Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap eksistensi Kota Baru Resto. Karena keberadaan Resto tersebut tetap bertahan dan eksis ditengah dinamika perkembangan bisnis kuliner di Kota Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif atau sering disebut metode penelitian naturalistik karena penelitiannya dilakukan pada kondisi yang alamiah (natural setting). Metode ini untuk mengungkap Eksistensi keberadaan Kota Baru Resto yang tetap bertahan ditengah gempuran jaman. Dengan tujuh partisipan sebagai informan yaitu pemilik usaha,karyawan dan pelanggan. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi manfaat dan pengetahuan didalam mempertahankan eksistensi pengelolaan bisnis restoran bagi pelaku bisnis dan dapat menjadi lanjutan penelitian yang akan datang

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia dalam sebuah perusahaan merupakan pondasi utama dalam menentukan keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan. Termasuk juga dalam perusahaan fashion and shoes retail, sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten sangat diperlukan untuk menghadapi tantangan perkembangan dunia fashion di masa depan, selain itu CV. Amigo Mangesti Utomo sangat peduli dengan sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki terutama pramuniaga, maka perusahaan menggunakan sistem penilaian kinerja yang didasarkan pada kompetensi masing-masing pramuniaga. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap produktivitas kerja pramuniaga di CV. Amigo Mangesti Utomo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui pendekatan statistik untuk menganalisis data dari wawancara, observasi, penyebaran kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Analisis data melalui uji regresi linear sederhana, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas data uji signifikansi serta uji koefisien determinasi. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa kompetensi pramuniaga memiliki pengaruh terhadap produktivitasnya, hal ini dapat dibuktikan melalui uji koefisien determinasi yang menunjukkan kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karena nilai t hitung lebih besar dari nilai t tabel dan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 dengan tingkat persentase pengaruh sebesar 44.3%. Kompetensi pramuniaga di CV. Amigo Mangesti Utomo perlu dilakukan evaluasi dan pengembangan secara berkala agar perusahaan mampu mengoptimalkan kompetensi pramuniaga sehingga dapat mencapai produktivitas kerja yang maksimal

Abstract

This writing is useful in examining the process of buying and selling rights to land that has not been certified and the legal protection provided in this context. Apart from that, this writing also focuses on legal protection of the rights of the parties involved in the transfer of land rights. Documentation of land ownership is very important in land transactions, such as buying and selling, because these rights must be transferred to official ownership status after the land buying and selling transaction is completed. So that land ownership can be clearly determined after the sale and acquisition of land. Normative legal research is the methodology used in this research. Research data comes from previous laws as well as literature from various statutory regulations. Qualitative analysis is used for each data analysis. According to research findings, protection of legal land sales and purchases is necessary because, automatically, ownership rights are transferred upon completion of a legal transaction. The findings of this research establish legal certainty for the parties involved and the preservation of a person's right to control their land rights by protecting the sale and purchase of land

Abstract

Culinary tourism is related to the activity of visiting a place, the aim of which is to carry out culinary tourism. Brand Image has many aspects that can influence a company, therefore companies can try to present a good Brand Image with the products that consumers have in mind. Companies that have a positive impact can also increase a good Brand Image and vice versa, if they have a bad Brand Image this can be detrimental to the company. Price is one of the factors that most influences a purchasing decision. Kedai Kita Bogor, which was founded in 2008, sells wood-fired pizza and hot plate noodles. Wood-fired pizza is the most popular because it is cooked specifically, namely grilled with firewood, resulting in a pizza with a different taste compared to pizza found in other places. The purpose of this research is to find out whether Brand Image and Price influence purchasing decisions at the Kedai Kita Bogor Restaurant. The method that will be used is quantitative using a questionnaire method so that the research gets results that are right on target. It can be concluded from all the test results that brand image and price have quite a large influence at 47.8%. This is based on the brand image of our shop in Bogor which is already very good because it has quality food that uses imported ingredients, but in terms of price Our shop does have a fairly high price range so this has quite a big influence on consumers' purchasing decisions

Abstract

Undang-undang Nomor 20 tahun 2016 Tentang merek dan indikasi geografis, memberikan perlindungan hukum terhada merek dan menjamin kepastian hukum. Suatu merek harus di daftarkan, sebagaimana diatur dalam pasal 3 Undang-undang Merek. Pendaftaran yang memenuhi persyaratan sesuai dengan undang-undang akan mendapatkan pengakuan dan pembenaran atas penggunaan merek, dapat dibuktikan dengan sertifikat pendaftaran, sehingga memperoleh perlindungan hukum. Namun prakteknya masih terdapat pelanggaran merek berupa tindakan meniru, menjiplak, maupun memboceng ketenaran merek orang lain lebih terkenal atau yang terdaftar terlebih dahulu sehingga menimbulkan kebingungan dan menyesatkan masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelanggaran terhadap hak merek motivasinya adalah untuk mendapatkan keuntungan secara mudah dengan mencoba meniru, atau memalsukan merek yang sudah terkenal terlebih dahulu, tindakan tersebut dapat merugikan masyarakat baik terhadap produsen maupun konsumennya. Akibat hukum bagi pelaku pemakaian merek yang memiliki persamaan pada pokoknya dengan merek lain yaitu penghentian semua perbuatan yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan merek tersebut (penghapusan merek). Perlindungan hukum terhadap MS Glow dalam pendaftaran merek berdasarkan prinsip first to file dalam hal ini belum berjalan efektif. First to file mengisyaratkan bahwa pemegang merek yang pertama kali mendaftarkan mereknya mendapatkan perlindungan secara hukum. Undang-Undang Merek dan Indikasi Geografis juga menyatakan bahwa merek tidak dapat didaftarkan jika merek tersebut pada pokoknya memiliki kesamaan dengan merek yang telah terdaftar. Kenyataannya yang terjadi adalah merek MS Glow dan PS Glow merupakan merek yang sama-sama telah terdaftar pada DJKI, dimana sengketa didasarkan karena kesamaan nama pada merek antara keduanya.

Abstract

Medicine is one of the pharmaceutical products that plays an important role in health. In general, the definition of medicine is a substance used to diagnose, prevent, reduce, eliminate, cure disease or symptoms, injuries or physical and spiritual disorders in humans or animals, beautify the body or parts of the human body. Medicines that have a halal logo are very difficult for the public to obtain compared to other products such as food/drinks, this is because the number of medicines that are halal certified is still small compared to food/drinks. The aim of this research is to measure the level of knowledge, perceptions and attitudes of the community towards halal medicine at the Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital. This research is observational research, the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The variables observed were the level of knowledge, perceptions and attitudes of the community towards halal medicine. The population in this study were patients at the Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital, while the sample was the population that met the specified criteria. The inclusion criteria are, being >17 years old and willing to be a respondent. Exclusion criteria are respondents who do not fill out the questionnaire completely. Based on the research results, knowledge parameters get an average percentage of 85%, attitude parameters get an average percentage of 77% and perception parameters get an average percentage of 76%. From these data it can be concluded that the level of knowledge, attitudes and perceptions of the community at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital regarding halal medicine are included in the good category.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of translanguaging techniques in teaching English in multilingual classes at Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta, with the aim of understanding the implementation of translanguaging technique, types of translanguaging technique used by lecturer as well as the role of supporting technology. This qualitative case study involves two PBI lecturers who teach Cross-Cultural Understanding and Drama courses to students from Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, and Turkmenistan. Data was collected through classroom observations, interviews, and data analysis. The research results show that the application of translanguaging techniques carried out by lecturers to explain material by combining English, Indonesian and Kyrgyz makes students more actively participate and understand the material in the learning process. Apart from that, it was also found that the translanguaging technique that was most widely used by lecturers was inter-sentential translanguaging with 15 appearances, followed by intra-sentential translanguaging 3 times and tag translanguaging 2 times. In addition, technology such as Google Image, YouTube, and Google Translate supports the application of translanguaging techniques and makes lessons more effective and interesting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk perubahan nutrisi kulit ari kedelai yang diolah dengan filtrat air abu sekam (FAAS). Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) factorial 3 X 3 dengan 3 Ulangan. Kombinasi perlakuan terdiri dari faktor pertama konsentrasi Filtrat air abu sekam (FAAS) terdiri dari K1 ; 10%, K2 ; 20 %, dan K3 ; 30 %. Factor kedua adalah lama waktu perendaman terdiri dari 3 faktor yaitu W1= 24 jam, W2= 48 jam, W3 = 72 jam. Parameter yang diamati adalah Penurunan Kadar air, Penurunan serat kasar dan perubahan protein tepung kulit ari kedelai olahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terjadi interaksi (P>0,05) perlakuan Konsentrasi filtrat FAAS dengan lama waktu perendaman. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pelakuan K1W1 (FAAS 10% waktu perendaman 24 jam) menghasilkan penurunan SK tertinggi yaitu 26,55% (dari 42,51% menjadi 31,12%). Perubahan protein tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan K3W3 (FAAS 30% dengan waktu perendaman 72 jam) yakni 44,07% (dari 8,59% menjadi 12,38%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok ( RAK ) factorial 3 X 3 dengan 3 Ulangan. Faktor pertama konsentrasi Filtrat air abu sekam (FAAS) terdiri dari F1 ; 10%, F2 ; 20 %, dan F3 ; 30 %. Factor kedua adalah lama waktu perendaman terdiri dari 3 faktor yaitu W1= 24 jam, W2= 48 jam, W3 = 72 jam. Parameter yang diamati adalah Rendemen, Kadar Air dan kualitas fisik tepung kulit ari kedelai olahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelakuan memberikan pengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap rendemen, dan kualitas fisik tepung kulit ari kedelai olahan, tetapi berpengarunh nyata (P<0,05 0 terhadap kadar air tepung kulit ari kedelai olahan. Tidak ada interaksi antara filtrat air abu sekam dengan lama waktu perendaman terhadap Rendemen, kadar air maupun kualitas fisik tepung kulit ari kedelai.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the “relationship of social support with body image in social media teenagers in 9 Palembang State High School." The dependent variable used in the research is the body image, with a measurement scale referring to the aspects presented by Cash and Pruzinksy (2002). While the independent (free) variable of the study is social support, the measuring scale refers to those aspects proposed by Sarafino. (2011). The sample technique used is purposive sampling. The subjects of the study were adolescent students of the X and XI classes with the age range of 15-19 years and are active users of social media, followed by the number of students of the X class and XI. The total student population was 712 with a total sample of 88 students. Data compilation using a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. Data quality testing is carried out through validity testing and reliability testing. Classical assumption testing is done with normality testing, linearity unification, and hypothesis testing. The results of the research showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between social support and body image, and there is a link between social backing and body images in the students of X grade and 9th grade in Palembang
