Abstract

One important innovation that has emerged is the use of Electronic Medical Records (RME), which serves to record, store, and manage patient medical data digitally, replacing the conventional paper-based medical record system. The utilization of RME provides many advantages, such as efficiency, data accuracy, and faster access to medical information. In addition to improving the quality of health services, RME also has the potential to become valid evidence in legal procedures, especially in disputes related to medical malpractice. However, the use of RME as evidence in a legal context poses various challenges, especially regarding the validity and authenticity of the data. Therefore, a juridical study on the application of RME in medical practice is needed in order to meet applicable legal standards, provide protection for patients' rights, and ensure that this technology is used legally in legal proceedings.

Abstract

Visum and repertum are two very important documents in the legal process, especially in cases of maltreatment. The medical data contained in these documents can be used as evidence that cannot be doubted in court. In addition, the visum and repertum can also assist the authorities in determining the next steps in handling the case. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the visum and repertum have a very important role in the investigation and law enforcement process. This document can be key in prosecuting perpetrators of abuse and providing justice for victims. Therefore, it is very important for the authorities to always examine the information contained in the visum and repertum carefully and thoroughly so that the legal decisions taken can be more fair and in favor of the victims of persecution.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of legal protection for patients in the processing of drugs based on doctor's prescriptions by pharmacies, focusing on the case study of Decision Number 2258/PID.SUS/2020/PN MDN. Greater efforts are needed to improve supervision of the drug processing process, including through regular inspections and training related to health law. This research shows that legal protection for patients in the context of drug processing by pharmacies is still a complex issue that requires greater attention from various relevant parties.

Abstract

This research examines public relations management theory through a philosophical perspective with a focus on the integration of ethical values, epistemology and ontology. This approach aims to enrich the understanding of the importance of sustainability, justice, and authentic relationships in strategic communication between organizations and the public. The two-way symmetrical model, Foucault's epistemology of power, and Martin Buber's concept of relations are the theoretical foundations explored in this analysis. The study utilizes a literature review method with a hermeneutic approach to identify the relevance of the philosophical values to modern PR practice. Results show that the incorporation of these values can improve communication effectiveness, create sustainable relationships, and promote inclusiveness and social responsibility.
