Abstract

General Background The rapid development of information technology has fundamentally transformed data management across modern organizations. Specific Background Within public accounting firms, preparing company records requires high precision, yet entities like Heliantono and Rekan Public Accounting Firm still rely on manual processing despite adopting specific applications. Knowledge Gap Lengthy manual transcriptions of bank records and single-entry recording systems cause severe operational inefficiencies, resource waste, and high vulnerability to human mistakes during reporting. Aims This study attempts to apply targeted technological tools to accelerate data processing and minimize recording mistakes. Results The implementation of optical character recognition through the Notebloc Scanner significantly accelerates the conversion of printed bank records into editable digital spreadsheets, minimizing human mistakes. Furthermore, transitioning from a single-entry to a dual-entry recording system provides detailed, consistent, and highly precise documentation. Novelty This application demonstrates the practical synergy of mobile scanning technology and dual-entry principles to resolve specific data bottlenecks within established software environments. Implications Integrating automated extraction with structured recording methods saves time, reduces operational costs, and ensures highly reliable reporting. Highlights: Optical character recognition technology accelerates information extraction from printed bank records. Transitioning from single recording methods ensures consistent and reliable transactional documentation. Automated conversion minimizes human mistakes and reduces operational resource waste. Abstract

General Background The agricultural industry increasingly relies on integrated technological systems to ensure operational speed and accurate product deliveries. Specific Background PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia utilizes Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing to manage real-time inventory, prioritize orders, and design delivery routes for livestock nourishment. Knowledge Gap Although integrated software consolidates business functions, the difficulties employees face when transitioning from manual methods to complex digital interfaces remain underexplored. Aims This study investigates the utilization of enterprise software by administrative staff to identify strategies for optimizing operational procedures and expedition handling. Results Qualitative analysis employing observation and a fishbone diagram reveals that software adoption reduces order completion time by fifteen percent and decreases data input mistakes by twenty percent. Conversely, employees experience difficulties adapting to unintuitive system interfaces, leading to human errors and workflow delays. Novelty This research maps specific socio-technical bottlenecks, categorizing human, method, material, and environmental challenges within agribusiness logistics software transitions. Implications Organizations must provide continuous technical training and simplify system navigation to secure employee adaptation, thereby maximizing logistics agility and customer satisfaction. Highlights:  Digital integration reduces order completion time and minimizes manual input mistakes. Unintuitive software interfaces trigger employee resistance during technological transitions. Continuous technical training secures operational agility and logistics accuracy. Keywords: Agribusiness Operations, Expedition Handling, Order Processing, Technology Adaptation, Logistics Management

Abstract

General Background The banking sector serves as a crucial pillar for national economic stability through targeted funding and lending operations. Specific Background Maintaining robust operational metrics is essential for state-owned institutions like PT Bank Tabungan Negara to sustain public trust and regulatory compliance. Knowledge Gap Despite the widespread application of corporate metrics, existing empirical literature presents contradictory findings regarding how liquidity and debt structures consistently forecast banking success. Aims This research analyzes the predictive role of profit margins, current assets, and debt structures on the corporate financial returns of PT Bank Tabungan Negara from 2021 to 2023. Results Quantitative descriptive analysis reveals that net profit margins progressively grew from 9.21% to 12.37%, demonstrating continuous efficiency. While current asset coverage fluctuated and indicated relatively low short-term fulfillment capacity, the debt-to-equity proportions remained stable. Ultimately, return on assets consistently climbed to 0.79%, confirming that these evaluated metrics significantly forecast institutional trajectories. Novelty This study provides a concentrated longitudinal evaluation of a specific state-owned entity, explicitly linking fluctuating short-term obligations with steady long-term debt and rising asset returns. Implications Institutional management can utilize these specific metric trends to evaluate capital structures, navigate economic challenges, and formulate strategic decisions for future commercial development. Highlights: Net profit margins and return on assets demonstrated continuous upward growth over three consecutive years. Short-term asset coverage experienced significant fluctuations indicating potential vulnerabilities in immediate obligation fulfillments. Debt structures maintained steady stability ensuring consistent long-term institutional funding.
