Buletin Abdi Masyarakat (BAM) merupakan terbitan berkala ilmiah setahun dua kali yang diterbitkan oleh Universitas YPPI Rembang. Penerbitan BAM bertujuan sebagai wadah bagi akademisi yang melakukan pengabdian masyarakat dan perlu media untuk mewujudkannya dalam bentu kajian ilmiah. Artikel penelitian yang disampaikan ke jurnal online ini akan review sekurang-kurangnya 2 (dua) reviewer. Artikel penelitian yang diterima akan tersedia secara online mengikuti proses peer review jurnal. Bahasa yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini adalah bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

The community service activity is motivated by the development of technology that affects science, especially in the field of accounting. This technological development indirectly affects the economy and business sector, where human work is now starting to be replaced by machines. The accounting profession is still very much needed because of its function in decision making and control. On the other hand, from the data obtained in 2022, SMK graduates ranked first in contributing to unemployment. The purpose of this community service is to increase knowledge, understanding, and offerings to prepare accounting majors in the millennial era to face digitalization. Interaction will be created through the provision of material and question and answer sessions. The results obtained through this activity will broaden students’ knowledge and insight into current digital developments and contribute to increasing their awareness of how to prepare higher education that is acceptable in the job market.Keywords: socialization; career; accounting field

Abstract

Business actors who fall under the criteria for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) from Langse Margorejo Pati Village still do not have clear branding and digital marketing due to various obstacles in promoting to online media. Even though this business has had a good impact on the surrounding environment. Having a logo that is still considered outdated and less attractive is also a major factor that prevents this business from growing rapidly. Surveys, interviews, discussions and implementation are used in this community service activity. The results of this activity are the creation of an attractive new logo, new packaging and the creation of social media accounts as well as assistance with branding and digital marketing, providing outreach materials so that small and medium business actors in Langse Margorejo Pati Village have a new understanding of this MSME digital promotion because they have been able to apply it. Abstract

UMKM Kacang Cap Bunga Mawar didirikan pada tahun 1989 oleh ayah dari Ibu Siti Anisatul Munziyah dengan alamat usaha di Gang 5, Desa Sumbergirang Kecamatan Lasem Kabupaten Rembang. UMKM Kacang Cap Bunga Mawar merupakan usaha yang bergerak dalam produksi kacang. Berdasarkan survei lapangan yang penyusun lakukan maka dapat diperoleh beberapa potensi UMKM Kacang Cap Bunga Mawar diantaranya sebagai berikut: (1) pemasaran ke luar kota; (2) legalitas cap halal. Usaha UMKM Kacang Cap Bunga Mawar memiliki permasalahan sebagai berikut: (1) belum membuat akun penjualan online; (2) belum memiliki persiapan untuk legalitas cap halal. Berdasarkan beberapa permasalahan tersebut maka program kegiatan yang mahasiswa laksanakan dalam KKU adalah (1) membuat identitas lokasi UMKM; (2) pembuatan dan mendaftarkan lokasi google maps tempat UMKM; (3) membuat varian rasa baru; (4) pembuatan akun pemasaran secara online. Hasil dari KKU Universitas YPPI Rembang yang telah dilaksanakan adalah UMKM Kacang Cap Bunga Mawar memiliki banner usaha, lokasi pada aplikasi google maps, akun penjualan online dan varian rasa yang baru. Setelah adanya program tersebut diharapkan usaha UMKM Kacang Cap Bunga Mawar bisa dikenal oleh masyarakat luas.Kata kunci: Kacang, Media Pemasaran, Lokasi, Varian Rasa

Abstract

This community service aims to increase consumer confidence in MSME MSME products in Bangilan District, Tuban Regency through socialization of the halal certification program. The service method applied is service learning, where service participants play an active role in providing understanding to MSME players about the importance of halal certification. The main objective is to involve participants in interactive and participatory learning, so that they can directly understand the positive impact of the halal certification program on increasing consumer confidence which has an impact on income. The results of the service show that MSME participants are interested in taking part in the process of obtaining halal certification, improving product quality and increasing consumer confidence. Thus, it is hoped that this service can make a positive contribution to the development of MSMEs in Sidokumpul Village, Bangilan District, Tuban Regency by improving halal principles so that it can support the BPJPH program to bring in MSME actors in 2024.Keywords: MSME, Halal Label, Satisfaction

Abstract

The development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as a learning medium requires teachers to have adequate knowledge and skills in integrating it into each subject so that the quality of learning can be improved. One of the phenomena currently visible is that teachers have not been able to use ICT properly as a learning medium. This is caused by many factors, including lack of knowledge and skills, wrong views about ICT. Madrasah Aliyah Mu'allimin Mu'allimat Rembang (M3R) is located on the outskirts of Rembang city, precisely in Kabongan Kidul Village, Rembang District, Rembang Regency. The number of students actively studying is 360 students, taught by 25 teachers and the support of 6 educational staff. . M3R as an institution is also required to provide the latest innovations to form an effective learning process. However, not all teachers and educational staff do not understand the latest innovations that must be used to carry out learning by utilizing internet media which can be utilized optimally. Due to the lack of teachers' ability to create content or learning materials and classroom teaching online, it is necessary to increase the capacity and skills of teachers in creating content and managing online teaching. The method used in the PkM program provides training and practice as well as assistance in the use of information and communication technology in learning activities at schools using open broadcasting systems and YouTube. The outcome of this PkM program is that teachers master and are able to create and use learning media using open broadcasting systems and YouTube and implement them as learning media.Keywords: Information and Communication Technology, open broadcasting system, YouTube, content, learning

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the family economic income in Kabongan Kidul Village through the empowerment of housewives with a creative economy approach based on entrepreneurship. Kabongan Kidul Village faces challenges in optimizing human resource potential, especially housewives, to play an active role in the family economy. This service activity involves entrepreneurship training, which includes enhancing skills, understanding the principles of creative economy, and the right marketing strategies for the products produced. This program is expected to improve the skills of housewives in creating business opportunities, introduce creativity-based business concepts, and have a positive impact on family economics, both in terms of additional income and social empowerment. Furthermore, this program also encourages collaboration among housewives to form supportive and sustainable business networks. Keywords: Creative Economy, Entrepreneurship, Empowerment.

Abstract

Current conditions based on a pre-survey by the Community Service Team, many members of Mranggen District MSME Actors are unable to manage their MSME finances properly, especially in managing income and expenses and separating personal finances from business finances. On the one hand, reduced income due to the global food crisis has an impact on irregular income for MSMEs. On the other hand, increased expenses, due to the needs and prices of consumer goods also make it difficult to manage MSME finances. This is what motivated the Community Service Team to be interested in carrying out community service for members of Mranggen District MSME Actors. The Community Service Method with Introductory Training on financial management literacy integrated with digital finance and Mentoring. The results of the Community Service, MSME actors understand and are able to manage MSME finances integrated with digital finance neatly and well

Abstract

Accurate Accounting Software adalah sistem akuntansi yang dirancang sebagai software akuntansi yang user-friendly (mudah digunakan) dengan kemampuan untuk mengelolan pencatat transaksi keuangan secara cepat, tepat dan akurat, yang menyediakan fitur perpajakan dan telah disesuaikan dengan aturan perpajakan di Indonesia, dengan harga lisensi yang relatif murah dibandingkan dengan software akuntansi lainnya yang setara kelasnya di Indonesia.Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini akan memberikan pengenalan software accurate sampai dengan pemakaian dan penyusunan laporan keuangan kepada majelis guru mata pelajaran akuntansise kabupaten Kudus, sampai dengan mereka mendapatkan predikat CAP . Sehingga diharapkan ilmu itu berguna bagi siswa akuntansi dan maayarakat luas. Luaran kegiatan ini adalah bertambah peningkatan SDM, bertambah ilmu bagi MGMP Akuntansi , serta  pada Luaran pada jurnal pengabdian masyarakatPermasalahan yang diahdapi mitra adalah kurangnya pengetahuan terhadap software akuntansi. Selama ini hanya mengajarkan akuntansi dalam teori dan praktik yang tradional tanpa menggunaan web/ software.Solusi yang ditawarkan tim pengabidan untuk membantu permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu pelatihan accurate khusunya fitur persediaan, asset tetap, kas/bank dan jurnal umum.Luaran kegiatan ini adalah bertambahnya peningkatan SDM, bertambah kompetensi guru akuntansi dan publikasi ilmiah pada jurnal Jipemas.Kata kunci: Accurate, persediaan, aset tetap, kas, jurnal umum

Abstract

Madrasah Al Jaelaniyah Desa Jolotundo merupakan salah satu lembaga Pendidikan nonformal yaitu madrasah diniyah yang beroperasi di Desa Jolotundo, Kecamatan Lasem, Kabupaten Rembang.  Permasalahan internal yang dihadapi oleh Madrasah Al Jaelaniyah adalah kesulitan dalam pengelolaan Madrasah. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya kemampuan SDM dalam pengelolaan. Selain itu untuk menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar Madrasah Al Jaelaniyah ini termasuk minim sarana dan pra sarana selain itu juga kurangnya motivasi murid untuk bersekolah di madrasah. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan manajemen administrasi pengelolaan madrasah, memberikan sarana prasarana yang mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar dan juga memberikan motivasi untuk pengajar Madrasah Al Jaelaniyah. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk Mitra sesuai dengan prirotas adalah: (1) mampu melakukan manajemen administrasi pengelolaan madrasah Al Jaelaniyah, (2) memiliki sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung, (3) motivasi pengajar sehingga bisa memotivasi murid untuk terus melanjutkan berskolah di Madrasah Al Jaelaniyah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the economic efficiency of implementing e-voting applications in the election of Student Council Chair in SMA/SMK Grobogan Regency.The method employed in this study includes the stages of preparation, socialization, training, implementation, and evaluation.The results of the study indicate positive outcomes, demonstrating that the use of e-voting applications significantly reduces operational costs compared to conventional election methods. The cost savings are attributed to a reduction in the need for ballot paper printing, ink, and logistics, as well as to the time efficiency of the automated vote counting process. Furthermore, e-voting has been shown to increase student participation by facilitating greater accessibility through digital devices.Increased transparency and accuracy in elections has been demonstrated to contribute to public trust in the democratic process within the school environment. Consequently, the implementation of e-voting not only fosters the modernization of the election process, but also provides substantial economic benefits in terms of resource management.This research recommends the wider adoption of e-voting as an innovative step in technology-based democracy.Keywords: E-voting, Economic Efficiency, Student Council Election, Digital Technology, School Democracy
