Abstract

Masalah didalam dunia medis atau kedokteran tak terkecuali di UPTD Puskesmas DPT Selajambe adalah adanya ketidakseimbangan antara pasien dan dokter. Selain itu, sebagian besar dari masyarakat tidak terlatih secara medis sehingga apabila mengalami gejala penyakit yang diderita belum tentu dapat memahami cara-cara penanggulangannya. Sehingga sangat disayangkan apabila gejala-gejala yang sebenarnya dapat ditangani lebih awal menjadi penyakit yang lebih serius akibat kurangnya pengetahuan. Sistem pakar diagnosa Covid-19, dibuat agar orang awam mampu mendeteksi adanya penyakit aplikasi seperti halnya konsultasi ke dokter. Dengan demikian, orang awam dapat mendeteksi penyakit beserta solusi pengobatannya sejak dini sehingga bisa dilakukan penanganan segera, bahkan dapat dilakukan upaya pencegahan terhadap penyakit tertentu Faktor kepastian (certainty factor) diperkenalkan untuk mengakomadasi ketidakpastian pemikiran (inexact reasoning) seorang pakar. Teori ini berkembang bersamaan dengan pembuatan sistem pakar MYCIN. Team pengembang MYCIN mencatat bahwa dokter sering kali menganalisa informasi yang ada dengan ungkapan seperti misalnya: mungkin, kemungkinan besar, hampir pasti. Untuk mengakomodasi hal ini tim MYCIN menggunakan certainty factor (CF) guna menggambarkan tingkat keyakinan pakar terhadap permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi. Pengujian sistem diagnose penyakit Covid-19 menggunakan metode certainty factor dibandingkan dengan data yang diperoleh dari pakar menunjukkan bagwa sistem memiliki unjuk kerja mencapai 95% dari 40 data peeriksaan (38 data sesuai dan 2 data tidak sesuai).

Abstract

There are several agricultural areas in Denanyar Village, Jombang District. large distribution of refugia The purpose of this research is to explain the types of plants. wild, which has the potential to be a refugia in the rice farming area of Jombang District, explain relative density (KR), relative frequency (FR), relative dominance (DR), and important value index (INP) of refugia in the rice farming area of Jombang District and find out the results of the preparation of the e-catalog from the results of the analysis of plant vegetation. wild, which has the potential to be a refugia in the rice farming area of Jombang District. This study uses a quadratic sampling method with a plot size of 10 m x 10 m, which totals 10 plots. Results of research on plant vegetation analysis wild, which has the potential to be a refugia in the rice farming area of Jombang District. For the development of e-catalog teaching materials, 338 individuals, consisting of 11 plants, including: Mimosa pudica (Embarrassed Daughter), Eleusine indica (Grass reeds), Ricardia scarbra (coarse clover), Digitaria ciliaris (kebo grass), Ipomoea quamiochit (Earth detail), Amaranthus (Spinach thorn), Euphorbia hirta L. (Patikan seeds), green poinsettia (Green Kastuba), Bidens pilosa (Ajeran), and Ipomoea obscura (star white kale), and Ipomoea aquatica (Kangkung). The refugia Dominating the rice farming area is Eleusine indica (Grass Lulangan). Because in each plot there are these plants, so the relative density 100%, and the highest important value index (INP) at the weed level is 132.366%, while the level of shrubs is 88.145%. Research results later developed into an e-catalog that explains the types of wild plants that are potential as a refugia consisting of 11 plants consisting of Mimosa pudica (Embarrassed Daughter), Eleusine indica (Palm Grass), Ricardia scarbra (coarse clover), Digitaria ciliaris (kebo grass), and Ipomoea quamiochit (detailed earth), Amaranthus (spinach spines), Euphorbia hirta L. (patikan seeds), Green poinsettia (green Kastuba), Bidens pilosa (Ajeran), and Ipomoea obscura (Kale) white star), Ipomoea aquatica (Kangkung), along with its classification and description Morphologically, the e-catalog was developed with Wordpress.

Abstract

The focus of this research is on usageReclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) as a road pavement additiveAsphalt Concrete Wearing Course (AC-WC). In this research, a case study was conducted at Jalan Totok Kerot, Temenggungan, Bakung Temenggung, Balongbendo District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research was conducted by analyzing the RAP which will be substituted with additional aggregate materials needed in accordance with the provisions of the 2010 Ministry of Public Works (Revision 3). In this study, aggregate testing (coarse, fine,filler) as well as testing of the mixture using the Marshall test. This study aims to determine the asphalt content and the type of aggregate contained in the RAP obtained from Jalan Totok Kerot Temenggungan, Bakung Temenggung, Balongbendo District, Sidoarjo Regency. In addition, this study also aims to obtain the optimum composition of the mixture of RAP materials and new materials according to the combined aggregate gradation in the 2010 General Highways Specifications (Revision 3).

Abstract

Pada zaman globalisasi segala sesuatu dituntut bergerak lebih cepat, salah satunya adalah bidang transportasi. Perusahaan Kereta Api Indonesia (PT KAI) merupakan perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang menyelenggarakan jasa angkutan kereta api. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan pengguna terhadap aplikasi pemesanan tiket kereta api yang akan menjadi rekomendasi bagi pihak KAI untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan layanan pada KAI access. Metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner dengan total responden sebanyak 100 responden. Peneliti melakukan uji hipotesis dengan 5 faktor yang dimiliki oleh EUCS, yaitu content, accuracy, format, ease of use, dan timeliness. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, pengguna tidak puas terhadap variabel content, accuracy, format, dan timeliness yang terdapat di aplikasi KAI Access. Sehingga dibutuhkan peningkatan kualitas serta kelengkapan KAI Access pada variabel tersebut agar dapat meningkatkan kepuasan penggunanya.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the acceptance of the Alfagift application, is measured using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. The variables that will be analyzed are Perceived Ease of Use (PEU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Behavioral Intention to Use (BIU), Actual Usage Behavior (AU), and Attitude Toward Using (ATU). The target respondents are residents of Surabaya who have used the Alfagift application to purchase household necessities. We collected samples by distributing research questionnaires. Subsequently, we conducted tests for validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression. The findings of our research are as follows: 1) PEU has a positive and significant impact on PU; 2) PEU has a positive and significant impact on ATU; 3) PU has a positive and significant impact on ATU; 4) ATU has a positive and significant impact on BIU; 5) BIU has a positive and significant impact on AU.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the impact of social media adoption on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Surabaya City. The approach used in this research is the Technology-Organisation-Environment (TOE) Framework which considers technological, organisational, and environmental factors that play a role in the adoption of social media by MSMEs. The method used in this research is a survey using a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. Respondents of this research are MSMEs in Surabaya City that have used social media in their business activities. The collected data were analysed through the use of regression analysis techniques to test the research hypothesis. The findings of this study indicate that social media adoption has a positive influence on the performance of MSMEs in Surabaya City. Technological factors have a positive influence on the adoption of social media by MSMEs. In addition, organisational factors also have a positive effect on social media adoption. On the environmental side, it also affects the adoption of social media by MSMEs in Surabaya City. This research shows that the implementation of social media can be an effective strategy for MSMEs in Surabaya City to improve their business performance. MSMEs need to pay attention to technological, organisational, and environmental factors in strengthening their social media adoption. In addition, the government and relevant stakeholders need to provide the necessary support and resources for MSMEs in adopting social media.

Abstract

The changing storage techniques and data types in the digital age have prompted many organizations to look for solutions to stay ahead of the competition. The surge in data has ushered in the era of big data, where data plays a key role in strategic decision making. Big Data Technology can be used by various parties, such as large business entities/companies, SMEs and countries. Therefore, big data security is crucial, especially for government agencies to protect citizens' personal information. This article aims to highlight the importance of big data security in Indonesia's digital era. From the results of the discussion, it shows that big data security in government institutions in the digital era is very important. In Indonesia, there are regulations such as the Public Information Disclosure Law, Consumer Protection Law, Banking Law, Electronic Information and Transaction Law and regulate the protection and use of data or information. For the use of Big Data in Indonesia, it must comply with these regulations so that all data or information of residents remains safe from all criminal acts.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to investigate the methods used by the Halodoc platform in protecting user data during doctor consultations. To collect information, the author uses a literature review approach, collecting and examining various literature, books, scientific papers, as well as data from the media and other related sources. The findings show that Halodoc implements an oath-taking process for medical and non-medical staff to ensure the confidentiality of user data. even non-medical staff also take the oath as they are part of the Halodoc integrated health care unit which is responsible for the personal information and health status of patients in the hospital

Abstract

This article discusses the significance of implementing special regulations to maintain the confidentiality of personal data for every citizen as well as implementing strict and comprehensive anti-theft practices through electronic media in Indonesia. This study aims to present an understanding of legal protection against identity theft crimes in cyberspace and the factors that can trigger these crimes. The research method used is normative with reference to library materials in the form of legal materials such as journals, concepts, papers, theories, principles and legal norms currently in force in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to classify the eligibility of recipients of Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) and recipients of the Prosperous Family Program (PPKS) and (PHK) for the elderly proposed in Seruyan District using the CART (Classification and Regression Tree). Algorithm The purpose of the Living Allowance is to assist those in need in meeting their food and welfare needs, especially for underprivileged and elderly families. The research data was obtained through a direct survey of potential beneficiaries in Seruyan District. The data is then processed in the preprocessing stage to ensure good data quality before being used to develop the CART model. The CART model development stage is carried out by dividing the data into two parts, namely. training data and test data, to train and test model performance. The estimation results of the CART model show an accuracy of 87.50%, Precision of 87.50%, and Sensitivity or Recal of 100.00%. Analyzing the results revealed that socioeconomic factors such as family income, employment status, and housing conditions had a significant impact on beneficiary eligibility. These findings provide valuable information for improving social assistance distribution policies in Seruyan District so that assistance is more targeted and maximizes benefits for beneficiary communities. This study is expected to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the distribution of income assistance and improve the quality of life of beneficiary communities. However, this research has limitations because it was only conducted in one district, so further research is needed with a more representative sample to ensure validity and wider application.
