Abstract

This study aimed to examines the influence of the business risk, liquidity, growth of sales, and asset structure on the funding decision moderated by company size. The population of this research are property and real estate company that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method using purposive sampling with the study period of 2019 until 2023 and obtained as many as 84 companies. The technique of data analysis is used multiple regression analysis with interation method. The results of this study shows that business risk and liquidity does not affect on funding desicion. The growth of sales significant positive influence on funding desicion. The asset structure significant negative influence on funding desicion. Moderating testing firm size showns that firm size is not proven as moderating variable that can strengthen or weaken the relationship liquidity on funding desicion. While, moderating testing firm size showns that, firm size proved weaken the relationship of the growth of sales on funding desicion,as well as the influence of asset structure on funding desicion can be strengthened by firm size.

Abstract

Ethics is very important in the business world, business ethics refers to the principles and values ​​that influence a company's actions and decision making. As an important part of tax compliance, tax consultants must understand tax regulations and make decisions in accordance with ethics to maintain the integrity of the profession and public trust. A number of large cases of tax evasion and bribery show that tax consultants engage in unethical actions, which can hinder business growth. Tax consultants are responsible for providing tax input in accordance with regulations and liaising with the tax authorities. The difference in interests between consultants and clients causes ethical conflicts. PT Mitra Manajemen Internasional uses policies that support the ethical decision making of tax consultants. This research aims to find factors that influence the ethical decisions of tax consultants at PT Mitra Manajemen Internasional. It is hoped that this research can provide deeper insight and help develop better policies and programs to support ethics in the tax consultant profession through interviews and participant observation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of hotel tax compliance in Rantepao District. This research aims to analyze the level of hotel tax compliance in Rantepao District. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 4 hotels with the results of this research. This research shows that the level of hotel tax compliance in Rantepao District varies, with the majority of hotels showing good compliance, 75% of the hotels sampled in this research are categorized as compliant taxpayers because they fulfill their tax obligations well, demonstrate conformity of reporting, timeliness of payments, and completeness of dokuments in accordance with regulations and 25% are categorized as non-compliant taxpayers possibly due to a lack of understanding of the importance of tax comlpiance.

Abstract

Based on the 1945 Constitution Article 27 Paragraph 2 which reads "Every citizen has the right to work and a decent living for humanity." have a decent job in order to earn enough to survive and compete with other workers. This research focuses on employment problems, especially in the unemployment sector, with the massive free work exchange program being held by the Department of Industry and Manpower which will certainly be useful for reducing the unemployment rate. So the aim of this research is to find out the extent to which the Department of Industry and Manpower plays a role as a stabilizer, innovator, modernizer and pioneer in reducing unemployment in the city of Surabaya. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research can be said that the role of the Department of Industry and Manpower has gone well, by collaborating with 70 companies and providing 1211 job vacancies at this free job fair which will really help the employment sector in reducing unemployment in the city of Surabaya.

Abstract

The “purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between profitability and the variables of liquidity, leverage, and firm size. Information for this study came from textile and garment businesses that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2022. The purposive sampling technique was used to do the sampling. The following tests are employed for data analysis: Multiple Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, Descriptive Statistics, and Classical Assumption Test. This study's findings demonstrate that ROA is significantly impacted by liquidity (CR), leverage (DER), and firm size (LnTA) all at once. Profitability (ROA) is positively impacted by liquidity (CR) and leverage (DER) in textile and garment firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2019-2020, while company size (LnTA) has no effect on” ROA. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine whether capital adequacy and inefficiency affect the profitability of regional development banks in Indonesia for the period 2015-2022. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression. The population used is 26 Regional Development Banks listed in the Regional Development Bank Association. The sample consisted of 24 BPD banks with 192 observation data, which were carried out by purposive sampling. In this study, capital adequacy is measured using Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Inefficiency is measured by Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO) and profitability is measured using Return On Asset (ROA). The results showed that capital adequacy has a significant positive effect on profitability, and inefficiency has a significant negative effect on profitability

Abstract

In supporting the security and safety of flights at an airport, there are several requirements that must be met by airport managers. First, reliable human resources in terms of security and comfort. In this case, all aviation security personnel or commonly called Aviation Security (AVSEC). This research aims to determine the influence of the service quality of Aviation Security officers (AVSEC) on the satisfaction of disabled passengers at Adi Soemarmo Airport, Solo. This research uses quantitative methods. The respondents in this study were 67 disabled passengers at Adi Soemarmo Airport, Solo. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires offline. Data analysis techniques use Simple Linear Regression Test, T Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, and Descriptive Test. The results of this research show that there is an influence of the service quality of Aviation Security officers (AVSEC) on the satisfaction of disabled passengers at Adi Soemarmo Airport, Solo. It is proven from the results of the T Test (Partial) that the T count is 4.748 with a significance value of 0.01 < 0.05. This states that the service quality variable partially influences the passenger satisfaction variable. The results of the Coefficient of Determination Test showed a result of 25.8%, which means that service quality influences passenger satisfaction, while the remaining 74.2% is influenced by other factors that were not studied.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are an important part of the Indonesian economy to improve people's welfare. Pak Fadli's Tempe UKM located in Parerejo Village, Purwodadi District, faces the problem of fierce competition in the tempeh industry and the lack of information obtained by business actors regarding modern technology in the marketing system. Using SWOT Analysis and BCG Matrix, this study aims to find out internal and external factors and what strategies can be used for the growth of Mr. Fadli's tempe business. The results showed using a SWOT Analysis that Pak Fadli's Tempe SMEs had a higher total strength score (4.08) than a total weakness score (3.17), which placed him in Quadrant I. This shows that Pak Fadli's Tempe SMEs should use all their strengths to take advantage of the best opportunities. According to Matrix BCG's calculations, Pak Fadli's Tempe SMEs are in Quadrant III (Cash Cows) with a total market share value of 1.03 and a market growth value of 2.4%. Because it has a large market share but is in a slow-growing sector. Increasing market share and expanding distribution networks is one strategy that can be used. With this research, it is hoped that it can provide recommendations for development strategies and the right marketing strategy for Pak Fadli Tempe SMEs to be able to compete with their competitors.

Abstract

Employee loyalty is reflected in employee obedience, responsibility and discipline. Initial observations show that the number of employees is decreasing from year to year, and some employees violate regulations, such as arriving late and not following company regulations. Therefore, the aim of this research is to test whether leadership style, motivation and rewards influence employee retention. The research method used is a quantitative approach, namely analysis of numerical data processed using statistical methods. This research was conducted to determine the influence of leadership, job satisfaction, and motivation on employee loyalty. The sampling technique used saturated samples with a sample size of 13 respondents. The data collection methods used were questionnaires, interviews, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis using the IBM SPSS 25 program. The conclusion from these results is that the influence of leadership, job satisfaction and motivation has a significant influence on employee loyalty. Suggestions for future researchers are to collect a larger sample in the company and fill out the questionnaire in language that is easier for employees to understand.

Abstract

A trading business is a business that is engaged in buying and selling products. Trading businesses can engage in various types of products that are sold for consumer, business, or government purposes. One of them is UD. Rambak Dudung is trying to buy raw materials in large quantities to keep in store if the supply runs out and demand in the market increases. With the excess of raw materials, it can cause storage costs, which can reduce UD's profits. aforementioned. So this shows that the supply of raw materials is a fairly big problem. This study aims to determine the application of the Just in time method to UD. Rambak Dudung and knew the role of the Just in time method in improving production cost efficiency in UD. Rambak Dudung. The type of research used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by interviews, internet searches and library studies. The data processed is the purchase and use of raw materials. The calculation technique used is to calculate the total production cost based on company policies, the EOQ method, and the JIT/EOQ method. Based on the results of the calculation, it was concluded that the inventory policy carried out by the company has not been maximally seen from the total production costs incurred of Rp.5,853,500,- compared to the JIT/EOQ method of Rp.2,588,436,- so that the total cost saved is Rp.3,265,064.
