Abstract

Abstract This study aims to test empirically: 1) The role of IT 2) The effect of the accounting learning process 3) Institutional response to Covid-19 on Teaching Performance of Accounting lecturers with Transfer Knowledge as an Intervening Variable, which consists of three independent variables, namely the Role of IT (X1) , Accounting Learning Process (X2), Institutional Response to Covid-19 (X3) with the dependent variable Accounting Lecturer Teaching Performance (Y), and the intervening variable Transfer Knowledge (Z). The source of the data used in this study comes from the answers to the questionnaires distributed to the Accounting Lecturers in Indonesia. The questionnaire was distributed via the geogle link from, the respondents who filled in were 124 people. The analysis technique uses data that includes the outer model, inner model and path analysis with Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this study are that the accounting learning process and institutional responses to Covid-19 have a positive and significant effect on the teaching performance of accounting lecturers and are mediated by transfer knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether significant incentives, leadership, and organizational culture to employee morale. And to know whether the inter-variable incentives, leadership, and organizational culture that has the most significant effect on employee morale. This research method is quantitative method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 16 for windows. The results obtained based on the validity test show all existing questions are valid. To test the reliability of all variables. Partial research results show the role, spirit and spirit of the organization. The simultaneous test results show that the spirit, leadership and organizational culture have a simultaneous influence on employee morale, and leadership variables have the most significant effect on employee morale because of the greatest .and least significance compared to other independent variables. Variable incentives, leadership and organizational culture have strong relationships and have an effect on employee morale.

Abstract

Desain kemasan berlaku untuk, melindungi, mengirim, mengeluarkan, menyimpan, mengidentifikasi, dan membedakan sebuah produk dipasar. Pada akhirnya desain kemasan berlaku sebagai kemasan sebagai pemasaran produk dengan mengkomunikasikan kepribadiaan atau fungsi produk konsumsi secara unik. Packaging adalah pembungkus yang digunakan untuk melindungi barang dagangan, hasil produksi, dan sebagainya. Namun, kini maknanya lebih luas lagi, karena packaging tidak hanya untuk melindungi barang/isinya, melainkan juga untuk menyampaikan kepada konsumen alasan yang paling menarik dan tak terbantahkan agar membeli sebuah produk. Sadar Popok Merupakan sebuah program yang di bangun oleh Universitas muhammdiyah Sidoarjo dari Prodi Ilmu Komunikasi dan juga Management. Untuk mengembangkan Sadar Sampah popok sekali Pakai (POSPAK) melalui analisis perilaku dan Strategi Intregrated Marketing Communication. Bukan hanya itu Sadar Popok juga merupakan target untuk Masyarakat agar mengurangi Limbah Popok Sekali Pakai. POCA adalah sebuah singkatan dari POPOK CUCI PAKAI merupakan sebuah Merk/ Brand dipergunakan untuk mengenal Standarisasi identitas Visual Yang dimiliki POCA

Abstract

Mitra is one of the sharia microfinance institutions in Sidoarjo, Koperasi As Sakinah only for a few years established itself as a sharia cooperative. Where the partners still need to continue to improve their abilities in Islamic financial management. This is intended, so that administrators and managers can manage finances in their institutions in accordance with sharia contracts. In addition, it can continue to innovate product development according to the needs of customers or members. Therefore, to improve the management skills of Islamic finance, for the management and manager of the cooperative, it is necessary to carry out training in Islamic financial recording. In carrying out this training activity, following several stages, namely the needs analysis, the training design stage, the implementation stage, the testing phase, the assistance and maintenance stage. In this activity, more than 50% of the insights and skills of Islamic financial management have been achieved in the management and management of cooperatives. This shows that there has been a significant increase in the ability of cooperative administrators and managers, in managing Islamic finance in their institutions, after participating in and implementing training materials.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic requires the government to issue various strategic policies that impact all sectors, especially the education sector. This research attempts to determine the strategy of private schools in Indonesia, especially in school sustainability during the COVID-19 pandemic. The interpretive paradigm with a descriptive qualitative approach was used as a study method. The location of this research was Muhammadiyah schools in Sidoarjo Regency at the junior high school level, as many as 10 schools. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, presentation, and conclusion-drawing procedures. The results of this study indicate that Muhammadiyah junior high schools in Sidoarjo Regency use online learning as a survival strategy by utilizing the various facilities they have. In addition, several creative and innovative new programs are implemented comprehensively to support the financial limitations of schools and students. Other results also show that each location's Muhammadiyah Branch Leaders (PCM) actively support all school needs from resources, finances, and health facilities. Abstract

This research aims to determine the model of university-based waqaf management in East Java. Higher Education as a booster for civilization change, can be used as a place to manage waqaf. Therefore, waqaf can be used as a means of improvement and enhancement of the quality of education, in order to create a more advanced civilization. This, can be used as an instrument in boosting community productivity. One of the tertiary institutions in Indonesia, which has implemented waqaf management in supporting all educational activities on campus as well as helping the surrounding community is Airlangga University. The research method used is qualitative, with a grounded research approach. The location of the research is Airlangga University, which is the only university in East Java that has officially become nadzir waqaf. In managing this waqaf, Airlangga Univeristy has appointed its work unit, namely the Social Fund Management Center (PUSPAS). Thus, PUSPAS carries out its duties to manage waqaf professionally. PUSPAS Programs focussed on several activities like Waqaf Rumah Amerta and Waqaf 1000 Movement (GEBU). These programs aims to produce productivity for all students, educators, and the community around Airlangga University in particular. In addition, all PUSPAS waqaf management activities can also have an impact on increasing the productivity of mustahik in East Java, in general

Abstract

This quantitative study aims to analyze the influence of Cost Leadership Strategy and government-led innovations on business performance through SME partnerships in the Food and Beverage sector. Conducted in the Sidoarjo district of Indonesia, with a population of 49 SME groups, the research utilized a saturated sampling technique and employed a structured questionnaire to gather data. Using SEM PLS analysis, the results indicate that the Cost Leadership Strategy accounts for 44% of the business performance variance, while innovation through partnerships drives an impressive 86% impact on business performance. The findings underscore the significance of strategically fostering sustainable business performance, highlighting the role of the government in supporting SME partnerships to achieve growth and efficiency in the global marketplace. Abstract

This research delves into the pivotal process of student decision-making within higher learning institutions, focusing on the dynamic interplay of marketing mix services encompassing product, price, promotion, and place. Through an analysis of alumni and current student cohorts at a prominent university, this study empirically demonstrates the profound influence exerted by product quality, strategic promotion, and favorable institutional positioning on students' selection choices. Notably, while price emerges as a comparatively weaker determinant, the collective impact of product, place, and promotion proves instrumental in shaping prospective students' decisions. These findings illuminate the complex landscape of student preferences, offering valuable insights for crafting targeted marketing strategies that effectively guide students' educational trajectories. Highlight: Influence of Marketing Mix Dynamics: This study examines the interaction of product, price, promotion, and place in shaping student decisions within higher learning institutions, revealing their collective impact on choice.
