Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe "The Application of Short Film Animation Media in Learning the Mahabharata Wayang Story Text for Class X AKL3 Students of SMKN 1 Kendal. This study was motivated by the fact that there are still many students who found that a number of students still have difficulty in listening to literary works, especially in learning the Mahabharata Wayang Story Text. Short film animation media in learning the Mahabharata Wayang Story Text emerged as an interesting alternative. This study is included in quantitative research. Two variables commonly used in quantitative research are independent variables and dependent variables. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data collection used in this study includes test and non-test techniques. The results of the study obtained after data analysis are as follows: The results of student scores obtained from the knowledge and skills aspects, the results of the study explain that out of 35 students, 29 students have completed with a percentage of 83% and 6 students with a percentage of 17% have not completed. The average value obtained from student learning outcomes is 79.2, which is higher than the KKM value of 70. Thus, the application of short film animation media in learning the Mahabharata puppet story text for class X AKL3 students of SMKN 1 Kendal can have an influence on learning achievement.

Abstract

The lyrics of this song are the lyrics of a dangdut song sung by Denny Caknan in Javanese. The interesting thing to study further is the use of diction and the theme using stylistics, namely by looking at the style of language used. The purpose of this study was to analyze the stylistics contained in the lyrics of the song "Kartonyono Medot Promise" Denny Caknan. The study of stylistics is directed to discuss the content of literary works. In general, regulating stylistic studies includes diction or word choice (lexical choice), sentence structure, figure of speech, partnership, rhyme patterns, and dimensions used for authors or available in literary works. This study aims to analyze the use of diction and themes contained in the lyrics of the song Kartonyono Medot Promise sung by Denny Caknan. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method because the object is the text of the Song Lyrics. The data taken is the lyrics of a song by Denny Caknan entitled Kartuyono Medot Promise. Like the style chosen by the author, stylistic theory is used, that is, it does not see aesthetics in song lyrics. As the end of this method is the result of data analysis presentation. The presentation of the results of the data analysis begins with the presentation of the diction on the data source contained in the lyrics of the song Denny Caknan. Then proceed with an explanation of the theme of the lyrics. The results of the research found are diction and theme in the song Kartonyono medot promises, which was popularized by Denny Caknan. Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the ability of class Through Javanese learning activities, students are expected to be able to master several skills such as listening, speaking, reading and writing. However, in achieving learning goals, especially in terms of reading comprehension, students often experience difficulties. There are several factors that can influence students in reading comprehension activities, namely the lack of vocabulary that students have so that students tend not to understand and understand the reading material they are reading. Apart from that, another factor is the use of language uploads which are not applied enough in everyday language speech, making students less familiar with them and experiencing many errors in their application. This research uses the classroom action research method or (CAR). The data obtained in this research was collected through observation and student questionnaires.
