Abstract

This research investigates the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic factors on teachers' work motivation and its impact on educational performance at primary schools. The study addresses the crucial role of teacher motivation in enhancing school education quality. Using a quantitative, descriptive-correlational methodology, the study examined the statistical relationships between intrinsic factors, such as job satisfaction and commitment, and extrinsic factors, such as financial rewards and work environment, on teachers' motivation. Data was gathered from 60 respondents, selected through purposive sampling, and analyzed using multiple linear regression and Pearson correlation. The results revealed that intrinsic factors had a stronger impact on work motivation than extrinsic factors, though both were significant. Teachers who experienced greater job satisfaction and commitment exhibited higher motivation, ultimately leading to better performance in teaching. The study concludes that strategies for improving teacher motivation should prioritize intrinsic factors, while still recognizing the importance of supportive extrinsic elements. This research provides valuable insights into balancing motivational strategies and suggests further exploration in diverse educational contexts to validate the findings.

Abstract

The research explores the role of Human Relationship Management (HRM) in enhancing organizational performance through effective communication and team collaboration. This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how structured communication and well-managed collaboration can positively impact productivity and project completion. The methodology used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), analyzing relevant studies from 2019 to 2024. The results indicate that structured communication increases organizational productivity by 30%, while effective team collaboration accelerates project completion by 20%. Additionally, HRM implementation can reduce internal conflicts by 15%, contributing to improved efficiency. The major conclusion is that HRM significantly enhances organizational performance by fostering a productive and harmonious work environment. This study contributes to the field by offering practical guidelines for organizations to adopt HRM strategies that emphasize communication and collaboration. The findings also provide a solid theoretical foundation, aligning with established theories on social interaction, team collaboration, and conflict management. The study's limitation lies in its reliance on existing literature from a limited timeframe, suggesting the need for further empirical testing across various organizational contexts.

Abstract

This study delves into the multifaceted dynamics influencing leadership succession and sustainability in family businesses, focusing on key variables such as intergenerational cooperation, family relationships, intrinsic motivation of successors, the controlling generation, and the presence of good governance. Employing a comprehensive literature review methodology, relevant academic sources were analyzed to construct a conceptual model that synthesizes theoretical and empirical insights. The findings highlight the essential role of strong intergenerational collaboration and robust governance structures in promoting smooth succession and long-term business viability. However, inherent challenges such as generational conflicts and lack of formalized succession plans pose risks to continuity. This study contributes a framework that underscores the importance of balancing familial values with strategic business objectives to sustain family firms across generations.

Abstract

This study examines how crucial it is to combine financial and non-financial performance metrics in order to evaluate an organization's efficacy and efficiency. Profit and revenue are important financial indicators, but they do not give a full picture of performance. Non-financial metrics like customer satisfaction, product quality, and innovation are also essential. Integrating both types of measures offers a more comprehensive view and enables organizations to make better decisions and improve competitiveness. The findings suggest that a holistic approach to performance measurement supports the achievement of long-term goals effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

Delays in issuing invoices are a significant problem that can affect the efficiency of a company's administration and financial management. This research aims to identify the causes of invoice delays and evaluate the processes and documents related to their issuance. This research uses a qualitative approach with interview techniques. The research results show that internal factors such as lack of coordination between departments and external factors such as delays in sending documents by third parties are the main causes of invoice delays. Apart from that, the SOP for issuing invoices that is not optimal also contributes to this problem. The process of paying receivables takes varying amounts of time, depending on the accuracy of submitting invoice documents. In conclusion, improving internal coordination, document management, and better implementation of SOP can increase the efficiency of the billing process. These findings provide a practical contribution in supporting more effective corporate financial management.
