Abstract

Salah satu sumber dana pemerintah adalah penerimaan dari sektor pajak. Penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, pelayanan umum dan pembangunan nasional banyak didanai dari sektor pajak. Rendahnya tax ratio Indonesia dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, namun yang paling diduga berpengaruh adalah faktor kepatuhan wajib pajak (berhubungan dengan kesadaran membayar pajak). Faktor penting dalam melaksanakan sistem perpajakan baru (self assestment system) adalah kesadaran dan kepatuhan yang tinggi dari wajib pajak. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui sejauh mana para dosen dan tenaga pendidik di lingkungan kampus Politeknik eLBajo Commodus sebagai wajib pajak sudah melakukan kwajibannya. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh dosen dan tenaga pendidik Politeknik eLbajo Commodus, Labuan Bajo, kemudian Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan metode sampel jenuh, dikarenakan jumlah populasi tidak terlalu banyak, yaitu hanya 40 Orang. Variabel kesadaran wajib pajak dan pengetahuan perpajakan berpengaruh pada kepatuhan Dosen dan tenaga pendidik di lingkungan Politeknik eLBajo Commodus sebagi wajib pajak.

Abstract

Pengakuan terhadap penyelesaian sengketa adat seperti di Kecamatan Leihitu, diperlukan penelitian yang komprehensif mengenai validitas yuridis dari perspektif hukum progresif. Kajian ini harus mencakup aspek teoritis, konseptual, aplikatif, serta realitas empiris dan normatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk menganalisis penyelesaian sengketa adat di Negeri Raja-Raja, Kecamatan Leihitu, Kabupaten Maluku Tengah, dari perspektif hukum progresif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara . Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif analitis, yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan penerapan prinsip-prinsip hukum progresif dalam penyelesaian sengketa adat serta hubungan dan relevansinya dengan sistem hukum formal yang berlaku di Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penyelesaian perkara pidana dan perdata dilakukan melalui beberapa jalur, yaitu adat, kepolisian, dan pengadilan, dengan jalur adat yang lebih dominan. Proses penyelesaian sengketa adat mengutamakan musyawarah dan mediasi yang dipimpin oleh perangkat adat atau Raja. Meskipun prosedur penyelesaian di tingkat desa atau negeri tidak sepenuhnya sesuai dengan hukum nasional, hal ini selaras dengan nilai sosial dan budaya lokal yang mengutamakan keharmonisan masyarakat. Pendekatan ini mencerminkan penerapan hukum progresif yang mengutamakan kesejahteraan manusia dan menghargai keragaman budaya hukum di Indonesia.

Abstract

In the industrial world, employee safety and comfort are crucial aspects that cannot be ignored. One factor that significantly affects these aspects is adequate workplace lighting. This study aims to evaluate the impact of light intensity and eye complaint factors on worker safety and comfort and provide recommendations for companies with lighting that does not meet the standards of the Indonesian Minister of Health Regulation No.70 of 2016. The research method involves regression analysis and data collection through observation in the form of questionnaires and light measurement data, processed quantitatively, conducted at PT. X. Questionnaire results analyzed with linear regression testing indicate that light intensity in the shortening packaging and control rooms at PT. X negatively impacts employee safety and comfort, with a total effect of 80.8%. Based on direct measurements using a light intensity measurement tool (lux meter), the light intensity conditions in the shortening packaging and control rooms range from 103–267 lux. This intensity level does not meet the standard of 300 lux for production rooms, as stated in the Indonesian Minister of Health Regulation No.70 of 2016. Thus, the company needs to control light intensity to prevent accidents and discomfort among employees caused by inadequate lighting conditions

Abstract

Kecemasan sering terjadi pada pasien pre operasi karena kurangnya pengetahuan akan prosedur operasi, sehingga kebanyakan orang akan merasa khawatir akan keselamatan nyawanya. Kecemasan ini dapat diatasi salah satunya dengan menggunakan terapi non farmakologi, yaitu mengurangi ataupun menghilangkan rasa cemas dengan terapi distraksi dengan cara memberikan informasi melalui media yang dapat digunakan dalam pendidikan kesehatan salah satunya adalah dengan metode mendengarkan video. Edukasi melalui video merupakan salah satu metode edukasi yang paling efektif, karena dapat dilakukan kapan saja dan dimana saja dengan lebih mudah, menyenangkan dan memotivasi, menstimulasi serta memiliki dampak langsung yang positif terhadap pengetahuan dan ketrampilan seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian video informasi tentang prosedur pembiusan Anestesi Spinal terhadap penurunan kecemasan pasien pre operasi di RSI Purwokerto. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre eksperimental design dengan menggunakan design one group pre test and post test design dengan jumlah 82 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan signifikan antara tingkat kecemasan pasien sebelum dan sesudah diberikan video informasi tentang prosedur pembiusan Anestesi Spinal (p value = 0,000). Rata-rata tingkat kecemasan pasien sebelum diberikan informasi adalah 15,4 dan setelah diberikan informasi menurun menjadi 7,9. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian video informasi tentang prosedur pembiusan Anestesi Spinal efektif menurunkan kecemasan pasien pre operasi di RSI Purwokerto

Abstract

Many business actors do not yet have business permits, which has a big influence on the development of a business. and halal labeling can also greatly influence consumer buying interest, where the majority of consumers are Muslims who pay attention to the halalness of a product when they want to buy it. and nowadays it is very important to build a brand image well to get attention and validation from consumers.This research approach is descriptive quantitative, because this research is presented with numbers. In this descriptive quantitative research, intervention or treatment is carried out in research. Quantitative research includes descriptive research, which describes something with statistics or numbers and is analyzed to find answers to the formulation of a problem in research. This research is descriptive quantitative research with a survey approach. The sample used for the research sample was 80 people.Conclusion: Halal Labeling, and Brand Image together influence Consumer Purchase Intentions. To answer the fourth hypothesis, a simultaneous test was carried out (f test). Based on the test results, it shows that partially the halal labeling variables (X1), brand image (X2) have a significant effect on consumer buying interest, which means that if a shop's brand image is better, it will have a positive effect on consumer buying interest. This is supported by the results of the t test and f test. So it can be seen that the brand image and halal labeling variables have a positive effect on the dependent variable consumer buying interest (Y).

Abstract

This thesis discusses the influence of using Quiet Book media to improve student learning outcomes on learning the theme of Transportation Technology Development in grade III SD Negeri 104214 Kedai Durian Deli Tua. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Quiet Book learning media on learning the theme of Transportation Technology in grade III SD Negeri 104214 Kedai Durian Deli Tua. This type of research is Quasi Experiment Design. The subjects of this study were grade III students at SD Negeri 104214 Kedai Durian Deli Tua. This study used John Elliot's design, while data collection was carried out by observation, test and documentation techniques. The results of this study show that the use of Quiet Book media can improve student learning outcomes in the learning process. The improvement of student learning outcomes can be measured from the posttest results that have been done by students. The calculation results obtained by the posttest tcount = 4.35 and ttabel = 2.04, mean tcalculate > ttable which concludes that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected which is the influence of learning media using quiet books on student thematic learning outcomes. This the results of research at grade III SD Negeri 104214 Kedai Durian Deli Tua have been well achieved

Abstract

Fuel Oil purifier di kapal adalah salah satu permesinan bantu yang berpengaruh dalam membersihkan bahan bakar mesin diesel dari campuran kotoran cair maupun kotoran padat yang tercampur didalamnya. Tujuan penelitian karya ilmiah terapan ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja penyebab terjadinya overflow pada fuel oil purifier dan faktor-faktor penyebab main seal ring terjadi kerusakan. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dengan melakukan review dari berbagai komponen. Melakukan identifikasi mode kegagalan, penyebab kegagalan dan efek atau dampak yang ditimbulkan dari kegagalan tersebut. Sehingga nantinya digunakan sebagai input dalam lembar kerja Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) tentang overflow pada fuel oil purifier. Hasil penelitian penyebab terjadinya overflow diantaranya adalah kotornya bowl purifier, aus dan putusnya belt serta ketidaksesuaian gravity disc. Purifikasi fuel oil purifier yang tidak normal mengakibatkan overflow yaitu bahan bakar bersih tidak keluar dari pipa keluaran bahan bakar bersih. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah untyuk mencegah dan mengatasi masalah di atas diantaranya yaitu dengan melakukan pembersihan berkala pada bowl dari lumpur atau kerak yang menempel, penggantian belt purifier baru sesuai spesifikasi dan jam kerjanya, serta mengurangi kesalahan pemasangan gravity disc purifier.

Abstract

This study is a pre-experimental study that aims to determine whether the use of the Active Learning model in type of Role Reversal Question has an effect or not in improving the learning outcomes of students in IPAS of the 4th Grade at SD Negeri 141 Lilina Ajangale. The research design used is One-Group Pretest-Postest Design. The population in this study were all of the 4th Grade students at SD Negeri 141 Lilina Ajangale with a sample of 20 students selected based on the saturated sample technique. The data collection technique used was the test technique with a research instrument in the form of a test sheet. The data analysis used was descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of the descriptive statistical analysis, the average pretest was of 42.5 and the average posttest was of 78.5. The data obtained were then analyzed using the paired sample t-test with a significance level of 0.05. From the results of data analysis obtained tcount 20.429 > ttable 2, 093 then H0 is rejected H1 is accepted which means that there is a significant influence of the Active Learning model in type of Role Reversal Question to the the learning outcomes of 4th students at SD Negeri 141 Lilina Ajangale Bone Regency. Conclusion: the use of the Active Learning model type Role Reversal Question has a significant effect to improving the IPAS learning outcomes of the 4th Grade students at SD Negeri 141 Lilina Ajangale Bone Regency

Abstract

This study is a pre-experimental study that aims to determine whether the use of interactive Flipbook media has an effect or not in improving the IPAS learning outcomes of the 5th Grade at SDN 31 Panaikang. The population in this study were all thev 5th Grade students at SDN 31 Panaikang with a sample of 25 students selected using the saturated sampling techniques. The data collection technique used was a test technique with a research instrument in the form of a test sheet. The data analysis used was descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of the descriptive statistical analysis, the average pretest was of 50.96 and the average posttest was of 73.88. The data obtained were then analyzed using a paired sample t-test with a significance level of 0.05. From the results of the data analysis, tcount 12.8809> ttable 2.064, so H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, which means that there is a significant difference in the learning outcomes of the 5th Grade students at SDN 141 Lilina Ajangale, Bone Regency before and after the use of Interactive Flipbook media. Conclusion: The use of Interactive Flipbook Amedia has a significant effect on improving the IPAS learning outcomes of students of the 5th Grade at SD Negeri 141 Lilina Ajangale, Bone Regency

Abstract

Myogenic low back pain refers to discomfort arising from stress or strain on the back's muscles, tendons, and ligaments, typically resulting from excessive daily activities. This condition warrants attention due to its potential to cause issues such as lost work time and decreased productivity. Pupose: To determine the implementation of core stability exercise and flexibility training in cases of myogenic lbp pain. Methodes: Research with the Case Report method was conducted at Dr. Harjono Ponorogo Hospotal on a 32-year-old female patient who was diagnosed with myogenic LBP with complaints of low back pain and discomfort during activities. Patients are given an intervention with core stability and flexibility in the form of exercise therapy which is done 1 week 2 times. Result: The exercise therapy which was carried out 3 times resulted in a decrease in pain, an increase in muscle strength, an increase in runk LGS, and increase in functional activity. Conclusion: Physiotherapy intervention in cases myogenic LBP, as a whole the evaluation result found an increase
