Abstract

The aim of this research is to create a planning concept for the hamlet of Lonserang Barat Utara Langko Village, Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency as an educational tourism hamlet about nature and the production of ant sugar. The planning for the North West Longserang hamlet of course contains activities for collecting data and information about the potential and problems of the hamlet along with the thoughts of the community so that what is envisioned for the progress of the hamlet can be achieved so that it becomes an educational tourism hamlet. The method used is the PRA method with various analyzes in it, namely descriptive analysis in the form of SWOT analysis, situation analysis and participative analysis, while the analysis carried out is evaluation analysis in the form of root problem analysis, fishbone analysis, goal analysis, project alternative analysis with data collection carried out using interview methods, observation, photo mapping. Through this planning, it is hoped that changes will occur in the North West Longserang hamlet in the form of social, cultural, physical, economic and environmental changes, which in the end will lead to better changes, especially in efforts to improve the welfare of the North West Longserang community, which so far is still considered not yet prosperous and advanced. because their human resources are still low.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perlindungan hukum yang diberikan oleh Biro Perjalanan Umroh bagi jamaah umroh Hilal Al Khair Tour and Travel Sukoharjo berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2019 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Ibadah Haji Dan Umrah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris, yang berfokus pada perilaku (behavior) yang berkembang dalam masyarakat, atau bekerjanya hukum dalam masyarakat. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan undang-undang dan pendekatan konseptual. Data yang digunakan menggunakan data primer yang berupa wawancara dan data sekunder yang terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: perlindungan hukum yang diberikan oleh pihak Biro Perjalanan Umroh Hilal Al Khair Tour And Travel Sukoharjo dalam penyelenggaraan ibadah umroh sudah sesuai dengan Pasal 96 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2019 tentang Penyelenggaraan Ibadah Haji dan Umrah yaitu perlindungan hukum, keamanan, serta perlindungan dalam bentuk asuransi jiwa, kecelakaan serta kesehatan. Terkait dengan perlindungan hukum, pihak Biro Perjalanan Umroh Hilal Al Khair Tour And Travel Sukoharjo terkait dengan tidak berangkatnya jamaah umroh dan pembatalan yang dilakukan oleh Biro Perjalanan Umroh Hilal Al Khair Tour And Travel Sukoharjo, maka biaya atau paket yang sudah dibayarkan oleh jamaah akan dikembalikan secara penuh atau full. Hal tersebut terlihat ketika terjadi pembatalan pemberangkatan jamaah umroh pada saat pandemic Covid 19 pada beberapa tahun yang lalu.

Abstract

One of the occupational risks of fishermen is hypertension. Long working hours, heavy physical activity and irregular rest periods have the potential to cause hypertension in fishermen. The percentage of hypertension in fishermen in the East Muara Sabak Health Center working area is 58.7%. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the incidence of hypertension in fishermen workers in the East Muara Sabak Health Center working area. The research design used was cross sectional. The sample in the study were fishermen in the work area of the East Muara Sabak Health Center as many as 43 workers. The sampling technique was total sampling. This research was conducted from November to December 2021. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistical tests used were the chi square test. The results of the study were 28, 60.6% of respondents suffered from hypertension, the average working period of respondents was 12.568 years, 60.5% of respondents consumed coffee, 53.5% of respondents experienced severe category work stress and the average length of work of respondents was 5.86 hours / day. The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was an association between coffee consumption (p=0.041), work stress (p=0.000) with the incidence of hypertension. There is no relationship between smoking (p=0.176) and length of work (p=0.148) with the incidence of hypertension. Hypertension in fishermen in the Muara Sabak Timur Health Center working area is related to coffee consumption with work stress, so it is hoped that fishermen will carry out stress management such as implementing a healthy lifestyle such as doing sports (walking leisurely) by doing exercise, the muscles of the body will relax and improve mood. In addition, to reduce coffee consumption.

Abstract

Reproductive health problems at an advanced age in women appear when the fertile period ends (menopause). 2/3 of hypertension sufferers are women aged 45-70 years. Hypertension causes various symptoms related to menopause, including sleep disorders. Data from Puskesmas Martapura Timur in November 2018, Hypertension had an incidence of 143 cases including 102 cases (71.3%) experienced by 45-year-old women to the elderly. A total of 42 people (8.0%) hypertensive women were found in desa Tambak Anyar Ilir. The fact that the prevalence of elderly insomnia is found to be 54% for women and the between correlation the quality of sleep and blood pressure. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation of hypertension in menopause with the incidence of insomnia in desa Tambak Anyar Ilir, Banjar Regency in 2019. The design of this study is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study were all menopausal women in the Anyar Ilir Tambak village of 155 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The subjects in this study were menopausal women who were life in desa Tambak Anyar Ilir as many as 155 people. The research instrument used the Insomnia Scale Indexs (ISI) questionnaire. Data analysis used chi Square test. The results showed that of 155 respondents, 74 people (47.7%) had hypertension and 50 respondents (32.2%) had insomnia. Chi Square statistical test was obtained ρ value (0.023) <α (0.05) indicating that there was a significant correlation between hypertension in menopause with the incidence of insomnia and Odds Ratio = 2.24 and 95% Confidence Interval.

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang dipengaruhi oleh sistem informasi, evaluasi keamanan informasi di organisasi menjadi sangat penting untuk mengidentifikasi kerentanan, risiko potensial, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan, dan mendukung budaya kesadaran keamanan serta keselarasan dengan tujuan strategis organisasi. Indeks KAMI, mengacu pada standar ISO/IEC 27001:2013, terbukti sebagai alat evaluasi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keamanan informasi di berbagai organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus untuk mengevaluasi tingkat keamanan informasi di perguruan tinggi XYZ melalui berbagai kategori seperti Sistem Elektronik, Tata Kelola Keamanan Informasi, Pengelolaan Risiko, Kerangka Kerja Pengelolaan Keamanan Informasi, Pengelolaan Aset Informasi, Teknologi dan Keamanan Informasi, Pelindungan Data Pribadi (PDP), dan Suplemen. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa keamanan informasi di perguruan tinggi masih banyak berada dalam level Kondisi Awal atau Penerapan Kerangka Kerja Dasar. Upaya lanjutan perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan keamanan informasi sesuai standar, demi menjaga integritas, ketersediaan, dan kerahasiaan data sensitif di lingkungan perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Pariwisata adalah industri favorit yang cepat berkembang. Objek wisata air terjun menjadi salah satu sumber daya alam yang diminati oleh turis salah satunya Banyumala Waterfall yang terletak di Desa Wanagiri Kabupaten Buleleng Bali. Air terjun ini yang memiliki ketinggian 50 meter ini dikelilingi oleh pepohonan yang dapat menjadikan cuaca di daerah ini sejuk dan dingin. Sehingga alamnya yang asri dan panorama air terjun yang indah dapat menarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung. Objek wisata ini dikelola oleh badan usaha milik desa setempat. Tetapi terdapat kendala dalam memperkenalkan objek wisata ini ke lingkup yang lebih luas. Kurangnya informasi tentang operasional objek wisata seperti lokasi objek wisata, fasilitas yang ada, dan tiket masuk. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dibangun sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu pengelola dalam menyampaikan informasi objek wisata secara lengkap dan detail. Sistem informasi pengelolaan pada objek wisata Banyumala Waterfall ini memiliki fitur yaitu, penjualan tiket masuk, informasi lokasi, dan perkemahan beserta pendataan pengunjung yang akan digunakan dalam proses bisnis sehingga menghasilkan laporan penjualan setiap periodenya. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi pengelolaan di objek wisata Banyumala Waterfall.

Abstract

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) methods are an interesting topic in the field of communication and public speaking. One model that is often used is the Milton Model which was developed by Milton Erickson with a focus on language patterns to influence and guide a person's thinking (Campbell, 2015). This model helps speakers convey messages effectively, influence audiences, and achieve certain communicative goals. This research aims to analyze the use of the Milton Model in the speech of Anies Baswedan, Candidate for President of Indonesia 2024-2029, looking at the type of Milton Model pattern used and the purpose of its use. The research results show that Anies Baswedan uses the Milton Model to maintain the audience's focus, understand the election situation, and be aware of the actions that need to be taken, by using Presupposition (15%) which influences the audience's thinking so that the message conveyed is conveyed. easy to understand. This research proves that the Milton Model is effectively used in campaign speeches.

Abstract

This research aims to develop LKPD based on a contextual approach (CTL) that is suitable for use in the learning process in fourth grade elementary school. This research is development research (Research and Development) using the ADDIE development procedure which consists of 5 stages. However, in this study the ADDIE procedure was used only up to stage 3, namely the development stage. The instrument used to collect data was a validation questionnaire. The validation questionnaire was given to several expert validators, namely teaching material expert validators, material expert validators and learning expert validators. The total score obtained from the final validation of the LKPD expert was 84.4, from the material expert validation, namely 100 and from the learning expert it was 97.4. The average score from the experts' assessments is 93.93. From these scores it can be said that the CTL-based LKPD developed is "Very Appropriate" for use in the learning process in class III elementary school

Abstract

This research was motivated by the application of a humanistic-based Quantum learning model to improve the students' science learning outcomes in the 5th Grade at SD Inpres 12/79 Cellu 1 Bone Regency. The aim of this research is to find out whether the implementation of humanistic-based Quantum learning model can or can not improve the science learning outcomes of the 5th Grade students at SD Inpres 12/79 Cellu 1, East Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency. The subjects in this research were all of the fifth grade students at SD Inpres 12/79 Cellu 1, East Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency in totaling 15 students. The data collection technique used was the test technique. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative descriptive. Research results: the number of the students who completed cycle I was of 9 people (60%) and in cycle II was of 12 people (80). Conclusion: the application of a humanistic-based Quantum learning model can improve the science learning outcomes of the fifth grade students at SD Inpres 12/79 Cellu 1, East Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan implementasi Peraturan Daerah Nomor 12 Tahun 2016 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pengakuan dan Perlindungan Masyarakat Hukum Adat (Studi di Desa Binai Kecamatan Tanjung Palas Timur Kabupaten Bulungan) dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi dari peraturan daerah tersebut. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data-data di lapangan. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15 (lima belas) orang yang terdiri dari 2 (dua) orang Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bulungan, 2 (dua) orang Pemerintah Desa Binai, 1 (satu) orang Lembaga Adat Desa Binai, dan 10 (sepuluh) orang Masyarakat Hukum Adat Dayak Desa Binai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Peraturan Daerah Nomor 12 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Pengakuan dan Perlindungan Masyarakat Hukum Adat belum terimplementasikan dengan maksimal di Desa Binai Kecamatan Tanjung Palas Timur Kabupaten Bulungan. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya upaya penyebarluasan informasi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah. Adapun faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi tersebut, adalah 1) Faktor komunikasi belum terpenuhi karena belum dilakukannya penyebarluasan informasi, 2) Faktor sumber daya belum terpenuhi karena minimnya anggaran yang tersedia, 3) Faktor disposisi telah terpenuhi karena adanya dukungan dari masyarakat hukum adat itu sendiri, dan 4) Faktor struktur birokrasi telah terpenuhi karena lembaga adat telah menjalankan fungsinya dengan baik.
