Abstract

Catering is a business engaged in food services, this business serves food for weddings and other parties on a large and small scale, with the development of culinary business activities in Lampung, catering is one of the businesses thatbenefit for now, therefore this business requires Relationship marketing to build long-term relationships with customers. This study aims to determine the effect of Relationship marketing and product quality on customer satisfaction in South Lampung Kencana Catering, This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection instrument uses the distribution of questionnaires to Catering Kencana customers. The population in this study is all Kencana Catering customers in 2022, the research sample used in this study amounted to 44 people using the saturated sample technique. Testing is carried out by Multiple Regression by testing classical assumptions first, then testing the hypothesis partially with Test t and simultaneously with Test f. then looking for the coefficient of determination to see how much the percentage of variance of the independent variable affects the dependent variable. The results stated that partially and simultaneously the two independent variables studied, namely Relationship marketing and product quality, had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a fairly large coefficient of determination value of 74.5% and the rest was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study. Abstract

Economic growth cannot be separated from the factors that support it, one of which is investment. Currently, investment has become a very strong instrument in encouraging regional economic growth, including Lampung Province. One source of investment is Domestic Investment. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Domestic Investment on the economic growth of Lampung Province. The research method used is the analytical statistical method. This method is used to see the influence of Domestic Investment on the economic growth of Lampung Province. The analysis technique uses simple linear regression. The research results showed that Domestic Investment had no effect on the economic growth of Lampung Province. Keywords: domestic investment, economic growth

Abstract

The object of this research is the cosmetic brand Emina which is located at the Topshop 1 Cosmetic Store in Bandar Lampung, where the two parties have worked together for a long time and are quite successful, although later the sales of Emina's cosmetic brand experienced a decline due to the pandemic that hit for approximately 2 years to the back. The purpose of this study was to determine the promotion strategy in increasing sales of the Emina cosmetic brand at the Topshop 1 cosmetic store, Bandar Lampung. The research method used is a qualitative method. Sources of data using primary data obtained through interviews. The data were processed and analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis through deductive, inductive, and comparative methods. The results of this study show that Emina's promotional strategy, especially at the Topshop 1 cosmetics store, in increasing sales through advertising activities, personal selling followed by customer database input by BA (Beauty Advisor) which will later be followed up, as well as conducting sales promotions. through the provision of product testers, discounts, and publicity. In addition, Emina's promotions at the Topshop 1 cosmetic store are also through the use of social media. This study concludes that Emina's promotional strategy has an effect on increasing the sales volume of the cosmetic brand at Topshop 1. Keywords: analysis, strategy, promotion

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of Organizational Culture and Work Environment at PT. Haramein Group Bandar Lampung in relation to improving employee performance. The research was conducted for 6 months at the company of PT. Haramein Group Bandar Lampung ( the Umrah and Haj Plus organizing company). This type of research is qualitative descriptive. Data or information is obtained through observation and interviews with key informants and company informants as well as documentation. Based on the results of research and interviews conducted by researchers regarding the implementation of organizational culture and work environment and their relationship with employee performance at PT. Haramein Group Bandar Lampung, shows that PT. Haramein Group Bandar Lampung has implemented an organizational culture that supports improving employee performance such as cooperation in teamwork and in terms of efficiency and discipline. With the organizational culture implemented by employees at PT. Haramein Group Bandar Lampung, then makes employees very focused and disciplined because the culture implemented by the company itself greatly influences the performance of employees within the company. Proven results in achieving company goals with maximum results. Because improving the culture within the company also has an impact on creating cohesiveness within it and also a comfortable working environment within the company. Abstract

Archives serve as a repository of invaluable information crucial to the organizational sustainability process, capturing diverse historical aspects. The primary objective of archive management is to systematically organize, store, and facilitate access to this information, catering to researchers, historians, scholars, and individuals interested in the study of specific subjects or periods. This research adopts a qualitative descriptive methodology, utilizing observations, documentation, and interviews for data collection. The collected data is then systematically organized and expounded upon using a descriptive approach, providing insights into archival management within the General Bureau of the Provincial Secretariat of East Java. The Sub-Section of Correspondence and Archives within the General Bureau of the Provincial Secretariat of East Java is identified as a key department responsible for archival functions. Notably, archival management in this bureau adheres to the principle of decentralization, granting each section within the General Bureau, including the Household Section, Financial and Asset Administration Section, and Administrative Affairs Section, the autonomy to manage archives independently. The findings of this research affirm that archival management in the General Bureau of the Provincial Secretariat of East Java aligns with the five key aspects of archive management, encompassing the recording of incoming and outgoing correspondence, archival storage, maintenance, depreciation, and disposal of archives. The archival management processes within the General Bureau of the Provincial Secretariat of East Java operate optimally, supported by the availability of adequate human resources and electronic applications. Abstract

Indonesia has a decent sanitation service percentage of 74.58%, including safe sanitation of 7.42%. This figure is accompanied by a high percentage of open defecation behavior, which is around 9.36%, equivalent to 25 million people, making Indonesia ranked 3rd in the world for the largest number of open defecation. Households that have access to sanitation are those that have a connection to a Waste Water Treatment System (SPAL) that is desludged and disposed of at a Fecal Sludge Treatment Plant (STP). However, of the 272 sewage treatment plants built in 2018, only 8 were operating optimally. The local government forms a regional device or institution as a service provider (operator) in the form of UPTD, BLUD, and BUMD. BUMD institutions are more sustainable than other institutions. This study aims to identify performance indicators at the DKI Jakarta BUMD Perumda Paljaya institution, identify regional potential at the DKI Jakarta BUMD Perumda Paljaya institution, and analyze the development of the DKI Jakarta BUMD Perumda Paljaya institution business model. The data collection method is using the interview method. Data analysis using the ATLAS.TI application. The results are useful for business development of DKI Jakarta BUMD Perumda Paljaya institutions. Abstract

The retail world is a business that is quite developed in Indonesia, especially since licensing and ownership has been made easier by the government, both direct establishment and franchising. This research aims to describe the causality between the variables of facilities, physical evidence, and services on the decision to visit the Transmart in Majapahit, Semarang. The population in this study were visitors to the Transmart mall in Majapahit, Semarang. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents who met the sampling criteria (purposive sampling). Data collection was carried out in a structured manner through an instrument (questionnaire) with a Likert scale of 1-10, the data collected was processed with the help of SPSS. The results of this research show that complete facilities can be one of the factors for consumers visiting Transmart. Apart from that, this research also shows that physical evidence in the form of magnificent buildings and excellent service from mall staff or employees can be a strengthening factor for consumers. visit. In this research, service is the thing that is most looked at by consumers, this also indicates that Transmart Majapahit needs to improve its services from all existing aspects. Abstract

The internet has become a very basic need for human life in this modern era. This was welcomed by entrepreneurs in this field, various brands have been operating in Indonesia with very varied services. This research aims to describe the relationship between the variables of price perception, convenience, and perceived benefits on the decision to use MNC Play among consumers in Semarang. The population in this research is the MNC Play user community in Semarang. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents who met the sampling criteria (purposive sampling). Data collection was carried out in a structured manner through an instrument (questionnaire) with a Likert scale of 1-10, the data collected was processed with the help of SPSS. The results of this research show that the perception of prices that are classified as competitive can be one of the factors for consumers to use MNC Play products. Apart from that, this research also explains that ease of access and ease of installing Wi-Fi as well as consumers' perceived benefits can be reinforcing factors for consumers. using products from MNC Play (Wi-Fi). In this research, price perception is the thing most highlighted by consumers. This also indicates that people are very sensitive to the price of a product, but this could be a strategy for MNC Play to win business competitions in the internet service (WIFI) sector. Abstract

The study investigates the impact of diversification on the financial performance of commercial banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2020 to 2022. Using purposive sampling techniques, the study analyzed data from 90 samples to examine the relationship between diversification strategies and measured financial performance with return on assets (ROA). Research results show that diversification has no significant impact on the financial performance of commercial banks. It shows that higher levels of diversification in banks do not always correlate with higher financial performance. On the contrary, the effects of diversification on financial performance depend on how banks manage their capital costs and maximize revenue. The study also revealed that commercial banks tend to take different approaches in implementing diversification strategies, which can vary depending on the size of the bank, business models, and market conditions. Although diversification does not have a significant direct impact on financial performance, the study emphasizes the importance of well-planned and implemented diversity strategies. The findings provide important insights for bank management and policymakers in the banking sector. Further research is suggested to explore other factors that may affect financial performance in the banking industry, including risk management practices, financing structures, and macroeconomic conditions. This research is expected to contribute to a deeper understanding of the relationship between diversification and financial performance in the Indonesian banking context. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the halal label and brand image on purchasing decisions for Ichiban Sushi products. This research uses the halal label and brand image as independent variables and uses purchasing decisions as the dependent variable which is mediated by expectations. The population for this research is consumers or visitors to Sushi Mall Ciputra Semarang and the sample size is 100 respondents. The sampling technique for this research is purposive sampling. Data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis method used is mediation path analysis and hypothesis testing in this research using Macro PROCESS Hayes in SPSS 22 for Windows. The results of this research show that (1) There is an influence of the halal label on expectations (2) There is an influence of brand image on expectations (3) There is an influence of expectations on purchasing decisions (4) Expectations significantly mediate the influence of the halal label on purchasing decisions Keywords: halal label, brand image, expectations, purchase decisions
