Abstract

ABSTRACT Reading is one of many ways to acquire information, where people can find it from television and internet. As reading dominates all activities in the English subject, the language. The research method used in this research is qualitative research. In qualitative research there are various kinds of research, and this research is included in case study research, namely making detailed observations of the objects that have been raised in the formulation of the problem and are expected to solve the problems that occur.The results of the study show that 1) the application of the hamlet budget management policy in Batudaa sub-district has been running well. With the hamlet budget implemented by Batudaa Sub-district, it has been implemented well by the Regency Authority, inspectorate, sub-district, Head of PMD, as well as residents including evaluating the results of the application of the sports profession, assessing the deed of responsibility for air, assessing the implementation of community empowerment activities; 2) The encouragement aspect in the hamlet budget management policy in Batudaa District, Gorontalo Regency, as follows: communication, human resources, in the hamlet budget management policy has been implemented well. communication is carried out starting from the hamlet regime level, sub-district level to district level. The communication is carried out in the form of coordination meetings and assessment meetings. Executive records or actions, the bureaucracy has been carried out well.

Abstract

This study aims 1) To determine the effectiveness of PBB collection management in Saritani Village and 2) To determine the determinants of the effectiveness of PBB collection management in Saritani Village. This research will be conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. There were 2 people who became research informants. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that (1) The effectiveness of land and building tax collection in Saritani Village is not maximized because the implementation of collection is still not optimal because tax officials are considered not able to maximize both from the planning, driving, organizing and monitoring aspects which have not been effective. (2) The determining factor in collecting Land and Building Tax in Saritani Village is because there is still a lack of support for facilities that support the implementation of Tax collection in Saritani Village because Saritani Village is very wide. Even the very manual land and building tax collection system makes collection effectiveness not work well. Then due to the lack of awareness of taxpayers in paying land and building taxes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the income of MSMEs in Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency. T he method in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in this study uses interactive analysis. The results of the study show the following: (1) Capital is a very supportive factor in increasing MSME income, although not all MSMEs in the sub-district have sufficient capital to increase income. (2) The length of business is a support in increasing income because a long-running business is very helpful in increasing income. (3) The number of workers has not been supported in increasing income in MSMEs in Paguyaman District this is because there are still many MSMEs that are classified as small. (4) Business location has not become a supporting factor in increasing income because there are still many MSMEs that do not yet have a strategic location. (5) Operational hours are not a supporting factor in increasing income, considering that MSMEs in Paguyaman District have different Operating Hours. (6) The achievement of the target is one of the supporters in increasing the income of MSMEs in the Paguyaman sub-district. (7) Work experience has not fully supported the income because MSMEs in Paguyaman District do not need experienced employees.

Abstract

The objectives study of this research are to find out the management evaluations of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) at SMP Negeri 2 Tilamuta, Boalemo regency. This is a descriptive research by using quantitative approach by determining the school headmaster of SMP Negeri 2 Tilamuta, and students’ parents as the primary data sources, whereas descriptive data support as the secondary data sources. In the other hand, this research uses observation, interviews, and document studies as the data collection methods. The obtained data were the processed and analyzed by using data data anaylis, namely (1). Data reduction (2). Presentation of data (3). Conclusion. Therefore, the results of the study concluded that the evaluation of School Operational Assistance Funds’ management at SMP Negeri 2 Tilamuta is well implemented by involving all the relevant parties, such as the school chairman, BOS treasurer, teacher council staff, students’ parents, and school committees. Furthermore, the stages in the organization, implementation, and accountability reports have been carried out maximally, although there were some factors that became obstacles in the evaluation process of the use of BOS, but the school still overcome it.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the form of an effective stunting management program strategy in Bualo Village. This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, in-depth interviews (indept interviews) and documentation. The data analysis technique used in qualitative research is carried out before entering the field, during the field and after completing the field. The results showed that the organizational strategy in stunting handling was considered to be very supportive of stunting handling and was considered to have supported effective stunting management. Program strategies in handling stunting were less capable in handling stunting in reducing stunting rates in Bualo Village. and reducing the stunting rate in Bualo Village. The institutional strategy in handling stunting is maximized because it is still improving the handling of stunting in Bualo Village.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the system for setting retribution rates at the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Boalemo Regency. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. The data used in the form of targets and realizations obtained by the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of Boalemo Regency for the 2017-2020 period with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the levy tariff determination at the Marine and Fisheries Service of Boalemo Regency showed that the levy rate on fish auctions charged to traders was 2.5% in accordance with regional regulations. Then the levy will be managed by the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries and then deposited into the regional treasury. And there are still obstacles in implementing the levy setting system for the Boalemo Regency Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service, where the system for applying the levy tariff is sometimes not in accordance with the regulations that have been made, with fish imports from auction fishermen being less than optimal due to weather factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence organizational commitment at the Sulawesi I Housing Provision Agency. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data with data sourced from observations, questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study amounted to 26 people who are substantive employees totaling 17 people and civil servants 9 people. The results of this test are hypothesized to be able to test the factors that influence organizational commitment at the Sulawesi I Housing Implementation Center. It has been tested that the level of organizational commitment can be influenced by personal factors. The influence of personal factors is 93.85%. The results of this study indicate that in general it confirms the hypothesis that has been stated previously that the existence of personal factors affects organizational commitment.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Susanty Rusdin Lasena. The Influence of The Employees’ Competence and Work Discipline on Public Services at the Dungaliyo Sub-District Office, Gorontalo Regency (Advisory Commission by Dr. Hj. Ellys Rachman, S.Sos, M.Si and Dr. H Zuchri Abdussamad, S.I.K, M.Si). This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of The Employees’ Competence and Work Discipline on Public Services at the Dungaliyo Sub-District Office, Gorontalo Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative data analysis by using multiple linear regression analysis model and primary data sources. The population in this study were all employees at the Dungaliyo Sub-District Office, Gorontalo Regency, consist of 24 employees. By using a total sampling, 24 respondents were obtained and the community was directly represented by 20 people. Overall population or research respondents are 44 people. The results of the study indicate that competence and work discipline can improve public services. The better the competence and work disciplinewill affect the public services. Based on the analysis results show that the variables of competence and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on public services. The variable that has the dominant influence on public services is work discipline. This shows that the higher of the motivation carried out by employees, the higher of the performance showed by them.

Abstract

The research objectives are: (1) Knowing and analyzing the management of BMD in increasing PAD. (2) Knowing and analyzing the factors that determine the management of BMD in increasing PAD. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which is to examine, analyze and describe the data. The number of informants in this study was 9 people. Research Results: Management of BMD: (a) Planning; The regional government RKBMD is determined by the Property Manager (b) Utilization; utilization cooperation has not been carried out; (c) Administration; in general it has been done but there are still unclear origins of BMD goods (d) Control; it has been done but there are still findings from the BPK regarding some missing items. Conclusion: (1) The regional government has carried out BMD management, although there are still shortcomings, this can be seen in the BPK recommendations. (2) The most prominent determining factors in the management of BMD are, government policies, human resources, and the budget will be overcome if the policies that regulate it are strong and can be implemented. Suggestions: (1) In order to optimize PAD revenue, it is recommended to use BMD through rental and KSO, daily or hourly rental, and KSO with BUMdes for the management of tourist attractions; (2) It is deemed necessary to conduct an inventory of BMD every year, to find out the existence of the BMD.

Abstract

Poverty in some developing countries is still a problem that is so complex and multidimensional, and highly impact on the quality of human life, especially in Indonesia are still many people living under the poverty line, thus demanding the central government and local governments to continue to coordinate and make langah-step accelerate growth in strategic development towards self-reliance, so that each region can prepare all the potential, capabilities and infrastructure areas to achieve the success of regional autonomy with the local government system based on good governance. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the role of Financial Institutions Banks and Non-Bank In Effort Populist Economic Empowerment and Development of Regional Autonomy Based On Good Governnance. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach. The collecting data is to use the method of theoretical research Library research is sourced from literature and books related to the research. Furthermore, the method used field research that is interalia, by direct observation to the object of research and conduct interviews. Based on the results of the study indicate that there is still a lot of business people who have difficulties in obtaining venture capital even to survive in this era of business competition. Most of these micro businesses rely more on the strength of their own capital and the capital of the other party who is not a bank or non-bank institutions.
