This research attempts to analyze one of many kinds of literature work namely movie. The purpose of the analysis of this research is to know the intrinsic elements and the relation to one of the literary theories (feminism). There are so many great movies, but in this paper the writer focuses to analyze a movie entitle Anna Karenina. The writer analyzes in the point of view of feminism. The writer interested in feminism because the main characterization of this movie is a woman (Anna Karenina). Anna Karenina lives in Russian at that time. Then this movie tells the brief of Anna Karenina to get her love. The result of this research found that Feminism theory appears in Anna Karenina movie.

This research is a qualitative research which aims to describe the grammatical form of preposition in. This study uses Concordance to process Britain Awake's discourse in terms of Corpus Linguistics. This study shows that the preposition in can be in the form of simple prepositions and complex prepositions. These two forms of prepositions conform to the provisions put forward by experts, particularly the preposition formulas Preposition + Noun + Preposition. From the corpus data on oncordance, the simple prepositions is 73 (seventy three) and complex prepositions are 6 (six). The preposition in contains 13 (thirteen) of the 40 (forty) existing meanings.

The researchers assume that ability of writing should be developed in a good plan and through practices. The most important duty for his effort to minimize students’ difficult in writing. It was got indication that learning form was done still traditional. The using of learning strategy gives possibility to students’ to relate and apply their knowledge and skill that they got at the class with real life that are in their environment. Teacher’s duty is a facilitator that gives direction and graduate to the students’, so the English learning contextually can be applied correctly to become more effective. It is expected the implementation of this research is through contextual teaching and learning approach can increase students’ ability in writing descriptive.

This research focused on hamzah {أ} prefix and gemination {ــّــ} of fi’l tsulatsy mazid in Arabic: Case study from surah al baqarah. It was aimed to describe: (1)hamzah prefix and gemination of fi’l tsulatsy mazid’s distributions from surah al baqarah; (2) meaning from their distributions. The approach applied in this research is descriptivequalitative. Meanwhile, the method of collecting data is observation method with recording andtaking note technique.According to the number of data, there are five formulas found related to prefix hamzah {أ} and gemination {ــّــ}.In this case, hamzah {أ} prefixfrom surah al baqarahmight be distributeto verb, noun, adjective, andadverb. Then, gemination{ــّـ}might be distribute to verb, noun, and adjective. Furthermore, there was one similarity between them. Either hamzah prefix or gemination has benefactive meaning when it was distributed to verb, noun, and also adjective.

This research focuses on analyzing illocutionary acts in Finding Nemo film. This research uses speech acts theory of pragmatics approach to analyze the meaning of illocutionary acts uttered in the film. This research applies qualitative method. The functions of illocutionary act uttered by the characters in Finding Nemo are declarative, representative, expressive, directive, and commisive. The functions of illocutinary acts in the film are classified on theory of Yule, Word Orders and Performative Verbs as the indicator.

Everybody knows the dangers of the Corona Virus Disaster 2019 (Covid-19). The grip of Covid-19 in the world has frightened many people and has also led to many significant transitions, including in the education field. The existence of Covid-19 has caused the mode of learning to change. Therefore we need technology that can be used as a learning medium to achieve effective & efficient learning. In this research, researchers used E-Learning such as zoom, google class, WhatsApp, and telegram as transmitter tools in students' teaching process at SMK Integral Hidayatullah Berau. This research was a quantitative study, and the design was descriptive quantitative, the sample size was 31 students of the eleventh grade at SMK Integral Hidayatullah Berau. The research instrument was a test, and the statistical tools used to analyze the data were the mean, median, mode. Furthermore, the research results that focus on the implementation of E-Learning in teaching English were outstanding. In other words, the use of E-learning was beneficial to gain effectiveness and efficiency in teaching English.

This research is qualitative which aims to describe grammatical form of wish and hope, to classify elements of wish and hope sentences, and to analyse meaning of both words based on meaning tendency of grammatical form and elements. This research uses British National Corpus as data source, then the data are presented informally. This research shows that hope and wish have the same 5 grammatical forms, but hope and wish cannot be used interchangeable for having different tendency. Hope and wish can be synonymous conceptually, but characteristically they cannot be (real-unreal, and desired-wanted).

Speaking is the process of building and sharing meaning through the use of verbal and non-verbal symbols, in a variety of contexts. Low motivation in speaking will be formidable reality for the teacher. The students are often reluctant to speak because they are shy and are not predisposed to express themselves in front of other people, especially when they are being asked to give personal information or opinions. The type of this research is ethnography research (realist ethnography), but the research is not stop in Ethnography but it is followed with Research and Development (R&D). Both of them are included in Qualitative Research. Language teachers always develop speaking skills by using different techniques and strategies, the data indicated that the selected teachers were using the communicative approach, direct method, and audio-lingual method and others. The techniques mostly used were discussion, role play, oral report, questions and answers, conversation and debate. The way teachers assess students’ performance was effective.

The purpose of this study was to determine effective communication for distance learning. Which is viewed from the presence, response, understanding information from lecturers, and use of student communication applications in effective communication for distance lectures. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. Data were collected by administering a questionnaire accompanied by the reasons for choosing the answer chosen. The data in this study were analyzed descriptively which was presented in the form of a round diagram to describe effective communication for distance learning for students of the Islamic Education study program at the Tarbiyah Muhammadiyah University of Tanjung Redeb. The results showed that the attendance of students on a predetermined class schedule was 92%. Judging from the student response from the presence of lecturers by 100%. In terms of the student's ability to understand information from the lecturer, 55%. And in terms of online communication applications that are easier to use by students who are learning distance, WhatsApp is 62%. This shows that the message delivered by lecturers in distance learning can be accepted by all students. And the use of WhatsApp as a communication application that is most widely used by students has helped to realize effective communication for long-distance lectures.

This research is to analyze the relationships among transformational leadership and headmaster interpersonal communication with teachers work effectiviness. This research is conducted at public junior high schools (SMPN) in Tanjung Redeb Distric, Berau Regency. This research takes the samples randomly, 108 teachers of 147 population. This research result indicates that there are positive correlations between (I) headmaster leadership transformational (X1) with teachers work effectiviness (Y) with correlations coefficient r= ,722 at the level at significance (α= ,05); (2) headmaster interpersonal communication (X2) and teachers work effectiviness (Y) with correlations coefficient r= ,710 at the level at significance (α= ,05); (3) a positive correlation between headmaster leadership transformational (X1) and interpersonal communication (X2) with teachers work effectiviness (Y) with correlation coefficient r= ,766 at the significance level (α=,05).
