Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of management strategies in improving employee performance at PT. Agta Sinar Jaya in Bandar Lampung, to explain the relationship of work discipline to the performance of employees of PT. Agta Sinar Jaya in Bandar Lampung, and to explain the evaluation of management strategies in improving the performance of employees of PT. Agta Sinar Jaya in Bandar Lampung. The type of research used is field research, which is descriptive in nature with a qualitative approach to obtain data that is relevant to the research being conducted. The required data was obtained through interviews conducted with a company director and several employees who were the source of research data at PT. Agta Sinar Jaya. The research results shown that management strategies in improving employee performance at PT. Agta Sinar Jaya still has not been implemented properly, because of the rolling position system, so that employees don't understand their respective new positions and need time to adapt first so they can do their jobs well. Management strategy on discipline in improving performance at PT. Agta Sinar Jaya, there are still about 80% of employees who are not disciplined. Evaluation of management strategies in improving performance at PT. Agta Sinar Jaya, in general, employees work well after attending debriefing and training and applying discipline by giving rewards and punishments. Keywords: performance, management, strategy

Abstract

The capital market is one of the ways chosen by the company in meeting the needs of additional company funds to develop the company's operations to survive in the global economy. Investors invest their capital in shares in a company with the main objective of obtaining a return on investment in the form of dividends and capital gains. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Cash Ratio and Earnings Per Share on Dividend Payout Ratio in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used are secondary data that is produced from other existing sources, for example research must go through others or search through documents, journals or books (name, year, page,). This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach. Samples of this study using panel data, were taken as many as 8 manufacturing companies that were in accordance with predetermined criteria with the research period 2016 - 2020. The study used the software of SPSS 2.0 and the results ere Cash Ratio effects the Dividend Payout Ratio based on the results of calculations and analysis can be calculated t-value = 6.255 with a sig. Value = 0.000., This significant value <0.05,. Earning Per Share has a significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio based on the results of calculations and analysis obtained calculated t-value = 3.837 with a sig. value. = 0.001, sig. value = 0.001 < 0.05, Cash ratio and Earning Per Share have a significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio based on the calculation and analysis results obtained value t-calculate = 69.818 the value of sig. = 0.000 because the value of sig. < 0.05 the result of the coefficient of being amended adjust R2 obtained 0.951, means that this study contributed 95.1% while 4.9% was determined by other factors outside this study, this hall showed that the available data had qualified for the use of the panel data regression model. From the results of the analysis, it shows that the Cash Ratio, and Earning Per Share effect to the Dividen Payout Ratio. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing on sales at the clothing store Mega Mall Bengkulu. This type of research is quantitative, the sample in this study amounted to 55 clothing stores, the data collection method used was the distribution of questionnaires and the method of data analysis using SPSS. The results of the research on the validity test show that digital marketing is valid with a sig value. 2 tailed < 0.05 while in sales there is an invalid statement because it has a sig value. 2 tailed > 0.05. In the digital marketing reliability test, it is said to be reliable because X 0.984 > 0.60 while in sales it is said to be reliable because Y 0.511 > 0.60. In the normality test, digital marketing and sales have a normal distribution because it is significant with a value of 0.200 > 0.05. In the heteroscedasticity test there are no symptoms and in simple linear regression the constant value (a) is 26.842 or 2684% and the regression coefficient (b) x is 0.116 or 11.6% with a significant level of 0.000 it is said that digital marketing (X) has a positive effect on sales (Y). Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of strategic management on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Lampung Province. MSMEs have a significant role in regional and national economic growth, but the challenges faced by MSMEs often affect their overall performance. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data/information through interviews with several MSME actors/owners operating in Lampung Province. The in-depth and structured interviews focused on strategic management aspects, including strategic planning, strategy implementation, control and performance evaluation. In addition, MSME performance data is also collected, such as sales growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and market share. The results of this study indicate that MSMEs that implement strategic management well tend to achieve better performance than those who focus less on this aspect. Good strategic planning allows MSMEs to have a clear long-term vision and goals, while effective strategy implementation helps them to better face market challenges. Tight control allows SMEs to respond quickly to changing situations, and regular performance evaluations allow them to improve weaknesses and capitalize on existing potential. Abstract

Tourism is an activity carried out by individual or group in the form of a trip to visit a certain place with the aim of having a vacation, and seeing the features and beauty of this tour. Tirta Pesona rides are one of the tours located in the city of Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this study was to analyze the strategy for developing Wahana Tirta Pesona tourism in the city of Bandar Lampung. The type of research used in this study is a type of qualitative research. Based on the results of interviews, the main attraction of the Wahana Tirta Pesona tourist attraction is the natural beauty that is very natural. So that the management goes according to the planned objectives in the tourism development strategy where the manager focuses on developing facilities and increasing promotions so that the number of visitors does not continue to decrease. The techniques and planning possessed by the Wahana Tirta Pesona tourist attraction are quite good, but are not running effectively in their implementation. Based on the results of interviews and observations, it can be concluded that the development strategies at tourist sites that have been carried out have been implemented but are still ineffective, resulting in a decrease in the number of visitors. The decrease in the number of visitors was caused by several other factors such as the impact of the Covid'19 pandemic, lack of promotional activities, lack of maintenance, and lack of access road facilities and infrastructure to the location. Abstract

The development of the world of information technology is directly proportional to the behavior of consumers in Indonesia in meeting their daily needs. It can be seen from how consumptive the Indonesian people are to buy products online, one application that is currently favored by the public for online shopping is the Tiktok Shop application. This research was conducted to predict the relationship between variables that are used by the community as a determinant in making decisions to shop on the Tiktok Shop application, besides that it wanted to prove the role of video marketing in the Tiktok Shop application. Collecting data in this study used a questionnaire with a purposive sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents using the tiktok shop application. The results of this study prove that Indonesian consumers in making product purchase decisions because they often see stories from social media and search engine optimization can directly influence consumers to shop on the Tiktok Shop application. In addition, video marketing broadcast by content creators can strengthen or bridge consumers to buy products in the Tiktok Shop application.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to ascertain and elucidate the impact of product quality and product pricing on repurchasing decisions at the Singosari Semarang Branch of Waroeng Steak & Shake. This study employs explanatory research methodologies. The study included a population of 21,352 clients of Waroeng Steak and Shake Singosari Semarang. The sampling technique employed in this study was non-probability sampling, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data gathering procedures employed in this study encompassed the utilisation of both observation and questionnaire approaches. The findings of the study indicate that product quality has a simultaneous impact on repurchase decisions. Specifically, there is a statistically significant positive relationship between product prices and repurchase decisions at the Singosari Branch of Waroeng Steak and Shake. This is supported by a Beta value of 0.652, which is positive, and a significant p-value of 0.000, indicating that the relationship is unlikely to have occurred by chance (p < 0.05). Additional findings indicate that the price of a product exerts a substantial and simultaneous impact on repurchasing decisions. Specifically, at the Singosari Branch of Waroeng Steak and Shake, there exists a positive and statistically significant relationship between product prices and repurchasing decisions. This is supported by a Beta value of 0.179, which is positive, and a significant value of 0.017, which is less than the predetermined threshold of 0.05. In order to facilitate more investigation, it is anticipated that other indicators can be identified as instruments for measuring the variables under examination, as well as the utilisation of other independent variables that possess a substantial impact on the dependent variable. Abstract

For the public and private sectors, especially those dealing with the international world, monitoring exchange rate movements is very important. However, in the current conditions of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (VUCA), exchange rate projections become very challenging. Behavioral Equilibrium Exchange Rate (BEER) is a model used to estimate an exchange rate that is considered balanced based on fundamental factors. In connection with this, the author intends to inform you about BEER and its benefits. Therefore, this paper aims to estimate the balance of the real exchange rate (RER), so that exchange rate movements outside of equilibrium (misalignment) can be identified. The method used in this paper is the Error Correction Model (ECM). The author uses quarterly data with the aim of getting a long data series and more accurate estimation results. Meanwhile, the explanatory variables consist of productivity, interest rate differential, foreign reserves, terms of trade, and risk premium. From the estimation results, it is known that changes in productivity, interest rate differential and foreign exchange reserves have a significant positive effect on RER movements. The risk premium has a significant negative effect, while the terms of trade are not significant. It is hoped that the results of this simple analysis will provide additional insight for policy makers and economic practitioners in understanding the dynamics of the real rupiah exchange rate and efforts to maintain its stability. It is also hoped that this article will provide a strong basis for considering more effective policies in managing the rupiah exchange rate. Abstract

In the digital era, the role of technology is very important in helping MSMEs to market their products and services. The existing problems include sales results fluctuating and tending to decline, the company not being right in marketing. This research aims to evaluate the marketing strategy of Rumah BUMN Bandar Lampung MSMEs through the application of Go Digital to MSME Partners, with a case study of the Coffee Anjosia business. The method used is descriptive qualitative by obtaining data through interviews, observation and document analysis. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of Go Digital at Rumah BUMN Bandar Lampung MSME Partners has an important role in helping MSMEs market their products and services. An effective strategy can be achieved by maintaining and increasing high consumer demand, creating training plans for Anjosia employees related to adapting to current technology in managing business marketing, providing special prices to loyal customers for large purchases, and utilizing social media such as Instagram by routinely create content every week on social media. Abstract

Research was conducted to determine and explain the influence of service quality and pricing on consumer satisfaction at the Slanik Waterpark tourist attraction in South Lampung. This research was conducted on visitors to the Slanik Waterpark tourist attraction with a sample size of 115 respondents and used the Slovin formula calculation. This research method is quantitative with an associative and causal approach using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and there are two independent variables, namely service quality (X1) and pricing (X2), with the dependent variable namely consumer satisfaction (Y). The results of this study showed that the respondents were dominated by the 21-30 year age range, 59 people or 51%, 60 people or 52% female, and 47 students or 41% students. H1 was accepted with a tcount value of 6.398 and a sig level of 0.000, H2 was accepted with a tcount value of 6.471 and a sig level of 0.000 and H3 was accepted with a fcount value of 185.595 and a sig level of 0.000. Service quality and pricing have a significant partial or simultaneous effect on consumer satisfaction at the Slanik Waterpark tourist attraction with an r-square value of 76.8%. Meanwhile, the remaining 23.2% is influenced by other variables. Keywords: consumer satisfaction, service quality, pricing
