Abstract

The implementation of a healthy port aims to create healthy port conditions. Rats are animals that have the ability to adapt well to human environments if these places can support their lives, one of which is a port. There are diseases that can be transmitted through mice such as Murine Typhus, Salmonellosis, Richettsial Pox, rabies and Trichinosis. The aim of the research was to determine the density of rats at ASDP Harbor and Speed Bulang Linggi Tanjung Uban, Bintan Regency. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The samples for this study were all rats trapped using live traps using purposive sampling. The instrument used in this research was 100 live traps. The data collection method is by observation and direct observation of objects. The results of installing live traps which were carried out for 7 days showed that the rat density level at ASDP Harbor was 7%, while the rat density at Bulang Linggi Speed Harbor was 4%, which means that these two ports do not meet the requirements for rat density. It is necessary to control rats by maintaining environmental sanitation in both port areas. By closing open water channels and cleaning up rubbish in the gutters.

One therapy to reduce fatigue and muscle cramps is Swedish massage. The aimed to determine the effect of Swedish foot massage on reducing fatigue and muscle cramps in hemodialysis patients at the Royal Prima General Hospital. The method uses a quasi-experimental with a one-group pre-test and post-test design, using the Wilxocon test. The results on fatigue before the Swedish massage treatment were that 72.2% of respondents experienced fatigue after treatment 97.2% of respondents were not tired. The muscle cramps before Swedish massage treatment, 72.2% of the frequency of cramps every week, 97.2% of the severity was very painful, 100% of the duration lasted 1-10 minutes, and 75.0% of the time the cramps during the day. After the Swedish massage treatment, the frequency of cramps 100% every week. severity level 100% slightly painful, 94.4% cramp duration lasts ≤1 minute, 100% cramp time during the day. Based on p-value fatigue 0.00, frequency 0.02, pain level 0.00, duration 0.00, and time 0.03, there was a significant difference before and after Swedish massage treatment on the legs in reducing fatigue and muscle cramps in hemodialysis patients.

The sample in this study was dominated by patients aged 45-59 years (63,9%), female gender (58,8%), Junior High School (25,8%). There were 62 pre-elderly patients with 17 people (27,4%) have Mild Cognitive Impairment / MCI, and 35elderly patients with 20 people (57,1%) have MCI. The result of chi-square test obtained a p-value = 0,000 indicating that DM has a significant relationship with cognitive function andan OR value of 5,27, which means that DM patients are at risk of 5,27 times greater forcognitive impairment compared to non-DM patients.
