Abstract

Partners in community service are Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Pembangunan Indonesia (STKIP-PI) Makassar. The problem is: (1) Lack of absorptive capacity of graduates in schools, (2) Lack of knowledge in distinguishing classroom management and class discipline, and (3) Lack of curriculum on class management / management. The target of this training is the final semester students who will do an internship at school. The method used is: lecture, demonstration, discussion, and question and answer. Results achieved (1) Partner lecturers have knowledge in developing curriculum and classroom management tools, (2) Partner students have skills for more effective classroom management in schools, (3) partner students have the ability to improve professional competency as prospective teachers, especially in class management.

Abstract

Kesulitan dan menetukan jurusan merupakan salah satu masalah pendidikan yang menjadi fokus pemerintah. Data dilapangan menunjukkan 35% siswa di SMA mengalami kebingungan dalam memilih jurusan dan studi lanjut diperguruan tinggi. Banyak siswa SMP yang mengalami kebingunan dalam memilih studi lanjutan di SMA/SMK/MA. Pada tingkat perguruan tinggi, banyak calon sarjana yang mengalami drop out dari universitas, dikarenakan tidak merasa nyaman dengan jurusan yang telah dipilih sebelumnya. Perencanaan karir merupakan hal yang penting untuk diselesaikan sejak di jenjang sekolah menengah, karena gagal dalam merencanakan karir akan berpengaruh pada perkembangan karir selanjutnya. Berdasarkan hasil FGD dan wawancara dengan pendamping forum anak pelatihan terkait bimbingan sukses meraih masa depan masih sangat rendah. Selain itu, hasil wawancara kepada pendamping dorum anak Gowa menunjukkan bahwa 52% layanan BK didominasi oleh bimbingan belajar, 35% pada layanan pribadi-sosial dan 12% pada layanan bimbingan karir. Pelaksanaan PKM ini dilakukan dengan mengadopsi langkah-langkah action research yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan, yaitu: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, evaluasi dan refleksi dan pendampingan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini akan dilakukan selama 4 hari kegiatan ini, dan akan diberikan pendampingan setelah kegiatan selama 3 bulan. Target peserta dalam kegiatan ini yakni 40 guru BK.  Terdapat beberapa luaran yang akan dihasilkan melalui program ini yakni 1) Publikasi Ilmiah pada jurnal; 2) Publikasi pada media cetak/elektronik dan berupa video kegiatan, 3) Meningkatnya Pemahaman Guru BK terkait metode-metode dalam bimbingan karir, 4.) Anak memahami minat, bakat dan potensi dirinya. Luaran lainnya yang dapat dihasilkan melalui kegiatan ini yakni meningkatnya harapan karir siswa dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan bimbingan karir di forum anak.

Abstract

Abstract. This Community Partnership Program (PKM) partner is a Bumdes and community of fishermen's wives in Munte Village. Partner problems are: (1) lack of knowledge about processing tubers into processed products that have high selling value, (2) lack of skills in making chips that can be used as additional family income, (3) quality of chips production from tubers of economic value very limited height. The target of the program is tuber chips that have a high selling / economic value so that fishermen's wives have additional income. The methods used are: lectures, demonstrations, discussions, questions and answers, and companion partners. The results achieved are (1) partners have knowledge in processing tubers into food products of high economic value, (2) partners have the skills to make marketable chips, (3) partners have the ability to increase the production of chips to be used as additional family income.

Abstract

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) partner is PGSD kampus V Parepare. Problems often experienced by students such as lack of motivation, dropping out of college, hedonism, procrastination, juvenile delinquency, drug use, promiscuity and other problems. Facts on the ground in early 2019, there were students who committed suicide on campus V UNM Parepare. These problems if not resolved as soon as possible can disrupt the psychological development of students, so it needs a solution in solving them. 'Due to the above problems, it is considered necessary to do peer counselor training for PGSD kampus V Parepare  students so that they can help each other if friends experience problems. If students are able to help their peers, they will reduce their burden in facing the problems they are facing so that students can develop optimally without the pressure of problems. Training objectives: 1) Provide an explanation to students about the basic concepts of peer counselors; 2) Providing skills to students about peer counselor techniques 3) Developing and practicing peer counselor techniques for students. Benefits: 1) the benefits that can be obtained are generally students are able to know the advantages and disadvantages of each peer counseling techniques that have been implemented. the methods used in this training are lecture, demonstration, and practice methods. As for the material given is divided into: 1. Presentation of Material. 2. Practice. The implementation of peer counselor training activities has been successful based on a percentage of 85% and an outcome of 90%. The response of participants to the implementation of peer counselor training activities was very good, as seen from the indicator of student attendance which reached 90%. Besides that, during the activity, the students were very enthusiastic in following the activity from the beginning to the end.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity was to providereinforcement to the Makassar City Physics Subject Teachers(MGMP) in formulating a question-making grid, constructingitems, analyzing items, calculating the validity and reliabilityof assessment instruments physics learning outcomes tomeasure Higher Order Thinking skills (HOTS). To achievethis goal, a workshop was held for Physics teachers who weremembers of the Makassar City Physics MGMP at SMAN 10Makassar as their secretariat. This workshop was held for 4weeks, every Saturday. In the first week reinforcement wasmade in the form of presentations on techniques for makinggrids, techniques for formulating items then continued with theassignment of making a grid for participants. Then in thesecond week, there was a discussion about the grid that hadbeen done by the participants, then continued with formulatingthe points which continued with the presentation of each group.All participants were asked to comment on items made byother participants. In the third week, presentations were madeby the dedicated team regarding item analysis techniqueswhich continued with the assignment of assignments toparticipants. Last week, there was a discussion about the itemsthat the participants had made to ensure that all the itemsproduced by the participants were included in the HOTScategory. The results showed that above 85% of the MGMPPhysics participants were able to produce Physics items thatwere included in the HOTS category.

Abstract

Abstrak. PKM Pemberdayaan Pemuda Pengangguran masa pandemi covid-19 di Kota Makassar bertujuan untuk memberikan bekal pengetahuan dan keterampilan serta kecakapan hidup (life skills) yang dapat mereka gunakan untuk berwirausaha ataupun bekerja pada orang lain. Kegiatan ini sangat membantu mitra dan menjadi solusi alternatif dalam mengurangi angka pengangguran terutama di masa pandemi covid-19 pada saat ini di Kota Makassar. Selain dari pada itu, mereka dapat membantu perekonomian keluarga, minimal mereka tidak lagi menjadi beban keluarga dan beban masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah: 1) Pemberian keterampilan teknik instalasi listrik sederhana serta pemeliharaannya, dan 2) Peningkatan pemahaman dan wawasan kewirausahaan. Pemberian keterampilan dilakukan dengan cara simulasi dan praktek langsung dengan objek yang sesungguhnya. Sedangkan pemahaman kewirausahaan dan pengembangan karakter dilakukan melalui metode ceramah dan tanya jawab,, peserta diarahkan untuk membuka lapangan kerja sendiri ataupun bila bekerja dengan orang lain dapat diterima dengan baik. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya keterampilan peserta pelatihan dalam instalasi listrik sederhana dan munculnya minat pemuda untuk berwirausaha. Kata kunci: Instalasi Listrik rumah tangga, pemuda pengangguran, masa pandemi covid-19, pemberdayaan masyarakat

Mitra program kemitraan komunitas ( PKM ) ini adalah kelompok paduan suara Phinisi Choir. Masalahnya adalah (1)  kurangnya kemampuan dalam mengapresiasi musik vokal dengan baik. (2) kurangnya kemampuan dalam  mengaransemen dnn mencipta karya musik vocal. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, demontrasi dan tanya jawab mitra pendamping. Abstract

Data processing using the Anaysis Toolspack is carried out in the form of training for junior high school teachers in Takalar district, in collaboration with the education and culture department of youth and sports in Takalar district. The training was attended by 34 teachers who were held in the office of the education and culture culture of the youth and sports district of Takalar. The purpose of this training is for skilled teachers to use statistical packages owned by Excel to process data and process data into one information. The results of the training show that the average ability of teachers to use statistics in the excel analysis toolspack package in processing and processing data after training is better than before training

Abstract

The rapid development of science allowspractitioners to always continue to make innovation to overcome problems that often interfere their activities. The Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to (1) increase the knowledge of vocational school teachers and students at SMK Darussalam and SMK Negeri 5 Gowa (partner) in making smartphone-based smoke detection software that monitors the entire the smoke/ gas in a house, building, or their school, (2) to improve the partner's skills in making and utilizing the Smartphone-based Smoke Detectors software, and (3) to improve the partner's skills in connecting the Smartphone-based Smoke Detectors to internet network through RouterTP-Link Modem to make it work. The method used in this workshop is lecturing, discussion, question and answer session and demonstration. The results of the implementation program show that (1) the partner's knowledge in terms of making Smartphone-based Smoke Detector software increased, (2) the partner's skills in making and utilizing Smartphone-based Smoke Detector improved, (3) the partner's is able to connect the detector to internet network so that it can be functioned, both at close range and remotely using a Smartphone.

Abstract

Abstrak. Mitra Program Kemitraan Komunitas (PKM) ini adalah MGBK Kabupaten Gowa. Masalahnya adalah: (1) (1) Masih kurangnya pemahaman penggunaan keterampilan dasar konseling guru BK di Kabupaten Gowa (ICT);  (2) Belum memahami dan menggunakan keterampilan empati dan bertanya dalam layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling; (3) Guru belum mengetahui kunci dalam pelaksanaan keterampilan bertanya dan empati guru BK. Sasaran eksternal adalah guru BK terampil melaksanakan keterampilan empati dan bertanya dan modul pelaksanaan keterampilan empati dan bertanya. Metode yang digunakan adalah: ceramah, praktek, tanya jawab, dan pendampingan praktik keterampilan empati dan bertanya dilakukan secara daring. Materi yang diberikan adalah materi pengertian empati dan bertanya, tujuan dan jenis empati, ciri atau karakteristik empati, factor yang mempengaruhi empati, cara empati dan praktik keterampilan empati dan selanjutnya materi tentang keterampilan bertanya dimulai dari jenis-jenis pertanyaan dalam komunikasi konseling, tujuan penting meningkatkan Teknik bertanya, Latihan keterampilan bertanya. Hasil PKM yaitu (1) hasil pelatihan 96% peserta menyatakan pelatihan ini memberikan manfaat yang sangat besar dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling dan telah tersedia modul keterampilan empati dan bertanya guru BK. (2) Setelah dilakukan pelatihan terdapat peningkatan keterampilan dasar konseling keterampilan empati dan bertanya. Terdapat 41 orang atau 91% peserta sudah sangat mampu mempraktikkan dengan benar dan terampil keterampilan empati dan bertanya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini memberikan pengaruh yang sangat besar dalam peningkatan kompetensi guru BK dalam layanan BK. Kata kunci: Keterampilan, empati, bertanya, MGBK Gowa
