Abstract

Every company always needs inventory, without having inventory, entrepreneurs will be faced with risks such as one time not being able to fulfill their customers' desires. This can happen, because goods are not always available at all times, which means entrepreneurs will lose the opportunity to gain the profits they should get. Therefore, the company must have an inventory management strategy in which the company must ensure that it is able to provide supplies with quality, quantity and time. Therefore CV. Age Groub must pay attention to storage capacity in order to meet demand for supplies of goods, and more attention must be paid to inventory management so that it remains well organized. By using the Just In Time approach. This research aims to optimize the efficient use of warehouse space to store goods with maximum capacity. The results using the Just In Time system approach are more efficient in calculating total inventory costs for the CV age group. The results obtained from analysis using the Just In Time method vary because they are based on various aspects. The greatest savings value is in the aspect of minimum inventory capacity from normal inventory with 66 deliveries which can save approximately 87% of the company's total costs, while from inventory which is added assuming damage, loss and defects of 5% with 73 deliveries can be achieved. save costs by 88%. So if you use the Just In Time system you will save costs of approximately 87-88%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the right forecasting method in determining the amount of raw material needs and the amount of safety stock to minimize errors in the purchase of soybean raw materials at Pak Fadli Tempe UKM. The benefit of this research is that it can reduce the excess or shortage of raw materials through forecasting methods, as well as determine the need for the right amount of safety stock. In this study, there are 3 permalan methods used, namely moving average, exponential smoothing and naive method, as well as determining the need for safety stock of raw materials that will be used as a reference for future demand for Pak Fadli Tempe UKM. From the results of this study, it can be seen that of the 3 forecasting methods used, the best method with the smallest error value is the exponential smootihing method a = 0.1, with an error value of MAD of 90, MSE of 10,181, and MAPE of 6.9. Meanwhile, in the calculation of safety stock with a service level value of 95%, the lead time is 3 days, so that the recommended safety stock value can be known as 289 kg.

Abstract

Punctuality for airport officials, especially On Time Performance (OTP) which is an important factor that must be fulfilled in air transportation activities, if On Time Performance (OTP) is not achieved, it will have various impacts. One of the units responsible for the smooth running of passengers is check-in Counter. This study discusses the obstacles of officers and solutions that can be done so that there are no delays in the unit Check-In in creating On Time Performance in flight. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. The collection of research data was carried out by means of interviews, observations, documentation and literature studies in the Check In Counter work unit area  of Jenderal Ahmad Yani Airport Semarang. Based on the research findings, there are challenges faced by the check-in counter staff in achieving On Time Performance (OTP) for Batik Air at Jenderal Ahmad Yani International Airport in Semarang. These challenges are divided into two factors: internal and external. The internal factors include system server check-in failures and insufficient time allocated for the check-in process. Meanwhile, external factors involve passengers who cannot present valid identification, those arriving at the last minute, or passengers who are late for check-in. To address these issues and improve OTP, Batik Air has taken measures by ensuring that check-in counter personnel meet the required criteria and possess the necessary competence to follow the established standard operating procedures. Additionally, check-in staff are trained to be friendly, responsive, and prioritize passengers who are already in line, especially those arriving 15 minutes before the check-in counter closes.

Abstract

This Indibiz is a digital service aimed at micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. This service provides consistent and high-quality internet connectivity to support various MSME businesses. Indibiz is designed to offer affordable internet, helping to reduce operational costs and boost MSME productivity in the digital era. However, over the past year, Indibiz has not met its sales targets. The main cause is that Indibiz has yet to fully meet the desired customer profile. To address this, the author designed a Value Proposition Canvas by collecting data on Indibiz's services, customer profiles, and competitor products through observation, literature review, and interviews with 10 MSMEs. These data were used to create a customer profile and value map for Indibiz's products. A strategy canvas analysis and ERRC framework were applied to develop a new Value Proposition Canvas. The proposed solution includes adding an all-in-one MSME digitalization package, bundling digital marketing services, and offering a sales guarantee for each digitalization service purchase.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of transformational leadership on team synergy, communication, and collaboration in educational environments. The purpose of the research is to examine how transformational leadership enhances team dynamics by fostering trust, communication, and participatory decision-making among teachers and staff. Utilizing a qualitative phenomenological methodology, in-depth interviews were conducted with school leaders, teachers, and administrative staff, complemented by participatory observation and document analysis. The results reveal that transformational leadership significantly improves collaboration by encouraging open communication and empowering team members to take initiative. Teachers reported feeling more motivated to innovate in their teaching methods and engage in interdisciplinary collaboration. However, challenges such as staff resistance and limited resources hindered the full adoption of collaborative practices in some schools. The study also highlights varying levels of team participation, which indicates that the effectiveness of transformational leadership depends on the leader's ability to engage all team members. The major conclusion of the study is that transformational leadership positively influences team synergy through enhanced trust and collaborative problem-solving. The findings provide important practical insights for educational leaders, suggesting that transformational leadership fosters a more inclusive and innovative school environment. This research contributes to the field by emphasizing the need for flexible leadership approaches that adapt to team dynamics and the critical importance of institutional support and resources to fully realize the benefits of transformational leadership in educational settings.
