Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of Financial Management in the Secretariat Office of the Padang Sidimpuan District Representative Office which is carried out by the Administration and Secretariat Section of the Financial Management Subdivision regarding Financial Management Effectiveness which includes Budget Planning, Budget Implementation, Budget Reporting and Budgeting. This research uses the method of Financial Management. qualitative. The research informants consisted of the Secretary of the Regional House of Representatives, the Head of Administration and Secretariat, the Head of Sub-Planning and Finance, the Spending Treasurer, and the Planning and Finance Section Staff with a total of 5 informants, the data source consisted of primary and secondary data obtained from collection techniques. data by observing, interviewing, and documenting. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of financial management at the Secretariat of the Regional Representative Council of Padang Sidimpuan Regency is quite good and systematic. improvement of facilities and infrastructure so that tasks can be achieved. Abstract

With the development of technology and economic growth, especially in the business world, with the emergence of various businesses/souvenir businesses that try to provide a variety of attractive services and products to meet the needs and interest of consumers. The occurrence of various changes in the business/business world is a common thing to happen because marketing will be faced with various changing conditions, so that business people must move according to market changes, namely by changing marketing management according to changing situations and conditions of consumers. This study aims to find out how marketing management is implemented by the Surya Dates shop and whether the management strategy implemented is effective in increasing sales and to find out the obstacles that are felt when carrying out the implementation of this management strategy. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive research approach where the data in the research were obtained by interview, observation and literature review to find out how the management strategy was implemented by the Surya Dates store. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of local government autonomy on the fiscal performance of newly formed municipalities in northern Sumatra. The emphasis is on regional revenue growth after fiscal decentralization and government control over the regional economy have been implemented. According to the study findings, local economic development is positively influenced by local autonomy. However, the profit sharing is still relatively small compared to the regional budget. Several of North Sumatra's agricultural provinces, known as regencies, are not yet ready to enforce the regional autonomy laws. The majority of poor towns and cities depend heavily on the allocation funds from the General Funds and Special Distribution Funds, respectively. Abstract

The purpose was to determine the effect of service quality on return visit interest through community satisfaction. This research method quantitative survey type. The object is service quality on public satisfaction and interest in visiting again. The research subjects were people who conducted SIUP licensing at the front office of the One- Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP) located in Depok City. The sampling technique random sampling. The sample amounted to 120 respondents. The results showed that service quality had a significant effect on community satisfaction and interest in visiting again. Public satisfaction has a significant effect on interest in visiting again. All three variables have a significant value <0.05, which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

In the current era of digitalization, it is very important for entrepreneurs to be adaptive and creative in attracting customer purchases to increase sales results. Sales can increase by implementing various marketing strategies, such as online marketing, promotions, and so on. CV Hj. Mbok Sri Palu is a business engaged in souvenirs typical of the Palu region. This study aims to analyze marketing strategies in order to increase sales on CV Hj. Mbok Sri Palu. This study used descriptive qualitative research method. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data with data collection methods using observation, interview and literature studies or literature reviews. The results of this study prove that CV Hj. Mbok Sri Palu implements marketing strategies, including providing offline and online purchase services, looking for quality material suppliers, providing friendly and polite service to customers, holding promotions through social media and marketplaces, providing discounts to customers who make purchases in large quantities, providing a comfortable and clean rest area so that buyers who visit the center CV Hj. Mbok Sri Palu souvenirs can enjoy a break from travel as well as shopping for souvenirs.

Abstract

This research aims to compare the financial performance of LAZ YASA Malang before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is quantitative research with a comparative approach. The data obtained is secondary data consisting of the financial ratios of LAZ YASA Malang for the period 2018-2021. The results of the research show that there is no significant difference in the financial performance of LAZ YASA Malang before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, most of the financial ratios of LAZ YASA Malang have shown improvement and are considered good and efficient according to the interpretation of OPZ financial ratios. Ratios such as fundraising costs, current ratio, quick ratio, growth of zakat, growth of infaq, growth of ZIS, and growth of allocation indicate a decline in performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. This provides an opportunity for LAZ YASA Malang to evaluate and enhance their financial performance in managing and distributing zakat, infaq, and Shadaqah funds. This research contributes to the understanding of the financial performance of zakat amil institutions during the Covid-19 pandemic. The findings can be used as a reference for LAZ YASA Malang to optimize the management and distribution of zakat, infaq, and Shadaqah funds. Additionally, this research provides valuable information for further research and development in the field of financial performance of zakat amil institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and understand the role of sharia financial management in providing educational infrastructure at the An-Nikmah Al-Islamiyah Foundation, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data presentation, data reduction and conclusion/verification. Checking the validity of the data is carried out through; transferability, trust, dependability, and confirmability. The research results show that; Sharia financial management in the provision of educational infrastructure at the An-Nikmah Al-Islamiyah Phnom Penh Cambodia Foundation is carried out through planning and absorption of school budgets, school financial accounting, and school financial accountability. The implementation of Sharia Financial Management at the An-Nikmah Al-Islamiyah Foundation, Phnom Penh, Cambodia has been running optimally, however the implementation of sharia-based finance is not yet optimal, this is due to the low level of sharia financial support in that country.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality on passenger satisfaction on Citilink airline passenger satisfaction at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique is by distributing statements (questionnaires) to a sample of 109 respondents. The sampling technique uses the Purposive Sampling technique, namely a sampling technique with certain decisions. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression with t test and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that service quality can be seen to have a significant positive impact on passenger satisfaction on Citilink airlines amounting to 14,884 on customer satisfaction. Influence of service quality variables. The research results show that 67.1% of Citilink airline customer satisfaction is influenced by service quality which consists of five dimensions, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The remaining 32.9% is influenced by other variables not studied such as brand image, ticket prices and discounts.

Abstract

Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) is a sharia-based cooperative, so sharia accounting principles must be applied in presenting its financial reports. This principle is based on the Statement of Sharia Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) No. 101 concerning the Presentation of Sharia Financial Reports. The presentation of financial reports in accordance with PSAK 101 consists of 7 complete financial reporting components, including: balance sheet, profit and loss report, cash flow report, change report equity, reports on sources and utilization of zakat funds, reports on sources of use of charity funds, and notes to financial reports. This research aims to analyze and determine the application of financial report presentation in one of the 1,351 cooperatives in the city of Bandung, namely the BMT itQan Sharia Cooperative. The research method used to research this research is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation using data analysis methods, data reduction, data presentation, as well as conclusions and verification. The results of this research conclude that there are several mandatory financial reports such as the financial position report, profit and loss report and change in equity report that are not in accordance with PSAK 101. For reports on the source and distribution of zakat funds, reports on the source and use of benevolent funds are made separately. in the Baitul Maal division so that it does not become a perfect series of financial report presentations. The cash flow statement is appropriate, and notes to the financial statements have not been made.
