Abstract

Problems in the production process at UD. Mantili Tile Sdh Pringsewu Districtcaused losses to the company and customers. From January to December 2023, theproduct defect rate reaches 13%, while the allowable production defect tolerancelimit is 7%. This high level of defects contributes to an increase in production costs.Therefore, this research is expected to reduce the level of production defects. Manyfactors cause defects, such as raw material quality, human error, and poorequipment condition, affecting productivity and product quality. By using theStatistical Process Control (SPC) method, it is expected to reduce the defect rate,identify the type of damage, and categorize the factors causing product defects. Dataprocessing using pareto charts shows that fracture defects are the most dominantwith a percentage of 53.1%, followed by crack defects at 46.9%. Analysis withfishbone diagrams reveals that the causative factors of disability consist of threemain elements: human, material, and method

Abstract

The influence of the cooperative learning model on understanding mathematics concepts of State Middle School students in Tarumajaya subdistrict. This type of research is quantitative research with the method used in this research is Quasi Experimental Treatment By Level, namely by providing different types of treatment to two student learning groups. There is a significant influence of the cooperative learning model on the understanding of mathematics concepts of State Middle School students in Tarumajaya Bekasi sub-district. This is proven by the Sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount = 22.306. Thus, there is a significant difference in the influence of the cooperative learning model on students' understanding of mathematical concepts. This is supported by the average score for understanding mathematical concepts using the jigsaw cooperative learning model of 80.83, which is higher than understanding mathematical concepts using the TPS cooperative learning model of 71.27.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is one way to win sustainable competitive advantage for companies that produce goods or services. So you need the right strategy in the marketing process, both directly and online, to get the right results. The results of this research to obtain the right marketing strategy are (1) Maintaining or improving company performance to attract customer trust by: maintaining social media integration to provide testimonials as recommendations for products or services provided by PT XYZ and developing new service features to provide money guarantees return. Providing convenience in exchanging vouchers by using smartphone technology to exchange vouchers without carrying printed voucher paper. (2) Maintaining or improving services to provide shopping enjoyment at PT XYZ Daily Deals such as maintaining customer service by providing training on performance and service and being selective in choosing merchants which has good quality offerings. What companies must prepare to be able to retain customers and retain traders is to focus more on marketing and increasing brand awareness. In addition, because technological innovation is developing very rapidly, companies must also look at threats and opportunities from the external environment that are tailored to consumer needs. So that consumers' desires and expectations can be well received.

Abstract

Background: Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke is a type of stroke that occurs due to blockage in the blood vessels of the brain, the blood supply to the brain is disrupted resulting in impaired mobility. Individuals with movement disorders need mobilization exercises in the form of passive Range of Motion (ROM) exercises which aim to increase or maintain muscle flexibility and strength. Objective: To apply Passive Range of Motion (ROM) to the problem of impaired physical mobility in Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke patients at the Gadjah Mada Stroke Center Nakula 4 UGM Academic Hospital. Method: In writing this case study, the author used a descriptive method, describing the nursing process approach which includes the assessment stages, formulation of diagnoses, nursing planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. Results: Assessment of Mrs. M and Mr. K shows that there is weakness in the right limb. Both patients showed the same nursing problem, namely impaired physical mobility. Nursing planning for physical mobility disorders by applying evidence based nursing practice passive Range of Motion (ROM) to increase muscle strength in patients. Nursing implementation is carried out by applying passive Range of Motion (ROM) to increase muscle strength which is carried out 2 times per day for approximately 15-20 minutes in 1 exercise. The nursing diagnosis evaluation obtained in both patients was the same, namely an increase in muscle strength. Conclusion: After the patient Mrs. M and Mr. K carried out passive Range of Motion (ROM) for the problem of impaired physical mobility in Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke patients at Gadjah Mada Stroke Center Nakula 4 UGM Academic Hospital can increase muscle strength in Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke patients.

Abstract

This research was conducted to test hypotheses through a study of Soto Kudus Kembang Joyo on Sabang Street to understand customer experience with dimensions of accessibility, competence, customer recognition, helpfulness, personalization, problem-solving, promise fulfillment, and value for money at Soto Kudus Kembang Joyo on Sabang Street, which is used to enhance consumer satisfaction by taking 100 samples. The data collection used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires to Soto Kudus Kembang Joyo consumers as primary data. The research results indicate that consumer satisfaction is satisfied with the services and products provided with an average Customer Satisfaction Index data that almost reaches 80%. The conclusion of this research is that the customer experience at Soto Kudus Kembang Joyo is considered satisfactory, and the owner is expected to pay attention to some weakening attributes and maintain quality.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam proses administrasi dan manajemen yang mendapat perhatian yang sangat luas oleh berbagai kalangan untuk dilakukan upaya peningkatan secara aktual melalui berbagai langkah atau upaya. Salah satu langkah strategis untuk peningkatan kinerja pegawai tersebut adalah tingkat kompetensi yang dimiliki para pegawai pada setiap organisasi tersebut melalui pelibatan para pegawai secara terencana dalam pendidikan dan pelatihan. Kompetensi merupakan suatu kemampuan seseorang untuk menghasilkan pada tingkat yang memuaskan ditempat kerja, juga kompetensi menjelaskan apa yang dilakukan oleh seseorang ditempat kerja pada berbagai tingkatan mengidentifikasi karakteristik masing-masing tingkatan, mengidentifikasi karakteristik pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap yang diperlukan oleh individual yang memungkinkan menjalankan tugas dan tanggungjawab secara efektif sehingga mencapai standar kualitas profesional dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif dengan sumber data adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah mendeskripsikan data penelitian sesuai variabel yang akan diteliti.

Abstract

A branding strategy is a plan designed to build and maintain a strong and positive brand image in the minds of consumers. Branding strategies are important because they are used by companies to ensure that their products or services are recognized, valued, and remembered by the target market. This research aims to analyze the branding public relations strategy at ADI TV company in the digital era. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The research subject is public relations. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The data validity used is source triangulation. Data analysis is done through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that there are strategies carried out by public relations in branding in the digital era. Attracting, encouraging, and influencing strategies are strategies carried out by public relations at ADI TV companies in branding. The three strategies show effective results in branding ADI TV in the digital era.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh letak biji pada buah dan posisi semai benih terhadap perkecambahan dan pertumbuhan bibit kakao serta interaksi kedua perlakuan. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di lahan percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Samudra Langsa. Waktu penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama tiga bulan, dari bulan juni 2022 sampai dengan September 2022. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor, yaitu Faktor I letak posisi pada buah (L) ada tiga taraf yaitu L1 = Letak biji pada pangkal buah, L2 = Letak biji pada bagian tengah buah, L3 = Letak biji pada ujung buah dan Faktor II posisi semai benih (P) ada tiga taraf: P1 = Posisi semai benih tegak, P2 = Posisi semai benih miring, P3 = Posisi semai benih rebah. Hasil penelitian terbaik pada Letak biji L2 (Letak biji pada bagian tengah). Posisi semai benih P1 (posisi semai tegak). Interaksi terbaik terdapat pada kombinasi perlakuan L1P1, L1P2, L2P1 serta L2P2.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of work-family conflict in single parent mothers both caused by divorce and death. The subjects in this study were three single parent mothers who work and have children aged 2-6 years. The discovery of subjects was carried out using the quota sampling method which is a non-probability sampling technique where participants are selected based on predetermined characteristics. The data analysis technique used is thematic data analysis which aims to identify patterns or find themes through the data that has been collected by researchers. In achieving valid results in this study, the researcher conducted a member check which aims to find out how far the data obtained with what is given by the data giver so that it will be more credible or trusted. In this study, researchers found that the three subjects had the same demands when becoming single parent mothers. Moreover, having children who are in pre-school age where this age is a very important age for child growth, but the three subjects try to meet the needs of their children in various ways. Each subject also experienced more than one type of conflict, namely subject J experienced time-based conflict and behavior-based conflict, subject T experienced time-based conflict and strain-based conflict, and subject U experienced strain-based conflict and behavior-based conflict.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze logotherapy as one of the intervention models in reducing the psychological burden experienced by students. Psychological burden on students can include academic stress, anxiety, depression, and other emotional issues that can hinder their development and well-being. The research method involves a literature review of relevant studies on the use of logotherapy in an educational context. The analyzed data include the effectiveness of logotherapy in reducing psychological burden, improving quality of life, attitude changes, and enhancing students' motivation to learn. The research also involves qualitative analysis of the experiences and perspectives of students who have undergone logotherapy interventions. The results of the analysis indicate that logotherapy can be an effective approach in reducing psychological burden in students. In an educational context, logotherapy helps students to find meaning and purpose in their lives, develop a sense of responsibility, and face challenges with a positive attitude. Logotherapy can also enhance life satisfaction, improve interpersonal relationships, and encourage higher levels of learning motivation. These findings have important implications in the field of education. By implementing logotherapy as a psychological intervention, educational institutions can help students overcome the psychological burdens they experience and improve their mental well-being
