SPSS version 19.0 program. The results of the study show that the first hypothesis (H1) can be accepted. It can be seen that the tcount value for this variable is 3.137. Meanwhile the value in the 5% distribution table is 2.376. Then tcount (3.137) > ttable (2.376). This means that the education level variable (X1) has a positive influence. This is also reinforced by the significance value (0.004 <0.050) meaning that the education level variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Padang City Market Service employees. Whereas the second hypothesis (H2) is also accepted, seen in the tcount value for this variable of 5.020. Meanwhile the value in the 5% distribution table is 2.376. Then tcount (5.020) > ttable (2.376). This means that the compensation variable (X2) has a positive influence. This is also reinforced by the significance value (0.000 <0.050) meaning that the compensation variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Padang City Market Service employees. For the third hypothesis (H3) it is also accepted that Fcount is 15.535, while the results of Ftable in the distribution table with an error rate of 5% are 3.44. This means Fcount > Ftable (15.535 > 3.44). These calculations show that the variable level of education (X1) and compensation (X2) together have a positive and significant influence on employee productivity variables (Y).

This research project is titled "The Effect of Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance at SMK Budiniah Bogor Regency," and it has the following research objectives: 1) to determine whether the work environment affects teacher performance at SMK Budiniah Bogor Regency; 2) to determine whether organizational culture affects teacher performance at SMK Budiniah Bogor Regency; and 3) to determine whether the work environment and organizational culture together affect teacher performance. An technique known as quantitative descriptive research is used for this study, with the sample size being set at 55 people drawn from Budiniah Vocational School in the Bogor Regency. At Budiniah Vocational High School in the Bogor Regency, both the work environment and the organizational culture have a significant impact on the performance of the teachers.

Stock prices the price of a share which is determined in accordance with the supply and demand of the relevant shares at the time of supply. The prevailing stock prices the capital market is usually determined by market participants who trade their shares. Debt to equity ratio (DER) is a comparison where how much own capital can be used as collateral for debt, Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) is a ratio to measure how much company assets are financed by creditors. The population in this study are textile and garment companies that are registered and active on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2017-2020 period, obtained as many as 23 companies and 23 of them can be sampled with a total of 70 data after data transformation taken from certain criteria. The data used is quantitative data with data collection methods in the form of documentation methods. The results obtained from this study are, the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variable has an effect on stock prices while the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) variable has no effect on stock prices.

Islam mengajarkan bahwa manusia adalah makhluk sosial yang selalu terhubung dengan makhluk lain. Pada saat yang sama, manusia adalah khalifah yang memiliki amanah untuk memakmurkan kehidupan di muka bumi karena Allah SWT telah memberikan manusia kedudukan yang terhormat sebagai makhluk yang lebih mulia. Untuk menjadikan aktivitas manusia bernilai ibadah, manusia dapat melakukan aktivitas kehidupan dengan mengikuti nilai-nilai Islam yang terkandung dalam Al-Quran dan berpedoman sesuai yang diberikan oleh Rasulullah SAW dalam Sunnahnya. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan jenis metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dimana cara kerjanya adalah peneliti menjadi instrumen penelitian tersebut untuk mengetahui bagaimana bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi Al-Mutaffifin dalam penerapan Good Corporate Governance terhadap pencegahan kecurangan. Sumber data yang digunakan peneliti dalam kajian implementasi Al-Mutaffifin dalam penerapan Good Corporate Governance terhadap pencegahan kecurangan adalah data primer, yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari responden sasaran penelitian dan data sekunder yaitu informasi yang membantu secara tidak langsung diperoleh data primer yang diperoleh dari sumber responden lain yang menjadi subjek penelitian. Dalam proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik meliputi observasi dan wawancara.

Good Corporate Governance (GCG) telah menjadi isu yang sangat penting bagi Indonesia. Dengan berkembangnya perbankan syariah di Indonesia, upaya untuk penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) di perbankan syariah akan menjadi faktor penting bagi keberhasilan perbankan syariah di masa mendatang. Meskipun tata kelola perusahaan (GCG) bukanlah konsep yang baru. Fokus utama bank syariah yaitu menjaga sebuah kepercayaan dan mencegah potensi risiko. Masyarakat menyimpan uangnya di bank hanya dengan keyakinan bahwa uangnya akan dikembalikan ditambah keuntungan yang banyak dari bagi hasil atau komisi. Dalam Islam, prinsip pengelolaan perusahaan yang baik mengacu pada Al-Quran dan Al-Hadits. Prinsip-prinsip tata kelola yang baik atau good corporate governance menurut pedoman umum yakni transparansi (transparency), akuntabilitas (accountability), tanggung jawab (responsibility), independensi (independency), kewajaran dan kesetaraan (fairness). Jadi pokok rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana penerapan prinsip good corporate governance pada lembaga perbankan syariah dalam persepektif syariat islam?. Dan tujuannya yaitu untuk mengetahui tentang prinsip good corporate governance pada lembaga perbankan dan tentang prinsip good corporate governance dilihat dari persepektif syariat islam. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan analisis deskriptif metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif.
