Abstract

Salah satu tugas pokok pemerintah adalah memberikan pelayanan. Pelayanan publik adalah pemenuhan keinginan dan kebutuhan masyarakat oleh publik (masyarakat) dan tentu saja dengan tujuan agar dapat menigkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, dan penyelengaraan pelayanan publik di kecamatan yang proses pengelolaannya, mulai dari permohonan sampai ketahap terbitnya dokumen dilakukan dalam satu tempat melalui satu loket pelayanan, baik buruknya pelayanan juga akan mempengaruhi penilaian masyarakat terhadap sistem kepemerintahan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Dan pada penelitian ini juga guna untuk mendeskripsikan pelayanan di kecamatan kota bumi yang dilakukan apakah sudah baik atau belum yang nanti akan dinilai melalui wujud pelayanan , kehandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan, empati . Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualititatif dengan metodepengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Setelah dilakukan pembahasan secara bertahap pada bab-bab sebelumnya terutama dalam pelayanan kartu tanda penduduk elektronik di kantor kecamatan kota bumi masih kurang maksimal. Penyebab masih buruknya beberapa aspek dari kualitas pelayanan seperti kecepatan pelayanan, tanggapan masyarakat masalah waktu penyelesaian E-KTP yang terlalu lama dan masalah disiplin kerja pegawai yang menyebabkan pelayanan E- KTP belum baik. Peneliti juga menyarankan agar pegawai kependudukan harus lebih cepat dan tepat waktu dalam melayani masyarakat. Serta memperhatikan waktu masuk dan keluar kerja guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan.Kemudahan pelayanan yang pegawai lakukan ialah harus memberikan informasi yang jelas dan langsung kepada masyarakat agar supaya informasi tersebut dapat dipahami oleh masyarakat. Pegawai hendaknya selalu melihat ke dimensi keadilan karena pelayanan dalam bentuk kesamaan waktu yang diberikan pegawai kependudukan masih kurang, sehingga pihak kependudukan harus lebih disiplin dan tidak boleh lebih mementingkan kepentingan pribadi atau kerabat. Abstract

Warna Komputer merupakan salah satu toko yang menjual berbagai merek dan type Laptop, salah satunya yaitu laptop Asus yang cukup banyak diminati oleh banyak orang, yang beralamat di Simpur Center lantai 4, Jalan Brigjend Katamso Tanjung Karang, Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang bagaimana strategi yang dapat dilakukan dalam meningkatkan penjualan Laptop pada CV. Warna Komputer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara CV. Warna Komputer dalam menerapkan strategi apa yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan penjualan Laptop, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan menggunakan Teori Bauran Pemasaran yaitu 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam menghadapi ketatnya Persaingan usaha dibidang yang sama pihak pengusaha dituntut untuk terus berinovasi dan menciptakan hal-hal baru mulai dari menciptakan produk unggulan, tempat yang menarik, harga yang terjangkau dan strategi promosi yang baik juga dapat meningkatkan pembelian. Pemanfaatan media sosial dan market place sebagai media promosi yang dilakukan CV. Warna Komputer sudah cukup efektif, terlebih dengan melihat pada zaman era digital ini semua orang lebih dimudahkan dengan jaringan internet, adanya fitur-fitur media sosial dan market place yang dapat membantu CV. Abstract

In terms of implementing the government spending especially for subsidy, continuing improvement of implementation is needed to get more effective and efficient. The Government Expenditure is a program that encourages and maintains public consumption, especially those with low incomes. Completion of subsidy spending is important given the limited fiscal space so that it needs to be implemented as well as possible both in terms of optimization and welfare improvement. Therefore, we analyze the diesel subsidy as one of the fuel subsidies that the Government continues to distribute. This study aims to discuss the distribution of diesel subsidies and their impact on poverty and inequality in Indonesia, especially in the pre and post-pandemic period. How does social distancing as a reaction during a pandemic affect the distribution of diesel subsidies. We use the counter factual analysis method as done by Lustig (2018) through part of the Commitment to Equity (CEQ) method. The results of this study indicate that the diesel subsidy program has a positive impact on poverty reduction but is less effective in reducing inequality. This may be due to the lack of accuracy in targeting poverty targets and distributing welfare. Meanwhile, social distancing seems to have little effect on the distribution of diesel fuel due to a decrease in mobility which lowers the economic price. In the future, this research needs to be refined by involving other government social assistance programs to gain insight from these other programs. Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of Store Atmosphere (cleanliness, music, aroma, temperature) on customer satisfaction and the effect of product quality (service ability, reliability, and durability) on customer satisfaction. The researcher applied the survey method using a questionnaire as a research instrument in collecting data. Researchers also use the SPSS version 26 application with quantitative analysis which included validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing with F test and t test. Researchers chose respondents with a total of 30 people using purposive sampling method where the characteristics of the respondents have been determined by the researcher beforehand. The results show that the two independent variables, namely Store Atmosphere and Product Quality, both jointly and partially have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product Quality variable is the most dominant variable in giving effect to Customer Satisfaction. Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The Mata Hati Integrated Education Foundation is an inclusive school that provides facilities for parents who need a special school for children with special needs, located at Jln. Mawar No.28-30 Rawa Laut, Bandar Lampung. This study analyzes how marketing strategies are used to increase student interest in the Mata Hati Integrated Education Foundation in Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this study was to find out what strategies were used to increase students' interest in the Mata Hati Integrated Foundation, using qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation studies, using marketing mix analysis. The results of the study indicate that the activities carried out to analyze the results of marketing or last year's achievements include the marketing strategy used, promotional media, and the formation of a committee or personnel determination. Abstract

One company that prioritizes the productivity of its employees, namely PT. Persada Lampung Raya which is a company engaged in the automotive sector of four-wheeled vehicles with the Suzuki brand in Lampung Province. The purpose of this study was conducted at PT. Persada Lampung Raya is to find out whether work motivation has an influence on employee productivity at PT. Persada Lampung Raya. In this study the authors use a quantitative research approach with a population of 105 employees of PT. Persada Lampung Raya while the sample used 46 respondents. The analytical tool used is assisted by the computerized program SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the research work motivation has an influence on the work productivity of employees of PT. Persada Lampung Raya. With the tcount value of Work Motivation of 21,803 with a Sig value of 0.000. This shows that the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So that it can be interpreted that the work motivation variable (X) has an influence on (Y) the work productivity of employees of PT. Persada Lampung Raya. Abstract

This study explains the role of the survey section in determining the eligibility of consumers to get motorcycle financing (study at PT. Federal Internasional Finance Sidomulyo South Lampung Region). The survey section is an important important of the company's progress, because the survey section has the task of assessing potential customers who will apply for credit. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the role of the survey section in determining the eligibility of consumers to get a motorcycle financing, which has several indicators, including: Character (character), Capacity (capacity), Capital (capital), Collateral (collateral), and Condition (condition). This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection through observation, documentation, and interviews. This research was conducted in the survey section at PT. Federal Internasional Finance Sidomulyo South Lampung Region. The research subjects were 6 (six) people, consisting of 1 (one) key informant and 5 (five) informants. The results of this study indicate that the role of the survey section in determining the eligibility of consumers to get motorcycle financing is in accordance with the 5C principles used to survey potential credit customers and the role of the survey section is also very important for the survival of the company. Abstract

BPR Trisurya Bumindo Bandar Lampung has a potential market, namely all customers in Lampung, especially Bandar Lampung, but there are several problems that will be investigated, namely knowing the effect of promotional media (advertising, salespeople and sales promotions) on customer loyalty at PT. BPR Trisurya Bumindo Bandar Lampung. The research method used in this research is library research and field research through interviews and distributing questionnaires to customers of BPR Trisurya Bumindo Bandar Lampung. The results showed that the results of calculations using multiple linear regression analysis showed that overall advertising and sales promotion media had a significant influence on customer loyalty at BPR Trisurya Bumindo Bandar Lampung. Abstract

Bank Lampung is a Bank owned by the Lampung Regional Government in the form of a Regional Company. The problems encountered are the influence of work culture on the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of employees at the Head Office of PT. Lampung Bank. The method used is library research and field research. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of work culture on the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the employees of the Head Office of PT. Lampung Bank. The results showed that there was a positive influence between work culture on employee morale and enthusiasm for work of 0.9082. To test the effect, the t-test was used where the coefficient of tcount was compared with ttable, which turned out to be tcount > ttable. Based on the Coefficient of Determination formula, the magnitude of the influence of work culture on employee morale and enthusiasm is 90.82%. Thus, the hypothesis proposed that there is a positive influence between work culture on the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the employees of the Head Office of PT. Bank Lampung accepted. Abstract

The aims of this study was to determine what kind of leadership style is applied by management in improving employee performance at the Head Office of PT. Bank Lampung and whether it has a good impact in improving employee performance, because still many employees at the Head Office of PT. Bank Lampung have not applied discipline to the rules, both written and unwritten rules. The research method used by the researcher is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research was conducted at the Head Office of PT. Bank Lampung with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the research showed that the leadership style used by the leaders or managers at the Head Office of PT. Bank Lampung in improving employee discipline is an autocratic leadership style, because the model of this autocratic leadership style further enhances supervision to monitor what activities are carried out by employees. This autocratic leadership style is very effective in increasing the level of employee discipline because the leader can further improve supervision and monitor the activities of subordinates or employees. Employee indiscipline is caused by an incompetent leader so that many employees ignore the rules, both written and unwritten, therefore the leaders or managers at the Head Office of PT. Bank Lampung applies an autocratic leadership style in improving employee discipline, because one of the factors that affect performance is the level of employee discipline.
