Abstract

In managing household finances, apart from household financial management behavior, financial literacy and financial attitudes are also important for families. This research aims to find out how financial literacy and financial attitudes influence family financial management behavior. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach sourced from two data, namely primary and secondary data. The research was conducted in Tegalmojo Village with data collection using 285 questionnaires. The sampling technique was purposive sampling which was used and 100 respondents obtained questionnaires that could be used. This research uses data analysis techniques, namely multiple linear regression analysis including instrument tests, classical assumption tests, T tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination with the IBM SPSS 22 program. The results of this research show that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on family financial management behavior. and financial attitudes also have a significant positive effect on family financial management behavior. The Coefficient of Determination produces financial literacy and financial attitudes that simultaneously influence family financial management behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between Net Profit Margin (NPM) and profit growth at Depo Air Minum BWR Genggong, using a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. Historical data on net profit, revenue, and years were obtained from the company's financial statements. The descriptive analysis results show NPM fluctuating between 49.71% and 65.06% during the period, while profit growth varied, including both positive growth and decline. Hypothesis testing indicates a significant relationship between NPM and profit growth, with a p-value smaller than the significance level. Additionally, the correlation between NPM and profit growth is 0.78, indicating a strong relationship. These findings confirm that increasing NPM could potentially boost profit growth, highlighting the importance of operational efficiency and financial management in influencing a company's financial performance. In conclusion, this study provides insights into the factors affecting financial performance and their implications for future business strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing savers' interest in Mudharabah Savings (TABAH) at BMT NU Branch Wringin Bondowoso. A quantitative approach was employed in this research involving 45 respondents who are customers of BMT NU Branch Wringin Bondowoso. Data were collected through online and direct distribution of questionnaires to savers. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression to test the relationship between independent variables (trust, risk perception, profit, promotion, and external factors) and the dependent variable (savers' interest in TABAH). The research findings indicate that trust (β = 0.324, p < 0.001), risk perception (β = -0.211, p < 0.05), and external factors (β = 0.178, p < 0.05) have a significant influence on savers' interest in TABAH, while profit (β = 0.097, p > 0.05) and promotion (β = 0.065, p > 0.05) do not have a significant influence. The practical implications of these findings underscore the importance of strengthening trust and reducing savers' risk perceptions towards TABAH through effective marketing strategies and service enhancements. This study provides valuable insights for the management of BMT NU Branch Wringin Bondowoso in enhancing savers' interest in Mudharabah savings products.

Abstract

This research discusses the management of creativity and innovation in the ice cream business in Indonesia, with a focus on the Pink Chilling business case study. Globalization and technological advances have encouraged companies to continue to innovate in order to survive and develop in intense competition. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through interviews and literature analysis. The research results show that Pink Chilling is an ice cream business founded in April 2023 by the Agustina family. By using innovation in product prices, menu variations and creative services, Pink Chilling has succeeded in attracting customer interest and increasing market share. The implementation of creative management policies, systematic supervision, and innovative sales strategies have helped Pink Chilling create a work environment that supports creativity and innovation, as well as increasing customer satisfaction and business growth. This research concludes that creativity and innovation management play an important role in the success of the Pink Chilling ice cream business, as well as providing insight into the importance of creative strategies in facing intensive business competition.

Abstract

One-Stop Integrated Service as a process of simplifying administrative services controlled by a management system as a form of administrative service innovation. This study aims to examine the relationship between One-Stop Integrated Service Management and administrative service innovation in Education unit services at the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Jakarta City. The research was carried out with a quantitative approach with the type of survey research. The research data was collected by questionnaire method. The population in this study was visitors to the One-Stop Integrated Service Education service unit with incidental sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques use correlation analysis. The results showed that: (1) One-Stop Integrated Service Management has an average calculation of 2.54 so that it can be rated high. (2) Administrative service innovation has an average of 3.08, which is in the high category. (3) The relationship between One-Stop Integrated Service Management and Administrative Service Innovation. The value of the relationship between the two variables is 0.521, the results show that the correlation is quite strong and positive value between the two variables. This research shows that One-Stop Integrated Service Management is related to administrative service innovation.

Abstract

The research uses the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) approach to study the development of the Mathematical Labyrinth board game application. The problem with this study is the incomplete quality of the Math Labyrinth application, such as unavailable tutorial on the use of the application in video form, a lack of language choices on the application, a design that does not match the color display on the game board, and bugs or errors still found on the app. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is intended to help solve the problem through user feedback to meet user expectations of the Mathematical Labyrinth application. The method used in this research is quantitative research. The sample population in this study was taken using non probability sampling method with purposive samplings in data collection with 36 respondents. Data analysis techniques using the IBM SPSS Statistic 20 analytical tool. Based on the results of the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) analysis on further product development, the developer team needs to pay attention to priority technical interests such as the entire mode on the game can be played, improve the features of the application more attractive, can train the ability to think and as an alternative to learning, the application works well, improves the ease of use of the app, and improves color combinations that fit the game board.

Abstract

Digital transformation has put tremendous pressure on every company that requires its workers to be able to innovate in using technology. This study will show the extent to which digital literacy affects innovative work behavior at the BPRS Amanah Rabbaniah company. The operation of the banking industry relies heavily on digital technology, but the innovation gap is limited due to banking regulations from the government. This study aims to find out the extent to which employee’s innovative work behavior can be influenced by employee digital literacy. This research uses a survey method, where data collection uses a digital questionnaire distributed to 50 employees. The data was processed using a simple linear regression test to prove the effect of digital literacy on innovative work behavior. Furthermore, the data is presented in a frequency distribution table to find the tendency of respondents' answers. The results of data processing show that digital literacy affects innovative work behavior. All indicators in digital literacy have a good category, while in IWB there are 2 indicators that have a sufficient category. The findings of this study indicate that in banking companies the workflow is fully supervised by OJK & existing BI regulations, so that employees get job instructions directly from superiors or leaders where employees cannot simply provide innovative ideas at work but do not rule out the possibility for workers to continue to innovate in the use of digital technology at their work.

Abstract

Education is an important aspect of Indonesia's development, but the high expense of education frequently makes it difficult for people to obtain a decent education The Indonesian government has allocated a significant education budget, but it is still insufficient to meet the educational demands Crowdfunding is one of the solution to the education finance shortage that takes a modern and innovative approach. This study will analyze crowdfunding as an alternative to education financing, as well as make recommendations to parties interested in using crowdfunding in educational sectors.

Abstract

This research on the Antapani Milk Tofu business aims to analyze and provide an explanation of the use of digital marketing on the impact of increasing income in the Antapani milk tofu business, Galuh Mas branch in Karawang. This case study was designed using a qualitative descriptive approach. The locus of this research is Antapani Milk Tofu which is located on Jl. Bharata Raya, Galuh Mas-Karawang, West Java. The descriptive method is used to describe the efforts of the owners and employees of Tahu Susu Antapani in developing its marketing through digital marketing. This research collects data through interviews, observation, documentation, the internet and journals and articles. By conducting direct interviews with employees, in this observation, researchers obtained data when observing social media accounts. The results of interviews and studies show the positive effects of using digital marketing with social media and e-commerce platforms which have increased the income of Antapani Milk Tofu, Galuh Mas Branch. By utilizing social media, promoting Antapani milk tofu products becomes easy; without promotion, it will be difficult to sell the product. With a digital marketing strategy using social media to promote Antapani milk tofu, it is better known by the people of Karawang, and the sales income obtained increases. From several interviews with consumers, they also found out about the Antapani milk tofu product from the media. social.

Abstract

Social media marketing has gained popularity for its ease of access in promoting products. With platforms like TikTok, the social media marketing is proving effective in reaching and influencing target customers. This study aimed to examine the impact of advertising content and consumer behavior on the purchasing of fashion products on the Shopee platform. Employing causal associative quantitative methods, this research sought to explain the cause-and-effect relationships among the variables. The sample was selected through purposive sampling, with respondents invited to complete an online questionnaire via Google Forms. Data analysis was conducted using causal associative quantitative methods and the SPSS 26 software. The results indicated that TikTok advertisement content and consumer behavior simultaneously had a positive and significant impact on the purchase of fashion products on Shopee. These two independent variables accounted for 60% of the variation in fashion product purchases on Shopee, with the remaining 40% attributable to other unexamined factors.
