Digitalisasi tidak bisa dihindari, tetap permsalahan utamanya adalah bagaimana negara ini harus dapat merumuskan kebijakan agar masyarakat kita jangan hanya menjadi sapi perahan pihak yang-pihak lain. Dalam penelitian studi literatur ini penulis akan menganalisis bagaimana upaya terbaik setelah menemukan implemantasinya saat ini.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of social media on consumer purchasing decisions by taking into account psychological, social, and marketing strategy factors adopted by businesses. In the current digital age, social media has emerged as a highly effective marketing tool, shaping consumer behavior and preferences through various approaches, including influencer endorsements, paid advertisements, and user-generated content. By employing a quantitative approach and survey method, this study gathered data from respondents aged 18 to 35 who are active social media users. The findings reveal that social media significantly impacts consumer purchasing decisions, influenced by factors such as trust in influencers, product reviews from other users, and the effectiveness of digital advertising. Moreover, e-commerce features integrated into social media platforms simplify transactions and enhance consumer purchase interest. The results of this research highlight that social media is not merely a communication platform but also plays a vital role in shaping contemporary consumer behavior. Thus, gaining deeper insights into the role of social media in purchasing decisions can assist businesses in crafting more effective marketing strategies while enabling consumers to make more informed and rational buying choices

Abstract

Mind Mapping Strategy is a mind mapping activity using creative, effective note-taking that will map our thoughts very simply. The use of mind mapping in learning at school can create an interesting learning atmosphere for students, motivate students and make it fun when students study the material. Apart from that, mind mapping presents the relationship between concepts of a subject matter which are represented in a network of concepts starting from the core of the problem to the supporting parts that have a relationship with each other, so that mind mapping can form knowledge and make it easier to understand a lesson topic. This research aims to analyze the effect of using mind mapping strategies on the writing abilities of fifth grade elementary school students on the environmental theme of our friends at SD Negeri 101931 Perbaungan. The research uses quantitative research. This research uses research instruments in the form of a pretest and posttest to test the effect of using mind mapping strategies on the writing ability of fifth grade elementary school students on the environmental theme of our friends at SD Negeri 101931 Perbaungan. Based on research on the influence of the mind mapping method on the writing ability of Grade V students of SD Negeri 101931 Perbaungan. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the mind mapping method on the writing ability of Class V students at SD Negeri 101931 Perbaungan. This is known based on the t hypothesis test, the final data shows that tcount is greater than ttable or 2,782 > 1,717 with a significance level of α= 0.05, so it can be concluded that the mind mapping method has a positive and significant influence on the writing ability of Class V students at SD Negeri 101931 Perbaungan

Abstract

CD146, also known as MCAM (Melanoma Cell Adhesion Molecule), is an adhesion molecule that plays a role in various cellular processes, including intercellular interactions and signal transduction. This study aims to investigate the effect of CD146 expression on viability, proliferation, and several endothelial functions in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) in vitro. HUVECs are a commonly used cellular model to study endothelial function. In this study, CD146 expression in HUVECs was manipulated through transfection of CD146 plasmid for increased expression and siRNA for decreased expression]. Cell viability was measured using MTT assay or CCK-8. Endothelial function was evaluated through monocyte adhesion assay, cell migration assay, and/or measurement of NO production. The results showed that increased CD146 expression significantly increased cell proliferation of HUVECs (p<0.05), while decreased CD146 expression did not significantly affect cell viability. CD146 expression affected monocyte adhesion to HUVECs cells, but did not affect cell migration or NO production. This study demonstrates that CD146 plays a role in the regulation of cell proliferation and monocyte adhesion] on HUVECs cells in vitro. These findings provide new insights into the role of CD146 in endothelial function and potentially have implications in the understanding and treatment of endothelial dysfunction in cardiovascular disease

Abstract

The gastrocnemius, soleus, and plantaris are the three primary muscles that comprise the Achilles tendon. A common ailment that produces pain at the back of the leg, particularly close to the heel, is Achilles tendinitis. Achilles tendon soreness, edema, and impaired function are common clinical signs that might arise during regular activities as well as during exercise. The researcher employed a case report methodology in this study, involving a patient at the Bagas Waras Klaten Regional Hospital. The patient, who is 65 years old and a carpenter, reported having pain in his left rear leg. Results at T1 = 6 to T4 = 3 showed a reduction in pressure pain following four rounds of therapy. Additionally, there was a reduction in motion pain from T1 = 5 to T4 = 3. Results at T1 = 3 to T4 = 4 show an increase in the strength of the ankle moving muscles during dorsiflexion. Moreover, plantarflexion produced outcomes at T1 = 3 to T4 = 4. According to the findings of the study, patients with Achilles tendinitis benefit from eccentric training in terms of decreased discomfort and increased muscle strength

Abstract

Puskesmas Sukoharjo adalah Puskesmas yang beroperasi di Kecamatan Sukoharjo. Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sukoharjo sama dengan luas wilayah Kecamatan Sukoharjo yaitu sekitar 44 kilometer persegi. Luas tersebut berbatasan dengan kecamatan lain di wilayah Kabupaten Sukoharjo, Kabupaten dan Kota lain Sukoharjo. Batas-batas tersebut ialah Sebelah Utara : Kecamatan Grogol, Sebelah Selatan : Kecamatan Nguter dan Kecamatan Tawang Sari, Sebelah Barat : Kabupaten Klaten, Sebelah Timur : Kecamatan Bendosari. Pada jumlah pelayanan penderita Low Back Pain di puskesmas sukoharjo selama rentang bulan januari sampai bulan juli tahun 2024 terdapat sebanyak 288 orang. Kasus tersebeut tergolong cukup tinggi, karena setiap tahunnya terus menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan. Tujuan program ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi William Flexi Exercise pada kasus Low Back Pain pada lansia supaya membantu mengurangi keluhan yang disarakan yaitu nyeri pada punggung bawah. Dengan metode yang digunakan yaitu penyuluhan menggunakan media ceramah dan menyebarkan leaflet pada Komunitas posyandu lansia di posyandu Marsudi Waras. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah lansia memahami materi yang sudah diberikan dan dapat di aplikasikan exercise tersebut secara mandiri dirumah

Abstract

This study aims to prove empirically the effect of dividend payments on the quality of the company's earnings and its impact on the predictability of the company's cash flows in the future. The population in this study are companies in the ASEAN region that are included in the ASEAN Asset Class Publicly Listed Companies list. The research method uses the associative method to see the relationship between the existing variables. The results of the study show that companies that pay dividends consistently have better earnings quality than companies that do not pay dividends to their shareholders. Likewise, the effect of firm size on the quality of firm earnings shows that the magnitude of the coefficient of firm size is significant and positive for the two proxies of earnings quality used in this study, namely ADA and AAQ. Thus it can be concluded that the larger the size of the company, the higher the quality of earnings presented by the company. Meanwhile, the test results on other variables show that the company's growth and the company's sales growth do not have a significant effect on the quality of the company's earnings

Abstract

Konflik berkepanjangan antara Israel dan Palestina telah menjadi titik balik yang signifikan dalam dinamika geopolitik Timur Tengah, membentuk ulang lanskap hubungan internasional di kawasan yang kompleks dan rapuh ini. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak mendalam konflik tersebut terhadap struktur diplomatik, aliansi regional, dan ketegangan geopolitik yang terus berkembang di wilayah tersebut. Melalui analisis komprehensif, kajian ini mengungkap bagaimana konflik Israel telah menciptakan perpecahan yang nyata di antara negara-negara Arab, memicu realiansi diplomatik yang tidak terduga dan memperburuk ketegangan antarpemangku kepentingan regional. Polarisasi yang dihasilkan tidak hanya memengaruhi hubungan bilateral, tetapi juga mendorong intervensi kekuatan global seperti Amerika Serikat, Rusia, dan negara-negara Eropa dalam upaya mereka untuk mempengaruhi dinamika kawasan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa konflik tersebut telah mengakibatkan transformasi signifikan dalam aliansi diplomatik, dengan beberapa negara Arab mulai menormalkan hubungan dengan Israel melalui Perjanjian Abraham, sementara yang lain tetap berpegang pada solidaritas palestina. Dampak geopolitik ini tercermin dalam pergeseran posisi diplomatik, kompetisi pengaruh regional, dan kompleksitas negosiasi perdamaian yang berkembang. Konflik Israel-Palestina tidak lagi sekadar persoalan bilateral, melainkan telah menjadi episentrum ketegangan internasional yang memengaruhi keseimbangan kekuatan, keamanan regional, dan arsitektur diplomatik Timur Tengah. Implikasinya meluas melampaui batas-batas geografis, membentuk ulang peta aliansi dan konflik di kawasan yang sangat strategis ini

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah membuka ruang baru dalam dinamika hubungan internasional, di mana keamanan siber menjadi tantangan kompleks yang membutuhkan pendekatan strategis diplomatik multidimensional. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi strategi diplomatik internasional dalam mengatasi ancaman keamanan siber yang semakin canggih dan sistematis. Melalui metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur dan analisis komparatif, kajian mendalam dilakukan terhadap berbagai mekanisme diplomasi siber yang telah diterapkan oleh negara-negara dan organisasi internasional. Fokus utama penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi pola-pola kerja sama internasional, kerangka hukum, serta mekanisme negosiasi yang efektif dalam menanggulangi kejahatan siber lintas batas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi diplomatik yang komprehensif mensyaratkan integrasi pendekatan multilateral, bilateral, dan multistakeholder. Dimensi kunci meliputi pembangunan norma-norma internasional, pertukaran intelijen keamanan siber, harmonisasi regulasi, serta pengembangan kapasitas bersama.Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa keberhasilan strategi diplomatik keamanan siber bergantung pada kemampuan aktor internasional untuk menciptakan kepercayaan, membangun komunikasi yang transparan, dan mengembangkan mekanisme resolusi konflik di ranah siber. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam memahami kompleksitas diplomasi keamanan siber serta menawarkan rekomendasi praktis bagi para pemangku kepentingan dalam menghadapi ancaman yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

Zakat is an obligation for Muslims which must be managed institutionally in accordance with Islamic law. The Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) has the task of assisting the collection, distribution and utilization of zakat and must have good governance and the ability to manage finances. This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of the principles of Good Corporate Governance. The object of research is the Amil Zakat Institute (LAZ) of the Dompet Ummat Foundation of West Kalimantan. The research method uses qualitative methods with interviews and documentation as data collection tools. The results of the study show that from the principles of Good Corporate Governance the Amil Zakat Institute (LAZ) Dompet Ummat Foundation, West Kalimantan, has implemented the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, fairness and independence well. However, it was still found that .LAZ Dompet Ummat Kalbar did not use the services of an audit committee to audit its financial statements, had not informed the public of financial reports via the web and had not separated the duties and functions of the treasurer from the finance department

Abstract

Developing speaking skills is the most important element for students in learning a language. However, students face various challenges in perfecting their speaking skills, especially lack of self-confidence. This study uses ex-post facto research with correlation methodology to determine the significant relationship between second semester students' self-confidence and speaking skills. The research sample was second semester Indonesian language and literature study program students selected using a cluster sampling approach plus a lottery system. Data were obtained using research instruments in the form of questionnaires and tests to measure speaking skills. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the data analysis showed that the correlation coefficient of 0.93 indicated that the data was more than 0.05 and had a very good correlation. In other words, the research findings indicate a significant relationship between second semester students' self-confidence and their speaking skills
