Abstract

Abstract This study aims to test empirically: 1) The role of IT 2) The effect of the accounting learning process 3) Institutional response to Covid-19 on Teaching Performance of Accounting lecturers with Transfer Knowledge as an Intervening Variable, which consists of three independent variables, namely the Role of IT (X1) , Accounting Learning Process (X2), Institutional Response to Covid-19 (X3) with the dependent variable Accounting Lecturer Teaching Performance (Y), and the intervening variable Transfer Knowledge (Z). The source of the data used in this study comes from the answers to the questionnaires distributed to the Accounting Lecturers in Indonesia. The questionnaire was distributed via the geogle link from, the respondents who filled in were 124 people. The analysis technique uses data that includes the outer model, inner model and path analysis with Smart PLS 3.0. The results of this study are that the accounting learning process and institutional responses to Covid-19 have a positive and significant effect on the teaching performance of accounting lecturers and are mediated by transfer knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether significant incentives, leadership, and organizational culture to employee morale. And to know whether the inter-variable incentives, leadership, and organizational culture that has the most significant effect on employee morale. This research method is quantitative method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 16 for windows. The results obtained based on the validity test show all existing questions are valid. To test the reliability of all variables. Partial research results show the role, spirit and spirit of the organization. The simultaneous test results show that the spirit, leadership and organizational culture have a simultaneous influence on employee morale, and leadership variables have the most significant effect on employee morale because of the greatest .and least significance compared to other independent variables. Variable incentives, leadership and organizational culture have strong relationships and have an effect on employee morale.

Abstract

Mitra is one of the sharia microfinance institutions in Sidoarjo, Koperasi As Sakinah only for a few years established itself as a sharia cooperative. Where the partners still need to continue to improve their abilities in Islamic financial management. This is intended, so that administrators and managers can manage finances in their institutions in accordance with sharia contracts. In addition, it can continue to innovate product development according to the needs of customers or members. Therefore, to improve the management skills of Islamic finance, for the management and manager of the cooperative, it is necessary to carry out training in Islamic financial recording. In carrying out this training activity, following several stages, namely the needs analysis, the training design stage, the implementation stage, the testing phase, the assistance and maintenance stage. In this activity, more than 50% of the insights and skills of Islamic financial management have been achieved in the management and management of cooperatives. This shows that there has been a significant increase in the ability of cooperative administrators and managers, in managing Islamic finance in their institutions, after participating in and implementing training materials.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the model of university-based waqaf management in East Java. Higher Education as a booster for civilization change, can be used as a place to manage waqaf. Therefore, waqaf can be used as a means of improvement and enhancement of the quality of education, in order to create a more advanced civilization. This, can be used as an instrument in boosting community productivity. One of the tertiary institutions in Indonesia, which has implemented waqaf management in supporting all educational activities on campus as well as helping the surrounding community is Airlangga University. The research method used is qualitative, with a grounded research approach. The location of the research is Airlangga University, which is the only university in East Java that has officially become nadzir waqaf. In managing this waqaf, Airlangga Univeristy has appointed its work unit, namely the Social Fund Management Center (PUSPAS). Thus, PUSPAS carries out its duties to manage waqaf professionally. PUSPAS Programs focussed on several activities like Waqaf Rumah Amerta and Waqaf 1000 Movement (GEBU). These programs aims to produce productivity for all students, educators, and the community around Airlangga University in particular. In addition, all PUSPAS waqaf management activities can also have an impact on increasing the productivity of mustahik in East Java, in general

Abstract

Business competition in the current era is increasingly fierce, especially in the food business sector, companies are continually required to survive and continue to excel in the competition. Repurchase interest is one of the factors that influences a company to gain profits and survive. The object of this research is Mie Gacoan Krian Sidoarjo. Mie Gacoan is a spicy noodle restaurant that is popular and widely known among the public today, especially among young people. This research aims to analyze product quality, product variety and shop atmosphere on repurchase interest among Mie Gacoan consumers. This research method uses quantitative methods with primary data types. The respondents in this research were consumers of Mie Gacoan Krian Sidoarjo. This research was determined using the formula from Lemeshow, namely 96 people were obtained. The technique for taking data analysis uses multiple linear analysis methods and then processed using the SPSS application program. The results of this research show that; Product Quality has a significant positive effect on Repurchase Intention; Product Variation has a significant positive effect on Repurchase Intention; Store atmosphere has a significant positive effect on repurchase interest. Abstract

This research purpose to determine the influence of Search Engine Optimization, Online Advertising and Time Pressure on Purchase Intentiom at the Uniqlo Flash Sale. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 96 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) using the Smart-PLS Version 3.0 program. The results of this research show that there is an effect of Search Engine Optimization on Purchase Intention. Online Advertising also has an effect Purchase Intention. Meanwhile, Time Pressure has no effect on Purchase Intention.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the online marketplace has created competition between marketplaces in Indonesia. The emergence of various new marketplaces that are growing now allows consumers to move from one platform to another. This challenge must be faced by marketplaces in maintaining consumer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of e-service quality, e-trust and e-WOM on Lazada e-customer loyalty. This research is a descriptive research using quantitative methods. The population of this study is users of the Lazada marketplace in Sidoarjo. Sampling using non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling techniques with a total sample of 96 people. Data analysis technique using Partial Least Square using Smart-PLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that e-service quality, e-trust and e-wom partially affect e- loyalty.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of the Technology Acceptance Model, Personal Innovation, and Behavioral Control on Shopee Online Buying Interest. Using a quantitative study approach and SmartPLS software, data was obtained from 96 Shopee platform users through a questionnaire. This data shows that each component of the Technology Acceptance Model, namely Personal Innovation and Behavioral Control, has a positive relationship with Online Buying Interest. The findings of this research emphasize the relevance of the technology acceptance model on the Shopee platform, consumer personal innovation, and the implementation of effective behavioral control to increase consumer buying interest on the Shopee site. The findings of this study help researchers develop techniques to increase client engagement and satisfaction when shopping for products or services online. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu pengaruh bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari Harga (X1), Produk (X2), Promosi (X3) dan Lokasi (X4) dalam meningkatkan penjualan (Y) produk pada CV Mulya Jaya Sidoarjo. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data sekunder dan primer. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen dari CV Mulya Jaya. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan melalui kuisioner dengan 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan SEM-PLS sebagai metode analisis data dengan program Smart-PLS 3.0 Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Harga ( X1 ) tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penjualan, pada variabel Produk (X2) dan Promosi (X3) menghasilkan tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan. Sebaliknya pada variabel Lokasi (X4) menunjukan bahwa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan ini menunujukan bahwa Lokasi yang strategis dan mudah dijangkau dapat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan penjualan. Maka perusahaan harus menerapkan strategi pemasaran dari penetapan harga, kualitas produk dan promosi penjualan agar berpengaruh positif terhadap penjualan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan pada perusahaan
